I really love their food. I think when you are hungry. It is the best place to go. You get a great meal and customer service. You feel like you at home eating your food. The people are very nice and polite.

The food was delicious! Our server Misty was very attentive and got all of our food correct even though some of the people at my table kept changing their order 🙄. By the way, the blueberry pecan waffles are phenomenal.

So I enjoy getting my breakfast from here when I dont have time to cook at 5am. But Keith has made it worth stopping. He and the servers are friendly and warming. I've only experienced 1 cook not to make it seem like I was important enough to stop mopping and take my order. So I canceled it that day and walked off. 🫣😏 I was really hungry. Smh. As a Houstonion I’ve been to many waffle houses and this one is and will now be my favorite in all it’s imperfect perfection! Yeah it’s always full and yeah it takes forever to get seated but once you sit I feel like I’m having Sunday breakfast at my friends house before we go to church. Great customer service and always keep us in the loop on wait time.

Excellent Waffle House. We’ve been 3-4 times and have had great service and food each time, whether it’s busy or slow. Servers are friendly, quick, and attentive. The staff work well together and help each other out when it’s busy to take care of customers. Happy to have such a good Waffle House close to home!

They have IT going on! Staff was pleasant, got our food within 15 minutes of sitting down. Food was hot and very tasty, and was also able to purchase 2 Waffle House mugs. Will definitely return when we are in the area...the only thing that was uncomfortable was the booths...if you are a bigger man or woman the booths are miserable, as they are fixed not movable, so next time we will try for spots at the bar or bar tables.

I give them 5 stars because I have always liked waffle house. Fast, simple, and predictable diner breakfast and always fresh coffee. The staff was really friendly and attentive. I don't know, I like simple diner food when I am craving it, and waffle house just delivers that, nothing more and nothing less. Don't go if you are expecting to have little edible flowers for decor or picture worthy plates.

Food and service were fantastic. Katie was the manager on duty and Brooklyn was our server. I wish we knew the names of everyone though because the atmosphere and team work of this entire crew was evident. Katie was running things like a well oiled machine and her team was constantly in sync. Extremely impressed and will definitely be here regularly.

A great place to grab breakfast...and a burger any time of day. Meals made fresh as you order. Bring a jacket at night...it's usually very cold inside.

2 years in a row, we have gone to Waffle House on Christmas Day with my son. Both times, we were greeted and served by a server whose name tag says “moneymade”. She’s simply great. She even remembered us from last year. Friendly and accommodating and just makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Waffle House food is Waffle House food. Taste better when you’re drunk, for sure— but still very good when completely sober. But this certain location has something that none of the other Waffle Houses have: Moneymade (whose real name might be Misty). She really goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience.

Definitely love this place. Fast good and workers are respectful. Only thing I would say is everyone that’s cooking should be wearing hair nets to protect anything from getting on the food

This was the best Waffle House I have been to. I ordered the two-egg breaksfast with bacon and also coffee. My scrambled eggs and bacon were neither overcooked or undercooked. Bacon was crisp. My hash browns were perfect - no clumping together due to overcooking. My server was excellent. Her name on her name badge was "Money Made". She took initiative to ask if I wanted more coffee when my coffee cup became empty and also if I wanted extra butter for toast. She made money when I left a good tip!

I normally don't review franchises unless they make a really strong impression either positively or negatively. Went to this location close to midnight on a Saturday. Mikki and the rest of the staff there were absolutely amazing and friendly. They are probably the main reason this review is here. Service was fast and great, considering the time and it's not like they weren't busy either. Exceeded my expectations for a late night meal. There's a waffle house closer to me, but I think I'll definitely be going back to this location.

This is the best waffle house I have ever been inside of. This waffle House brings a whole new name to the establishment. They do business like business should be done. Not to mention the chef is amazing. The food was awesome.

Waffle House has always been a favorite of mine, and their hashbrowns never disappoint. Despite the bustling crowd, our food arrived promptly. While there was a minor issue with the demeanor of an older, jovial lady, the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

My experience here was great. The food was perfect. I appreciate them for showing me my plate before serving to ask if it was to my liking. Vivian was amazing and needs a raise or a promotion. She was very organized , attentive, and in good spirits the entire time. Even with the morning rush.

Fantastic Hospitality and Amazing Drinks ! The drinks aren’t as sweet as Starbucks and they have a very genuine taste. The drinks in the pictures are Blue Jasmin Nitro, Almond Joy, Waygood Latte and the Perfect Mocha.

We love this Waffle House. Everyone has been so friendly every time we have come in! Ms. Nissa and the entire crew were so inviting and friendly and the music was on point today. Ms. Nissa even went out of her way to get me a decaf coffee.

I had a late night craving for some waffle House visited this location. For the first time. The staff was very friendly greeted as we walked in. Kendall was our waitress. She was very friendly. We made her laugh so I think her night was made with us lol the food was fresh will be returning.

We came in at very busy time entira Kyra was by herself serving everybody with all of the tables full she apologized immediately conceiving us that she's by herself that she will get the food to to us as soon as possible. And she and the rest of the staff brought everything out while it was hot which is just the way I like my food I appreciate her thinking about the quality of food that we got this evening. They even brought extra to make up for any wait. Only downside was that I got frostbite 🥶 from the extremely cold aircon. Was it any other time during the summer would be perfect

This Waffle house knows how to do it right eggs. Cooked perfectly over medium without the whites running.Waffles were fresh. Staff were friendly approachable, and very quick. We ate here, three days in a row because there's no waffle houses in el paso.

Hadn't been to Waffle House in a while, so I decided to stop in. It was a good visit, eggs were cooked over medium, just like I requested. Bacon was crispy, just like I requested. Waffle came hot, so I was able to get butter to melt into it. Grits were just the right consistency. Service was great, and I noticed the staff was cleaning whenever they weren't taking care of customers.

Menu was spot on for a Waffle house. Food was very good. The place was tidy and clean and Prices reasonable. Service was excellent. Only big drawback was the jukebox Rap music was too loud, I had to ask them to please reduce volume so we could talk over it. I didn't appreciate the volume or the selection.

The workers were soooo friendly and they made you feel at home. Customer service was great when I went on 3/9/21 around 8am. I only gave it 4 stars as my hashbrown was slightly burnt but nothing major. I will definitely make this my go-to Waffle House.

I always loved waffle house... their hashbrowns are always awesome. They were super packed... and it was even crowded behind the bar, but they had our food out in no time. There was a slight attitude from a older fluffy white lady. But other than that I had a good experience. I got a waffle with peanut butter chips. It was the bomb.

The new service workers are not friendly at all. I am not sure what happend but went twice and did not have a good experience. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food is still good. Update: went 6/14 around 1030-1115 and the service was not good again. This will definitely be my last time coming here. My order was wrong, the server was inattentive and acted like they didn’t understand what we were saying. Ask another server for to go boxes and she looked at us like we were INCONVENIENCING HER. Like ma’am you’re standing there looking into space, then had the nerve to just shove them to us. Until some major changes to their servers are fixed. I won’t be coming again. I usually love to tip well to a great server but I’m not giving away my hard earned money money for people who don’t want to work. Food wasn’t even that good this time either and my steaks are usually prepared well.

Went for breakfast, my server Jaz was more interested in talking to coworkers than to take my order correctly. After I ordered she asked if I wanted coffee and I said yes, do you want cream and I said yes and lots please. Then I waited, never received coffee until after my food was delivered, and I had asked for onions in my eggs, but that did not happen. Eggs were overcooked for scrambled, sausage patties did not come when food was delivered had to wait on that. She then ignored me, until she came to speak with somebody in the back room about his soapy mess as I sat there with no coffee then she looks down and asked me if everything was okay and I asked for additional coffee no extra creamers but just walked away after I finished my meal I didn't even have a check to pay for my meal so I had to walk to the front without a bill. People that go to these establishments are expecting a little service and not to be ignored, I know everybody gets busy but with only three whole tables in the place at the time I was there it was not busy. I assumed by her tags on her shirt she's been there a while, but I think new training needs to be in place. I have owned several restaurants and all my staff was trained to take care of the customers because if you take care of the customers they take care of you in the form of tips. And even after everything I still left a 20% tip. Waffle House has always been a favorite place for me to be able to go get a good meal but today that did not happen. I'm sorry for the bad review but hopefully this will help her in the future.

This is the second time I've visited here. Very clean, friendly staff but they don't know how to cook hash browns correctly and definitely not the waffle house way. I was so excited to see one close but both times on my hash browns toppings put under the potatoes and not even cooked. SMH maybe they should visit one of the other few locations to learn.

Maybe some of the robots should come in and take some of our jobs because we've lost decency and common courtesy to the public. After sitting there 10 minutes in the booth no one came to take my order, the young cook noticed me, so he came and asked what was I drinking then there was another customer that came in shortly after me was waiting on before me by the lady with all the badges on her shirt. Then finally Kaylee approached the booth to take my order. The restaurant wasn't busy. Robot please.

Two new trainees on the grill - need I say more. I was thoroughly disappointed at how long it took to get our food. I actually dozed off waiting. The staffing could've been scheduled better. If you have novices on the grill, you should also have a veteran who can intervene and keep things moving along. If there was an expert there, they didn't help with the flow of food as they should have. At one point, all the waitresses were standing by the grill just watching and waiting for the food to be plated. The waitress took our drinks off the ticket and apologized (wasn't her fault). I appreciated the gesture and thanked her for her service. If we ever go back, hopefully it'll be a different experience.

Honestly, I came here the waitress was very nice , kind and sweet but what kill the place is the dirtiness around the whole restaurant. I know they are trying their best to keep everything "clean" but all the waffle House I've gone and been are dirty. Now the good was kinda ok, but if you really want the business to grow more and have more customers, please at least try to broom and mop the floor more often, as well as to keep the kitchen and equipment clean. I did took pictures of the place but I won't add it because I don't want to disappoint people.

I gave 2 stars because the service stank!!! But the food was delicious. The waffles were perfect. The grilled pork chops were the best I've EVER tasted and I've eaten at the best tables in each corner of the USA (well not close to Rhode Island and Maine) but my palate has eaten some gooood food in my day and this was the best tasting pork chops I've ever experienced. HOWEVER, the service wasn't good. HORRIBLE, for dining out. There wasn't but a few customers in the place but, the wait staff was huddled together talking among themselves and gave us no attention. There were 3 times we interacted with our waitress that we had to flag her over or ask someone to send her over. She took our initial order and put the check on the table. That was the only action of her own. All else had to be prompted by us as she played on her phone and talked with other staff. Sadly, I will return to this store because the food was GREAT!!!! Hats off to the Chef.

We sat down after a table was cleared and cleaned. Was told our server will be with us soon. We waited 15 minutes before 1 of the 9 workers approached our table to ask us what we wanted. Refills only happened when we had finished eating, and I was picking the ice out of the cup to have some kind of liquid. This was the worst visit to any of the Waffle House locations I've visited.

This particular location can’t handle a crowd too well so if it’s packed, expect a longer than usual (for a WH) wait time as they struggle to keep up. The issue is there was no front of the house person dedicated to resetting tables and organizing the customers. They rely on a sign-in sheet which in the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, easily gets lost in translation. The wait staff already have an issue keeping up, expecting them to pre-bust tables is just too much for some to handle. Add to that having only one strong cook and 2 weak ones slowing down the kitchen and it just adds to a wait. Everything run smoothly, a normal WH visit can easily be a sub-hour ordeal. With the issues present at this one, you can easily double that time.

Was bad. The first waffle came out cold. The cheese omelet came out full of grease. Grits were floating in g-d knows what. Toast came out cold. Our server was very kind though... thank you wizdom.

Not sure what happend today Sunday Oct.5th waited all week to enjoy breakfast with my kids , no Hello greeting as we walked in, 9 people on staff, 40 min wait for food, i asked forba Fiesta Omlette with chopped chicken breast pieces it looked terrible and no chicken added. This place needs to get it together. 3 people at the stove and no food coming out.

The food was great. But, I received a lot of attitude from the waitress, name "Misty," the older white lady. I waited for my table to be ready for almost an hour, and I asked her politely if my table was ready. However, she yelled at me and was very rude with tons of attitude. I receive the worst customer service from "Misty." Since we were assigned to her tables, she just had us there waiting and refuse to take our order, and we stood there waiting for a long time. Until the manager Damon, came and took care of us, he was sweet and had excellent customer service.

Just ate there serves was fast food was okay. Just I have to say the manager was very unpleasant. She was mean to one of the girls working there. I assume she was new cause manger was irritated with her. I even ask the cashier was girl new she smirked an said yea. I was like I was diabetic and she didn’t come back to ask if I needed sugar free syrup. Instead she went an sat in her car. So I see why manager was frustrated but she should of took her to the side an told her something. I don’t know but I won’t go back .This was for the Waffle House on county rd 59

Came in on Tuesday 06/08 and can honestly say it was the worse Waffle House experience in my life. Everything I ordered was either overcooked or not what I ordered. For all the orders at our table this was the case. The server seemed lost like literally no idea what was going on. Gotta do better

I had a waffle in house and waited for a to go order for the family. Not a single thing was right on that order and when I called to try to correct it the recording says to order on the web and hung up. The price was over $50 for 2 botched meals. I will never eat at Waffle House again. Disgraceful!

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Arrive at the restaurant, write our name on the waiting list; server claim to call our name, we did not hear call our name, just people start sat down were there open areas. Worst service ever!!!!!

I've had good experiences at Waffle house before but this morning I beg to differ. The place itself was dirty with dishes on the tables and bar area. The employees could have done a better job. Attitude because of another employee who was already gone set the tone for that shift. The cook was doing a great job. He kept the orders going. If you don't like your job by all means keep it to yourself or find another one because team work makes the dream work.

This location is in need of a staffing change. The guy that waiting on my table appeared to be under the influence. The food was made wrong. The Manager never addressed the issues with another party. The atmosphere was very toxic. Then we had to wait 15 minutes to be checked out. Customer service was the last thing on the agenda. My experience was unbelievable. To top it off, the waiter act like he did not care at All...!!!!!!!

Walked out after 15 min of been ignored. Waitress took 3 orders before us and they got there after. Everyone working there seemed to be lost, the hole place smelled like burn meat. Food was scattered all over the kitchen, the white lady was whipping her sweat with her hands Service was horrible, never again Waffle House!!!!! IHOP never disappoints me or my family!! Everyone knew we were there and nobody approach us to take our order

I’d give this place no stars if I could, it was filthy, took 54 min, kept telling us it’ll be 10 min, even the cook came out and said 10 more min. The place wasn’t even packed, we walked out along with 2 other tables! Waiting staff was rude with the “ what’s up, and I don’t know when the food coming out, response to our question about time! Never again this is the 2nd time I gave this place a chance!! Never again!

To be quite honest, I wish I can give this place zero stars, after waiting 20 minutes, we didn’t get any food, in the server came over and told us she would take 10% off of our food, A group of Caucasian people came in and immediately after they sat down, the order was taken, and their food was coming out, And we still didn’t get any food after waiting an additional nine minutes, We got up and left, We arrived @ 1:09am And we left at 1:38am , Most of the tables were dirty, and the customer service was terrible. This place should be closed down.

We have been to this Waffle House several times and have loved it. This particular day, we arrived at a time when it wasn't terribly busy. There was a table available for us and other tables for the people that came in behind us. We sat down and waited 20 minutes without someone coming over to even acknowledge us. While we watched the tables that came in after we did get drinks and then order there food. At that point, we just got up and walked out. Hash Kitchen was far better anyway. Thanks, Waffle House!

Once again came to another Waffle House im and this time I ordered online because a girl said it would be faster which was a lie!! Kept getting text saying it was ready but it wasn’t and still waited because it was a hassle to get a refund due to whatever she said about third party!!! Eyes are rolling sick of these businesses doing us citizens like that!! These places need to do better with customer service or close. Period..

If I could give this placa a zero I would. I came in with my 3 kids and husband. JAZ was so incredible rude from the moment we came in. Slamming silverware, not speaking and visibly angry. Why we stayed and tried to have a good breakfast is beyond me. When we were placing our order, she was STILL so rude. When my daughter, who is a shy girl, placer her order she acted so ridiculously rude to her, asking WHICH ONE, WHICH ONE about a menu item. Instead of doing her job and guiding her about the menu. EXPERIENCR WAS .000000/10.

They had a waiting time walking in which I was fine with.. took about 5 mins to sit us down and it was only 2 of us. Took r order n it was over an hour n still no food!! Everyone else who got there before us n after us ate n took off n we were still waiting there. The staff tried to talk to the manager as he was telling the cooks what to cook n he did care about what his employees were saying. This is not acceptable.. it all starts with the manager down to the staff... never will I go back... n Big thank you to Brooklyn for trying to help. They had not seen my order come thru so it wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund and the guy didn’t know how to process it on their system so he ended up giving me cash back.

one of the worst waffles in my life ... omelet and grits were full of grease .... they did redo the omelet, but that is after i was done with cold waffle. they added extra butter in the grits .. toast was cold. service was wonderful though ... by Wizdom, but that was it. I don't recommend. Waffle irons were filthy.

They should change the staff, because when the friends of the people who work there arrive, they take the place away from the customers who have been waiting for hours. That's unprofessional.
