Ate here Friday night for the first time. Excellent food and even better service. Everyone that worked there seemed like they actually enjoyed their job which was refreshing. I had the sun up burger with no bun and it was excellent. Tater tots and fried mushroom were perfectly crispy. My son had a patty melt which he said was the best ever

Excellent burger and awesome service! The meat was tender and juicy, bacon perfectly cooked. The veggies are fresh and cold. I have been to 3 different Stomps locations and they all serve up an awesome burger. Now I gotta hit the last one in Webster.

First time here. Great service and the burgers were outstanding. Fries were nice and hot and tasty. Wish I could eat more just to try other items on the menu. Lots of choices. Don’t be fooled by the modest location. This place is amazing. Will definitely come back.

If you pass them turn around and go back! From the menu to the staff event atmosphere this is truly a gem! I ordered the Taco salad and Buffalo Wings with an order of Fries. Only disappointing part of this experience is I wish I had ordered more items from the menu 😄First time customer definitely not the last!

We saw the rave reviews for this place and had to try them. It's in the end of a building that includes a convenience store/gas station. The menu has a plethora of goodies. They're open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm. My wife loved and shared her taco salad, I restrained from eating more than a couple bites 'cause I had a large and in charge hog wild burger.....bacon and beef patty blended together to create one tasty burger, with cheddar and jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mayo, I was barely able to finish the whole thing, it was too good to leave any on the wrapper. I wanted to try some sides but knew there would be no room in my belly.....next trip. There will be more visits. They have more than one location. Check out my pics.

Tried this place for the first time after passing it for a few years. I regret not going sooner! The staff was very friendly, nice big table to eat at, and of course, the food was so good! I loved the chipotle cheese curds - spicy! Their menu has a lot of fun choices so it’ll be fun to keep going back and trying new things. Highly recommend.

Jan 2023. Again. It’s so good here. This is our second time and Even the appetizers are amazing. Love this place. So so so so good. This is the best burger joint around, both in terms of flavor and variety. We had the dynamite burger and the jezzabelle burger. Not only are the burgers advertised as handmade, they taste handmade. Next time we will share a burger meal so we can try an appetizer. Thanks you James for your excellent service, friendliness and your recommendations. We will be back, again and again, so we can try more things in the menu.

The chicken hoagie is pretty good here. Wish they would clean up the tables more frequently though. Most times we come we have to ask for the table to be cleaned. Other than that, food is good.

The wife has been wanting a more old school home made flavored burger for a minute now. She did her research and said this was the place she wanted to try. And boy did they deliver. She had the stomp burger and I had the stomp cheese and bacon burger. We shared chili cheese fries and they were just what we wanted flavor wise. The burgers were delicious and filling. She couldn't finish hers and I powered through mine. We had fries left, but not because we didn’t want them. The place was nicely decorated and the layout was spacious. Everything was clean and the service was attentive but not overbearing. There are at least 10 items i saw on the menu that I will be trying on return visits. A perfect spot if a classic burger is the craving.

The food was on point. (I got a Frito Pie and a Texas Tumbleweed burger.) The service lacked luster though. It was a good five minutes after I sat down that I had to ask for a menu. The waiter seemed depressed. I was a little worried about him. He didn't smile or offer up any kind of customer service attitude, and he was quite quick to get out of sight. The atmosphere at noon was quiet. Not very busy with quick service by the ladies. It's mixed emotions, but mostly aight as an overall review.

Price was good for what I ordered, burger, fries and drink. The burger was juicy and hot, and had avocado on it which went well. The fries were okay - thick cut and hot but it seemed like there weren’t many of them. I was the only one in there at first but then quite a few others came in. One of my favorite places to get a burger in San Antonio is a bit of a dive and is a convenience store but good food so I was not bothered by the fact that Stomps is pet of a convenience store at all - that is fairly common these days. It was just a little dark in there and not super clean. One of the guys working was very attentive and helpful (got me several refills) but there were others that seemed to be doing nothing.

This restaurant is next to a gas station however it is a full service restaurant. When we arrived there was not wait and plenty of seating. They come to the table to take your order. The host and all staff members were very nice and professional. The prices are fair but they also have a range of burger options as well as other cuisines.

Burgers are good but we payed $17+ for a double meat burger and double meat wasn’t included. They also forgot to give us the kids drink and had to go back in to ask for the drink. Once home we noticed that they also forgot to put the double meat. Check your orders before leaving. Smh no napkins either nor ketchup
