As always I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The food was hot and on time, and it was so good the guy I was with when back for another sandwich! I always enjoy the friendly and polite workers, and the employees who come around to your table just to check on you! I would definitely eat here again! My only complaint is that the parking lot was so busy it was hard getting out! I got stuck in the drive thru line but I guess that just shows how popular this place is!

There was kids being really naughty at the playground section. The staffs did not try to stop them. I brought my child in there they smashed her and she fell and she was just 13 months old :(

I came in last night through the drive thru and was handed my ice cream cone and it then proceeded to fall into my lap and covered me with ice cream. I then tell the employee that it fell and she’s like oh well our ice cream is very liquid today and I hand it back to her assuming she’d remake the cone but she just takes the cone with the little ice cream that was left and just put it in a cup. I am very unsatisfied and this does not sound like chick fil a at all!!!!

My complaint is with the portion of the food, I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg amd cheese. The chicken portion was very small compared to what they normally serve at most chick fil a. The hash browns were a bit soggy and not hot, but edible.

I felt that I was rushed thru the drive thru. Time be fair I was not given a receipt and when I asked for it. I was told it was in the bag . It was not in the bag. Which inturn made me over look that I was not given any catchup, the sauce i asked for. Very disappointed in the service at this location. Alvin location is better.

It is so disgusting to receive your drinks covered in sticky soda! I would make a formal complaint but we didn’t get a receipt!!!!

This is my second time visiting, hoping for a different result. However, I received another unhappy worker in drive thru. Every location on my side of town have friendly patience workers. Never again. Need to take their classes over

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The front counter staff are very unapproachable and give off negative, moody vibes. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately it’s always the same experience. The drive-through staff also tend to have attitudes, while the managers are usually the only ones who seem approachable. It makes me wonder why the staff’s behavior and customer service aren’t being addressed more seriously. Because of these repeated experiences, I won’t be spending my money here again. Sadly, this is the Chick-fil-A closest to my home, but I’d rather go out of my way than return to this location.

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been too. These people do not follow directions at all. Train your crew members cause these people mess up my order every single time i come. Don’t come here !!!!!

I will never be coming back to this location. I’m a DoorDash driver. They had something going on and had a lot of people in the restaurant I am 100 percent claustrophobic. I asked the person through the drive through that if it was okay to be in line and just grab and go he said yes! I pull up to the check out and they said I had to go inside I explain to them I can not be around too much people. The didn’t respect my wishes and they acted like I was lying. This chick flea is trash. I will not be back. Mangers were awful too. I didn’t get any names but just saying chick flea do better.

This was the worst experience tonight. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up they had me park in the front and wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 1 wrap, and one large mac n cheese, and 4 fries. When the food was finally delivered, I asked the girl if she was going to wait while I double checked my order and she said no that it should be right and she turned and walked inside. We came home, checked the order and found the mac and cheese was cold and stale, all four fries were cold and stale and half empty, instead of receiving the cool wrap I ordered, I ended up receiving a spicy wrap instead. I have repeatedly had poor service at this particular location and it is extremely discouraging to receive such subpar service and quality. This location did not meet the standards you would normally find at other chick fil a restaurants.

I am Not happy with the employee in the drive thru lane tonight. He was not friendly at all and stood in the way of the menu as I was looking. I do not eat here enough to know the menu and he seemed annoyed. Chick-fil-A, I understand that your establishment is a fast food restaurant, but please tell your staff to allow us customers to not feel rushed when ordering and to not look at us like we are bothering them. I work hard for my money and I do not have to come back to your establishment if this type of behavior continues.

Chick-fil-a is not what it use to be. The customer service in the drive thru is horrible and they don’t greet the customers anymore. No more my pleasures and the food is horrible. The Sweet Tea and Lemonade is sour. I requested a refund and was given the run around and this is not the first time my order was horrible. I am fed up with the service and the food. Look how burnt these fries are and they were cold and all of the nuggets were cold as well. Chick fil a please do better.
