The service for a busy day was A1. Our server was very sweet and she did a great job. I would say the only thing is that the cheese curds was stiff like they been sitting for awhile but other than that it was great. I'm not even into sports but it was great seeing dodger fans go crazy. Give it an A+

Buffalo Wild Wings is the best place for wings. If that's not your thing don't worry lots to choose from on the menu. Kids choices are slim but on point as to what kids like. The atmosphere is family sports bar. Plenty of big screens to watch your favorite teams locked in an epic battle for supremacy. Rock music fills your ears as you tear through your selection of wings. Don't worry how messy you get they got plenty of napkins to go around. Oh and those street tacos are bomb. Definitely recommend them. Service is fast and on point they don't miss a beat and are supper nice. Well done Buffalo Wild Wings, I can't wait till next time!! :)

I've always been a Wingstop fan but after coming to Buffalo Wild Wings, I'm torn. The wings were crispy and juicy, the sauce was spicy but not put a hole in your stomach spicy. I didn't eat inside but, when i went inside to pick up my order, it was very good vibes. Huge flat screens everywhere, lots of people laughing and having fun. The staff were very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone passing thru Palmdald or just someone who hasnt been yet.

The staff at BWWs is always very friendly and helpful. Even when it is packed the staff tries to make everyone comfortable. The food was delicious and the hottest flavor they have is pretty good as well (but only if you like spicy)

I went to pick up my order around 10:00 PM, and the process was smooth since it wasn't busy at all. The service was excellent; the employee was very nice and helped me right away. However, my wings looked a bit dry. The lady took them to the back to fix them.

Place is super busy. I went with my brother and we found 2 seats by the bar. The bartenders got our drinks right away but was hard to flag them down to get our food order. Other than that it's an awesome place.

This is going downhill for the past couple of years The food has become really salty especially the sauces order the boneless wings and they were really hard I really enjoyed the fried pickles I did enjoy the bone-in wings The service is a little slow because it's always packed with people but they get there when they get there the drinks are really good but I can't get over how salty the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings were The orange chicken ones were delicious. The salt and vinegars wings had very little seasoning, they were basically plain. The restraunt smelled badly when we went to pick up our order. They did however give us enough ranch. I used to come in a lot with family during football season. Today I ordered online and didn’t receive the correct item. Instead of receiving my 10 piece boneless wings, they gave me 5 traditional wings. #1 it wasn’t the correct item I paid for, #2 only option they gave me to fix the issue was to drive back there 10 minutes & pick up the correct item while my hot food was at my home waiting for my family to devour. Not really the result I was looking for… maybe a refund??? since inflation and gas prices are extremely high & it was the stores error and not the customers fault your team signed off on double checking the order was correct? I still have them 3 stars because even though I was shorted on food and wasn’t able to feed my 4 year old due to not having boneless (non spicy) wings. The food still was tasty. It’s a shame they have poor customer service so that is my complaint.

The food was good, and so were the strawberry margaritas. I sat at the bar and the service was good but I did visit on a Sunday so it was not too busy. The restaurant really does need to extremely step up their cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting, and the bar needs to have better cleaners. Once someone leaves the bar, it should be cleaned properly before someone comes up to sit down. I ordered a burger with fries, but the fries were just warm enough to not make a big fuss. The burger was good.

We got there on a Thursday and we waited 20 minutes to sit down , then we waited another 30 mins for drinks , for food we waited 35 mins , and FOR THE CHECK another 30 mins !!!!! So many tables open , so many workers passed us didn’t check up on us , our original server went home and our second server was no where to be found… food was the best part

Went in to take them up on their veterans day offer at the "To Go" counter and were told that it was strictly for dining in even though it was advertised as dine in/to go. Seen several other veterans turn around as they, too, were not allowed to order from the to go counter. I feel if that Veterans Day offer is posted, then the restaurant should honor that offer.

On 3-October, we called to reserve tables for a large group and were instructed (unknown female) to make separate reservations to accommodate the entire party. A couple of days before the reservation, we called to confirm everything was still on track, only to be told we had been misinformed by a female manager. Without warning, our reservations had been canceled because “football season takes priority.” The manager was unprofessional and was unwilling to help. The staff should be better trained to communicate accurate information to customers. Additionally, she kept asking the name of the person who told us the information (two weeks ago). Nowhere is it stated that large groups are secondary to football. We definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

I’ve been here quite a few times, but this last time was the final time. The service is always questionable. It took about 15 minutes before we could order drinks. We were initially being helped by a man, but when we told him we were ready to order food, he said he was clocking out. He said a woman would be over to help. At this point, we ordered drinks, but our drinks hadn’t come yet. Another 10 minutes go by before we ordered our meal, still no drinks. Another 10 go by, still no drinks and it felt like the waitress was actively ignoring us. Eventually I told my family it was time to go (about 40 minutes after we were seated) and the waitress was upset that we were leaving. We werent going to pay for a meal with awful service.

Got the worst service I've ever had. Luis felt very rushed, and we ended up waiting like 20 minutes between grabbing our drinks and taking our food order. The food was bland but good, burger was a solid smash burger. My fries were cold and unseasoned, the entire time listening to people behind us screaming cause they have no decency. I hate being harsh but it just felt like everyone wanted us gone to whole time, we were waiting and served but there was 0% hospitality. The host was great, seated us quickly and helped us find where we wanted to sit. But all in all I don't think I want to go again any time soon. Service is usually decent tonight was a disaster, it was not very busy.

I was very disappointed with the service and the food quality. I ordered 10 wings and the cheese curds. The cheese curds were good and made perfectly. However, my wings were overcooked (dry and burnt tasting really) and barely had any sauce on them. Also, they were served with carrots? Seems kind of weird for wings, but not the reason I dinged the review. Our waitress was mediocre. Ran out of my drink several times and had to flag her down for refills. She also only brought one set of silverware although we were a party of two. And when we asked for another set she seemed like we were annoying her. In between all of this she could be seen at the register near the kitchen and entrance with several others chatting it up and laughing for extended periods of time. We also ordered fries which were forgotten and had to be remade because they sat at the pass so long. When we got them they were undercooked. The nicest person for our entire visit was a lady I assume was a manager who was energetic and wished us well as we left. Overall, really disappointed with our visit.

We were placed at a booth in a very dark corner. The server took 20 minutes to even ask if we wanted drinks. The appetizers arrived cold. There was a skin that had formed on the queso already. The service is extremely slow and inattentive. The boneless wings were super dry and the Parmesan Garlic sauce was gross. The Onion Rings were the greasiest onion rings I have ever had. Last time we were here nearly two years ago, the exact same stuff happened. Inattentive staff, bad food, poor atmosphere. My 13 year old had a note on his phone saying “Do Not Eat at BWW”. The Nashville chicken sandwich was mediocre at best and classic chicken wrap was not good. And before we had our main course we had nachos were not worth it. All around the food was not very good from a couple times that we have been here. The wait staff was OK not very attentive. I would definitely say I would never come back.

We informed her, she spoke with bartender who came and apologized and reordered our food, came back lukewarm, was fine, never one did we get refill, had to get up and get our own drink refills. We'll waitress came back and we ordered 6 more wings, we literally waited 25 min, husband said let's go. He went and asked for ck, someone said oh waitress on break, so husband said this is crazy, some guy said I'll take off your mozzarella sticks, informed him those were our rewards, we asked for manager, he walked away, out came some girl who was rude, said nothing she could do, my husband said said so sad, this was horrible experience she said yelling, get out, get out bow, you will never come back, we looked at her surprised, she continued to yell get out. We grabbed our personal belongings and walked out and she continues to yell out have a blessed evening, you will never be welcomed here again. I was so disappointed in her actions.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Every single freaking time I have order here, I have gotten my food 30 to an hour late ! They do not care at all about pickups or estimated pickup times. It’s so frustrating ordering 1 hour before and still getting there and having to wait 30+ minutes. This is the worse “fast food” restaurant. No matter what time of day it’s always terrible. At least at WINGSTOP they tell you ahead of time how long it’ll be and it’s actually ready when they it says it will be on the all.

We were waiting for over an hour and drinks took 15 to 20 minutes to get to table I know it's a busy day but me working in a restaurant it should not take longer then 5 to 10 minutes minimum to get drinks, food took longer than drinks 2 tables got sat 10 minutes after us and their food was served faster than ours,also the place is really cold it just ruins the vibes and can't even eat well. If everything could just be stepped up 1 level between service,food,and aditude it would be great this is an Honest review this does not just happen once but twice I was hoping the second time things would be better

The last few times I’ve came I’ve been disappointed. I used to really like coming here, but the experience has declined a lot. The staff is very nice and the managers are very nice, BUT I’m not sure the management skills are fully there? It seems as if they don’t keep close attention to directing their staff where needed or assigning roles efficiently. I was in the bar area and it took an hour and a half for our food to come out and when it got there finally it was ice cold , not even joking. The bar area server was so nice but it seemed like she was having to go take over the dining side a lot and she seemed overwhelmed and could barely come take care of our table. It also took just a little over 30 minutes for our drinks to make it to our table and they were sitting at the bar for a majority of that 30 minutes because she was having to run back forth accommodating the dining side. The managers came out and helped us with our cold food , and sent our plates back to get fresh food but when one of our plates came back it was the same chicken strips and fries that we had been touching when we were showing them how cold it was. The strips were a lot darker but they were the same strips, same exact shape and everything so after we were touching it they threw it back in the fryer or something? Unsanitary tbh. We ended up not eating our food because it was so late by the time we actually got warm food we just wanted to go home and lost our appetite. They did take the food off of our bill, which was nice, and like i said before they were all very nice about everything, i just think they need some work to execute managing things a little better as a team. I personally will not be going back anymore, It’s not just one isolated incident, this has consistently happened to my party multiple times and other people I’ve talked to had the same experience. i hope they do get better though.

Worst experience and money I've ever spent. My family and I walked in and waited 15 min to be seated. Mind you it wasn't busy.. employees would look at us and walk away.. a few employees were just standing around chatting with one another.. After waiting for a while my fiancé had to get someone's attention. He had to walk towards the kitchen to find someone to get us seated that didn't seem "busy" Once we were seated our waitress Brittany did not seem happy to be at work. Was very unprofessional taking our orders. Not once did she smile and made us feel very uncomfortable. I felt pressure ordering. Also I'm not sure why we weren't able to get any beer on draft if it was only 9pm. My finance and I were bummed out...so I got the strawberry margarita and noticed it wasn't properly dressed and garnish as the other customers margaritas. I was like okay! No big deal! Once the food arrived that's when we were completely disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated!! The wings were so chewy! YES chewy! Couldn't enjoy a damn wing! Unbelievable! Not One napkin on our table until I had to ask. The boneless wings that we ordered plain were very dry! And hard ! As if it was old and left out on the heating lamp. My kids did not enjoy the food. Only ate the fries. We had to get dinner somewhere else and spend more money. I have never had bad experience at any other bww locations.

Decided to come here for a little get together with friends, haven’t been to one in years. This was by far the worst sports bar/restaurant experience we have ever had!! We were seated right away but told our server wouldn’t be there for 30 minutes, was fine because we were waiting on a few people. The place was freezing cold, customers were wearing jackets inside, also the music was blaring and it was like club music. We couldn’t hear each other talk at the table. 45 minutes after being there still no one came to take our order or ask us if we wanted drinks, finally after 50 minutes of being there they took our order. We also asked two servers if they could please turn down the music please and we were told they couldn’t or they weren’t allowed to, then when the next song came on it was even louder I’m sure it was done on purpose. We just wanted to be able to talk to each other at our table without having to yell. Also the wings were horrible, very disappointing. Definitely will not be back!!!

Hostess walked past us 2 times chit chatting and placing orders. Told us she was going to put in a few orders so we could settle in on the benches at the front. 3/4 of the restaurant was empty.

Horrible!! Went in to the bar, asked to turn the music down, they turned it up. Asked for a manager. Nobody was in the restaurant except for 1 other man. All the employees were at the end of the bar tasting cocktails. When the manager arrived she said they can’t control the volume of the music.

The wait on the pickup order is literally insane. I order 1 hours before to make sure my order was ready... when I went to pickup they said it would be 10 more minutes and after 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my food. I got in my car and drove home. When I opened my order it was the wrong flavors... I was so upset I called and spoke to someone... eventually I spoke to the manager to which he said he would send me a gift card to compensate for the mistake. I was happy with the solution until weeks later and still no gift card. I’ve been living in the U.S. for three years and have dined at many Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar for over ten minutes without receiving any acknowledgment or service. Employee Alex provided attentive service to everyone else around me—serving food, refilling drinks, and checking in—yet deliberately ignored me, even after I clearly raised my hand to get his attention. It was impossible not to notice how intentional this felt. Throughout my time there, not a single staff member asked if I needed anything, offered to refill my drink, or made any effort to check in. The complete disregard made me feel deeply unwelcome. Given the stark contrast in how I was treated compared to others, I can’t help but question whether this experience was motivated by racial or personal bias. It’s a deeply upsetting thought, but it’s hard to see it any other way. As someone who always treats service workers with respect, I left feeling hurt and disappointed. I sincerely hope that management investigates this incident and takes steps to ensure every guest receives fair and respectful treatment.

Went about a week ago with my son he ordered the chicken tenders and he did not like them at all very dry and bland. So i asked to speak with the manager to see if they could switch it out for something else and the manager (which i forgot to get her name) but it was a african American bald female was very rude and said she wouldn't switch it out...only if they're cooks make a mistake. Needless to say they lost my business and ill never be going back.

After 30 minutes, I was STILL waiting for my drink, so I went and got it myself. Ended up leaving nothing for a tip and I do not feel bad about that at all, the service just sucked all around!

Danielle if that is her real name , has a terrible attitude and could not manage to take an order over the phone. From the beginning when she answered she had such an ugly attitude. After a question even more so, I couldn't even place my order because she was so rude.

If i could give this place no stars I would. We waited almost 2 hours to get our food and when it arrived it was cold, our friends order was wrong and we never got refills. My husband had to get us refills since we were close to the fountain drinks and had to go to another server to cash us out and get us to-go boxes. You could also hear the kitchen staff cursing at each other loudly. Extremely unprofessional. I fully blame management for seating more customers than their staff could manage. We saw multiple families leave, unfortunately for us we had already ordered or else we would've walked out too. Do yourself a favor and pass on this buffalo wild wings.

She then blamed the cooks on being “bad today”. I called to speak about the service to a manager and whoever answered the phone literally laughed at me. If I could give this place a -50 or zero stars, I would for their service, especially from their general manager. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale due to poor management and a complete lack of accountability for their own mistakes. I attempted to place an order online, and due to a system glitch on their end, the pickup time was incorrectly set to 1:00 AM instead of 1:00 PM. I immediately called to explain the issue and request a cancellation and refund. However, the general manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, she continuously spoke over me, refused to acknowledge the mistake (despite clear proof), and placed the blame entirely on me as the customer. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. A manager should be able to handle concerns with professionalism and courtesy, not hostility and condescension. Unfortunately, given that this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in the area, customers are left with no alternative. However, based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. I sincerely hope that Buffalo Wild Wings corporate reevaluates who they place in managerial positions, as this type of customer service is completely unacceptable.

My husband and I came here to order for pick up because we called a few times with no answer, so thats when we drove over there instead. When we got there the phone was ringing and staff hanging out. We had to ask if someone can help us and she said someone will be with us. If we didnt ask they would of still ignore us. Unfortunately no one came after waiting and we just left. Came here to celebrate my birthday tonight with a few of my friends had a drink and then the waitress Alexis said she was gonna clock out for the night and that someone was gonna take over. After 15 mins we decide to call someone to our table so we can order another drink since no one has approached us at all for the transition. A new waitress comes up and when we order she said "oh we aren't serving you guys anymore since you guys were rude to the other server" all off us were shocked because no one was ever rude to her I fact we even tipped her very well. Honestly if I can get all my money back and not tip anything I would. Worst way to end my birthday.

Ordered drinks and appetizers for dine in and ordered some food to go as well ( mobile ). We were told " You are NOT allowed to eat at the tables "??? Food took 40 mins too. Guess we will spend our food elsewhere 🙂

Took a little long for our main dish to come out and Appetizers were good but Burgers, Chicken sandwiches and Chicken tenders were dryer then Lancaster itself ! We only ate it because that was our dinner tonight but mostly likely won't return ever !

No one even greeted us for over 20 minutes despite it not even being busy. When we finally asked someone for service, he just seemed annoyed and was very rude. The tables were dirty, the atmosphere was gross. We got such bad vibes from the place that we left before even ordering. Avoid this place.

First time and last time this place served the worst wings. The chicken strips were good, fries good,potato wedges good strawberry lemonade good but them wings taste stale as hell like old no flavor. Buffalo wild wings that’s supposed to be your main thing and it was like biting jerky. Took a while to get my order by the time I got it it was cold. I rather eat wings from lil ceaser’s. Not coming back here waste of money

This location is absolutely terrible. Came in for the bottomless apps deal, took over 20 minutes to get seated. Placed our order and waited another 30-40 minutes to receive our food. The wings were terrible, sent them back, but waited another 15-20 minutes to tell our waiter the food was disgusting. A manager brought out the new wings (which still tasted like chemicals) with such an attitude and no customer service. After sending them back again waited another 20-30 minutes to receive our SECOND round of appetizers an hour after we first sat down. Will never be coming back, extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The manager offered no solution for our complaints and just took the food away without so much as an apology.

Overspent because they didn’t honor 30th deal of wings on Tuesday of buying 15 and getting 15 for free so I ended up paying a total and $60 and they didn’t even ask for my phone number and rewards so in total was paying for my wings full price plus all my orders for my seven other people I brought I end up paying $215 getting overcharged for stuff I should’ve received for free for being a rewards member

So I don't usually go to sports bars, but I definitely expect more from them. Before our server got to us Then my girlfriend and I ordered a platinum margarita and a black cherry margarita After waiting another half an hour or drink Finally arrived. Left out my drink and I was like. That's a different cup, but it's okay. There's more and then I noticed there was no salt. So I tried to look past it. And then I see things floating in my cup. I was hoping it was on the outside and I couldn't wipe it off but it wasn't. Normally, I would say something, but it already took half an hour to even get a server and another half an hour to get my drink. At that point I was over it. Just put it to the side and drink my Sprite. Ask girlfriend how her drink was and she said horrible. I said at least it looks good. So we asked for the check which took another 20 minutes. Then paid and left. Definitely.Wouldn't come back I don't understand. Why people speak so highly of this place? I guess some people have time to Waste.

This is probably one of the worse Buffalo Wild Wings. Customer service sucks, they keep you waiting for a long time after being seated. Either the servers don’t like working there or they just don’t care, but they need to hire more workers. I can see why they are loosing business they’re just unorganized from top manager to clerk.

This was a to go order, so I cannot say much about the atmosphere as I was pretty much in and out. Service was short, not much to talk about but the food, now here's my issues. In my order were wings, onion rings, cheese curds and classic chicken sandwich was came out to just under $50. My drive home is 20 minutes. I was given all this in 1 large bag. I placed the bag in another warming bag in my car to keep hot. AS soon as I got home, we started to eat and found the onion rings were cold, the fries were cold as well. I'm talking cold and dry here. Now the cheese curds where still very warm, and yet not the others, why would that be? possible cold when placed in the to go box. But the cheese curds were very good. Now to the wings, VERY GOOD, loved the wings. we had garlic parmesan garlic wings. Might go back for those. But the $12 chicken sandwich, WOW, this where it really went down hill. THe bun was small, the chicken patty even smaller, only 2 slices of pickles, which we asked for extra, a small, not kidding dab of mayo. And for just a few dollars more I could have , like $3 more I could go elsewhere and get a bigger bun or more like a normal size bun with a little lettuce a few tomatoes and actually have 3 or 4 slices of pickles, not just 2. Yes I love pickles. I'm including the picture to show you the actual size of the patty is NOT like picture on the menu. THe menu picture is what a chicken sandwich should look like, here's what I got. Following up, it's been a few weeks after I posted this and responded to the comment left by management to go their website, which I did and fill out their form online, which I also did, even left them all my contact info and nothing, no response, no phone call no email back to me, I guess it's all about looking good to the public eye, but in reality, looks like they really don't care. BUT, I understand, it's hard to respond to the picture of their tiny $12 chicken sandwich that's about the same size of a $1 bill folded in half (as seen in the picture), when I could have spent $2 or $3 more any other place and gotten one twice that size, fresh and not dry with all sorts of condiments. Sad really.. as I mentioned before, the garlic chicken wings were really good.

It has been going from bad to worse , servers are always friendly but they’re overworked as they can’t attend everyone properly. The wings have been getting smaller and smaller , orders come out wrong or the food doesn’t ever come out at all . I have given them plenty of chances to try to get it right and keep coming back . But after going today this will definitely be our last time going , server was super friendly and kept reminding that kitchen that I was missing food , we ate the food the came out and canceled the rest . I always tip the servers good as they’re trying their best with that they have . Maybe hire some more servers and QC the food coming out to the tables .

No one was at the front to greet us. We waited almost 10 minutes just to get seated. We then waited another 10 minutes for the server to finally arrive. Another 10 minutes before she took our order. It took almost 30 minutes to get a hamburger, 3 tenders, and our fries. We were there for almost an hour and a half. This was our first and last time going.

They don't know the laws about support pets, and the Mgr was too amazing to have a conversation with trash like me.

Paid close to $70 and waited 30 minutes for carryout, only to have our order messed up and the fries were very old. Extremely overpriced and not the greatest food in general. We got two orders of 15 piece wings and fries. One of the 15 piece wings was supposed to be buffalo and for some reason they were buffalo dry rub and not buffalo sauce as one would expect. Felt like the biggest waste of money I've had from a restaurant.

I came in for the Endless Apps deal ($12.99) and left with endless regret. We were there for two full hours and only got FOUR appetizer servings. Our waitress, Terry, made the experience borderline unbearable. She flat-out refused to take our next order of apps until we finished every last chip on the plate—like we were on some kind of snack probation. We got ONE drink refill the entire time, and only after practically begging. Then to top it off, she tried to charge me for an extra drink (I only ordered water), AND added an upcharge for chili in the queso that I never asked for—when the queso was already part of the advertised deal. The food? Cold. Tasted like it was cooked in ancient fryer oil. Honestly, it felt like they were doing everything in their power to make sure we didn’t actually get to enjoy the "endless" anything. Either this is some twisted restaurant policy, or we had the worst waitress in history. Either way, I won’t be back. Ever.

Got seated and waited for 15 minutes and no one bother to ask if we wanted something to drink or to give them a couple minutes for them to take out order. Spoke to the manager and she could care less. Need to be better trained.

We went in during the all you can eat wings deal and the manager Sierra was going to charge us regular price for all the wings we ordered because she saw I was sharing with my younger siblings. She was going to add it to my bill and claimed that what we were doing was “not allowed”. Since when are employees telling customers how they can and can’t share their food? We ended up ordering another meal because we had waited over 20 minutes to be seated and she had gone home without putting our order in and waited over 35 minutes for that meal to come out. She was awfully rude and I was truly disgusted with the situation and how she ‘handled’ it, my family and friends will never be returning to this BWW.

12 people in the entire place and it took 35 mins to get water. Had to ask the waiter for our drinks after we ordered them because I could see them sitting at the bar getting warm. Another 35 mins for our appetizers to arrive which were luke warm at best. Was planning on spending alot of time there but couldn't wait to leave because the server sucked and was so indifferent to us it was ridiculous. Never going back. If they were busy I would have understood but he was just a terrible server.

Wings tasted like if they were cooked in old burnt oil this place needs new management to control the quality of the food being served to customers. This was the worst Buffalo wild wings experience ever.

Worse experience ever! Especially for my birthday. Ordered some wings never got the order. Server Vicky blamed the kitchen staff for my order not being done. At the end she offered my wings to go, but still didn't get them because the order was never put in to start with! Called to speak to a manager, assistant manager said he was gonna look into it. I'm still waiting for a call back.

This place sucks. Everytime i come here i wait 20-30 mins just to order. Went here today and the manager said sorry they are training. If they are training help them dont just stand in the corner and chit chat. If it was one time ok i get it. Every single time though? Come on!

I find it funny how all these reviews dating back months say the same thing: poor service, cold food, long wait, etc. Then the "owner" responds to visit some website to give feedback so they can address the issues. Then nothing changes. Please take the advice of all these other people reviews and just avoid this location. They'll never fix these issues.

I went today and its the worst service i had wrong order and took 30 min to get my other beer. Food came 2 hours later after they had come with the wrong order that they wrote down. Also order 15 wings because menu had no option for 10 only got 10 wings all one flavor. The guy serving at the bar is no good this why i stop coming here go to coaches this place has gotten so bad i keep telling people not to go at all. I try speaking with another person at the bar but they were busy talking to each instead of trying to help. This place has the worst employee ive had bad service but always gets corrected because they want the business this place doesn’t care at all if i could zero stars

I ordered some wings and I payed $5.99 for an extra side of fries and this is what I got!! I asked the employee if they could give me more fries since I paid $5.99 for it and he said “thats the amount of fries we serve for that price” the little box is not even full. Unbelievable

Shouldn't have to beg to get service. Had 2 employees walk past my family and another gentleman at the host station. No "we'll be with you in a min".... nothing from either employee. Then got attitude because my wife had to ask about what was going on. Walked out and won't be back.

My first time here & my last unfortunately. I had high hopes. My waiter was amazing so let’s get that clear. The wings were VERY dry. You can tell they have been re-fried. Brisket burger not a good idea. The bbq sauce in the burger was bad, brisket was too greasy, patty was too greasy & falling apart. Fries had NO flavor. Drinks were not that great either. My 2nd drink had some thick white stuff on the bottom & I have no idea what it was. To top it off the place was FREEZING cold I was shaking how cold it was! Very disappointed!

I want to give them 0 stars. The bar service is terrible. Went here to watch a Sunday morning game with my sons and the bartender ignored us. I had to get up and get my refills, at the soda machine, on my own. He's a short, stubby bald hispanic guy. He spent more time helping other tables and taking to his friends. Same thing with the waitress. She spent the entire time taking to her friend. Terrible service. If you can, go elsewhere.

Some of these people do not like their job at all. Very unfriendly servers if youre not who they are serving. Youll only see them being nice when serving you. If you have a question while they arent doing anything they are unfriendly.

We decided to give this place a second chance, and it was a bad mistake. We ordered four different flavors of wings, and every single one tasted like burnt machinery mixed with the flavor of something that had been sitting in a freezer for years. The service was just as bad, we had to go up to the counter multiple times just to ask for basic items. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Even my five year old said the wings were disgusting. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Our waitress never checked on us or offered refills. I understand it was busy, but that’s no excuse for poor service. Still, I was polite the entire time and even left her a good tip. After paying with my credit card, the waitress took it to the back to run the payment. Within a couple of hours, I noticed a charge on my account from a beauty website I’ve never used before. I haven’t used that card anywhere else recently, so it’s clear where my information was taken from. I had to call my bank, cancel my card, and now I’m waiting several days for a replacement. In the meantime, I can’t access my money easily, and it’s been a nightmare updating all my autopay accounts one by one. This whole experience was completely unacceptable. If you decide to eat here, do not pay with a card, bring cash or a check instead. They’ve officially lost my business.

Came in… a little before 12:30pm. No one at the counter. Waited about 10 minutes just to get seated and only got seated after another elderly couple went back and found someone. The manager came out and seemed bothered that the customer was complaining about the wait and told him it was only a few minutes. Sat down at 12:41 and didn’t have the waitress even take a drink order until 12:57. Waitress was dismissive and said she’s doing the best she could. Asked for the manger who never came out. The guy running the food looked annoyed and there seemed to be urgency with anyone working in this place. The staff seem to have the same poor attitude as the manager!

Tall lady with black hair and hand tattoo is the most rude and sorry excuse for a hospitality worker. Not only did the owner reply but then this happened after. Daughter said just burger patties and cheese bacon on the side I’m gluten free. Bun on patties they bring out with a hair in the fries like come on. Worst place in town. Party of 8 walked in and out because they didn’t get served.

Whatever you do do not come here. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is pure trash. If it isn't the horrible service that takes 30 minutes just to place an order or get a refill on a drink. It's the playing death metal while people are trying to talk at their table. This location can ruin a brand. You need to get a new management staff over there immediately

Honestly buffalo in Palmdale has such poor and terrible customer service like why does if take 40 minutes to get food to my table why do the hire people who don’t care about their work like not one refill is offered while were waiting. It’s ridiculous like management please do better train staff better . I sadly will not be coming back it’s ridiculous every time I go to buffalo it’s the same issue . Mind you it’s not even packed whenever I would go just save your money and go somewhere else . Where they will actually take care of you

if i could give a zero i most definitely would. ordered nachos and as the image shown below displayed, this is what i got: TONY said he can bring his manager but this is what they offer. when the manager SAVANAH came to speak to me i said this isn’t what the nachos are usually what they look like being that they had barely any cheese and chicken. she said that’s how they’re supposed to look like and i said is this honestly something that looks appetizing to give to customer? she responded with “well it’s to your liking” how is something that is displayed different on their menu “to my liking”. she said she said would take off the nachos and took off. both savanah and tony never returned to the table. Thankfully Claudia took over the table and was amazing. Overall horrible experience and i’m glad to say i will never be coming back. the lack of how presentable or flavorful the food is horrible.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Terrible experience! We got there at 8:30 pm and seated at 9 pm which was not that long of a wait. Then another 30 minutes passed before anyone took our order … only after we asked front staff to find our server. When she finally came, she looked annoyed that we even asked for help. Waited an additional 49 minutes for our food, server never once came by to check if we needed refills. The food was just as bad tried a wing and taste was awful, almost like chicken had gone bad. All four burgers came out burnt to be clear the patties were badly burnt and inedible. We requested to speak with manager and paid for drinks. Please be advised before choosing this location.

My friends and I went on Sunday with their toddlers. As soon as we got there the waitress Bella was SO RUDE. She was very sarcastic and giving attitude. We all looked at each other very confused on why she was acting like that. One of the toddlers broke a salt glass container and again Bella was rude about it. After we had ordered 3 irish trash cans , she comes back and says they are denying service, we asked to speak to the manager and they told us that they are denying service because of our appearance and because we had "glossy eyes" which none of it made sense. We ended up just leaving. I strongly recommend to hire people who actually want to work there with customer service.
