Avaliações de Goshi Japanese Restaurant Paso Robles
We had the Kanpai Barrel. It was amazing. Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had.
My wife and I were visiting Paso Robles for her birthday. We came to this restaurant based on the great reviews. The mixed tempura, miso soup, and rainbow roll were very fresh. The restaurant was busy, but it was not too loud for me not to hear my wife. The waitress was attentive and was always wearing a smile. It is worth going there if you are craving sushi.
Authentic Japanese restaurant. Miso cod was delicious. Shrimp tempura was crispy and served with daikon in the dipping sauce. Rarely do restaurants bother with detail. Hand rolls were fresh and very tasty. Will def be back.
This place was AMAZING & I CANT wait to Go back!! Absolutely delicious, the rolls kept getting better and better as we ordered them! I highly recommend for any sushi lover! The best sushi I have ever had! Amazing atmosphere and customer service as well! My new favorite place in Paso! Thanks to one of my friends for bringing me here ! I hardly leave reviews but this place is TOO GOOD to pass on by!! Do yourself a favor and try it out :)
They were really busy and so we got sat at the sushi bar which was ended up being a really good food and eating experience. The chefs were creating some really good Lookin rolls. The service and the food were really good and enjoyable. We loved that the rolls didn’t feel like commercial and standard rolls. Highly recommended this place for sure
Authentic Japanese ambience, nice sized rolls. We particularly liked the rolls over our appetizers: Chris roll, Scallop dynamite roll, and seared albacore roll. Also had the matcha beer which was green. Guess it's always St Patty's in Kyoto. It was bitter and mild green tea flavor, a neat experience.
I heard from a source that this is the best sushi restaurant in Paso Robles. My source was on point with this resto. We ordered the fatty toro(tuna), seared salmon belly, spring baby Snapper sashimi, wild yellowtail and calamari tempura roll and they were all very good. Best sushi I've ever had outside of Japan. Will be back here again for sure...
This is my new favorite Japanese restaurant. Their food is amazing. The inside of the restaurant is always super pleasant and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love to dine in and also take out.
I just love this place and would go everyday if I could. The boat is great for hungry people who like variety as soup, salad, tempura, and dessert are included. I absolutely LOVE the tataki here and would drink the sauces from the plate if I could. Albacore nigiri and red snapper(Japan) are two of my favorite. The deep fried fresh water baby crabs are always a favorite, if they have them, try them!!
Just finished another excellent dinner at Goshi Paso Robles. The Sushi Chef out did himself tonight. Everything was perfect! The staff was quick to refill our drinks and to bring out the side dishes. We have enjoyed coming here since they opened some years ago. We will continue to eat here every chance we can.
Been wanting to try Goshi in SLO but never got the chance! Found this gem in Paso Robles!! We got the chef’s omakase and was quite satisfied! Fresh and decent quality! Also got a shrimp tempura roll because it looked so pretty and tasty! They have half sizes which was great!
Amazing food, great service and the right ambiance for light conversation topped with some of the best music jam in the background. Make sure you try the Agadeshi Tofu (deep fried - softest tofu wrapped in seaweed and immersed in juicy delicious sauce). They also made the Eel Don for me even though it was not listed in the menu. Finally, don't leave the restaurant until you have tried the plum mochi (and pay your tab 😛). Have a wonderful meal!
My favorite sushi place in Paso, because of the calamari tempura roll! I’m a basic sushi guy, but it has everything I love. I also had the crab and asparagus hand roll, which was tasty and seemed to be real crab. My date had the katsu pork bowl, which was large enough to allow for a full second meal’s-worth of leftovers the next day!
What a great time.. I so love this place. We had the Spicy Albacore Roll with Garlic Chips.. I have been eating here since 2004.. The food and service are always impeccable.

One of the best sushi places Ive been to. Sake delicious.
Goshi is a requirement on every visit to the Paso area. A wide variety of options, specialties, and quality ingredients all at an excellent price. The “Salmon around the World” is a MUST and some of the best miso soup I’ve had.
One of the best Japanese restaurants in the USA that I have experienced. The rice was cooked to perfection. My mackerel entrée was grilled to perfection. Goshi could easily compete with the restaurants I have eaten iin during my travels in Japan. As the Michelin Green Guide would say, “Goshi is worth a detour… if not a voyage.”. My compliments and congratulations to the entire staff.

One of the best sushi bars I've ever been to. Super fresh fish, real wasabi, unmatch quality fish and service
A wonderful spot for traditional Japanese. The sushi bar is fresh fresh fresh w-delicacies that aren’t always easy to find, the cooked foods were delicious and savory. Service was perfect and the price was fair. Run by a woman who took it over from her father. What more is there to say!? Go!!!
I've always loved Goshi in the past, and got my favorite seared albacore roll again this time. But it just wasn't as good as I remembered. I'm not sure if it was because of too much sauce, or that the roll itself wasn't as chilled as I was expecting. My fiance got the chirashi sushi don and said that he enjoyed it. The iced green tea was delicious and refreshing, the highlight for me.
Overall a pleasant experience. Customer service was just enough to enjoy the meal without having to wait or feel annoyed. Food was simple yet delicious. We had the lunch specials, the salmon with teriyaki and tempura and the salmon tataki. Perfectly portioned for a lunch special even if it looks on the lighter side to the eye. However, neither of us were a fan of the salad or the gyoza. We would still recommend !
On the plus side, their sashimi was delicious, with a great texture and lots of great flavors, and I really enjoyed their cucumber salad. Their shrimp tempura was good, and I don't even like shrimp normally. Oh, and the server was very courteous. Now, the downsides. I waited for my main dish for over 40 minutes outside (wouldn't normally complain, but the breeze was chilly), they forgot my bowl of rice (brought it out later after I asked), and when I asked for salmon tempura, I was hoping to get a baked roll, not separate baked fish. Also, my tea refill was lukewarm (if it weren't a bit chilly out, I wouldn't have minded, tbh) I would recommend ordering their sashimi, though
