The food is great here. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I never tasted such crispy chicken. The fries are insanely crunchy and soft on the inside. My waiter Frances was very authentic and made me and my group feel very welcome.

I recently wandered into Bonchon with average expectations and left questioning every other piece of chicken I’ve ever had. If drumsticks had a global Olympics, Bonchon’s would win gold in every category. Crispy, juicy, flavorful, and probably Best in Show too. First off, the chicken. Good lord. It wasn’t just crispy, it was crunchy enough to be heard three tables over. It’s like they double fried these bad boys in the tears of lesser chickens. I got a mix of soy garlic with a hint of sweetness, which I assume is what heaven serves on Saturdays. Shout out to Frances, my server. She killed it with a personality to match. Final verdict. Bonchon is not just a meal, it is an emotional journey. You come in hungry, you leave a little greasy, deeply satisfied, and wondering if you can justify coming back tomorrow.

Nice experience! Have to say the servers were doing the most. Kitchen was behind and they had quite a few diners and online orders waiting. The staff was doing a good job getting the food as quickly as possible and keeping people informed. My food was pretty good. Dumplings were great, crispy. I should have gotten the sauce on the side to avoid them getting soggy. Tteok-bokki was good, good flavor, cheese was a nice touch. Will try the chicken next time!

The food was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Clean restaurant with great customer service. They even had a cute cotton candy vending machine my kids enjoyed($7.99). My family and I enjoyed it!

Extremely dry chicken. Chicken was also not tossed into the sauce (as you can see by the marks on the inside of the box) and was coated very unevenly. Too expensive for poor quality of food.

I am highly upset I drove 45 mins here to review this place on my TikTok along with me was my pregnant sister my niece , fiancé and our infant . We were so excited to come here again this time to blog our experience last time the service, food and space was amazing. This time our server Ariel, who clearly has been working for the company for a year or so as I see previous complaints on her she still clearly has not learned her lesson because she still has a nasty attitude. She does not provide well service and that’s coming from someone who is a fast food manager ! I don’t recommend that she should continue working in this field! Specially, if it brings bad reviews on this company . This has put a bad taste in my mouth because I only did. I waste my money in my time. I didn’t leave satisfied I’m literally currently writing this review as I’m going home. I don’t feel like that behavior is tolerated at all. We have to ask multiple times and update on our food and refills on our drinks honestly, we were just gonna walk out but once again my sister was craving this item ! Not worth spending $75 on that service !

Ordered boneless chicken wings. Texture is that of American fried chicken, not traditional Korean fried chicken (completely different preparation methods). I would say they are comparable to the sauced wings you can order from Sonic in terms of breading and texture. I’m sure they are probably just deep fried right out of the bag from the vendor.

I’ve had bonchon plenty of times and what I got today after waiting 45 mins is crazy, old chicken that look and taste like it’s been sitting around all day. We gotta do better man bonchon is not cheap fast food if I’m spending 35 dollars I expect freshly cooked chicken it’s literally your job.

Worst place ever. Inconsiderate ppl and waited for our 10 wings. Never have it came out!! The vibe is garbage and uncomfortable. They didn’t even have Sweet tea unlike the midtown location. The tables was old and dingy. It’s so slow and the service was HORRIBLE from the moment the waitress opened her mouth. Group of customers came after us. They were seated and a few minutes gone by.. they already gotten their 30 wings. The reason why was so long is because they were worried about the online orders like 20 of them. It’s ridiculous for a Korean restaurant to have low service and depressing atmosphere. I remembered back then couple years ago I went to this location and the chicken wings were so overcooked because the texture was dry and so plain. I was eager to drive by this since it was by the freeway and giving it one more chance but I knew something was wrong. Me and my boyfriend was already hungry and tired. Avoid this place if you like to wait 2 hours for your food and it’s unfortunate the order never came out but the worker handed us the wrong foods and had asked us what we had got?? 💀😂😂GOODBYE this place needs to be renovated and have better customer service and tables.

Don’t event waste your time coming here. Let me tell you, we had a forty minute wait time to even have our order taken. At this point, we had waited long enough that we might as well had to see it through. The servers will not bother to come check on you if you aren’t at their specific table, which I understand, but there was no server for the specific table we sat at or? What was going on here? The food was mediocre at best. Waited forty minutes to get our order taken, watched five families that came in ahead of us get their considerably larger meals first, got a mediocre service, and had mediocre food. The KBBQ does not compare in any good ways to literally any other KBBQ sport around. Such as BB.q chicken. The chicken here was bland even with the sauce and pretty close to disgusting. Don’t even bother coming here, your time and money are well spend literally anywhere else.

I placed an order via their app at 5:30 to be ready at 6:30. I arrived just before 6:30 and was told the food might be a little late as the kitchen was backed up. I finally got my food at 7p and the staff member just said “have a great night”. No apology. During my entire wait, the staff did their best to avoid eye contact

We spent $170 (including gratuity) for one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even took our order, and then another 45 minutes before the food finally arrived. We ordered 30-piece wings “extra wet.” The first time, they came out cold and completely dry. Sent them back — they came out dry again. After sending them back a third time, they were finally drenched in sauce, clearly just poured on top out of frustration. We also ordered a 20-piece chicken tender platter, and those came out cold as well. Since our kids were already hungry after the long wait, we kept them rather than send them back. The bacon kimchi fries were also cold, with the cheese not even melted. We sent them back twice before they finally came out warm. The only items that were served hot and fresh were the shrimp fried rice and the two regular orders of fries. To make matters worse, the wait staff informed the manager of our repeated issues and dissatisfaction, but not once did he come to our table or offer any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing — poor service, cold food, and no accountability. Definitely not worth the money.

I just ordered the 3 drumstick combo online, the chicken is disgusting! Hard as a rock, it look sick, very dark and old. You should never serve customers old food that could potentially make them ill. I'll never be back.
