I’ve noticed a huge change at this Subway over the past few months. The service is friendlier, the food is fresh, and the restaurant feels way more organized and clean compared to before. I know this location used to have some bad reviews, but the new management has really turned it around. Definitely one of the better Subways in the area now.
Staff were nice. Food taste like subway. Will be coming back.

Subway is always great. I would suggest that on a Sunday you have two to three people scheduled. The guy working there around 1pm when we got there was the only person working so he was handling all the online orders and customers and he seemed new because he was slower.management you need to have proper staff scheduled to handle high volume customers. If I was him I would have walked out.

Not what I ordered, soggy and bread was burned. Drove back to store. They made another cold cut sandwich in place of that one. Still just meh 😕
7/6/19 The worker was extremely slow, she complained every time people walked in to the door. She needs more training on the menu. Another customer approached her letting her know the bathroom needed attention and the worker rolled her eyes.

I just spent $38 for horrible subs. The young lady must never prepared a sub before. She literally gave me three slices of turkey meat and two slices of cheese. What a waste of money! Do not go here it’s a rip off.
I showed up at 9:30 pm on a night that they closed at 10 (Tues). Doors locked and 2 employees thar went to hide so they didn't have to make food. Worst excuse of employees. Knocked and they pretended they couldn't see me or hear me.
Walked in with my two young children, only to be CUSSED out by one of the employees in Spanish. The other employee made my sandwich with half as much cheese as normal and burnt the sub. Do yourself a favor and get a sandwich literally anywhere else: Jersey Mikes, Jimmy John's, Firehouse are great options.

I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich with extra tuna and paid $17, but to my surprise, there was barely any tuna on the sandwich—not even the regular amount. The bread was soggy, the vegetables looked old, and overall, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I usually enjoy sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s, and honestly, I wish I had gone there instead. This Subway completely wasted my money. If I could, I would give zero stars. I will never order from this Subway again
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE ASKING FOR TIPS! I'M GETTING MY SANDWICH TO GO AND THEY'RE ASKING FOR A TIP LIKE IT'S A RESTAURANT WHERE YOU'RE TIPPING A SERVER WHO'S GOING BACK AND FORTH TAKING CARE OF YOU. I'M TIRED OF THESE FAST FOOD PLACES THAT DO THEIR NORMAL JOB WANT TO ASK FOR A TIP WHEN ALL THEY'RE DOING IS TAKING YOU TO GO ORDER AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA ON IT TO GO ORDER SAYING THAT IT'S BECAUSE OF THE TO GO PLATES AND PLASTIC SILVERWARE.
My daughter just placed an order for delivery, cost us $80. First of all, only half of the items we ordered got delivered. Second. The sandwiches that came were not even remotely close to what we ordered. This is the second bad experience that we have had at this location. I have been trying to call the store for over an hour, and nobody answers the phone. I have also reached out the corporate office. My daughter will be disputing this charge you her card if the venue does nothing about the mistakes

She then made my sandwich with less cheese than normal, a bunch of pepper, and the put the bare minimum of condiments. I would've said something if I knew I wasn’t going to get attitude about it. Luckily, I like pepper and have mayo at home!
Feb 21st, around 11 am. or 12 p.m., after work( I work across the street), I went in to get my usual veg sub. Told the young lady my toppings and asked for extra onions like I always do with NO PROBLEMS. The young lady added one slice I asked again she added one more I was annoyed at this time, and I aked her if she was serious, and her rudely reply was that theirs a way they had to fix the sandwich. I politely said thank you and walked out and took my business to Jersey Mike's it's out of my way but, I guarantee that they won't make a big deal if a returning customer ask for extra onions, I should've never stopped going to Jersey Mike's for convenience.
Negative zero. Went to get an order and nobody was in there but the lady hiding behind the wall laughing and talking on the phone for 5 min. The order was ready but it wasn't sitting out on the to go stand so I couldn't just take it. Waited even longer when she realized I wasn't leaving and came out. Totally rude, her hands were sticky and full of powder, just horrible customer service. Avoid this location you prob get sick

She made our order which was limited on topings and sauces because they didn't have everything out. We wanted to get the churros and saw the pepperoni cheese dipper for the kids she said yeah while rolling her eyes. Do not get the churros they are not worth it even if they where free. I regret walking in there.

Went into store on a Wednesday afternoon 3:30 to be exactly, and they didn’t have turkey as a meat selection. I understand that it is a sandwich shop, and most people ask for strange things, but a simple request of turkey for a turkey sandwich shouldn’t be an issue. The worst part is that, I would have selected a second choice in sandwich, but the lady behind the counter said some snide remark to me. So , therefore I took my business somewhere else.
