Great experience!! Everybody there was very nice ... greeted with cheerful "How are you today?" instead of begrudging "Here or to go?". Manager came by to see how we were doing. Food was great. Will be back soon.

I visited this location today for a quick lunch. As everyone knows, the winter storm was very damaging to most people up here and Cameron took the time to ask about me and my family and how we were doing after the storm. Her level of courtesy and personal interest in her customers should be a role model for anyone in the industry! My food was handed to me fast, hot and smelling great! When I got back to my desk to eat, everything was perfectly prepared (I am a picky eater and make lots of changes) and was incredibly delicious! I hope that Cameron gets some special recognition for the amazing service she provides to her customers and for the way she leads her team to ensure everyone gets hot meal that they can enjoy!

I ordered a croissant sandwich without the ham I just wanted the bacon. It was so light and fluffy until I almost didn't want to eat it. I have always had good experiences at this location but today the way it was cooked was above and beyond the🤗

Whoever is working the fryer and grill you’re doing a great job. Fries were fresh and hot. Burger was made perfect and not sloppy. 08/07/2022 5pm. I will be coming back again.

I had the Sausage breakfast platter combo and my sister had the ultimate breakfast sandwich (sausage) combo. Hot and fresh. Staff friendly and energetic. We love coming here because service has always been great. Nice job everyone!

Lovely staff which is nice when going late night. Food was good! The taco wasn’t drowning in sauce which let me make it a good sauce to taco ratio, which is rare and I appreciated it!

I told the lady that I wanted to try a sauce, and she recommended some other sauces that I didn't even really know about and threw them on my plate for me to try. Was very courteous. She didn't try to rush me and when I was saying that eating when she walked by she made small talk. It was really friendly and really nice

Went to drive through because the line wasn't long and I hadn't eaten from Jack in the Box in a long time. Ordered 2 Jumbo Jack's and a medium seasoned curly fry. Pickup window person was friendly and efficient. I paid ($7.55) and took the food home. Opened up the Jumbo Jack boxes and took a quick look at the burgers. Cut them in half, warmed them in microwave with the curly fries. Gave my Mom a Jumbo Jack and about half of the fries. She ate everything and said it was excellent. Will go back again soon.

This location is always fast, and my orders are accurate. Last time I went, there was one lady at the drive thru. I'd ordered two 2 taco orders, and only received one. I noticed before driving off, so I brought it to her attention. At first, she seemed flustered, but when I mentioned I'd had two orders, she immediately realized the mistake. Then, she got the rest of my order, and handed it to me. She was the only one I could see moving around, so I'd say she handled it fairly well. This is a good location overall. I visit them about once a week.

I frequent the ones on pioneer parkway an on Raider/Euless Blvd. Both are slow. No matter the time of day or night. The fries are always cold and hard. At least the burgers are warm and fresh. The staff on Pioneer Parkway is nice and friendly. But the staff at Raider not so much. I really don't like to give such a negative review. Hopefully, getting more staff would be more helpful for service.

The morning crew is awesome!! Friendly, helpful and pleasant. Do they make mistakes, yes they do but they are even friendly and smiling through the mistakes. The night crew.....well that's a whole other story. Let's just say that they are polar opposites of the morning crew. So if you want to eat here. I suggest that you visit in the morning or afternoon for the best experience.

It's Jack in the Box. Lol it's nothing amazing but the service here was good. The manager gave my Sergeant and I a LEO (law enforcement officer) discount so that was amazing and welcomed. The food did come out hot and correct. I would recommend coming to this location if you ever need a quick bite to eat.

Don't get me wrong it's a great little fast food restaurant however if you're looking for ice cream after 9 do not go there! They always for one reason or another, have the machine down and are cleaning it so you can never get ice cream past 9 and in my book that is definitely a no-go

They were consistent as possible and did their very best. However, it's difficult to keep staff there which is ever-changing.there are two types of staff that work here the ones that care about their jobs and want to assist with everything and the ones that want to do absolutely nothing and should just get in their car and go home. been going to this Jack in the box for 12 years so I've seen anything and everything as you can imagine.

Today (5.28.21 @06:20) there was an employee inside the location sound asleep instead of actually working! She was sleeping when I arrived, throughout placing the order, the cooking wait time and delivery. Never budged. No idea who she was, but I find it incredibly rude of her to sleep on the job, while others are scrambling to take, create and deliver orders for multiple customers. Been going to this location for years! As a family of four adults, we visit multiple times a week on average. In all those years, I cannot remember a single time when they ever got the orders wrong. Granted we are such regulars, when I order breakfasts, the girl in the window, Cameron, is so precise, she knows we never want straws or plastic ware, hate the syrup for hotcakes but love ketchup for hashbrowns and she packs the bag to perfection every time without me having to ask last few years. I GIVE HER 5 STARS! The rest of the staff is usually friendly and polite as well. Never had a rude server, which is RARE in the fast food world after so many years. All during the covid shutdown, the people were even nicer than before. In the beginning I asked about masks because no one was wearing them, and discovered Jack in the Box was not requiring them in the beginning. Though it took a while for the company to get masks out to the locations, once they had them employees wore them properly on each visit. Lately the roof has been leaking like a seive and the ceiling is coming down inside. All the unusual amounts of rain this month has made for dangerously slick floors. This has kept inside access shut down for customer safety, which means sometimes the line is long for service at the drive through. Staff has the added trouble of running orders out to cars which increases their load and customer wait times. I often hear employees still taking orders over headsets AS they are at the car window delivering my order. If any companies locally are looking to poach great employees from a competitor who is falling apart, I suggest poaching the cook and waitstaff... well, except for the sleepyhead from this morning!

Took 10 minutes to order, boone* was watching the front register. *Correction No one was watching the front register. Then an attendant came from the restaurant side of the location and took our order. The worker had an attitude and looked as if he felt upset he had to take our order. Food was fresh and tasty. Time spent waiting on food and having order taken was about 25 minutes. Don't go to this location if you need a quick lunch.

Did the drive through. After waiting a while to get up & get my food, they completely messed up my order. I had to pull over & wait an additional 10 minutes for them to get my order. Total wait time was close to 30 minutes. Need to hire people who can do the job correctly.

Came here to try the noggy shake since another location said they couldn't make shakes at the present time. So i can detect the egg nog flavor. It's slight but it's there. I seen youTube reviews that said it taste more like Vanilla. Well the shake is vanilla shake based so I think the egg nog flavor will depend on how much of the liquid syrup they put in their vanilla shake. I could see some of the yellow liquid at the top of my drink that didn't get blended all the way. I like the biscoff cookie crumbles they add. I give this item a 3.5/5.

It's pretty meh. The kids could benefit from assuming a better attitude. I come for cheap tacos that is hit or miss being cold, or fresh. I think spicy ckn sandwich is alright most of the time

I ordered using the app. I asked for the drink while waiting. No, I can get it with the order. No big deal but she was a bit curt. I guess there is a rash of drink stealing? They aren't exactly quick here, either. Lol

The girl at the counter could not have been more unfriendly. It appeared as though she hates her job. I twice said thank you, once when she took my order and once when she handed it to me. Never did she say a word. Granted I am in my 60's and know this new generation is much different but wow

JITB -- it's not just a meal, it's an adventure. We went here a few days ago. Our order took forever, because, we learned, they gave our food to a drive- thru customer. So it had to be remade. I ordered a piece of cheesecake. The expiration date on it was 2021 -- two years ago! (See photo.) I contacted JITB, and of course received no response. Crew was friendly, but not friendly enough to make up for potential food poisoning. We'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Ordered a munchie meal and tacos and when I received the food I asked the lady at the window if that was all. She said yes, that all the food was in the bag so I believed her. Didn’t realize until I got home that my tacos were not in the bag like she said.

Went thru the drive thru...the man on the other end made sure to ask me if my order was correct...spicy chicken sandwich, 3 egg rolls and a sourdough jack no ketchup no tomato. Low and behold get home and BAM ketchup and tomato. Called several times no answer and I’m now stuck with a burger I won’t eat. ✅it was fast mind you, but not correct!

Always a long wait. I went twice and got the $5 specials. One was the bbq bacon double cheeseburger. The other was the southwest cheddar. Both were sloppily made, very dry - needed more condiment: mayo/bbq. I got charged for curly fries but got regular fries the first visit. The second the burger was missing tomato and grilled onion was in between lettuce and food was lukewarm. Burger is dry and had no flavor/seasoning. Won’t be returning for burgers anytime soon.

Do better! I was so mad I didn't even order anything for myself, only my husband. Drive thru is slow. The door is locked with no reason why posted. I'm pulling on the door and the lady is just staring back. I drive around to order. No large cups but I still get charged to upsize the meal. I gave 1 star without a description why, 3 years ago. I had issues when I came a month ago so why did I go back?! No more. Only upside: young lady in the drive thru was extra nice because she knew it was BS... which made me hold in my anger as to not take it out on her specifically.

They show that they are open 24 hours… but they don’t answer the speaker at 2:45 am. If management is curious why there’s no sales at night, it’s because you can’t sell if you don’t answer the speaker. And I could see someone in there when I pulled into the parking lot.

So I am drafting this review while I’ve been waiting for my order in the drive-through for 15 minutes already and counting. I don’t understand why it takes so long to process one order but the guy in front of me still hasn’t gotten his. I think they only have one employee taking orders and cooking at the same time.

Usually this location is good but this morning the lady in the drive thru window was less than par. She charged me for something that I didn't order, she knew I didn't order it because she repeated back to me the incorrect order she took and I said no that was not correct and told her exactly what I ordered, she didn't correct it in her register just yelled back to kitchen and still charged me incorrect so when I looked at my receipt, it has the burger I didn't order and didn't want and it was more than the plain cheeseburger I ordered. When I told her again, that she charged me for the wrong item and I want my difference in change she was very rude and snatched the receipt out of my hand and told me to pull around to the side door. So I did, after about 5 minutes another lady came out, didn't say anything and handed me the money I was owed without giving me my receipt back. I asked for it back and she huffed walked back in and got it, came back out, again looking annoyed and not saying anything, handed it to me, walked away. Usually this location is good but today... ugh

Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. Took me almost 20 minutes in the drive thru just get my small order. Worst part is the fries, they were disgusting it looks like they have never changed the oil. I ended up throwing away my whole meal.

I usually order only 1 meal and they still cant get that right. Sometimes it's a completely different meal sometimes it's missing an item like a burger patty. Do not go here unless you have time to wait and double check your order before you leave to make sure you get the correct items.

One thing that needs to be said is that order accuracy at a fast food chain is paramount. It's one of THE single factors that defines success or failure. Today, my order was a dismal failure. I received someone else's order entirely. I don't have the time to come back to the store and complain - all I have time for is a quick paragraph or two on what remains of my lunch break. I don't normally go to JitB, and this was a real letdown. I likely won't be back. If you want your location to succeed, focus on order accuracy please.

Always long wait. It's not a drive thru type of service. Chick FilA gets you out quicker considering the fact their line always goes around the building. Awful smell when you come through the window or inside the place. Don't plan oon going back to this location.

If i could give this place a negative star review i would. I absolutely hate this location. Ive continuously come here because i live around the corner and i like Jack in the Box. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO COME HERE AND EAT AND NOT HAVE TO COME IN EVERYTIME TO HAVE MY ORDER FIXED OR REPLACED BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY OF MAKING ME WAIT 15 MINUTES AND THEN GIVE ME COLD FOOD. They never answer the phone, theres never a manager around when needed and the poor woman who works there as a shift leader feels so bad for her customers because she knows what trash it is. Her face and tone tells it all. I feel sorry for the customers who come here. Do not eat here. I come at night and theres waterbugs flying everywhere around the dumpster and light areas. Theres always new employees and they are extremely rude. DO NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL ALWAYS REGRET IT. Also, smells like a dump.

The lady taking drive through orders literally sighed out loud like I was an inconvenience to her life when I ordered my food after so said order when ready then continued to have a tone the entire time. Later in the day, my coworker ordered food for her and I and guess what, my food was forgotten. Figures!

I’ve lived in pantego for over 20 years…. Jack in the box was always my favorite place to go but NOT ANYMORE WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Idk what little girl was just taking orders and at the window. BUT THE WHOLE TIME she was giving my boyfriend attitude, from the time we took our orders and even at the window.. I’d normally stay quite with things like that but she was too much. i finally told her to lose her attitude, after my boyfriend had to ask a SECOND time for a water cup. And her response “ you didn’t hear me… I said I’d get you one” that is NOT how you talk to a customer. Then she slams the window after I said lose your attitude and brings the manager and I told the manger she doesn’t need to be talking like that. and she just shook her head. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a doordash order and for some reason they decided to lock the inside before their usual time to close the inside and the lady expected me to get in a long drive thru line for my order when I was literally watching her bag the order. Terrible service.

I now have the trots like you wouldn't believe after eating here, and my food tasted kind of off. I went here specifically just to use the internet because McDonald's store was down entirely and these guys were across the street. I went in there to use internet and they don't have a place set up for you to plug in your laptop, they used to but not anymore, so basically I couldn't do what I needed to do there and I now have a terrible case of Montezuma's Revenge I go eat at the one at the corner of Cooper and Division across from the police station, I've never had any issues with them

This location is usually great in customer service but lately the afternoon staff is lacking in proper customer service skills and manners. Today I went to grab a chicken strip meal, tacos and drinks and was treated poorly by the drive thru person. Just like in a previous review I was treated the same way as she was treated. The gentleman was impatient and extremely rude when counting my money. He kept holding out his hand motioning for the money. When he gave me back change he held his hand out. I thought I had given him incorrect change. I felt that I was inconveniencing him by doing his job. Never had a interaction such as this. No verbal communication. He was on his phone. No greeting nor a thank you was given. Just uncalled for behavior. If someone is unhappy with the profession they have chosen they need to find a better endeavor elsewhere. I know fast food is not a glamorous life nor are the customers nice at times but this was totally uncalled for. No excuse for rudeness from the employees. This is not the first time and I doubt there will be a last time. Order was incorrect and tacos were so greasy they were inedible. Grease was dripping through the bag getting in my car seats. Went back to return the items then I ended up walking in on complete chaos from the kitchen staff and the lead team leader. The team leader had fresh food made for me but another employee gave away my food to someone else in the drive in thru. I waited an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. The staff kept leaving out food items. Basically had to throw away food that was yet inedible. No one likes to waste money on food. Other than that the folks in the morning are wonderful. I’ll stick with visiting during the morning time. Contacted corporate. Never heard back from them.

The person taking my order (7-21-20) at 10:03 pm, I believe the employee's name was La'Neil (she had red in her hair braid) was very rude. Sounded like she was getting frustrated each time I ordered more items. For one thing, its Your job to take orders. You signed up for it, not no ones fault you hate your job! Two, she kept handing me drinks like she was frustrated, didn't offer a drink carrier or didn't even ask for my money or anything. Also, I had to go back to this location 10 mins later after my wife noticed my kids hamburger was missing. The line was out towards the entranceway, so I didn't end up getting my kids hamburger. I went to McDonald's instead. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back to this location as long as she's working here. However, I will add that the person who took over for her (supervisor maybe) was very sweet and nice to me. Thank you for that, I appreciate it. But your employee is gonna send other customers away if she don't change her attitude.

This is the worst Jack in the Box ever. I live right down the street and every time I come in my food is wrong the cook that works on the night shift picks his nose we had went up there and ordered $47 worth of food and when we got to the window I turn and looked back and the Cook's got his finger up his nose😡 so we left and went across the street and ordered McDonald's . The only time I ever get my food correctly done is when Carmen is there y'all need more people like Carmen. I will not go back down there to eat again my food is horrible the eggs are burnt I'm a pissed-off customer.

Didn’t receive my egg rolls, they were about to not give us our second drink the curly fries were cold when we received them. Been to this one a couple of times and they forget something every single time I go here. Probably the worst location, wouldn’t suggest this one.

Went through the drive through for a breakfast order and opened the bag and a huge roach came running out of and over the top of the bag. This place must be infested for this to happen. Called the health department. Took a picture and forwarded the information. Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. (Clean your restaurant people).

I placed a mobile order tonight, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced at Jack in the box. Ordered 2 bacon Swiss buttery jack combos neither sandwich had Swiss. Both kids' meals that I ordered were missing drinks, and then fries were hard like they were days old. I will never go to this place again. I really hate that I wasted my money

THE INSIDE FREESTYLE MACHINE SMELLS LIKE MOLD AND CHUCK E. CHEESE TUNNELS. Do not even waste your time here. 15 minutes per customer in the drive thru is crazy. Lazy employees that have no idea how to organize customers, they do not answer the drive thru window for 10+ minutes

When I say that I waited AN HOUR in the drive through for a large fry, order of jalapeño peppers, and 2 orders of churros... I'm NOT kidding. I waited for more than 10 minutes just to place my order at the talk box. This was the WORST experience! There were people in the lobby standing and waiting for the same amount of time that I sat in the drive through. There were 8 vehicles that waited and were NEVER given the opportunity to order so they drove off. I've been to this location may times and never experienced anything like this. I can say that with all honesty, I would NOT recommend this establishment if you are on any type of schedule. This was completely inappropriate time management on both staff and the corporation itself.

Never returning. In the last few weeks have been screwed over twice by this place. 1. Kept hearing about their crispy chicken how good it was. Till about 1 in the afternoon I stopped in and ordered one. To be met with" we're all sold out of that". How can you be sold out of a promotional item that you're running advertisements for 24/7? Left without ordering. So they advertise are open 24/7 and they serve breakfast all day long. Sunday morning 3:30 a.m. returning home from work I passed several places that were open but I said well I'm going to go to JB. Big mistake. I met with "oh we're not going to be open till 6 am. " Thought you were open 24/7 that's what your sign says. Sorry. Great I'm not going to be hungry at 6 a.m. hopefully. After thinking about it for a while I realized this is the second time they did that to me. About a year earlier they had also giving me the same sad story sorry we're not open till 6 am. The bad part about the area is there's no other place open.

Got in the drive-Thru around 9:30, didn't move for a few minutes. The 2 cars in front of me left. When I got to the speaker the employee told me " we will be with you in a few minutes". After waiting for 5 minutes I said hello just to make sure I wasn't being forgotten, to which the employee responded to please wait. After I gave up, I drove around to see no cars in the window and 4 employees standing the ice cream machine.

The service was absolutely horrible,they said many rude things to us and didn’t even take our order. My brother came over for the summer to have a great time but it turned out the workers didn’t care about us. This is why I hated my fast food experience. We kept talking to them but they didn’t take our order.

This place is the worst Jack in the box I ever been to and it's a shame because I love Jack in the box... It's the closest to me and I avoid it because the service is super horrible!!!! I decided to give it another try today because I didn't feel like diving 10 miles to next closest Jack in the box and I really wanted breakfast from Jack in the box... Yet again I was disappointed! I don't think they should answer the drive thru with "order whatever you want" and then when I place my order I get in response after a 2 minute pause "I didn't get any of that... Can you repeat that?"... I get my order and the hash brown was soaked in the cooking oil... You can tell the hash brown is old and all they did was dip it in the fryer to warm it up... It was hard, oily and cold! Even after dipped in the cooking oil... The breakfast sandwich was the wrong one and it was also cold... I'm never going back to this location again... I'll just have to drive the 10 miles to next location... So inconvenient because this Jack in the box is 2 minutes from my house... This has happened so many times to me and my wife... This location needs a whole new staff that actually wants to work and cares about their job... I only put a 1 star so I can put in my review but this place is in the negative

Worst service here!!! I just went and the drive-thru service was horrible. The woman taking the order welcomed us and then stopped talking. She never said to hold on or anything she just stopped talking. We were waiting there for maybe 10 minutes waiting for her. Since we saw that she wasn't going to take an order we decided to leave and drove past the window and saw her refilling the ice machine. We honked and she didn't even look towards us. The car behind us also decided to leave. This has already happened two times already and with different ladies. I would rate this 0 stars without a doubt.

This location is my local Jack-in-the-Box and it has been great for many years. But the last few years this location is absolutely terrible. They turn the lights off at night so cars don’t come. They lock the doors before the dining room hours day. They are out of everything all the time. No rice, no salads etc. The cooks don’t prepare the food properly. It’s very sad because we are limited in the neighborhood for food choices. Can’t call corporate to inform them either. 22 minutes last night no cars moved.

Our food was good but the 1 star is due to the fact that we went through the drive thru and I literally saw the manager drop a chicken sandwich on the floor the box came open and everything, he picked it up to inspect the sandwich and box for dirt or to see if it was ok to put back on the line. Then threw the box away and put the sandwich back on the line to get a new box. The whole thing should have been thrown away. It fell on the floor. Watch your food when you come here or go somewhere else where they care about the food they serve! By the way I’m not coming back here, I rather drive a mile farther than here.!

Updated review... came back after not visiting for 2 months and they gave me an incomplete order. This location consistently serves cold food with a long wait in line. If I'm in line over 15 minutes, at least make the food fresh. I only order 4 tacos so it's not like it is a difficult or complicated order...This is the 3rd time I've waited over 15 minutes in line and received cold food. I'll try a different location next time I want jack. Also, I've made a review for this location before and was given the same reply that everyone else's review got - an impersonal, copy and paste apology. No need to do the same with this updated review. I'm just doing it for other potential customers to be warned they will receive slow service and cold food.

Food was disgusting. First of all. I asked for two tacos, no lettuce, extra sauce. I got none of those. Just ordinary tacos. Then I bit into them and it tasted completely off. Almost as if they stuffed it with days old sausage instead of the meat it comes I'm with. I've had it several times before, I should know what they normally taste like. That makes no sense to me because I'm pretty sure they have them premade before frying them. Aside from that, I waited at the drive through for 30 minutes when there were only two cars in front. If someone has a bigger order, ask them to pull up to the front, so they don't hold up the line! Don't come here.

Went through drive-thru at 4pm Oct 3. Once the worker opened the window, a stench of dumpster trash swept into my car. I physically closed the window after they walked away to confirm (which it was) the smell was coming from inside. Upon opening my supposed to be delicous egg, sausage, and cheese (even though I specified NO CHEESE) biscuit and taking the first bite I was put off by a familiar taste and texture... The eggs were rotten. I confirmed this with my brother ,who is a cook who uses eggs on a regular basis, he confirmed immediately upon inspection that it was indeed rotten.

I get to the drive thru after making an online order and just stated “Hello”, because no one acknowledged me. The gentleman on the headphone was immediately rude stating “we have a lot of orders” . He never came back and I was just sitting there. Then he comes on.. telling me to park in a spot that was occupied by a vehicle. Came in the drive through and ordered the ultimate bacon burger combo. Was told to pull up and wait in a spot upfront for my meal. Came home and OF COURSE a burger with NO BACON on it. What was I waiting for? Disappointing

Dear Jack in the Box Customer Service Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding a mobile app order issue and unprofessional behavior from a manager at one of your locations. On the evening of December 24, I placed and paid for an order through the Jack in the Box app at the following location: 2501 W Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX 76013. When I arrived, the line of cars was extremely long and extended out into the street. Because of the excessive wait time, I decided to leave and attempted to cancel the order through the app once I got home. However, the order was marked as “complete,” even though I never received my food and was unable to cancel the order. As a result, I was charged for an order I did not receive. On Christmas Day at approximately 1:20 PM, I went into the store to speak with the manager about this issue. She did end up replacing the Supreme Croissant from the previous night; however, the interaction was very upsetting. While doing so, the manager was muttering derogatory words in Spanish and then looked at me and repeated accusations a second time in front of other customers, stating that I had received my order and that I “do this all the time.” These statements are entirely untrue and were embarrassing and inappropriate to say publicly. By the time I got home, I was so upset by the way I was treated that I had completely lost my appetite. I am also concerned because this is not my first negative experience with this same manager. On a previous visit, I purchased a grilled chicken sandwich. After taking one bite, I noticed it tasted bad and returned it immediately. The manager refused to replace the sandwich, stating that I had already taken a bite, despite the fact that the food was not acceptable. These repeated issues, combined with the manager’s conduct, were extremely disappointing and do not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Jack in the Box. I would appreciate a refund for the app order, and for this matter to be reviewed. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

I came in as a carrier asking if I could use their restroom. I couldn't get in due cause, they had asked if I was ordering anything. Respond no. I just needed to use their washroom to wash my hands and go release myself after delivering for awhile. I had delivered to this place a whole bunch of times over my 30 something years and this is how they treat me. I walked out after they refused to allow me to use it and went on reloading my truck to continue my day and had to go to another location on my route who appreciates me more and showed me better service. I'm not going to destroy any bathrooms. I just needed a release and to wash my hands. I'm very disappointed. This place is to me is very rude and not appreciative.

The Hispanic lady working the drive thru is incredibly rude. Doesn’t even let you talk without cutting you off. There were literally no other customers so for her to cut me off the amount of times she did and rush me was absolutely uncalled for.

This is the 3rd time I've come to this location in a couple months where the prices on the sign, is not what is being charged. I have brought to the attention to employees and they just say they don't know. They never give me back the difference. This is false advertisement and by not not making it right, is theft. Fix the signs or change the prices back to match the signs. Got #21 combo with small drink. And 3 piece French toast sticks.

Ordered through UberEats…never again. How y’all give somebody uncooked but hard and burnt fries. Mini tacos greasy and burnt. The chicken sandwich was horrendous like somebody really in frying food and leaving it in the grease longer than the cook time and sending customers anything. The pictures tells it all.
