Chili's in West Palmdale location is way better for service and food than the Lancaster location for some reason. Come here often, they have watermelon margaritas and the " 3 for ME" menu. Good value, it's always nice to get out and have a decent dinner. 👌

Really enjoyed my experience here today. I was able to be seated as soon as I came in, the servers were extra friendly, and the space was clean. The loaded potato soup was delicious. Although the entree came out before the appetizer as soon as I asked they were able to bring it out. The waitress was super attentive and even when I noticed an extra charge on the check she immediately took care of it. I would definitely recommend this location.

Chili's was packed full. We sat in the bar so we wouldn't have to wait for a seat. The staff took good care of us and were helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and filling. We took home leftovers as we were full. We definitely will go back again.

I've been to Chili's many times and this location is by far the best! Drinks came out before we even finished ordering. I went to wash my hands and by the time I came back our appetizers and salads were at the table. Food came out as soon as we finished our salads and our drinks were always topped off. By far one of the best experiences I've had eating at a Chili's restaurant!

It's been a while since I visited Chili's. I enjoyed this Smokehouse Combo very much! Dry rub ribs, fries, corn and bread with chili-flavored seasonings, and batter dipped chicken strips...I had to take some home! I recommend the full-size restaurant in Palmdale for better service and seating options.

It has been my best experience at Chili's by far. I took my mom to have dinner and she had a great time. Other restaurants had 1-2 hour waits and as soon as my family arrived to this establishment we got seated immediately! Foreshadowing our experience. Came here for brunch with my husband ordered two of the three for me, smasher burgers, and chips and salsa. Christian was our waiter; our food was brought out precise to order and blistering hot within eight minutes of our sitting down. There is a mustard allergy in my family and Christian and the manager both had no issues bringing us out the entire ingredient list of everything we asked for. This is the only Chili’s I will ever come to again! And this will be a weekly date night for us! Thanks to the management, mad love to the chef, and 10 out of 10 stars to Christian! The best burger the best deals. 3 for me starting at 10 bucks best deal in Palmdale. Strawberry lemonade, warm crispy chips and salsa. The most delicious Smash burger in the game with fries well seasoned. All for 10 bucks. With the best service in town. Prove me wrong that it isn't the best deal in town. Great job Chiles. My wife and I visited this location on 7/6/25 for dinner and a couple of drinks. Prices are fair and the food was delicious. The mixed drinks were loaded but not difficult to drink. This is what you want, who wants a weak margarita?? Lol. The service was on point, the team was attentive and nothing took long. Having the beverage bundled into the price is a huge plus, as most restaurants charge $3 or $4 extra just for a soda these days. ​For our main course, we both opted for the Old Timer with Cheese. It’s a classic for a reason, but this particular visit stood out because the burgers were cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, flavorful, and served on a fresh bun. Even the fries exceeded expectations; they were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. ​For our starters, I chose the Baked Potato Soup while my wife went with the Chicken Enchilada Soup. While my potato soup was creamy and very good, I have to admit I had a bit of "order envy" after tasting hers! I ordered a Burger which was very good. The waitress was punctual and nice, The only thing was that we went during Monday night football. And it was very loud, could not hear each other speak. That was our fault.

Arrived right before the dinner rush, and was immediately seated. Drink and appetizer order was promptly taken and brought. A few drinks were forgotten but quickly came. When main entrees arrived, everything was great. Quality and quantity were good. We did have to wait a while after requesting the check and some to go boxes, while a large family with, lively children, was squeezed in next to us... Overall, it was a positive experience.

I haven't been to a Chilis in years. Taste hasn't changed. Portion size was good for the price. Ok beer selection. Sitting at the bar alone on a Friday night can expose you to some "interesting" people.

The food and drinks were great. The waiter was a bit weird and stand off-ish but in all, it was a good experience.

Pretty solid experience overall. The burger was good, fries were decent but serving was pretty small. Our server was prompt and nice.

Update: It's fine but issues still stand UPDATE with second and third visit: i'm glad that I went back and I have adjusted my review accordingly. On my second instance I was sat in the bar and had a very helpful and attentive server. The salad still wasn't anything to write home about but it did the job but once again the entrées were amazing as I had a massive burger that took me great effort to delightfully get through. It filled me up and was an amazing experience. but crowning moment came last Friday as I went during a heavy crush of customers and didn't have to wait too long but was well attended to buy my server. I told her that I had certain allergies and issues with the food and she was very attentive in making sure that everything was OK for me. She made special accommodations which I deeply appreciate it. I wish I could single her out for special recognition. I felt very well taken care of. From that first unfortunate time, every subsequent visit to Chili's has been splendid. First visit: only three stars. It's like it's everyone's first time working here. So strange... Some random person was the only one filling my drinks and some guy came up as though he wandered into the restaurant and I guess he was my server. I didn't get the sense of being served the whole night. And it took me so long to even get a drink. When the food did arrive it was actually fine I liked it but there was way too little of it but it was really good. The service was an embarrassment though. Paying was so confusing.

Its usually crowded but you get in to eat quick. The fajitas and shrimp are well seasoned. The ribs are pretty good but more would have been better for the price as they were pretty small in size. The kids menu is better than most places as it includes good quality portions with a drink for $5.50. Its a busy atmosphere but that's okay, that's why we go out. The only thing I would complain about is the lemonade. It tasted like bad tap water that has not been filtered in the least bit. Couldn't get past that taste. However, the ice tea is pretty good.

Always consistent with service and food. Clean and really had no issues, but it can get crowded at times.

We have been going almost every Sunday to this Chili's location close to a year now around noon time. We typically get seated within reasonable time (usually less than 5 minutes or right away) probably because we tend to arrive before it gets too crowded. I ordered the chicken crispers plain with mango habanero sauce and ranch on the side, chips with guacamole and an Arnold Palmer to drink. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp Cajun pasta with potato soup on the side and a strawberry lemonade to drink. The kids ordered the chicken Cajun pasta, chips and salsa, potato soup, strawberry lemonade and sprite for drinks. We always get seated to the right-hand side are of the restaurant; I believe the central section is a bar-type, and maybe the left side is reserved for special parties or events. The food is priced just right as we mostly order the special 3 for $10.99, which comes with an appetizer, entrée, and a drink. Overall good quality food and service. Thank you!

My friend and I had a great meal at Chili's. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was excellent, and the Triple Dipper was also really good. Our server was attentive and checked on us often, which made for a great experience. ​The atmosphere was a little loud because of the football game, but it wasn't too bad. The only thing I'd change is to have more happy hour options for the drinks. Overall, it was a good visit!

Everything was over fried. Chicken crispers are no longer chunks of breast meat fried up, and they are terrible in comparison. And you have to pay extra for 5 or 6 now, when 6 used to be standard. No more corn on the cob, Mac n cheese instead. Less than a cups worth, and a joke of an amount of fries for the side. No wonder no one talks about Chili's anymore.

First off, the iced tea was very good! I know that doesn't sound like much but most places have very watered down iced tea. So, I am happy when I can order iced tea and it actually tastes like tea and not water. We started off with a mixed appetizer plate of fried pickles, Texas egg rolls and boneless buffalo wings. All the appetizers were good, even the fried pickles!... something you might want to give a try. My husband and I ordered steak, shrimp and chicken fajitas and this is where they fell short. The rice was about two spoonfuls and it was gone. The shrimp was pretty good, the chicken and steak were dry and overcooked and the veggies were mostly all onions and burnt. To top it off, the condiments were just a tiny spoonful of each. It's probably better to stick to ordering fajitas at an authentic Mexican restaurant. However, even with the bad fajitas, we had an excellent server who was very attentive to our needs and very respectful! I wish I would of gotten his name so I could mention him here.

This location is trying to save money on food costs by shorting people on food. I always order the triple dipper with cheese sticks, honey Chipotle crispers and mini burgers. Well the last two times I went it only came with 2 chicken crispers. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that it only comes with two now and that they just haven't updated the menu yet. So I reached out to corporate to confirm this and found out it is in fact NOT TRUE and they have not changed the quantity of items in the triple dipper. This location is taking it upon themselves to reduce the amount of food given, which is not right at all. Plus, they flat out lied to me about it when I asked. Smh the palmdale location was our go to but not anymore.

Seemed as if people were enjoying themselves, however service was underwhelming. Water cups had lip stains and water marks, very disappointed and the waitress was extremely hurried toward us. If you are looking for a relaxed evening out with your significant other this may not be it.

The service was poor when I usually do visit this location I barely have problems. I visit this establishment on the 4th of July my food was cold my waitress took the food to be remade that is what she told me. Once my food arrived from in the back to be remade I opened up my burger bun and I noticed I still have the same Burger different bread. My waitress continue to argue with me down that it was different even after seeing that there was a bite taken out of the Patty. I'm not sure what's the problem with this location but I do know that they do need to fix this problem at hand. Bringing food that has been consumed by someone to be reheated in an area where everyone else's food is being prepared and served in a conventional oven is very unsafe and very unhealthy. I don't understand why protocols when prepping food aren't being properly met. Even after I took a picture of the burger when it brought back to me I was still told it wasn't a bite mark.I will never return at this location again and I am going to bring this up to the owner.

Terrible food, my family ordered full price for this food, and my steak was literally the size of my big toe and extremely overcooked and was inedible. The mashed potatoes tasted like they had been cooked 2 weeks ago after being frozen. My family’s food was pretty bad as well, we were all pretty unhappy. This just tells me that the cooks and/or business doesn’t put time, care, or effort into their food that they serve because it was very insulting to get served this. Most chefs and cooks that I personally know would not have let this out of the kitchen, they would be embarrassed out of their minds if they did serve this. I’m sorry, would not recommend to anyone.

Most likely wont be back anytime soon. Like I said, we use to be there at least one a week. We were kinda shocked, parking lot was pretty empty for a Sunday after church. It's usually always packed. Was told it had been slow all weekend, and its a holiday weekend!! Might have something to do with the menu changes. I know, we are just two people, no big deal, .. but the empty parking lot, .. hardly anyone in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, ... might be an indication changing and taking favorite foods off the menu, was a mistake. We wont be back, and we use to love going there. Think about it. 💔

We love going to Chili's to enjoy lunch/dinner & drinks BUT because EVERYTHING is precooked &/or under a heat lamp, the meat is extremely dry. If it's not helpful under a heat lamp, then evidently it's been over warmed in the microwave. Maybe don't cook the meat well done so that when it's reheated, it won't overcook & become dry. We had to ask for sauce to dip the meat in then eventually just didn't end up finishing our meal. Drinks are good BUT the beer is made to be "CORPORATE POURED" which gives it at least an inch or so off the top. As a customer, we should be allowed to receive what we pay for. Then your monthly margaritas are literally measured out & the glass is over filled with ice which in return it really actually only gives us half a glass of a margarita & if the measured Margarita doesn't make it so it looks like a full glass, either more ice is added and/or water or soda is added to fill it to the top. You are cheating your customers from what we pay for!!!

Okay look the food might be real good to be honest but I don't think this is for us if you know what I mean 😕 I sat and watched on more than one occasion , not to make it about that but I see it they will literally let you sit there and not serve your table till you ask for help. It's annoying because we only have two chilies and I just rather not with both 🙃🤨

Lastnight was not the best experience for me and my family. Everyone's food came except my daughters pasta we literally waited an hr for her food to come and it never did my hubby had to ask the waiter what happened to my daughter's order we where trying to not eat without her so we gave her some of ours till her food came out because us waiting Literally are food was starting to get cold every one was done and her food barely made it out an hr later felt longer tho. I felt the lack of service was horrible the waiter from yesterday was not really attending to us and we still left him a tip. It was a tall man with a beard from last night shift. I seen mostly females he was the only male waiter I seen that night should not be hard too figure out who he is. Please talk to him about his service Thank You.
