I ordered take out from here for the first time for me & my son last week. They had my order ready in less than 10 minutes & it was still hot after the 15 minute ride home. Both me & my son both agreed that it was some of the best Chinese food we've ever had!. He had the sesame beef & I had the shrimp lo mien. We also got egg rolls & fried rice. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

They have all you can eat rice with your meals. Drinks at the bar are a bit pricey but I'm fine with it for the awesome service we received there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to eat. Not overcrowded because most people get takeout so there's always room to sit and eat. No waiting for a seat or u can eat at the bar. They don't make you feel rushed like some other places I've been to.

My father and I dined in!!! Wednesday, November 12, 2025. We had the Peking Duck. It was fantastic! We also ordered fried and steamed dumplings - they were wonderful. It is hard to find a sit down Chinese restaurant since the Planneddemic - Finally found a good one. Go there, you will glad you did!

Ghost and Darkness

We had an issue with Uber eats where they completely messed up my order. The owner apologized multiple times. Remade my entire order on the spot. Tossed in a few extra goodies for the inconvenience which I offered to pay for. Overall very happy with the service that the restaurant provided even though Uber eats messed up. Will def order again from here.

The best Chinese Restaurant on the east side, family owned and hospitality is very kind. I really enjoy the General Tso Chicken, crispy and juicy and favorable. Their spring rolls are very good as well, overall I really enjoy coming here with my family. Please don't let any of the negative reviews deter you from going here. I highly recommend.

Right now my go to Chinese. When I feel a bit completely on or even not my go to is a quart of the hot and sour. Normally this gets over what I have. Love the crab Rangoon. 8 pieces of deliciousness with or without the sweet sour sauce. The outside is crispy and inner is gooey goodness. Need to have it fast through if you are getting a takeaway. This time ordered the jumbo shrimp in Szechuan style. I must admit this will not be my favorite dish. The spices didn’t jive with me.

I thought this place was pretty meh. The sesame chicken was mushy and didn’t have a lot of sauce. Likewise for the kung pao chicken. We liked the fried dumplings, fried egg rolls, and beef and scallops. We will most likely not be returning.

Good portion size. I wasn’t sure if it was open once I walked in and ironically another couple walked in while I was at the bar and asked the same thing since it was very quiet and no staff wondering about. Portion size was good but I did not care for the general tso chicken.

Got lunch special. Chicken with cashews. Just awful. Watery sauce, chicken that you can’t even chew. The fried rice tasted burned like reheated. The egg roll was Meh. Definitely old. For $11.50! Had to trash it.

I will never recommend this place every thing was awful!! The crab ragoons were only cream cheese , the sesame chicken was awful we asked for it to be spicy no flavor at all !! And the rice mushy. Just awful if you want eatable food don’t go here ! That’s all I can say stay away get the pizza next door !!

Nope after almost 2 hours I called and I was told another 1/2 hour, I said no forget it. The driver showed up here after 2hrs and 40 minutes, sent him on his way as I have no idea how long that food has been with him or how long ago it was prepared. So sad I really wanted Chinese but now I know why I stopped ordering from them ..no regard for customer service, just want your money..too bad too cuz I tip very well!!!

I eat at many take outs and lunches around town. My shrimp vegetable was the worst lunch take out I’ve had in years! Lackluster.. bland and skimpy. I do much better when I’m working on the hood at Chinese take outs. I thought working in the nice neighborhood of Penfield that this would rise to this standard… I was horribly mistaken.

Not impressed what so ever. I spent over 70$ for disappointment. We live in Newark and are sick of the same places. So we decided to take a little drive. The staff was nice. But the food was a different story. My beef and garlic was literally 5 pieces of beef smothered in peppers and onions (which I like)if they were not soggy and drenched with sauce. The seaseme chicken has an odd taste. And you don't even get Egg rolls with your meal. I could continue about how soggy and flavorless both the lowmein and rice were. But I'll stop. I think you have the point. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews. In fact this is my first review ever. Shame it couldn't have been a good one. Take your money else where and get the same amount of food we got for 40$

I ordered the roast duck....all I got was bones and what meat there was it was cooked so hard that I ended up crunching on bones...I've has better and can't believe they thought it was ok to serve this to someone....for the price I paid I would have gotten a whole duck...it must be a Rochester thing....they don't expect people to have discerning taste buds I guess
