A classic great Waffle House experience. Today when I stopped by with the folks, Waffle House was very busy. That being said, I have to say that the entire Waffle House staff especially Allie ( our waitress) handled everything gracefully despite being so busy. Food was delicious and hot. 5 stars.

I went to eat alone. I paid 14 bucks for a great amount of food! Good warm coffee! My server was funny and polite. All the food was amazing. No tvs but the people were friendly! Yummy food!! Clean environment and energy!! Did I mention the waffles are AMAZING 😋😋😋

This is the epitome of the American breakfast dining experience. It’s a marvel to see how they work their line cooks w word of mouth. The food is delicious, coffee amazing, and fast service. All for a reasonable price. All the servers helped each other out- great teamwork for sure. We had Brooklyn, she was great and always kept my coffee full! Great experience.

Went in and ordered sausage, cheese eggs, waffles and hash browns and it was SO GOOD. HOT, FRESH, and delicious 😋. The server was nice and kind to. Can't remember her name. But they should definitely give her raise! Great experience overall, will be going back!

I always loved waffle house... their hashbrowns are always awesome. They were super packed... and it was even crowded behind the bar, but they had our food out in no time. There was a slight attitude from a older fluffy white lady. But other than that I had a good experience. I got a waffle with peanut butter chips. It was the bomb.

Went for breakfast, my server Jaz was more interested in talking to coworkers than to take my order correctly. After I ordered she asked if I wanted coffee and I said yes, do you want cream and I said yes and lots please. Then I waited, never received coffee until after my food was delivered, and I had asked for onions in my eggs, but that did not happen. Eggs were overcooked for scrambled, sausage patties did not come when food was delivered had to wait on that. She then ignored me, until she came to speak with somebody in the back room about his soapy mess as I sat there with no coffee then she looks down and asked me if everything was okay and I asked for additional coffee no extra creamers but just walked away after I finished my meal I didn't even have a check to pay for my meal so I had to walk to the front without a bill. People that go to these establishments are expecting a little service and not to be ignored, I know everybody gets busy but with only three whole tables in the place at the time I was there it was not busy. I assumed by her tags on her shirt she's been there a while, but I think new training needs to be in place. I have owned several restaurants and all my staff was trained to take care of the customers because if you take care of the customers they take care of you in the form of tips. And even after everything I still left a 20% tip. Waffle House has always been a favorite place for me to be able to go get a good meal but today that did not happen. I'm sorry for the bad review but hopefully this will help her in the future.

This is the second time I've visited here. Very clean, friendly staff but they don't know how to cook hash browns correctly and definitely not the waffle house way. I was so excited to see one close but both times on my hash browns toppings put under the potatoes and not even cooked. SMH maybe they should visit one of the other few locations to learn.

Maybe some of the robots should come in and take some of our jobs because we've lost decency and common courtesy to the public. After sitting there 10 minutes in the booth no one came to take my order, the young cook noticed me, so he came and asked what was I drinking then there was another customer that came in shortly after me was waiting on before me by the lady with all the badges on her shirt. Then finally Kaylee approached the booth to take my order. The restaurant wasn't busy. Robot please.

Not sure what happend today Sunday Oct.5th waited all week to enjoy breakfast with my kids , no Hello greeting as we walked in, 9 people on staff, 40 min wait for food, i asked forba Fiesta Omlette with chopped chicken breast pieces it looked terrible and no chicken added. This place needs to get it together. 3 people at the stove and no food coming out.

I went to have a meal with my son and Employee Kayla mistreated us badly and should be terminated she’s very rude and unprofessional I come to eat at the restaurant twice a week and never been treated like that until now. She’s out of control and needs to be terminated immediately for the way she treats families.

The service here was horrible. We waited 10 minutes for our water our waitress jaz didn't even bring it. We had to ask another waitress and she brought it. My food came and I had to wait another 5 minutes for my chicken sausage. This place is horrible!!! Especially that waitress Jaz! They are loud and just yelling
