This is one of the nicest Burger King locations I’ve ever visited. The dining area and restrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
I ordered the fully loaded croissant meal and it was absolutely worth it! 🥐✨ The croissant was fresh, buttery, and packed with flavor, and the meal as a whole was satisfying and great value for money. Highly recommend if you’re craving something tasty and fillin

Horrible customer service, if any at all stopd at the counter 15 minutes before being helped! Then had to wait 15 more minutes for food - Also had water dripping from the ceiling near the ordering kiosk without a sign or bucket
I went to the store about 20 minutes before closing time last night Which was may 23 2025. My order was pretty bad and the gentleman that were working. There were super nice. My food was hot in French. Every time I go to this location the food is always good and the employees there are always nice
Nice designed restaurant, but the young staff could use some training on speaking professionally as they represent the company. It takes practice, patience, and persistence.
Food has gone down hill for sure. Just ordered from here 3 orders of food and all of the fries were burnt all to hell n tasted disgusting. First time this happened but for spending over 30 I mean why give someone 3 orders of burnt fries? Definitely need to quality check before sending stuff out before you get someone sick, because either they are double cooked or been sitting under the water all day.
I go there frequently and have experienced that you need to double check your order when using the drive through. It is wrong most of the time.
Service was slow. But it was busy. They did the best they could. Food was hot and fresh. Orders on inside only done by kiosk.
Get food from the drive through then walk into the store to dine-in Review made after my 2025 June 4th purchase. I am a dine-in or app + carry-out type customer. And though Houston burger kings service is generally poor, this one definitely is so rich they don’t want your money. The one on shadow creek and Kingsley or 8210 broadway better than this one. After their most recent renovation they become too busy to be seen by customers and have hidden the employees view of the doorway so they don’t have to think about how great the sun is. It’s common to wait 2-10minutes before seeing a single employee. After entering the store for long periods of time you have no idea if anyone is actually working there. Did they receive your order? Someone working on it? Are they out of fries or beef? If you ordered from the app, is the order already done and sitting in their warmer? Who knows! I saw an employee from another neighboring business come in lean over the counter and start yelling in Spanish to get service. My Spanish is very not existent so I guess I’m sol. They sometimes over cook their fries but still edible and wrap their burgers too tight and make a burger burrito but it still tastes like a whopper. And they hide their ketchup like they do their employees.
This location recently underwent a beautiful remodel that makes it a modern, chic spot. Sadly, all that money was wasted when the staff remains incompetent. On a Sunday at 2:30 pm, it took over 15 minutes for our orders to come out. The ketchup dispenser was like red water, and the beverage station was filthy. No one working here seems to have any joy or slight pleasure in their work, and only come check on things when you lean over the counter to waive at them hiding in their kitchen area. A real shame since this was clearly not a cheap rebrand.
I just had such an unfortunate experience at this location of Burger King. I was excited to see the new remodel of the outside and hopeful for the inside. We walked in and were excited to see the ordering kiosks and were impressed. That’s where it ended. After ordering it took 15 minutes for my partner’s food to come out, and 20 minutes to get mine. When my number was called there was no apology or even acknowledgement of taking 20 minutes for an order at a fast food establishment. What’s worse is that the drink station was so gross. Spilled drinks, lids everywhere, the ketchup dispenser had watery ketchup that people dispensed and left behind, assumedly because it was gross. We thought maybe it took a while because they had to drop some new fries or onion rings - nope, nothing in my tray was hot. Luke warm at best. And the restaurant wasn’t even busy inside. There were maybe 3-4 other tables with people at them. It was just such a disappointment and I won’t be returning. I’d avoid this one if you can.
Went through the drive thru and the guy was super rude. I asked if that was all for my order and he ignored me. I drove off and I was missing a fry, i went inside and he just threw me the bag like it was my fault HE forgot the fry. Not coming here again!!!!!👎👎 I got home and the chicken on my salad was so old, dry and disgusting not even my dog would eat it. 🤦♀️
Pretty bad Burger King. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order only for it to be wrong. Couldn’t even ask for a refund from corporate because the staff took my receipt and never handed me it back so corporate turned me away. Would not suggest eating in the restaurant.
This Burger King has gone downhill since the remodeling. I don't know if it's a new staff, but no one comes to the counter, as you're expected to resort to a kiosk or mobile order, the staff don't know about their specials like Whopper Wednesday, there was a gnat in my drink, and this is to say the least. This remodeling LITERALLY has this Burger King feeling shallow, cold, and echoey just like a metaphor of how good the location used to be and the shell it is now. Going to Shadow Creek.
This place is so slow. Even if you order online. The customer service is so wack. It's a joke. Young men don't know what they're doing. Unorganized employees.
