First time to ever try firehouse subs. Ordered a hook and ladder sub and found it quite good. I can't say this is the best place for a sandwich, but it has its own way about it. I can see myself going here when I get burned out on subway or Jason's. The pickle had a nice snap with each bite. Friendly staff, fast service, and good food. Will have to come back again.

Ordered my food online, to save time on lunch. Picked up food, very friendly employees, food was hot and ready to go. Made to perfection and it was delicious!
I downloaded the app to order sandwiches and I had trouble with it. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Shirley. She was the nicest, most helpful person I’ve met in a long time. I was planning on picking up the sandwiches anyways, and she said to come in and she would honor the app coupon even though it was giving me trouble on my end. My husband and I went to the restaurant, and Shirley was there to help us with our order. She even gave us two free drinks. I also saw her helping other customers and just being so kind and helpful to everyone. I imagine her coworkers must enjoy working with her, as she seems to treat everyone equally and fairly. The sandwiches were amazing! A good amount of meat and just the right amount of vegetables. Lots of choices of drinks as well. Overall, this was one of my favorite restaurant experiences due to the outstanding behavior of the manager. GREAT JOB SHOWING KINDNESS. It was very much appreciated!
Stop by to grab a quick bite to eat before driving out of town. The cashier was super nice, my order was quick and accurate. Customer service was 10/10
Leagues above Subway in my opinion and the app has really nice deals occasionally. No problems except missing requested extra missing pickles spear at times which I can justify possibly limited quantity. Please do your diligence and make sure what you ordered is correct. Received a different entree than requested 10/5/25
I’ve been coming to this place for years, however up until the last year I don’t know why they take forever to make sandwiches by the time I receive my sandwich. It’s cold. Please do something about this. I would like to continue to come and have sandwiches here, however the timing has to change. 20 - 25 minutes to get a sandwich is too long .
Subs were good and I love the location But it wasn't that busy, I can tell it was a shift change, but why did it take so long for the subs? Also, I don't go to Firehouse all the time, probably 3 times in a year and there was a guy standing in front of the sign so I was unsure at what the lady at the register was pointing at. I work in retail and understand I might of been tad bit hard to handle, but be a little kinder you don't know what's going on with their lives. Also, I asked for no onions for one and my mom found onions.
The food was very delicious. There's was a little bit of a wait time, but wasn't horrible. The problem was, is they had no ventilation whatsoever for what they were cooking on the grill, the entire store was completely smoke-filled. So when you walked in, you got quick, little eye burn, but other than that was a good visit.
Location is extremely dirty (floors covered in dirt and filth, tables clearly not wiped down). Ordered on app and order was not ready at scheduled time. Waited an additional 15 minutes at the location for order to be made. Stood in line to address this (no one in front of me) and three employees did not acknowledge me or say hello etc. for 5 minutes.
Ordering ahead is utterly useless. Ordered on the app waiting over 30 minutes standing there just waiting. Entire building was full of smoke no idea how the employees aren’t crying coughing constantly. Breathing all of that in. 6 people on the line that could only produce 2 sandwiches at a time. Insane for a sandwhich restraunt.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had from a sandwich food spot. The person really could not communicate with me… so I was worried about order notes. He made the order wrong ofCourse and sadly I paid $50 for my entire order. I do not consume pork and I order turkey and he placed ham on my sandwich. The Mac and cheese I ordered was overly cheesy and drowned with no noodles . Today’s date is 12/30/25 and I made the order strong 640 . Truly truly disgusting 🤮 Please do better and care about your customers for after they pay so much. I’m truly just disgusted I will never ever eat at a FireHouse Subs . DONT GO HERE
Ordered on door dash on a bogo deal. Somehow, despite contacting the store, the order was "not in their system". Whenever I order regularly, there is never an issue. When contacting the store, they pushed me towards their app. I would not order here again or visit in person.
I check the "no pickle" box. Pickles make me sick. But they include a strong smelling pickle almost every time. It's frustrating that they don't bother with customer requests. I don't want a freaking pickle! Maybe other sandwich shops will pay attention to customer requests.
Went to Firehouse at 8:35 the girl interviewed counter asked me to eat in or take out. I said to eat in. They took over 5 minutes or more to get our food. While we were eating we were told to get out that they closes at 9. We weren't finishing eat. We quickly tooks some bites to finishing and we were yell at to leave!! We were very upset at 9:03 we left. Very rude to us. No way to treat a consumer.
I see why they don't let you watch them slap your food together. My first time trying this place and I vow it was cetainly my last. I had the jerk turkey sub which was so wet due to all the sauce they slathered on it. No flavor whatsoever. Subway, Jersey Mike's or Quizno for me. Oh and not to mention the night before I had to fast for a procedure having only liquids for 24 hours and and nothing for another 17 hours. So I was hungry, but not hungry enough to enjoy this monstrosity.
Upon arriving to pick up a DoorDash order, which was placed ahead of time, I was informed the pickup time was 7:09. When I first arrived, a staff member rudely told me the order would be on the rack if it was ready. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I was still sitting there. The order was only two sandwiches. The workers were slow and seemed more focused on flirting with customers than on preparing orders efficiently. They forgot about my order, and people who had just walked in were receiving their online orders before me. I do not recommend picking up DoorDash orders from this location; you'll waste at least a half hour of your time. The store wasn't busy at all—there were only two customers inside at the time.
My family (especially the kids) love this place and we order from here around once a month. The past 2 visits (latest one being 7/15) I've had to wait 1.5 hours and 1 hours, respectively, for my order beyond the scheduled pick up time. I don't know what's going on since they are typically right on time for on-line orders prior to my last two visits. I will likely not visit this location for a quite a while or until I know they have fixed whatever is happening with these extremely long wait times. Seriously, I could have gone to a proper sit down restaurant and gotten in and out faster.
