Bread was hard- service not good. Left my chips out of bag that I paid for! Person working acted very bored ! Way too noisy in there & there were no other customers! Music do loud you couldn’t talk or hear the counter person!

I like new changes that were made far as ordering online, drinks and sandwiches. The only problem is the bread options other than that it's good place for a sandwich.

I normally go to this location alot and lately the service has been really slow inside and outside the restaurant. Then when it comes to ordering they made me wait 2 differ Times for 5 minutes each. I really do hope the service gets better from here.

Last nite I went to get 2 veggie foot long sandwich and asked for more lettuce and the guy said he got in trouble if he put more than half a handful in each sandwich. It's a VEGGIE sandwich. This is what I got and took pics. Sad 14$ for this!!

They get two stars only because I have seen worse when it comes to Subway. The young lady in front of me had her sandwich lost and forgotten in the toaster, burned to a crisp. They tried to give my sandwich first to the drive-thru and then to the girl in front of me. Strangely, the one who made my sandwich was the one who tried to take it to the drive-through. The two girls working seemed lost and kept looking at each other to fix the mess-ups. They needed some sort of manager or shift leader. This wasn't my first bad experience at this location I was just hoping they had improved.

This is the slowest subway I've ever had the displeasure of ordering at. Theres no sense of urgency, 1 person running the line while the other employees are doing god knows what (but you heard them laughing and having a great time). Which is fine, you should find work tolerable and make friends along the way. But it's a business, why is it taking 20+ minutes for 2 subs when there's no body in front of me in line. And only 2 people behind me? I highly advise against coming here if you're in a rush. Also the food doesn't look quite fresh, looks a little soggy. Especially the spinach. It's looks a little run down. Also they're stingy with the portions sizes. The meat didn't even look like a full serving. But they're even stingy with the condiment.

Just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience. Guy on the mic sounded super annoyed and couldn't remember what i wanted on my sandwich. Then I get home and the bread is as hard as a rock. Horrible service and food

Did an online order, they messed up both subs putting the wrong things on each and one was missing sauce and cheese. Disappointing to say the least

Made us wait for almost an hour for 4 sandwiches. We put an online order and that’s supposed to be easier to just get. You’re in and out easy but noo they seemed to be doing nothing and their lobby was empty no sense of urgency honestly. As we pulled up to the drive thru to pick up the order, they still forgot my 4th sandwich so good thing I checked right away. Just horrible service.

Ordered a chicken sandwich for my son. I drop the food off and leave only to get a call from my son that it had no chicken! I was to far to turn back and take it back to the store.

No one was at counter to greet me. There was an employee on his break but didn’t even acknowledge to get someone to help me out. When the guy did come to make make my sandwich he just threw everything on the bread messy. The vegetable table was very dirty. I would never go back to that location.

Worse service I've ever had by two lazy young that worked today on 8/7/2025 at 3:45pm..first they didn't care to do my order as I asked for it. They they were trying to scrape the tuna off another sandwich to put on to mine. They they were beig very disrespectful.

This place sucks and the employees don’t even care. I’m never EVER going to this third rate place again. Tried the drive through thing and didn’t get anything I ordered what a waste of money. Judging from the reviews should’ve known better.
