I had gone to this place with my girlfriend and we had ordered take out and we had both gotten generals Taos chicken and their home made pork buns. Overall, the chicken was crispy, the fried rice wasn’t oily and tasted fresh, and me and my girlfriend both loved the sauce for the general tsos chicken. The home made pork buns were also extremely flavorful and tasty. The service was also good , as I was greeted by I believe a woman named Winnie and she was extremely sweet and attentive to our needs when I had informed her of my girlfriends peanut allergy

Underrated & Consistently Good & Bonus has its own delivery guys . need more places like this .

Definitely a 5 out of 5. This place is a small family business, and they are amazing with their customers. I love coming to this place because they always go above and beyond for their customers. I will continue to come here and recommend friends and family to this place. There tofu and broccoli is amazing as well as their lunch special. Their food is great and vegan friendly. I enjoyed my time at dragon palace.

This is one of my favorite spots. It has a quaint little dining area. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! It's a family owned restaurant, and everyone is very friendly and provides great service. I highly recommend the house special Chow Fun.

The best Chinese food in Patchogue, and maybe all of Long Island! Their food is top notch, but I have to highlight the service! They were extremely understanding of my seafood allergy and inability to eat pork (I am Islamic). I always feel a little unwelcome in Chinese restaurants, because pork and seafood are big in their cuisine. However, they were kind and understanding, not one bit intrusive, and free of charge gladly swapped out what I could not have. Amazing in all aspects.

Really great Chinese food. Steamed Dumplings are amazing, The sauces aren't too sweet. Most places are way too sweet. This place makes it sweet enough, so it doesn't over power the food. The soups are very clean and tasty. So far, everything I have ordered, was very good.

Whenever the family wants Chinese there is no other place we think about. Its Dragon Palace. A great atmosphere with relaxing music in the backround. The service is outstanding. Winnie is just about the nicest, friendliest person we have ever met. The kids love her. She and the rest of the staff are fantastic. The food from the appetizers, to the soup, to the main courses are absolutely delicious. Always leave very full and very satisfied. 5 stars!!!!

Apparently, it's the only proper sit-down Chinese restaurant in the area (with wait service) so this really worked out nicely. Eason, was very professional, super attentive and polite and Lee was so kind as well, in accommodating us and explaining the menu, in addition to allowing for substitutions. For $7 extra, choice of soup, roast pork egg roll/spring roll/shrimp roll (not greasy at all!), and ice cream are included! The ambiance and food take you back to how it used to be back in the day. They even have a bar menu. Oh..shout out to Evan😁

Grew up going here when it was Wah Lum. The meal tonight brought me back to those Friday night meals with my parents in the late 70s/80s. Just a delicious meal. Complete with a Shirley Temple like back in the day.

Really delicious mapo tofu, and it even came with an egg roll, fried rice and ice cream. Yum! Quaint atmosphere. And the service is real nice!

The shrimp were a decent size. My husband got a beef and broccoli, also very good. The prices are about the same as any other place like this. The portions were perfect. Not too much and not too little. I would absolutely recommend this place, and will be visiting again!

Food is great, online ordering SUPER easy and the woman who took my information and brought food out was sooooo nice and super polite! I wish I had come here sooner for dinner! Will be back soon.

Excellent local Chinese food. Family run with very pleasant and attentive service. They were very flexible about particular food requests we made and everything was uniformly delicious. It was very peaceful and calm inside with soothing Asian type music. A well-needed respite from the noise of the main drag in Patchogue on a Friday night. We've lived in the area for a while and never tried this restaurant, but we will return again and again!

Went to dinner, food was good and very fresh! We had the house special with low mane and the roast pork egg foo young! We did the dinner special with the soup and egg roll or shrimp roll or spring and you fried rice and ice cream for dessert! For 7.00 extra! Totally worth it! Delicious and very fresh! Wanted to come to this old fashion, sit down restaurant for awhile. Very clean. Waitress couldn't have been nicer. Chicken with broccoli was fresh and tasty. Spare ribs were large and meaty. Many takeout orders were being picked up on a Sunday evening. Recommend.

The food taste good and usually get pork lomein, sesame chicken, general tsos chicken, spicy and hot steak and they come with fried rice. I liked them. So we went on Christmas. It's a very small place. It's old school NY Chinese food. They give you tea when you are seated. Of course they also give you noodles with duck and that spicy yellow sauce as well. The food is very good. The servers are very kind and helpful. The reason they get 4 stars is because it was slow. 2 hours for a table of 5 is just way too long. But I would go back. I just think they weren't used to be being this busy.

Friendly n respectful staff. Ordered pan seared dumplins as appetizers - nothing special abt this. Soup with lunch had spoiled Waltons which was simply nasty n unhealthy. Main course was chicken dish. Was salty n the worse Chinese food I've ever had. Will not go back. Tong in ladies bathroom n I couldn't help but think that it may also be used in the kitchen!!Food portions were also VERY small like children meal. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!

The food is good. The big issue is the egg rolls are terrible. When you bite into it it smells terrible inside. For such a nice place you would think they would use real egg rolls. Very disappointed! Three of us ordered takeout for the first time. My husband and son thought their food was okay, not too greasy or salty but nothing memorable. Unfortunately, mine was unexpectedly spicy, although it didn't say spicy on the menu. I had ordered steamed broccoli and green beans, and was surprised to find it came in a brown sauce with spicy pepper flakes. The green beans were mushy. Later I realized what they had done. They had some spicy broccoli left and didn't want to chop more vegetables, so they threw some leftover green beans into it and served me reheated leftovers. If I wanted reheated leftovers, I would have stayed home! I know it was a Tuesday night and business was slow, but this is not right. Customers should get exactly what they order from this restaurant, not reheated potluck! Very unappetizing.

Nice local Chinese food spot for a quick meal. Ordered BBQ boneless ribs and they were burnt and had a smell of overly-cooked oil. The rice and noodles were decent. Nothing special here but also nothing that bad. It was a “meh…” experience. Hits the spot if you need to fulfill a Chinese craving and no other better options around. Not as good as How May.

I don't care for negative reviews. I placed an order based on all the positive reviews. I'm just going to say I have to keep looking for a Chinese restaurant since I recently moved here. This will not be my go to.

I generally don't give negative reviews but the food was bad. I don't know what other reviewers ate, but it wasn't what I got. Unseasoned boneless spare ribs. It's like they forgot to sause them. Bland, tasteless general tso and that's after we asked for spicy. Wanton soup tasted ok after we added salt but it still lacked vegetables. Fried rice was unseasoned yellow rice with peas. Din Sum was overcooked and crunchy on top. Never seen that before. Steamed dumpling were ok. If you are on a bland diet, this is a good placd to eat. Otherwise, there are much better places to get chinese food in Patchogue.

Last time I will eat at this place ever again i just got general tso chicken with house special rice that look so plain I felt like I got ripped off but here's the real reason why I'm leaving a review on the last time I'll ever eat in this place again The meat and the rice they all look good after I took the cover off very appealing but that chicken was so dry I couldn't even chew it and the shrimp tasted weird it had a very distinct after taste The quality of this place is dead literally I don't know what happened but they're not what they used to be far far far far from it order with caution Good luck all
