She was exceptionally courteous and efficient but also brought a natural charm and friendliness that made the interaction genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone so composed, capable, and personable all at once. She’s a true asset to the establishment.

Let me start with our server. His name is Joe, and he is from Sicily. Olive Garden, you have a true gem in him. He kept saying, "I'll take care of you," and he did. He was a wonderful server and had a beautiful personality. The food was delicious as always. The shrimp in my Alfredo was perfect. His chicken Alfredo was wonderful. We even got a side of meatballs, and they were fantastic. Needless to say, we took leftovers home. Great job, Olive Garden!!

Came for lunch with 2 adults, one baby. Loved the calm vibe and decor. Very attentive waitress and floor manager. Never had to wait to be checked in on. The food was good. Good lunch specials m-f . However, the sicilian sunset was not good imo. I gave it two tries but couldn't drink it and handed it to my husband.

It's been a while since we've been to Olive Garden. Love the new drink menu!!! My husband and I sat at the bar to avoid the 15 minute table wait and didn't plan on drinking until the colorful menu drinks caught our attention. Haven't eaten at Olive Garden in nearly 10 years because honestly it wasn't good BUT I was craving pasta and we were passing by. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. I got the eggplant parm smaller portion and my spouse got the chicken parm. Breadsticks, salad and pasta fagioli soup was all delicious. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was very attentive and refilled before necessary. Even the manager stopped by to check on us. Ambiance was pleasant too. Well done Olive Garden. Well done.

The bartender Jordan was very attentive and offered great recommendations and the hostess Angelie was absolutely incredible, friendly and professional. They were both very welcoming made me feel like i was out with friends and made my dining experience much more enjoyable.

My dining experience is always pleasant and the staff, especially Ashley (an assistant manager), is very professional. After viewing footage of Ashley calmly attempting to diffuse a situation with a disrespectful and dishonest patron and reading the deceptive review, which accused Ashley of endangering a child who was adversely affecting the dining experience of those in a neighboring booth, I felt compelled to speak up. It is important that those who leave reviews NARRATE WITH DETAILS in lieu of commenting with emotion. Ashley works very hard and is a natural extrovert. Nothing in the footage or the misleading review indicates that Ashley did anything other than be yelled at and lied on.

Food was great, as always. They were a little busy, but we were sat quickly and the entries arrived quickly.

I signed in online so we wouldn't have to wait too long once we arrived. I appreciated that social distancing was a priority. We arrived and awaited our text message to enter. We were seated in a booth in a corner by ourselves. Lydia arrived very shortly after we were seated to take our order. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of every menu item that we inquired about. It was not long before we received our food. The presentation was exceptional and the taste was even better. My wife had the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and I had the Eggplant Parmigiana. Ofcourse, I cannot eat at Olive Garden without having the salad and my wife having the breadsticks. I can honestly go to Olive Garden just for the salad. Lydia would always check on us to make sure that we were doing ok or needed anything. Overall, everything was wonderful. Update: Just recently visited Olive Garden since it's been awhile. The service was impeccable. Mr. Joseph took care of his business and was on point at all times. He was very polite and attentive. I visited this location for lunch today. I am taking the time to say that I had a wonderful experience. My Mom and I both had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. This was the most well seasoned food I've ever had at an Olive Garden in all of my years. I've frequented this chain of restaurants many times since I was a young girl. For this visit to stand out is saying something. I even mentioned to the manager that I wanted to compliment whoever made my food because it was delicious! It is fairly easy to appreciate a restaurant that offers unlimited quantities of menu items. Given the option of unlimited salad or soup, both of us decided on soups. The pasta e fagioli soup had pasta, ground beef and vegetables, while the chicken & gnocchi soup was creamy. Both were delicious and perfect for the chilly evening. My chicken and shrimp carbonara entree was a good portion size and filling. The bacon pieces were a tasty addition to this meal. I also had the pineapple and blackberry tea which was sweet and refreshing; just the way I like it. And I readily said yes to a refill when our server made the offer. Visit for abundant food, and good service.

Atmosphere is still very nice and elegant in a time where olive gardens are moving towards a more relaxed feel. Servers are very attentive and the food is always fresh and delicious. I enjoy the smaller portion of the menu because I can't usually finish a full meal so it's nice to have a section where I only order as much as I need, that being said the unlimited soup and salad is also a FANTASTIC value. I enjoy the cleanliness and atmosphere of this location over other ones in the area.

A family favorite!!!!! Olive Garden truly never disappoints. When you see a new deal commercial you’re automatically craving their new dish. Their ravioli carbonara with grilled shrimp is sooooo DELICIOUS, my husband had 5 cheese Ziti pasta and it was ok he didn’t like the dryness of the chicken. The Italian margarita is always a hit and his rum punch was good. Customer service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We were in town for a work class and staying close to here and decided to try this location. Parking was ample with it being in the shopping center area. The interior is like all the others. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. I got the chicken parm with the salad. It tasted like every other location I’ve been too. It was cooked well and the center areas were tender. This picture started everything. It was my precious birthday and the death anniversary of my Mom. A simple, quiet, memorable dining experience that turned out to be a nightmare. As we took a couple “selfie”, the White guy “behind” us yelled and told the server, “if they think its funny, it’s not! You’re not supposed to make fun of other people”. Those loud & accusatory remarks left us clueless & wondering what’s wrong. It turned out that he made a “big deal” & accused us of taking his pictures WITHOUT his permission. Of note, “his” face was not even captured in the photo. I stayed quiet & composed, but tearful inside. I do not deserve this on my special day, I just whispered to myself. 😢😢😢 It was the female server who extended her apologies about what happened. She escalated the issue to the “culinary manager”, who gave us a free dessert and wished me a birthday greeting, altogether with her crew. Being in a public place, like Olive Garden, we can take as much pictures as we wish, according to her. Looking back, it was never my intent to take a picture of anyone, just for fun! People may have their own opinion, but this “encounter” is just unimaginable. I paid a good amount of money for this dinner celebration, which turned out to be a major disappointment. We didn’t finish our meal, and my kids no longer wanted to go back to the same place due to the unpleasant dining experience.

A friend and I had a late lunch on 06-10-2025. We ordered soup: Zuppa Tascana, the broth was extremely thin, but it had a good flavor. It contained, plenty of potatos, small bits of sausage & kale. The pasta e Fagiol Is a tomato based soup with beans , ground meat and bits of pasta. The flavor was too spicy & acidic for my taste. The Shrimp Fritto Misto & bread stick were cooked just right, and the house salad was tasty and filling.

Have been going to Olive Garden for years, and has been a family favorite. Had. Good experience, friendly service, peaceful ambience and decent food. Quantities are obviously plenty with their unlimited soups breadsticks and salads, however it’s all about quantity than quality. Soups were in general too salty to our liking, and the food was good, nothing much to complain but didn’t wow us.

I could make a better pasta at home. The food was salty. I've been to others, and this location did not meet expectations at all. Service was not the greatest. We waited for my mother's desert for over 30 min. I had to get up to go find out why they forgot about us. I will not be coming back to this location. FYI- we all end up getting food poisoning from this location!

I’ve been dining at Olive Garden for years and this last experience I had dining in tonight was by far my worst experience. Our server Rhianna was very nice to start our experience. She repeated our orders back to us but I was confused when my Italian Margarita came back frozen when I asked for it on the rocks. I don’t do frozen margaritas, I don’t like them. She was also confused and asked if I wanted to get them to remake it and I agreed. She went back and within seconds she was back at our table which makes me think she didn’t even make it back to the bar to ask them to remake it. She asked if it was okay and I said “ I guess.. but why can’t they make it?” She responded that she didn’t know but can ask and I said okay. Well she never came back with an explanation. I’ve bartended for 6 years, served for 13 years and I know how things work. I would have gotten a different drink if that was the case. I usually tip well especially if I only get the soup/salad deal but instead I left her $5 which is still over 20%. She didn’t offer mints and seemed like she just wanted us to leave as soon as we could. It was 9:10 when we left, almost a whole hour before the restaurant closes. Not happy with our experience.

Always a great go-to when we don’t want to cook! I’m updating this and lowering my review to 2 stars. They are slow and struggle to manage busy times. We have had to wait more than 10 min beyond posted pick up times. Often, food doesn’t come until I call in after waiting in check in lot for 10 min.

The host pointed us to our booth, didn’t even walk us to it. Food was ok, server spilled marinara sauce at the table, (that’s not the bad part, things happen) but didn’t even bring out a fresh one. Restroom was nasty. Paper on the floor and no towels to dry off. Bar area was nasty as well. Who knows how long that top has gone with out being wiped down and dirty glasses were not even picked up when the customers left.

This restaurant is holding people "hostage." Apparently their entire system for credit card payments is completely down especially their table payment machines. Not everyone carries a lot of cash on them unless they plan to spend a lot of cash. This unacceptable. The food is as excepted for this restaurant but I won't be returning to this particular location.

I came in with my boyfriend to mostly accompany him to dinner as I had just ate. Off the bat i got a negative feeling from our server Lisbeth C. We had asked about the menu when they explained their new policy which is totally understandable but I wasn’t all too interested so i told my partner i didn’t want anything. He asked if i wanted anything to drink i said no I’ll share with you and she offered water mentioning it being free which i was confused about why she had to mention that but whatever. I said no and she still proceeded to bring it anyway just in case. After she got my partner’s order she asked if he wanted more soup and bread and he said sure but she basically stopped serving us after. She never came back to ask how we were doing if we needed anything and never brought the soup and bread. We decided to let what i believe was the manager and that’s when she finally brought the soup but no bread as we were going to have to wait. We asked for a to-go drink and dessert, but the drink came differently than the first time. My boyfriend did not feel like asking for her to remake it because of her clear attitude and passiveness, so i let her know it was different and tasted disgustingly sweet like there was too much syrup it wasn’t really drinkable. She said it was made exactly the same but she could remake it all with an attitude and a tone to her. We let the manager know just so she wouldn’t wouldn’t ruin anyone else’s night like that.

On July 6th 2025 I visited the Olive Garden located in Pearland Texas this experience by far was the worst that I've ever received from any Olive Garden location. The food Portion was extremely small compared to the prices... I'm not sure if they was trying to save some for them to take home. However, the worst part of the night was when I voiced my opinion to my server, it was as if it fell on deaf ears. When I noticed his lack of concern I asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise the manager (Lashay) was even less concerned about any type of customer satisfaction than the server Cody. I have never been so disappointed with an Olive Garden experience before in my life. As a customer service manager myself I state this information and proper training is definitely needed. Been going here for awhile, but have noticed service going down the last few trips. Tonight was probably the worst. After being seated and getting our drink orders, our server got mixed up when taking our orders forgetting to ask if we wanted soup or salad. Did not have the right amount of plates/silverware and no kids menus for either of our children. After the order went in then we waited, waited, and waited some more for our food. Finally my daughter’s meal came out and the server was perplexed as to where the rest of our order was. A few minutes later it finally got there. Seemed like the rest of our section was suffering the same fate. After this we barely saw our server again until the end when we flagged him down. Didn’t give us any mints and my to go drink had no ice and wasn’t nearly full. Going probably be a few months before we go here again.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Discrimination and Unsafe Environment for Children I am writing to report a deeply troubling incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. My children and I were subjected to an unsafe and hostile environment when we were attacked by another party, and to my shock, Ashley, the assistant manager, was not only unhelpful but also participated in the aggression toward my children. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, discriminatory, and unacceptable—especially in a public family-oriented setting. Rather than diffusing the situation or offering assistance, she exacerbated the problem and made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. This experience has left my children shaken, and I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated. I request a formal investigation into this matter and a written response outlining the steps you will take to address this incident. She the said that we were trying to argue with her and lifting our voice. Everyone in that restaurant even the host saw and knew everything that was going on. It’s a shame in the world that we live I right now.

Spider in my food will never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Went in today at 2 it’s not a busy time, they sat me down right away. I was there for 15 minutes and absolutely none of the waiters asked if I had been help or offered to call my waiter. Terrible service.

Our server made us very uncomfortable. I ordered a salad and my husband got a soup. As he placed my salad down, he told my husband “If I see you eat some of this, i’m going to charge you for an extra salad.” Insinuating that he would watch us eat. My husband had no intention on eating any of my salad. We were completely turned off by this whole experience and we will not be returning.

Very slow service. Gave the wife sweet tea. She ordered unsweetened. My steak was very tough Took 10 minutes to get my change I'll never go back.

Was great until I found a hair in my Shrimp Scampi. The manager didn't even come out to show concern after the waitress reported the incident he just tried to fix me another other order.

The men's restroom and the women's are not up to par with a nice restaurant standards. Not bad wait time. Staff super nice. Wish I could say the same for the cleanliness of the restrooms for my daughters. The immediate smell at the entrance was not attractive as well. Will only stay for soup and salad this time because we are with someone that wanted to dine here.

Everything was wonderful I was on a date, yet from 3 breadsticks, it went to 2 breadsticks before it was 4 breadsticks like how u gonna bring 3 breadsticks then to 2 breadsticks I mean I didn’t mind pay for more but like are yall that stingy honestly it’s not like yalls food is cheap

I was at this restaurant on Dec 28, I had a really bad experience at this restaurant is my second time going. When we got to the lady at the front desk I ask for a table if 3 she did not even told please sit or it will take a few min nothing. I just stand there for 10 min to get a table of us. When all the tables where empty literally the restaurant was empty, we got our table, the server never came (servers) would just walk around our tale and not even ask us what we wanted to drink. We literally was setting down for almost 20 min we had to call the server from the tablets that they have at the table because no one come to ask us if we wanted something. When the server came I ask him a cup of water for my 2 old baby girl with he never brought it. I’m pregnant and this will make never come back to this place no longer I just wanted to walk out and go eat at another place but I was really craving this food and I was starving.

I recently visited this location. The service started off great with our waitress/server and the minute another waitress/server started helping our original waitress/server started being extremely rude. Started removing food off out table that we were not done eating. Questioning why I requested other items to go after she removed the food myself and family was eating. Actually went back and forth we me. Never again will visit this location.

The food was delicious, and the waiter was very attentive, but that young man who showed us to our table was terrible. December 11, 2025, at 7 pm. That young man was awful. We asked him if he could please seat us in an area where there was no one else, since the section where he wanted to seat us was full and quite uncomfortable for us. He said no because, according to him, that area was closed. About five minutes later, he started seating other people in that same area. I wouldn't have that young man working there, especially not in customer service.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Olvide Garden. We ordered the lasagna for our team at work not only did we have to wait longer for the order but it came out burnt, which made it hard to enjoy! For the price and reputation, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations.

Out of breadsticks. Calamari took 20 minutes. Entrees another 35 minutes. Had to send both back because they were made improperly. Look out our table. No salad no soup no bread no nothing. Manager complaining no one wants to be a line cook. Total failure.
