I'm trying to be objective here,but one of worst TC restaurants i have ever patronized. Rice hard and undercooked,hard shell ground beef taco barely had ground beef, one little dollip of guacamole. Never again. They need to take a cue from their Fuqua/45-South location. Perfect rice, generous portions, consistently good.

I had a disappointing experience at this location's drive-thru. The white tall guy that took my order was very rude at the speaker and was very disrespectful when I got to the window. This COMPLETLEY ruined my experience considering the fact it was my first time ever eating here.

My dad and I stopped by Taco Cabana for dinner this evening. The food was genuinely good — I highly recommend the steak fajita bowl. Unfortunately, the patio atmosphere took away from the experience. While dining outside, an employee on break was seated nearby in a manner that exposed inappropriate body parts to customers (see photo). I understand employees need breaks and personal time, but patrons should not be exposed to this (6 inches of crack) while eating. Great food, but better attention to the dining environment would greatly improve the overall experience.

I was here waiting to order for a good 10 minutes, all the ladies were just passing in front of us and we were not acknowledged!

My mom went to Taco Cabana just now (01/29/2026 11:00AM) and saw an employee handling a mop bucket and then handling food with the same gloves. When she spoke up the manager kicked her out. She has everything on video including the employee admitting fault and they refused to handle the situation appropriately.

Gave it another shot and the food was cooked enough to eat. I just wish they would make the flautas crunchy 😩 I was going to let the flautas pass until I got to the sopapillas. First, the guac on the side didn’t look fresh, then the flautas were breaded in the middle (I think uncooked), THEN the sopapillas were uncooked and I didn’t realize it until I started reading reviews. I thought surely I remember sopapillas being bigger than this and sure enough there was dough in the middle. Welp, that was the sign I needed, it’s been real TC!

Used to like this location until today. The blonde pink hair lady at the window has a nasty aggressive attitude to be working with customers and food! Then give me half ass drinks. Ill happily spend my money elsewhere where the employees 2 take they frustration out on customers!

The food was under-seasoned. The burrito was not properly wrapped, and the meat-to-beans ratio was too low. They only started preparing my order after asking me if I had ordered anything, even though there was hardly anyone there.

1/7/2026 Restaurant was being professionally exterminated during operating hours. Exterminator was observed spraying in the food area with staff while staff was preparing food orders. Is this something that is approved by the health department?

I stopped by Taco Cabana at 11111 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584 around 11:50 PM and got in the drive-thru line behind about three or four cars. By the time I pulled up to the speaker at 11:59 PM, the car in front of me was still blocking the speaker, so I couldn’t place my order right away. When the employee finally came on, he said, “Our hours are 6 AM to 1 AM.” I replied, “Good, it’s 12:00 AM.” He then changed his answer and said, “My bad, we close at 12,” before refusing to take my order — even though the car in front of me had just been served. I had already been waiting in line for ten minutes before closing, so being turned away felt unfair and unprofessional. There was no sign or notice about a cut-off time, and the employee’s tone was rude and dismissive. If customers are already in line before closing, they should still be served. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expected from Taco Cabana.

Whelp that went fast: Horrible and I thought things had gotten better. I don’t like raw meat. 🤢 Previous Review: The service here use to suck and I stopped going. Boy am I glad I returned. Christie and her staff are doing an amazing job. The service is 5 star and the food has improved tremendously. I’ll be back! Oops I ate my food before I could take a picture ☺️

This location used to be quick and friendly. Management and staffing have declined since my last visit here. Midday Sun, 3 cars were in the drive thru so I came inside to bypass the line. Soon as it was my turn at the register, the cashier headed to the grill to cook, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I waited 8 minutes before a guy came back to take my order, no greetings/explanation. While waiting, an elderly lady came to the counter in anger and exasperation due to her 16 minutes wait. Many cars have come and left while I'm still here near the counter writing this review. Condiments and sauce bar are neglected and need refills. They need more staff or to courteously let patrons know of the wait time; there were only 2 parties inside waiting on their order before me, so there was no reason for a 25+ minutes wait...unless they bumped our orders for the drive thru orders. It's a shame that greed takes precedence in their hustle to quickly fill all drive thru orders at the expense of onsite, in person orders. Edit: my order "conveniently" was being put together at 28 minutes just as i approached the presumed manager to express my desire for a refund due the ridiculous wait while being passed over by those who ordered drive thru after me. Manager didn't even apologize as he handed me the food at nearly 30 minutes later. So much for "fast food". TLDR; SUMMARY: decent food if you don't mind the poor service, long wait from unfair priority for drive thru over in-person order, and neglected self-serve sauce bar.
