Beautiful presentation, the staff is kind and patient. The place is thoroughly cleaned, love how they also have tables outside. The owner is very kind, and strives for excellent customer service. This was the kids first time having Italian ice and they didn't care for it. It melts quick, I enjoyed mixed Italian flavors, I think it would've tasted best with just 1 flavor. But I wanted to try 3 in 1, which tasted great all by themselves just didn't mix well. But it was pretty 😂 Prices are pricey, the small is like extra small

What's not to love about Italian Ice mixed with soft ice cream?? It's a perfect match that can help satisfy your ice cream and dessert cravings. They have a variety of flavors and combos that you can order, and can even sample too. My all time fav is probably orange smash paired with vanilla soft serve. The combo tastes exactly like an orange dreamsicle from my childhood years in the 1980s. Their spicy mango (pic below) is pretty dang good too.

Tried it for the first time, and am already planning on a second visit. I loved that everyone was patient in there, the workers seemed nice and helpful, and had no attitude which is always great to see nowadays! I also love that they close late! So, we were able to get a late night treat on a Sunday which is very rare since most places close early. The place was packed but the outside window and outdoor seating helped out which makes this place great for hanging out with a partner or family and friends. Their menu has lots of flavors to choose from and they do provide samples if needed.

This place was awesome! Everything about it. I customized my own and made it similar to the seasonal s’mores flavor they have, but switched the soft serve ice cream to the horchata Italian ice. I didn’t want the ice cream to feel heavy and not finish my medium size I got. That’s why I subbed out the ice cream for another Italian ice flavor. Although there was dairy in the flavors I got, it didn’t leave you feeling sluggish or bloated! I was shocked I finished my serving. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had! Super cute place. You can step inside or you can order at their window. They have a nice area to sit and enjoy some of their activities outside. We’ll definitely be back.

Visited for the first time, and I LOVE it! I had the PB&J and the wife tried the Cookie Butter (I think?), and the kids shared the frosted animal cracker - they were all DELICIOUS! Highly recommend! Friendly staff, large variety and you can eat there inside or outside on their patio.

Vibe- This is such a nice spot to grab a nice cold treat on a warm day! There’s 5 tables outside and a few on the inside as well. You can order outside at the window or go inside to order. Customer service- Great! The girl that took my order was very helpful and explained the menu very thoroughly. Food/drinks- I got the P-nutty Italian ice with some Oreo crumbles (an extra cost) and it was so good! I was expecting an actual ice taste kind of like a slushie but it was almost like an ice cream texture that I really liked!! There’s a ice menu that shows all of the different flavors with dairy, soy, etc. Parking- It’s in a shopping center so there’s plenty of parking in the lot.

It’s so good! We got the Gelati and it was a perfect mix of ice and soft ice cream. The banana and mango were very good! They let you sample any flavors before ordering. (We got the small and it was the perfect size. If you add the app you get one small free on your first visit!)

Very tasty. You can either order outside or inside. They have a variety to choose from and it's a delicious treat. I like the packaging to go, it's very locked in & it doesn't leak at all.

Really had an employee working by herself with a line out the door. She was making and ringing at the same time. She definitely deserve acknowledgement.

You all have to do better with sanitation. I was here at 8:53pm and the male with locs, was licking ice cream out of a lid, he threw what he didn’t finish in the trash and finished making orders. No hands sanitizer, no handwashing. Run the cameras back. I understand most of the employees are teens but please train them to do better. Other wise, I love this place.

Disappointing Experience at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice We were excited to try Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. The ice cream was a complete mess—melted and soupy by the time we even started eating. It was impossible to enjoy, and the whole thing felt incredibly rushed and poorly handled. The presentation was sloppy, with melted ice cream and sprinkles all over the place. We ended up throwing most of it away because it simply wasn’t edible. Very disappointing! We definitely won’t be coming back.
