Clean and quick! Great customer service, awesome selection, outstanding food, and fabulous experience. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was polite, attentive to refill needs, constantly cleaning tables, returning food trays, and making sure empty seats were ready for the next customer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And 👍👍

I just ordered sandwich Chick-fil-A and the oil is too old. The cooking oil is old It’s very old. It’s time to change the oil because it was very disgusting and I never had that from you guys. Thanks.

This is a relatively new location for Chick-fil-A and it shows a little bit. The lines were slower than normal (compared to more established locations). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but received a normal sandwich instead but that was okay. The chicken patty tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed recently or was too hot while cooking. I am confident that this location will make some improvements over time.

Very disappointed on this visit to my local restaurant. They weren’t very busy yet had no trays. Ordered 3 chicken strips meal with waffle fries. Fries were ice cold and i mostly got the dregs. The chicken strips were very tough and cold as well. One of the strips was not edible as it was very dried out. Top prices should be consistent great food. It’ll be a while before I go back.

They don't know how to do a coke float. They just drop the ice-cream in and not mix it.

I went to scan the drive thru order and it didn’t work so we had went to the line and tell them that it didn’t work, the workers saw us and not one of them came up to ask if we needed help or anything, we were waiting for about 20 mins it was discrimination. This has happened twice and they need to train workers more.

They have terrible customer service employee stand around chit chat and talk not doing their jobs should not take 15 minutes to 20 minutes for a for a doordash order to be done can I watch three of their employees standing around with 15 minutes not doing a damn thing

Since they been open I’ve had nothing but issues. Sadly this isn’t even the first time I’ve found a hair in my food. If it’s not poor food quality it’s taken forever to get my food. Almost 90% of the time I order I’m singled out to go around and wait in the front cause my order will take longer. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth the hassle.

They need to change the grease the food is burnt and even when you have them remake it it comes back to you even more burnt the food quality is really starting to go down this absolutely does not look like the one on the menu the dark gray black LOL I don't know what happened to the management there but you can definitely tell the difference between now and the last couple months

I emptied my cup of leftover ice into my sink at home before throwing the cup into the trash and found that a fake fingernail had been inside. Absolutely disgusting! I’m including the picture of the nasty underside of the nail. I wish I would have taken a picture of it in the sink but I would have never dreamt that I would have found this in my cup. Stay away from Chick-fil-a in Paris, Texas! 🤮 ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!
