The manager Ken is awesome!!! My waitress was not very attentive even though we were one of only about eight customers in the entire place at the time. The breakfast we ordered was very good and served in hearty portions. I recommend the eggs with steak tips! My wife's strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast was so good we didn't even use any syrup.

A great spot for brunch or lunch with family, colleagues, or friends. I absolutely loved the Fried Pork! The atmosphere is pleasant, though the service could be better. Definitely a must-stop if you're traveling from Houston to Pearland.

I've been looking for a cute little gift for my friend's upcoming birthday and here at Cracker Barrel is where I found it! I purchased a pair of earrings at half price and for what I paid, I should have gotten her 3 or 4 different pair! Sundays around lunchtime seem to be busier than Saturday. After checking in with the hostess, it was only about a 15 minute wait before we were seated. It was the 20-25 minute wait for our food after the order was placed that got me! In the meantime, we were checking out all that Cracker Barrel had to offer. Every time I go here, I get lost in all the wall to wall items. I'm like a kid in the candy store! In my opinion, Christmas time is the best time of the year to check out the shop because you find so many neat nostalgic gifts to give away to friends/family or just to splurge on yourself . It's true that you can find cute gifts throughout the year but Christmas time at Cracker Barrel has a different feel. Right now, they have discounts throughout the store...Jewelry and Christmas ornaments are Buy 2 get 1 free; 25% off here; 50% off there. The more I think about it, I really should go back to get more jewelry, LOL! If you've never visited Cracker Barrel, it would be good to give it a try. If not to shop, then at least for the food. Either or, you have no choice but to pass through the shop on the way to your table.

We had a good experience here, despite how low rating they got on Yelp and Google (we didnt read any review before going there). The decoration and atmosphere were very Christmas-ready, not too crowded around 7ish pm weekday, right before Thanksgiving. The menu is short and sweet, I tried turkey and liked it. The star is corn muffin, I love it so much! The service overall was okay. I want to go back here before Christmas! We didnt shop or pick up any products, the price was a bit pricey. They know how to put things together to make it look more attractive for sure. Kid-friendly and family-friendly place, totally recommend!

Ordered a skillet but when received was told by the waitress that the kitchen didn't have the fried onions that is supposed to be in the dish. Told them that was the flavor of the dish and I didn't want it if not complete. All of a sudden they found some onions and remade the dish. They lied about not having any my husband ordered a steak skillet and was told the same. They could have had communicated that to us before deciding to just push an unfinished product on us. Needless to say I refused the dish and sent it back. Waiter wasn't very happy afterwards.

The store was well stocked and a 40% off sale...we were on the wait list for a seat for breakfast that moved really quick. I had the pancakes and egg whites which was decent... the turkey sausage patties were kind of dry... I think my expectations were a little high thinking it would be more like home or country cooking.... it wasn't. The decaf coffee looked like tea and with cream tasted like creamer water.... sipped my husband's regular coffee.... the same. Sad for me cause I love coffee with my breakfast. Overall....I prefer Dennys breakfast over theirs. Gotta add the hash brown casserole... hash brown with melted cheese..small scoop full 3.00. Again not about price but quality... 2 people breakfast... nothing elaborate $40.00. Of course the servers can't suffer when you are not delighted with your meal....after tip.. 50.00...

We waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes. The lady was not at the desk to seat us and it was not busy at all. The waitress was really nice, but the food was terrible. The fish was fried too hard and none of the food had flavor. I ordered a plate to go and the chicken breast was really dry. I'm not sure who is cooking, but they are not doing a good job at. I would have asked for my money back, but I didn't want to make a scene. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Our daughter has never been to Cracker Barrel & wanted to go there for a birthday luncheon. When we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. We looked around the store & they had good Christmas items, old fashioned candy, and sodas for sale. Once we were seated, we were forgotten for 10-15 minutes. Our waiter apologized & quickly took our order. The food was good! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I ordered uber eats so i can’t properly review the service or atmosphere but as far as the food goes, maybe a 3 out of 10. I ordered the biscuits and gravy bacon on the side, pancakes, and grits. Pancakes were 10/10 Bacon was fine 8/10 Grits w/cheese were a 0/10 Biscuits were soft and perfect but the gravy was a 2/10. Lacked flavor completely

We waited 30 minutes to be seated and about 45 minutes for our food. His meal was Meatloaf, which was bland and mushy, coleslaw tasted old. The only good thing was the green beans. He ordered Coke Zero, and they brought Cherry coke. The drinks appeared to be premade, and the ice was all melted. My order Pancakes, they tasted like they were grilled in dirty grease. Bacon was, okay. The scrambled eggs that I requested to be well done were kind of runny, I sent them back. When they came back, they still weren't done. We are very disappointed, as we loved Cracker Barrel in Ohio, and this location used to be good, now it's terrible. The manager who brought my eggs out only apologized. When I told them they still weren't done, they did nothing. Both this lication and the one on 45 in League City will no longer get our business. Like I said, it pains me to say that. But they did even try to make it right.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Cracker Barrel. Initially, I was told there would be an hour wait, which I accepted and waited patiently with my daughter. However, what happened next was unacceptable. I witnessed a white woman and her son arrive at the restaurant well after me. They were seated immediately, and by the time I was called in 30 minutes later they were already eating. This blatant preferential treatment felt discriminatory and completely unfair. It’s clear this establishment caters to a certain demographic, and people of color are not treated equally. This is not just poor service it’s racist and unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant. To those who value equality and respect, I suggest you avoid it as well. Cracker Barrel has a serious issue with its policies and staff, and I hope they address it before alienating more customers.

I ordered curbside was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived and sent notification of my parking spot. By 830 I called to give notification that I had arrived and was told it will be 5 minutes because they were waiting for biscuits. By 845 still no one came out. I had to go inside to get my food, which was not hot and my bacon was burnt. Ridiculous

Arrived looked for hostess. Waited about 5 minutes. Got sat down at a table. Waited 10 minutes, nobody came to greet. Went back the hostess, asked if they can grab my waitress, hostess looked for the waitress throughout the whole restaurant and couldn’t find her. Hostess came back to me saying I cannot find your waitress, would you like me to move you to another section? Waitress magically appeared at that point. She kept things very short, didn’t apologize for keeping me waiting. I basically ordered without her saying a word. She didn’t try to upsell or anything, she didn’t give me any information besides the wrong information. Pot Roast comes with mash potatoes and 1 side. If you order Pot Roast with 2 sides, it comes with two sides and mash potatoes does not count as a side it just comes with the pot roast. Just so everyone knows. Anyhow, she didn’t check and see how the food was and I looked around for her for a good ten minutes at the end to get my check. Finally, I just stopped another waitress and asked her if she could get my check for me. Typically, for lower price tickets, I always tip 30% or more, because I know that waitresses don’t make as much during lunch hours. Since she gave bad service, I still gave her 15%. Luckily my wife wasn’t there, she would force me to tip 0%, since she use to be a server, she has no sympathy for bad service because she always tried her best when she was a server. I rarely ever complain about service, and I am not the type to complain for a free meal. So even if you reached out to make things right, I don’t care for it. I just hope the service gets better, since the food isn’t bad. By the way, my server was Nyaire, and if she doesn’t want a job, plenty of people need a job and would be more than willing to take her job.

Went into Cracker Barrel after years of not going. We were seated immediately, placed a drink order, it took 15 minutes to get coffee… we placed our food order and waited another 30 minutes and we still had no food. We asked our waitress about the wait time and we were told that online orders take precedent and we had to wait since the online order had already PAID! We left immediately and will never return.

My party of three waited about 20 minutes to be seated and another 10 for the waitress to take our order. After waiting Over and hour the waitress told us our order would be out in four minutes. After another 15 minutes and watching people seated AFTER we were and our orders taken being served, we asked again and she came with menus and offered us some biscuits!! For real?? After that we left and asked to speak to the manger. I had seen him previously warming himself by the fireplace while we sat hungry. There’s a reason why I hadn’t been in any Cracker Barrel restaurants an any state in over ten years. My friend’s bad decision. I’ll never be back.

Ordered to go, apparently one of the side was out but we were not notified or ask if we want a replacement. This sides cost $2 extra. Didn’t notice until got home. Called them and they said can’t do anything and can’t even refund because that’s the food price. Terrible customer service, 100% not coming back

I went to take my dad for his first time to my favorite restaurant expecting him to believe how great I thought this place was…. Little was I expecting to be waiting 2 hours for my food while all the people around me that came after me get their food pay and leave by the time I got my order. I wasn’t the only one, there were other people complaining too because they also been there for an hour. Once I got my food, my appetite was absolutely ruined by hearing other customers complaining to the manager and I didn’t even get utensils to eat the food they brought. I had to wait another fifteen minutes for UTENSILS !! Taking a LONG break from this restaurant until they get their stuff together. I let the staff know I had a horrible experience and they took a meal away from my total cost so I guess that’s good.

We got seated right away. Then it took about 20 min to have our order taken. The place was pretty dead we intentionally went at an off time hoping for a good experience. After we finally got to order they canceled our appetizer and we subbed for another only for it to be canceled a few minutes later. The waitress got all of our drinks wrong twice, literally just coke and water. When our food finally came they forgot all of my wife’s sides. And subbed their daily special that had rice for potatoes. Why have a special if it’s not ready to go? I had a simple burger, i politely asked for no mayo, I said it twice and ensured the young lady understood. She dropped off my burger 10-15 minutes after my family got their food. And even asked if I had intended for it to be plain which I replied yes please. Only to find it had a massive serving of mayo on it. So I sent it back and we waited 30 minutes. The manager finally came. I politely told him I wanted either my burger or my bill. Please. He tried to be funny and ask questions but literally couldn’t even get that right. Burger or bill! The waitress came back 15 min later. I didn’t want to wait another 15 min we had been there 1:30 minutes at that time. I wanted in that moment my burger or my bill. Anyway 15 min go by and she brought my burger and I finally lost my temper and explain I was not eating anything that took 1:45 min to make and I got up and took my family out and went back and waited 20 min for my damn bill. This is by far the worst service and the most incompetent place I have ever been too. When I finally got the bill I paid at the register and left. The guy at the register was pretty cool. 2:05 minutes of my life wasted that I will never get back
