My friend ordered their signature Boss Dog and Boss fries, according to him, the dog is very tender and juicy, and totally goes with the secret sauce on top of their fries. I ordered BBQ Honey Chicken Sandwich, the chicken is perfectly cooked, and served with soft bun and parmesan cheese, plus few slices of pickles, what a nice combination 👍

We got a family pack for four people it was plenty of food it was the consensus of the whole family that we like the regular better than the spicy. Both the boss sauce and their barbecue sauce were excellent and appear to be homemade good enough that we might have even bought them if they had them for sale in containers inside but we didn't go inside we went to the drive-thru. We also got one hot dog just to test it out and everyone pretty much liked it although the chili was a little ketchup be for me but it wouldn't stop me from getting another one next time. We also got the regular fries and they were pretty good your typical homemade fries next time we think we may try them with queso all in all pretty good for a new experience and they were very quick and friendly. And my wife like the toast very well and she's generally not a big toast fan. The picture below is what the spicy chicken tenders look like and it's not a picture of a plate or anything like that just what was left over from what the kids didn't eat with their portion of the family meal.

Pretty good! The chicken is really good, especially the lemon pepper. Buttery, salty, tender. The service is also solid. My only issues are that they don’t have any sides besides fries, and I wish they had meal options that included more tenders. The largest meal only has 4. Didn’t try any of the desserts, but they have a big menu and they look quite good. That said, the chicken is quite good—it’s worth a shot!

I ordered the #2 chicken tender combo and #7 hot dog with limeade drinks. They both were really good. I like the buns they use for the hot dogs, top cut so the stuff doesn't fall out. The place is really small luckily it wasn't full when we went.

Stopped by for the first time due to spirit night. The establishment is pretty small so getting a seat can be a pain. It took a little bit to get the food but it was delicious! Better than Popeyes and KFC.

Food was good. Stopped by after a recommendation from a local. Chicken was great. Not to much breading which is what I like. Wife loved everything. If it was not for the fact they could not deliver the order I paid for I would have given 4 or 5 stars. If you want some good chicken and dogs by all means swing by.. try the boss sauce while you are at it. Just be sure to double check your order before you leave. Typically I always double check but it was a simple order 2 number 4's just one had upgraded fries. After the traffic I delt with to get to location I just wanted to get home.

I've had exceptional service and quality at other locations. This location had all dirty tables and seating, both food and grease, and it was not busy. Employees should have had plenty of time to keep it clean. The quality of food was as expected, but the size of the tenders were literally half of what is served at all other locations I've visited. My wife's grilled tenders were good and of normal size. Very disappointed in this location. Recommend other locations until they get their cleanliness and portion servings consistent. Ownership needs to address this West side location or it won't survive, especially with Cane's so close.

I there this and let me say the food sucked. The hotdogs were old fries were old and greasy the tenders were way too salty. Seems like the food has gotten worse.

I visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with both the service and how an issue was handled. When our food was delivered to the table, one of the items we ordered—an order of chicken—was missing. When we politely asked the staff member about the missing item, instead of checking the order or offering to resolve the issue, we were told that the item had already been delivered and were essentially accused of being dishonest. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, and we would have completely understood if the order had simply been overlooked. However, being called a liar when calmly asking about a missing item was both surprising and unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and encourages staff to handle customer concerns with more professionalism and respect in the future.

A lady was rude when taking my order she didn’t seem friendly at all and then she gave me the wrong order and I asked for very little Ice in my drink and it’s filled with ice and then she forgot to provide boss sauce and utensils and napkins for my to go order…

When we first got to ordering at the drive thru the girl was giggling not even paying attention to our order ..then we got home to find a hair in our food. So gross won't go back again.

I could barely hear the person taking my order through the speaker. The audio was so muffled and unclear that it made ordering frustrating. For a drive-thru, clear communication is important, and this really needs improvement.

My daughter ordered a 12oz build your own sunday and we clearly repeated very light strawberry syrup but she didn’t listen she still did what she wanted so I asked her that it was too much and if she could please make another one, then she told another employee the situation and obviously she didn’t like the fact I didn’t want to take it. it’s like I am paying $5 bucks for strawberry syrup, she still talk back to me and said it’s not a lot so then she decides to replace it then heres comes the other girl bringing the ice cream to me with her attitude and then she slammed the window!!! I thought oh well she got mad but it won’t cost me a thing if she breaks the window, Sadly she let her emotions take control of her, all this young’s girls working there all they do it’s playing around.

I ordered some bites out curiosity since I tend to drive by this place quite often. Needless to say, we were incredibly disappointed with the chicken here. The chicken was pretty dry, as it didn’t have any crisp or juice on the inside. It’s almost as if we bit into walmart frozen nuggets. Anyway, the rub on it was horrible. We asked for lemon pepper and spicy thinking they’d give us one lemon pepper and one spicy order, but never did we imagine they’d combine the two rubs together in one. The spicy rub is almost like Tajin, and i am already NOT a huge Tajin fan. Hopefully this is something that changes at some point.
