Stopped by to try their latest addition to their menu the spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun also can be ordered regular let me tell you folks the pretzel bun was excellent know it sounds a little quirky a sandwich in a pretzel but it was great! Service was really fast because I love how my ladies take orders in the wait line so rock on with that never ate inside so ill have to update when I get the chance happy fooding my fine folks

We arrived as a pack, big group and hungry. The store was so clean and basically empty. We quickly ordered, sat down and our food came. I ordered the hash brown scramble breakfast bowl and oh my goodness. First time trying it and it'll now be the only breakfast item I get. Hash brown was perfectly toasted, eggs so delicious and the chicken was so flavorful. Bathrooms were cleans. Also, I LOVE THAT THEY SAVE SAUCES. They have a container where you can put your leftover unused sauces and they sanitize them for another customer.

We absolutely love Chick-fil-A. The service is always great and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The only thing we don’t love is that they’re closed on Sundays. Lol

Typical long drive thru line, but it went smoothly. The worker (Tess?) that took my order recommended the strawberry frosted lemonade since I had ordered a regular one - and boy, what a great recommendation! The sandwich was perfectly made, fries were delicious, and the lemonade was better than the original. Highly recommend!

Great chic filea. This seems to be where all the cool kids of Palmdale hangs out, Good vibes. I got all the sauces I asked for too, and they gave us the ice cream after dinner was done, thanks! The director (don’t emerger her name) was very sweet and seemed to treat her employees well.

Since chicken does seem to be one of my favorite meals, I can't help but brag on Chick-Fil-A. Their flavor is so amazing and they have an original sauce I wish I had a gallon of at home. Like the cow says: EAT MOR CHIKIN!

Usually pretty good we’ve had to come back a few times to get food corrected so it’s def not a 5 but it’s the only one close to us so it is what it is.

Great Chick-fil-A location in Palmdale! The food is consistently fresh and tasty, especially the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that it can get pretty crowded, but overall it’s a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

My family & i have been coming here since they open this location, but... within the last year it has gone downhill even after the renovation. Everytime I go they forget part of my order.My large fri is never filled its always half empty or cold(the last 5 visits) Idk what's going on here but this is the 4th time they've messed up my drive thru order. I dont usually leave reviews, but the last few times i've gone to the drive thru. An item has been missing or a order messed up completely. If it something like missing sauce or something free I wouldn't have an issue, but it's paid items missing. It would be nice if there was a way of getting refunded over the phone vs having to waste time and drive back up there.

It’s ridiculous how many times they messed up my order. Literally every single time I been to this place I’m missing something or something is just wrong. Today was by far the worst experience. First I ordered through the speaker in the drive thru and I guess the girl didn’t hear I wanted 2 meals she only marked me down for one. So I asked the guy taking payments if he can change it so he had to walk all the way over to the window then came back and charged me $34 for my two meals which sounds about right. As soon as he charged me he walked back to the window then came back told me his tablet signed him out as soon as I paid so I had to pay again then he said payment went through so I went to pick up my order, they only gave me one meal and one single entree so I was missing a drink and fries. The girl at the window said I only ordered one meal but I paid $34 I pulled it up on the app and confirmed my 2 meals came out to $34. So they gave me the fries and drink and I was on my way home when it hit me, this place and these kids running this place mess up my order in every way so I checked to make sure my food didn’t have cheese… it did so i had to go all the way back park my car go inside tell them they messed up my order AGAIN got my food and finally got home. They missed my sauce for my cool wrap and no straws. How are you guys so bad at this? You guys need to slow it down or something these kids running this place are too stimulated in their brains or something.

They messed up my order then when I asked them to fix it they gave me messed up food and burnt Mac and cheese. Never had Chick-fil-A mess up this badly.
