Good food, very good fried catfish for a chicken place. Still not opened their dining room, lost a Star because its a long wait for drive thru only. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they adjusted my order that added a couple extra items seamlessly.

Fried chicken is very good. Large pieces, relative to KFC or Churches'. Unfortunately, the drive-thru almost always has a line that is very slow in moving. Having to wait behind someone for 15-20 minutes in line is too long.

Good fast they just didn't put napkins and spoons..had to stop at a convenience store.to get some Drive thru means we're gonna eat on the go we will need these items..

Food was good but don't get anything to drink. Our cups were filled with ice almost to the top. This is after a few minutes that it sat there. Found out other people had the same problem.

Just got the fish and shrimp platter and no drinks because of a city water issue but still charged us for it. Ask for tartar sauce and lemon juice and was not given any. Dirty rice did not look like the picture was over cooked and clumped up. The coleslaw was ok but tasted a little wilted. Over all the fish and shrimp was on point as always but a little disappointed especially having to pay over $25 getting home and no tartar sauce no cocktail sauce and no refreshment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We didn’t see this piece of metal, until we got home. I called and spoke to the night manager. To ask for a refund, she stated that they could not give me a refund that I could get a credit for the next time I go. Haha! Yeah!!! Like I would go back to that place 🙄 I told her that a refund would be useless if the chances of me going back are slim to none. That I needed a refund. She said that, I would have to take the food back in order to get a refund. Well being that I don’t want to waste more of my time and gas going to get a refund on something that should be done over the phone. So I guess when I have a trip to town tomorrow. They will see there cold fries and chicken, so I can get my refund. This place is super disgusting!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

i didnt get service , just walked into order , didnt get any customer service, completely ignored here in this pearsall location, someone even came in to grab something, unfortunately these employees need a little customer service training. i walked out

I used to love coming to this location, as the atmosphere was nice, clean and felt welcoming. But recently, I’ve gone a few times within the past month or so, and the atmosphere has changed, and the restaurant itself is dirty. One of the times I went, the tenders I received were cold, you could tell the tea was old, and when I asked for a gallon they did not have the gallon bags. They gave me my food in an autozone bag, and the tenders were rubbery when I ate them. Another time I went they were out of fish, ketchup, and some sides. I tried to give this place one more shot the other day and when I got my food it was completely wrong AND missing sides. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it needs to be changed. Also the attitudes of some of the employees AND managers need to be changed.

Just about every time, they forget something, whether it's the Lotta Zing sauce, a drink, an order of mashed potatoes or fries or rolls, or the chicken is noticeably old and sad. Is it a lot to ask for gravy or even some damn napkins? I'm glad it's not as bad as the Burger King in Dilley, but there's gotta be some sense of standards.

Got a 4 day expired salad! Smelled terrible and most of the salad was brown ! Went on June 11, 2020 around 5pm idk who's working during this time but there certainly NOT doing there job. Would not recommend anyone to eat here unless you want your food expired or want a messed up on orders after 3pm.
