The food here is normally good for Chipotle standards. I was busy working so had food delivered to my place and opened the container for my chicken quesadilla and saw this (see photo). They smashed the quesadilla to fit it into the container and it turned into a blob of tortilla, cheese, and chicken. It was very difficult, and messy to eat but it is all the same in your stomach I guess Lol. Just be aware when ordering delivery that this may happen.

Husband found a hair in his burrito, and there was a hair on my sons taco as well.

What's up with the chips here they're always switching them up one day they're thin and crispy the way they should be and then they give out the thick fake ones that are not the same like c'mon ya think regulars don't notice and also are so skimpy when dishing out the food smh ,fill It up we're paying for it ..this location sucks !!

The service sucks. For a $10 - $15 bowl the amount of food that you are served is what you give to a toddler especially when one young Spanish girl that normally work in the evening is the one serving the food. She is rude and her customer service is zero. She really need to be retrained. The food is no doubt good and I have referred more than eight members of my family and friends to this location unfortunately they all have the same complaint. Hope the management of this location take note of this and make corrections as soon as possible. Even though we live in Patchogue we are now seriously considering patronizing the location in Shirley.

My first time shopping at this location was 12/01/2026, I ordered for different locations but I decided to take another opportunity and think that the first time was just a mistake. And the first time I ordered a Chicken Bowl and I got a big black hair in between the food, and it was not my hair since my hair is not black, besides that my order was ready when I arrived and asked for it and while I was waiting for the employees to give me they just sent me to the window and they calmly there. Standing talking to each other, I would have understood that they would make me wait if they were busy, but this is relaxed, my second time I bought a burrito and the same thing I had another hair and also that burrito was salty and acidic. I feel that it is already a problem and not a mistake, the supervisors should solve the problem since their employees seem to be untrained.

Place has great food but doesn’t wanna give u food. I walk in 9:50 mind you, there an hour and 10 minutes before close, theres no food made for anyone. And the workers are mad if u take extra lol. How about you do your job and make food until it closes. Workers here ration your food between you and your friends just because they dont wanna work until closing. Terrible service.

Watery overcooked mushy rice, watered down hot sauce(why would you ever do this???) overcooked mushy veggies, small portions even when asking for extra. The cheese is finely grinded unlike other locations… another way to give you less. Watery tasteless chicken, tasteless mush rice. No seasoning. The rice is cilantro lime, yet seasoning isn’t mixed so you’ll have a clump of rice seasoned and the rest isn’t. MIX THE RICE. I’ve had many mixed feelings about this chipotle but this sealed me never going to this one again. Insanely inconsistent but usually worse than better. Worker rushed you like it was a speedrun and I was the only one in line. Just bad overall.

Upon ordering my bowl the person behind the counter was literally flinging toppings into several bowls. Food was flying all over. If that wasn't bad enough, he was working on several dishes at the same time so toppings were everywhere! This continued until I told the guy too SLOW DOWN! By that time the counter was a complete mess. Can't even imagine the amount of waste and extra expense. When I left the restaurant my bag was leaking and fell apart!

The staff here is horrible. The food quality is poor and it is always dirty. The staff is always in a rush to get you out the door and never polite. They never have items. You could be there at 12:00 and they don’t have vinaigrette. How is it possible to not have salad dressing when you serve salad? Every time you go the portions are smaller and smaller and they don’t have something ready yet. The place is dirty. There’s always food all over the tables and floor and each kid behind the counter thinks they’re better than the next to clean it up.

I usually call this restaurant ecoli. for all the time it's been in the news. I had never had it but wouldn't go. Well. Today my son talk me into it today. We walked into the restaurant and my 1st response was its dirty. Leaves and garbage in the door way. The tables all had food on it and clearly had not been wiped down in a while. The food counter had 3 workers. It was not busy and the counter and food prep area was dirty ok messy. Overall the food did not impress me. My son was like it looks good. He said the food was good. I literally had one scoop and it gave my stomach the gurgles. My son said it was in my head. Well it's 2 hrs later and my son has been in the bathroom for a while. He just called me to say I was right...

I ordered a burrito online with EVERYTHING on it. I opened it up to clumps of white rice, scattered steak, a few slices of lettuce and THAT was it. My fault, for not looking at the reviews. They are very deserving of -1 star. NEVER EAT THERE because you WILL be disappointed. I threw the burrito out because I was upset. $23 later, I am still hungry. Oooh, the $5 chips and guacamole was a joke.
