I don’t usually leave reviews but Heather and Dee were awesome. They read the menu to me and they were patient with my indecisiveness. Service with a smile. And my green and ginger was good!
The person working here today is nice and the drink served is good.
Heather took awesome care of me offered many different variations for my smoothie and her manager was very attentive and helpful with her staff the store was clean and I definitely will be there often.
I came in for a pumpkin pie crunch, Heather was fantastic, I even decided to get a pretzel on this trip 🥨 Heather made it all very quickly and was very nice. I’ll be coming back! 👍🏼

The customer service here is fantastic! After only a few curbside pickups, they recognized my car and brought out my smoothie right as I parked. This makes a world of difference when you have a fussy baby in the car. Thank you for taking care of your customers so well!
This place has improved on making the smoothies since they first opened last year. The smoothies don't taste watered down anymore.
Great Experience And Great Customer Service. Although My Last Encounter There Was A Black Male Just Standing Around Giving Out Orders With A Store Full Of Customers. I Usually Love To Go When The Girl With Red Locs Is Working . She Is Very Friendly And Efficient. She Made My 4 Smoothies And Bowl In Under 5 Minutes. I Was Definitely Surprised. I Haven’t Seen Her In A While But I Hope They Get More Employees Like Her.
Went in today, and the worker KeKe was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time, and she did a great job at explaining all of the different smoothies and ingredients. She recommended one to me, and it was very delicious I will be back to get it again.

I'm usually not a fan of mango, so I was hesitant when she suggested the Caribbean Passion smoothie. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised! It was incredibly refreshing, with just the right balance of flavors. The mango wasn't overpowering at all, and the blend of other fruits made it one of the best smoothies I've had in a while. Thanks, Heather, for convincing me to try something new—I’ll definitely be back!

There's always something wrong with their system. I can never collect points here with jamba. Its nice they are accommodating, but I'd like my points. They are nice but this location is different. Its a half jamba half auntie Anne's.
I usually drop by this Jamba Juice whenever I am in the area and want to drink a healthy smoothie. The last time I went there the friendly employee introduced me to their reward program. All I had to do was enter my phone number and I was signed up. This was great because it gave me $3 off my next visit which I will definitely use. I usually just get a Strawberries Wild when I go. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because recently I wanted to try a different smoothie with orange juice in it but they were out of oranges at the time. To be fair, it was pretty late in the day. Either way, I will be going back for my next smoothie fix.
The wait is long because they always seem to be short staffed. Even on a slow day. I believe more training is needed as well because the food is always over cooked. Smoothies are great though.
All of our 5 pretzels were burnt! How could they burn our pretzels if we were the only customers there? Also, a small smoothie is over $7 and the chairs wobble. What more can I say? Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the employees were nice and the smoothie was good.
First visit back after the new remodel, place looks nice. Was really expecting the same service as before. I watched the new guy prepare several orders using his bare hands. Looked over at the prep counter and boxes were full of gloves. Walked out disappointed.....
Took a while to get our smoothies even though there were 3 employees working and no other customers ahead of us. The razzmatazz I got was way too sweet - it was like drinking sweet tarts. My husbands smoothie was watery
As a Californian and long time lover of Jamba Juice, I am highly disappointed in this location. They don’t seem to have recipes down to the standard I’m used to, leading to a different version of the same smoothie each time. The staff changes every few months, which is probably part of the problem. I guess when your customers are used to Smoothie King their expectations aren’t high, but mine are.
Honestly the large variety on quality of drinks you get when you order the same thing makes this place a no for me. For example the matcha green tea taste completely different every time i go here. Has like a 1 in 5 chance of being good.
the customer service is absolutely nonexistent when it come to this place. we arrived (on bike) this morning spot on @9am & the doors were locked but somehow we’re still able to open the doors, i asked if they were open before i walked in & he stated at 9. i understand people run behind & late so we stood outside until 9:05, after 2 employees were standing at the front on their phones. i walked in to order a smoothie & both of them stared at us until we started ordering. then on top of that somehow she wasn’t able to use a gift card but could use our debit card? the smoothie was amazing but probably would rather give my money to smoothie king were they at least greet you walking in.
Been a few years since I stopped in here. Always had good experience, not today. Lobby was filthy, ac was hot, 1 kid working the counter took our orders. While waiting, she was lazy lazy slopping things around. Then I noticed the work area. 2 trash cans with trash flowing into the floors. Dirty gloves and towels were being walked over. Drinks came out, my orange dream machine was garbage. Basically a cold orange juice. She obviously did not add all the components. It was just juice and crushed ice. Blended for literally 3 to 4 seconds and served up like iced orange juice. My wife's carribean whatever was more normal but again, flavorless. $15 dollars down the drain. The kids working there couldn't care less when we complained the drinks were no good. Basically, "they are like that."
I ordered a Mango smoothie and the fruit has clearly gone bad. The smoothie tastes fermented (a bit of a bread-like smell/taste) and it is clearly because of over-ripe or rotting fruit. Pretty disappointed for a $10 smoothie that I cannot even drink
This location just got renovated and combined with Auntie Anne’s, I'm a regular customer and with this switch they have a new manager which is extremely rude to not only employees but customers, she literally yells at everyone and is not helpful at when we have questions about the menu! This is is very disappointing since it’s a place we come often. I’m sure she will not last longer there.
The store is filthy and have been there several times in the last month. Never any adults always very young adults. No one ever greets me, because the last few times head down and into cell phone. Ordered and payed for a medium smoothie, received a small smoothie. Had to let them know that this was a small. Just no care taken and no customer service at all. Don’t see this store lasting very much longer. I think I’ve made my last visit.
I’m so extremely upset with my experience at Jamba Juice Pearland! This company is slowly digressing unfortunately! I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is my 2 complaint within 30 days about two different locations! The customer service today at Pearland was so very poor, I will never return! This associate who took my order was highly incompetent and extremely rude. I informed him that I wanted oat milk and it seemed as though that disturbed him, I then asked if the drink could be made thick due to hot weather and I hate watery smoothies, he replies, “well..sometimes they just come out watery!”. My juice literally came to me like WATER! This is so upsetting! I called when leaving to speak with management and I recognized the associates voice who took my order, I asked to speak with manager, he recognized my voice and states “that would be me” and hangs up in my face! Unfortunately I will no longer be patronizing Jamba Juice after today. However I just felt the need to share yet another horrible experience at Jamba Juice. Do better!
Customer service at this Pearland location is horrible. The speed of service is very slow, and the quality and taste of their smoothies is watery and has no flavor. Not the same as it was a year ago.
I went here the other day to get the orange juice. I used to work at a different location and I have always loved the smoothies and juices. It was two hours before close and they told me that they had already cleaned the machine and that I would not be able to purchase the juice. I know that you are NOT supposed to clean the machines until it is closing time and it was TWO HOURS before closing and they still rejected me. Not to mention they still had oranges in the machine so if they were cleaning it with a disinfecting spray, that means that the oranges got contaminated. The lady who was at the register was wearing an orange shirt so I'm guessing she was the shift lead. She had an attitude and was really rude when I asked about getting an orange juice. When I seemed upset by the whole situation she just stared at me with a blank face and didn't say anything. Very unprofessional for a manager in charge and very disappointed about how lazy and rude she was.
Unfortunately my experience has always been negative at this location. The kids working here are not even familiar with their products. They are always short staffed and multiple times I’ve walked in early morning and there has only been one person working taking orders and making the smoothies. On one occasion I saw a roach climbing up on the wall and when I told the girls about it they looked at it and laughed. I called to ask questions about a smoothie pack deal I saw online and no one knew about it. Please train your team!
I love jamba and was excited to hear pretzels were available but it seems EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, theres NEVER any pretzels ready and get told they’ll be ready in 12 minutes. I dont want to wait much for them so my mood is soured and decide to ignore jamba now.
Got here with half the team after soccer practice at 7:40 and they locked the door (8pm is close). Checker wanted to let us in but the lazy manager told her no and yelled "we're closed, go away" at us. Our team are loyal Smoothie King customers now.

I saw this happen with multiple customers while I was there. The cashier was so soft spoken I had to ask her to repeat herself, and she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. We usually come on Saturdays and you’d expect staffing to be better, but one employee was wiping down a table while the cashier struggled to handle multiple smoothie orders and check people out at the same time. They also never seem to have all the pretzel options available, and when I asked if I could get one with less salt, I was told they were out of dough. Really? On a side note, they have stools that are terrible to sit in, rock really bad and are dangerous for kids to sit on. This type of customer service is why companies struggle.
Why would I order smoothies via uber eats and it’s not sealed neither is the bag or came with unsealed? With all the safety issues we have right now, there is no extra precautions to help keep your customers safe? I guess that’s why your phone number doesn’t work either because yall do this deliberately. Do better.

Having worked in customer service myself, I know that a simple smile and “welcome” can go a long way, but that seems to be missing here. On my most recent visit, I had pre-ordered two smoothies online. Despite there being no other customers in the lobby, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes because the employee behind the counter was more focused on cleaning than on my order. She had to remake my smoothie three times, and not once did she apologize for the mistake or the delay. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately this location falls short. I truly hope management provides better training, because experiences like this are why the store has only a 3.5 rating — and it’s not a good look.
Worst experience ever. Manager at the location is super rude and makes up charges when in their menu and in their system there isnt an actual charge for items. Walked in today may 17 around 3:50pm I order an açaí primo bowl added Nutella and peanut butter paid and sat waiting for my order when the manager from where she was screamed you didn’t charge her for the peanut butter or Nutella so I got close to the register and I said it’s ok charge me if you have to.. she proceeded to charge me for 2 cheese dips to what I told her you are charging me for something completely different not for the Nutella and peanut butter she said each topping is 99cents I told her so why isn’t there a charge on your menu there is for coconut whip and waffle pieces but not for Nutella or peanut butter and her reply was do you want it or not I told her I would pay but I would contact coorporate. I asked her for my receipts and made me wait over 20 minutes for her to tell me she couldn’t print them out and said she would make up some receipts to give me something. She didn’t give me my original receipts she gave me some made up receipts and didn’t even ring up the order as I ordered it, and I asked her to write down the original order number but I don’t even know if it’s the correct one. In the picture attach youn clearly see what has a up charge and what doesn’t have a price so why would she make up a charge for it?
Do not waste your time or money. Terrible service Empty yet taking forever to make one smoothie because the only two employees there were too busy talking and texting.
I saw a ROACH 🪳 crawling where frozen fruit is, another one crawling on the wall. The pretzels did not look fresh. Staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. The white lady with dark hair and accent, I believe her name is Tracy is the worst.
It’s hard to understand how this location receives 3–5 star reviews unless they’re written by friends or family of the staff. The reality is very different. The employees are consistently rude, pretzel options are almost always unavailable (like ordering ice cream at McDonald’s), and the seating is unsafe with wobbly chairs that pose hazards to children. Yes, the smoothies taste fine — but if they forget to include a frozen fruit you requested, the only thing you’ll get is bad attitude and hostility. This is not how a reputable business should operate.
FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF! This location is a disgrace to the Jamba Juice name. The staff is rude, unmotivated, and openly hostile to customers who are just trying to order. The atmosphere is so unprofessional that it overshadows the product itself. I’ve had to literally stop myself from tossing my smoothie back at employees who clearly don’t even want to be there. If nothing changes, this store will be the downfall of the brand in this area.
I was here today. When I arrived there were 15 people waiting. One girl moving as slow as possible making drinks and another lady rolling dough. She stopped with the pretzels and took my order referring to me as "baby" VERY INAPPROPRIATE! 6 more customers arrived after I did. She finally stopped with the dough and helped the other girl with smoothies. Customers were frustrated and 1 lady spoke up. The customer also asked the lady not to call her baby. The "pretzel" worker argued with the customer and continued to call her "baby" I've been here several times and the same "pretzel" lady calls every customer baby. Uncomfortable and inappropriate especially when the customer asked her not to.

Recently however, they added an Auntie Annes to this location and what a disappointment. They have always been known for their great quality in pretzels and lemonade. Both times that I have ordered from here the pretzels have been hard and stale like they were reheated from the previous business day. The lemonade also has tasted diluted and has a weird after taste to it. Not the Auntie Annes I have known for over 20 plus years. You need to do better.
I just walked in with the best feeling in the world and the lady behind the counter almost took it from me. No greeting as I walked in, but that’s okay I know you’re busy. I simply asked about the coffee smoothie since today it’s 2.99 for a small. Every question I asked, she didn’t know. Can it be sugar free? Is it sweetened? And just blankly looked at me. I decided to take my service somewhere else and thanked her. As I walked out is when she decided to tell me to have a nice day. Thank you ma’am, I will. 😊

The second time the stag just completely ignored me other than taking my order. No greeting, smile, nothing. Talked over me to her coworker who was visiting? All I got was “can I take your order” which ok cool, got my smoothie which is why I was there anyway. My last straw was I ordered on the app for pickup at opening. The store was closed. I waited 20 mins to see if someone show up. They never did. There’s no way to cancel the order on the app and the phone number goes to a voicemail that hasn’t been setup. How is this store still open?! Never again.

Gluten and Dairy free beware. Almost killed me in 2019 and now again in 2025. I asked for Soy milk and Soy protein 3 times to make sure and either they didn't pay attention and lied or they didn't wash the blender and it was dirty. Will contact my lawyer this time and freeze the drink.
