Great service at this location... they gave me a coke instead of a sprite and I had to go inside from the drive thru... they exchanged it without hassling me... told the manager they had great service... thank you... try the ghost pepper whopper... has a little bit of heat...

I have been to hundreds of Burger King locations. This one is the best by far. The food is actually better, because they know how it should be. The people who work there are trying to make your experience better, rather than just fulfilling an order.

Manager BOB is not a nice man. He was rude and condescending. " I know when French fries have been recooked.

Not sure how to change the hours, but their lobby closes at 8pm, only the drive through is open until later.

We ate here this week. My son is very picky wanting his burger to only have bun and meat. Most places botch up the order by adding vegetables and condiments. But Michelle got the order correct and my son was so happy. She also was very nice, professional, and helpful when we wanted sauce.

The mobile app is easy to use and fast. My food is always ready within 5 minutes and is hot and fresh. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. In my opinion, this is one of the best fast food restaurants.

The food was great like always. Located in a nice area close to the hospital and the train so we went walking from the Gold Line, it takes around 5 min. We first got lost. But we seen our friends Matthew (Rate) on the way back to the train so he showed us the way. We ended up getting there rite when it closed . But the night crew were very understanding and let us order through the drive threw. Which was very very nice of them. I appreciate that. Just one lil thing, they just didn't have the Ranch salad dressing for the salads. I was advised they don't carry Ranch at all anymore. They advised me they only carry the Ranch dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. Can someone please verify this. But everything else was great thank you very. Much.

$20 for a medium impossible whopper combo with 2 added onion rings. At least the workers were polite, they were cute like somebody's Latina grandma's and I can't lie... I found it strangely comforting! I wish franchise owners would periodically visit their drive thrus to observe the conditions and surroundings. Understand that people eat with their eyes and a space in disarray is NOT appetizing!

Can't comment on atmosphere, I've never been inside or dined in. The food is per usual, it is burger King, the only thing I can say in general is of all burger kings their lettuce on some Whoppers (that's the only burger I've ever eaten from BK) is a hit or miss. The fries on this visit were the best I've had at BK though, and the main reason we go is the Hershey's pie. It is always superb 😊

Burger King was great. Its one of my favorite fast food stops. I love this location in particular. They have self checkout which I used for the first time. It was user friendly and accurate. It was easier using self serve vs. telling the cashier no this, no that, add this, & extra that. I also get excited about the soda machine. U can make so many delicious combinations. The staff is sufficient and friendly. The dining area is clean with plenty of seating space. Check them out!

The Best Burger King ever!!! The service is wonderful and they are always polite. The food is hot and I think they actually cook 2 order. They remodeled recently and now have a big screen in the eating area along with new fun soda machines. They keep the area very clean which is very important 2 me. The staff are always helpful and if a mistake is made they correct it hassle free with a smile. I've been 2 Burger Kings all over our beautiful country and this by far is my favorite. Ive had almost everything on the menu but my favorite is the chicken sandwich made like a whopper. Yummy!!!

The cashier at the drive thru window is Sierra. She is so polite and quick. If there is a wait on your order she will let you know. What an tremendous employee. Been there several times and she is polite every time.

Burger King may not be the first name that pops in your head when you think "elevated fine dining experience", but it delivers where it counts: a delicious fast food meal. I don't know if it was because it was my first meal of the day, at 3pm, no less, or because the person in charge of the deep fryer was doing an excellent job that day (Sunday afternoon) but the French fries in particular came out excellent. The burgers themselves are also great but this has always been a trademark of this franchise. The location itself is in a corner. Parking is great and it makes it super convenient to go via the drive thru and as you exit, you can just make a right and get right back on the street heading north. 10/10 customer service from the dude in the drive thru. He couldn't hear me too well but he still took the order and handled everything with kindness and professionalism.

I've always loved Burger king. Stopped in for dinner after a visit to Huntington Memorial Hospital. The food was excellent. We ordered Whoppers and fries. And Order of jalapeno poppers to. They were all great. Store is clean and well maintained. Employees are friendly and very accommodating.

I haven't been to a location in about 15 years because it got to the point that the food was refrigerator cold (not kidding), and the service was horrible. The last time I visited a Burger King, the lady taking my order looked at her manager and said "I don't want to wait on him because I want to go on break" so I just left Fast forward to today, the food was HOT, the food only took 3-4 minutes, and the lady was super friendly. I saw a crown on every table and a hand sanitizer station with napkins and ketchup. It's the little things like that that show they care about their guests. The next time I'm in Pasadena, I'll visit that location. Thank you guys for kicking ass. You won back my business for that brand. Well done!

I work a couple blocks away, so this is a convenient place for me. It's a little hard to get in and out now, because of the construction next door (new medical building is almost done). The food is good. It's BK, so you know what you're getting. No problem here. The atmosphere is pretty good. Again, it's a BK, so you know what you're getting. The staff is amazing! From the cashiers (drive thru window and inside) to the cleaning lady, the kitchen workers and the managers. A very pleasant surprise for a BK. The wonderful staff is why I gave them a five star rating. If you're in the area and looking for a place to grab a quick bite, this BK is much better than others.

This Burger King location on S. Fair Oaks Ave. in Pasadena California has excellent excellent excellent customer service. They fulfilled an order today that wasn't even sent to them but was sent to the wrong location. And I paid for it online at that location. But the fair Oaks Burger King still honored the order and did not recharge me. That is outstanding and to be commended. They probably won't ever get money for my order so they lost money but let me tell you they gained my support and praise.

I used the touchscreen kiosk to buy a fish sandwich meal. The machine offered me a receipt, but didn't actually print one out. The sandwich was kind of bitter, but the rest of the meal was good.

Up in the air about this situation. My burger was on point,however, as long as I waited for my food, the French fries were below warm.. make it make sense.. 😒 🤔 😒 🤔

It was still good it had been a long time since the last time. I always get it to go due to the fact that the inside I very old need a new and clean design. And or just a new building, but I do not think that will happen. Not many left.

The food is as good as any Burger King, but the person that handles drive through needs to be friendlier. I think he may be the manager as he acts like one. Need to ask for sauce each time and gives an body language attitude about it

Not bad..Just remember, when going to ANY Burger King, ALWAYS ask for them to make your order fresh, especially the fries. You may have to wait an extra minute or two, but you'll be happier with your food.

Love that a person is outside to take your order as you go through the drive thru, answer questions and pay for your order. It helps the line to move a lot faster. Downside is that it's difficult to transition from the drive thru to the street. There's usually a lot of traffic traveling north on Fair Oaks and it's pretty congested.

Food and everything is fine. Ocassionally forgets my stirrer for the coffee or syrup for my French toasts, but that's fine. The 4 stars (should be 3 but it's not necessary) is for the man taking transactions at the window tonight. He comes off as the restaurant owner because someone with his attitude would not be hired otherwise. I won't go into details but there's definitely a disgruntled /unhappy / mistrusting of his customers way about him. He makes my Burger King experience a 3 / 4 star experience. This is as neutral as I can say it.

Typical Burger King fast food restaurant that has fast sevice and hot food. I stil love eating their Whopper, lettuce-wrap style. The dining room is mostly clean and the workers do their best to keep the place running smoothly. Only negative would be the homeless hanging out at times. Some behave while others not so much.

I had not physically been to a Burger King in years. Though I had ordered a few times from Grub Hub. I got the Whopper Meal and my food was pretty good. Their fries are hot and fresh unlike Carl's Jr which always gives me soggy fries. Burger King isn't pretty inside but the food was good. I didn't have to spend $30 like at some burger joints.

Could be some transients at night or early morning, service is fine here. My biggest gripe with this location is the in-dinning is closed early and they are not open 24/7 or at least till 2am They are RIGHT NEXT TO A HOSPITAL ER WAITING ROOM🤦🏻‍♂️ you have security’s headquarters located nearby and the entire ER medical staff too as well as grip of people waiting for hours and even visiting very very early in the morning, such a drag and waisted opportunity to eat some BK late night🤷🏻‍♂️

Fast, efficient counter service. Brought tray with order to my table. Food prepared as expected including customized items. Ordering using kiosk screen is easy at the counter or with their one cashier. Coca-cola soda machine is cool. Some good deals along with regular, higher priced menu choices. Free parking in back. Rating for eat-in only in the afternoon.

There was a strange person sitting in the corner when I was eating but anything else, it's perfect. There is a soft drink fountain that you can pick drinks from, and the burgers are pretty good. The onion rings are terribly underrated and you should really try it with the sauce.

This is a really small Burger King. There is not much seating and currently only half is available inside. There are 2 tables outside. The staff is super friendly & service is quick. I use the Burger King app for the great deals. Tuesday is the Big Fish for $2.00. A great sandwich at a good price. Will definitely return.

Let’s start with the positives. This place is quite clean and has a good amount of seating area. The staff are very friendly and there is self checkout which makes ordering easy. Now the food is not really good at all which I guess is expected of Burger King. I ordered the Texas double Whopper with fries. Portion size was actually quite impressive. However the mustard, pickles and jalapeño overpowered everything else and it was super sour and quite nasty. The fries had great texture but were under seasoned. Nice try Burger King, see you again in 5 years.

I was hungry. Heading to a flame -broiled Burger King burger 🍔, seemed like the right choice. I really like the fries, too Unfortunately, my fries 🍟 could have given me high blood pressure in I've bite after I left the drive-thru. While I did change my order, the amount of salt that was dumped on my fries was absolutely unheard of. I called the restaurant because it was just so much and so unsafe. The staff were apologetic, I drive back and they replaced them with a cheeseburger & cookie. BUT I'm concerned that that level of salt 🧂 could not have accidentally gotten on the fries. Was it spite for changing my order? And if accidental, why would you send it out to a customer?

Does anyone honestly think Burger King is good? Ffs we have In’n’Out, Five Guys, and Shake Shack all within like 10 mins of here. Los California taco truck is down the street. Treat yourself better.

Never been a big fan of Burger King but their new Philly sandwich looked great. It was just average. More cheese sauce would have helped. There was very little on my sandwich. Just a couple little dots on the bread.

It's Burger King and it's got the Whopper and although they do charge you like $2 extra put cheese on it which kind of makes me want to choke pre-choke but I always liked it the Whoppers they were pretty good but.. these days God knows I think it's for getting kind of it's getting too late to eat beef like that. I mean you can't really condone any kind of corporate factory meat production is just beyond if they can do that to cows and animals they can do it to humans so you're next. "To serve man"

Burger King scratches a specific itch sometimes, especially when you're craving a Whopper Jr. While it's not the pinnacle of fast food cleanliness or service, it hits the spot for a burger in a pinch.

Typical Burger King menu but this one seems pretty old. I only went through the drive-thru which didn't have any potholes or obstacles. The speaker worked well but the person taking the order sounded like they would rather be watching paint peel off a wall. It was easy enough to order the food off the standard menu and the wait time wasn't bad at the window. We did have to ask for an additional bag because the food was so greasy it was leaking through the bag all over. And yes the hash browns and french toast and french fries that we ordered were fried into oblivion. So not all that fresh and seem to be over fried. The impossible Whopper was good but to make it vegan you do have to remove the sauce and cheese. The bun for the Whopper though seems to be a little undercooked or something. Just a little chewy.

My service was great when it's a walk in order, yet so when it's a drive tru or online order pick up from the delivery apps. You treat the app drivers poorly and take advantage of their unpaid time and efforts. My sandwich was cold when I received it from a walk in order.

Had the Rodeo Crispy Chicken with small fries and a small drink. The chicken was not crispy at all and it was undercooked. I mean how can you serve chicken like that, common man. The fries was ok, but forgettable. The facility is dirty and not properly maintained. I mean I think Burger King is trying to hard to be like McDonald's and or Chick-a-fillet because the service doesn't even come close. The lady taking my order looked like she had a bad week and it's only Monday. The quality has just been downhill from years past. I use to remember when they served crispy chicken sandwich and it was the bomb. This location suck and I expected more because it was on a nicer Pasadena neighborhood. Two stars because I still love the original crispy chicken sandwich.

The Jalapeño Poppers are empty and the Management would not replace or provide money back

I've used the drive thru at this Burger King about 3 times and the wait is always 6+ minutes after I've ordered my food. This time I noticed ants entering the drive thru window and alerted the staff. They didn't seem to understand that this was a problem and scoffed at the idea I no longer wanted my food and wanted my money back.

I did not like the resurant at all I am very unhappy with the hiw the resultant I set up. I don't not like how bad the "kitchen´s" condition. I also am displeased with the fridges being in the area were you order. To sums things up I am displeased with the establishment.

I placed an order through Grubhub and when the food arrived it was completely different than what I ordered. I called grubhub who then called this restaurant and they told grubhub I was lying and refused to give me a refund. If they made a mistake and owned up to it fine. But dont call the customer a liar. I asked for no salt fries and 11 of the 10 piece nugget. I repeatedly and nicely asked 3 times to make sure the nuggets were fried new. They were not. Even though I said I would wait and they only made the fries new. There was no reason to not put the chicken nuggets in new since I was waiting and kindly asked for them to be put in fresh. Just awful for no good reason. Order number 92 at about 11am on Monday.

The manager yelled at one of his employees infront of everyone it's very rude unprofessional the managers name is RICHARD I wouldn't want that to happen to me.

Sorry but this used to be a good place but not very good anymore. Buns fell apart and were hard. Order was wrong. Burger was dry. Fries usually made fresh were kind of cold. Coke had no syrup. Bathroom was clean.

Incompetent cashier and manager. 7 attempts to enter a simple BK App code failed. Success on 8th attempt in 15 mins. Impossible Whopper seeded bun disintegrated upon touch, either stale, old, or previously frozen. Disappointing experience overall. District Manager reached out after my complaint and replaced inferior quality product.

Food is usually good here. However, stopped by for a bite to eat on foot at 8:05P.M. lobby was closed, who closes their lobby that early on a weekend? Due to the level of discrimination experienced here on multiple occasions, we will not be returning.

Horrible experience. The cashiers give so much attitude, the little girl and some other one that probably is a manager, not sure since she wears regular uniform. I felt rushed, they couldn’t Put my code in and got mad that I just wanted some points for my order. The food ended up being cold and had damn pickles! After I said no pickles and asked again at the window. If you want a burger just go to the nearest Mcdonalds. BK do better with your cashiers.

Manager was the very worst. He got mad when I made a small change to order. Complained that I used a coupon for my fries. He said - you need to let us know at the front. This middle eastern man was RUDE for NO apparent reason.

I've been to this restaurant twice. One of the staff members, an older man with dark gray skin, had an extremely poor and awful service attitude. I don't understand why the restaurant would hire someone like that. I also personally witnessed him being incredibly rude to delivery staff; he showed severe discrimination against them, even though they were also service staff! He was truly awful!

There was a waiter at this restaurant, I don't know if he was Indian or Indonesian, an older man with dark gray skin, whose attitude was extremely rude and very bad!
