We go for breakfast most weekends, but on several visits the food experience hasn't been good. One day I ordered the Christmas pancakes I'd tried at another Vips, and they were nothing like the originals. Another time, the French toast arrived very squashed. Another day I ordered a salmon toast with seeded bread and no oil, but they didn't bring the seeded bread, insisted several times on bringing it with oil, and the avocado was half-black. I ended up eating it, but it's a dish I wouldn't order again. I think they should definitely improve the kitchen and pay more attention to the quality and detail of the dishes. Even so, I want to highlight that the service is very good, even when the place is full, especially Jorge, whose service was impeccable.

Wait times for lunch and dinner are long on weekends. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the portions are adequate, although the delivery times are sometimes frustrating. The other day we went for dinner around 8:00 p.m., when the place wasn't very busy, and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On the positive side, they have some vegetarian dishes.

I ordered delivery. The food arrived cold, and I couldn't even see the ingredients. I called to complain, and they referred me to an email address that they never answer. Shameful.

I placed an order directly with VIPS Parla today at 9:00 PM, which wasn't delivered until 11:00 PM, accumulating a two-hour delay—a completely excessive amount of time for a food delivery service. At 10:00 PM, I was forced to call the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order. The phone service was unsympathetic and unfriendly, simply telling me that the food was "already prepared" and that it now depended on the delivery driver coming to pick it up, if they even came. I find it unacceptable that an internal logistical problem is passed on to the customer, especially since I placed the order directly with VIPS, not through an external platform. Furthermore, I had to insist that the food not be delivered cold, something that should be standard practice for the restaurant. Finally, the order arrived in poor condition: the food was cold, the milkshake was watered down from being unrefrigerated for so long, the hamburger was soggy, and the cake was squashed. After a two-hour wait, this outcome is deeply disappointing and falls far short of VIPS' service and image. I have seen that in other complaints, responsibility is often shifted to external platforms like Glovo. I reiterate that this order was placed directly with VIPS, so I understand that the responsibility for the service lies solely with them. I request adequate compensation for what happened and, above all, a review of both delivery times and customer service, as the experience has been extremely negative. I await your response.

My partner and I went to eat the Christmas pancakes; I'd already tried them in Madrid. My partner ordered the chocolate one, and out of three pancakes, they only gave me two. I ordered the ring-shaped one, and honestly, it was a disappointment. The three pancakes are supposed to have a filling in between each one, either cream, chocolate truffle, or both. The one I got had nothing, just cream on top. I've attached a photo of the one I tried in Madrid, and the one in Parla is incomparable.

We ordered a Vips Club sandwich with sweet potato. Not only did they charge extra for it being sweet potato, but it was ice cold. We complained, and what they did in 20 seconds was put the entire plate, sandwich and sweet potatoes, in the microwave. Now even the lettuce is cooked. A terrible experience, a real shame because many of us used to come to this Vips.

I placed an order at 8:38 PM through Glovo with VIPS, and at this point I still haven't received anything. After more than an hour on hold, I decided to call the establishment directly to try to resolve the issue, and their response was simply incredible: they told me that if I wanted the food, I could pick it up myself. Not only do they avoid all responsibility, but they also blame Glovo and wash their hands of it, leaving the customer completely unattended. One expects a brand like VIPS to offer a minimally responsible service, but what I experienced today was a total lack of professionalism and empathy. The food arrived in a deplorable state, as you can see. After this experience, this is the last time I'll trust them. If an order is delayed or lost, the least they can do is provide a solution, not tell the customer to figure it out on their own.

The cleanliness is very poor. Getting into this bathroom was a challenge. The staff spend more than 10 minutes talking to the counters without serving you. They also form a circle among themselves. In my case, I was there yesterday around 12 noon. You can see the cameras and review the information. I hope it can improve so I can come back when it's changed. I knew it had a bad reputation, but not as bad as it was.

I ordered a pancake at Vips and it was a disappointment. The banana was completely green, which ruined the flavor of the dish. I didn't expect something like that from a place like this. They should be more careful with the quality of the ingredients. A very bad experience this time.
