We eat this Marcos a few times a month, it’s sometimes absolutely amazing and sometimes it’s just terrible. Delivery or pickup is a crapshoot. Whether it’s the wrong toppings or an obviously undercooked pie when requested well done, there’s often issues. We usually order multiple pies and the nights where everyone is super pleased are frustratingly rare. Like I said, sometimes its amazing, but those times are the exception for us.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it’s being going downhill recently. Here’s a “deluxe” small pizza. Dough tastes uncooked, burnt onions, wrong ingredients for a Deluxe (no olives, lacks green peppers).

Bad management, rude staff except for one decent guy. Always extremely slow and lack of organisation during busy periods.

Terrible service. Pulled up to the drive thru and the said they “lost” my pizzas and asked me to pull up. All good, things happen right. 20 minutes pass, still no pizza brought out. I head in and it’s just sitting on the counter. When I asked to speak to the manager he tells me he has no power to do anything to right the situation. I didn’t ask for a free pizza, I asked if he had some type of coupon I could use next time and he simply said he has no power and walked off. A Long time customer, won’t be coming back.

Many issues with this location over the past few months. We figured we'd give it one more try. 3 main ingredients for pizza are dough, sauce and cheese. At this Marcos it's just dough and cheese. Gross. Picture is the peeled back cheese. Never again. Go elsewhere ppl.

I placed a carry out order over the phone and when I arrived they couldn’t find the order. I’ve ordered here numerous of times but yesterday was the worst. The manager Joey peeked around the corner and moved quickly. I asked the person at the window to speak to a manager and he came to the window and said Yea. Joey is unprofessional and lacked respect and empathy. There was no apology and he asked me are you sure it’s the right location. I called out the number and then he just gave me a blank stare and was fumbling with words. They just lost a loyal customer. Horrible experience!

It's probably not a significant concern, but multiple Marcos Pizza locations feature advertisements for a drink fountain with refill capabilities, however, the fountain is nowhere to be found upon entering the premises. My issue is that the workers have not removed the promotional images, which are consistently displayed in every location I have been to.

This location is the absolute worst! They don’t wash their hands before making orders ! Girl was making pizza but she stopped to answer the phone. After answering the phone she goes right back to making the pizza. I watched her do it two times! Never washing her hands once. Another male worker took an order and afterwards proceeded to start doing my order without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting and poor hygiene. I cancelled my order! They should all be ashamed of how absolutely disgusting and nasty they are. I saw none of the Employees wash their nasty hands. Completely unsanitary . I will never order from any Marcos Pizza again.

I had my thin crust pizza delivered looking like this. After having to drive to the location, the restaurant didnt even look busy. I don't know how someone can have a job of making pizza and have the audacity of making this trash, let alone have it delivered like this.
