Just bought beefy melt burritos just because I'm hungry it cost 2.00 each now but it s very fulfilling because it takes two beefy melt burritos will fill up a guy even if he weight like me because one and 1/2 filled ne up already on the beefy melty burritos.

This is an excellent fast food choice! My favorite is the breakfast fiesta potato burrito. My favorite dessert is the apple caramel empanada. Both are only a dollar each!!!

I've been going here since I was a child many years ago and it still is the number 1 Taco Bell spot in Perris. Great service and speedy cooking is what keeps this place at the top of the list in my book. The Chalupa Supreme is a very yummy item from here. I suggest that if you're new to Taco Bell!

I got lots of sauces at midnight 🤪👌 They were having issues with the system but once it got resolved the lady told me she could take my order even though the restaurant was supposed to close. I simply love Taco Bell since I came to this country 😅

I don't get off work until midnight so there aren't many options that late. I was craving some taco bell and stopped by. The food was hot and delicious. My crunchy taco was perfect! Trust me, I've gotten many broken shells or barely filled tacos over the years so this was ideal! My only complaint was although the taco was perfect, my burrito wasn't. It was barely a burrito honestly. It had the bare minimum in it to be able to be called a burrito.

From the moment I stepped foot in this taco wonderland, it was clear that something special awaited me. And there he was with his infectious smile and lightning-fast order-taking skills! It felt as if he had been trained by wizards in the art of burrito wizardry. Andy's enthusiasm knew no bounds as he guided me through their menu options with all the finesse of a seasoned sommelier pairing wine with cheese (or should I say queso?). He recommended combinations so mind-blowingly delicious; even Gordon Ramsay would have shed tears of joy! But here comes the real magic trick - watching him assemble my meal right before my eyes. With hands moving faster than Usain Bolt on roller skates, ingredients flew together like synchronized swimmers performing an Olympic routine. The precision! The grace! It was nothing short of mesmerizing. And let's not forget about those extra touches only someone like Andy could provide—extra napkins? Check! Hot, diablo and mild sauce?!? Absolutely nailed it! His attention to detail made each interaction feel personalized and left me wondering if maybe Hogwarts School also offered courses on fast-food service excellence? We had a long day of traveling. Stopping at this Taco Bell was the BEST decision of this travel. All of the employees were super friendly, and gave us our meal made fresh. Knowing how awesome this place is, I’d travel far just to come to this location for Taco Bell. Thank you so much!

This Taco Bell hardly has long lines in drive thru, the times I've been. I've only been going since the last 6 months or so. Only once was there a long line, but the staff is always courteous, my orders have always been correct and made well (no flimsy tacos,burritos, etc. I recommend this location.

It's not true Mexican good by any means, butbit hits the spot when you're hungry late at night and only have a few bucks. We usually get the taco/burrito pack and everyone enjoys it. I also like their Cinnabon bites, perfect sweet bite :)

Do not come here if you are on your lunch break or on your way to school or work for you will end up arriving late. Their Crunchy Tostadas are pretty good, better than Del Tacos. And their spicy sauce "El Diablo" is really spicy must try! Food selection is good here compared to Del Taco. Though I never dinned in there Drive in wait time is LONG and when ordering a lot they seem to do a sloppier job! And so far all the employees that have helped me where very nice and courteous.

Taco Bell is hella effin expensive now! Money is never a concern to me when it come to food......EXCPET WHEN ITS TACO BELL! Like Duuude people come here mainly for the cheap prices not the quality, and now they charge you up the wazoo for every little side you add, 60 cents here, 70 cents there, like bruuuh, beans are the cheapest commodity known to humans other than rice! My Theory on the high prices is this, since they have nice interiors now with touch screen ordering stations and what not, they tryna get all that investment back, by charging US, THE PEOPLE, my people am not having that!! This is Taco Bell! Not fancy bell! If you’re reading this Mr.Taco Bell owner , please go back to cheaper prices cause that’s what Taco Bell is all about, or used to be........

I can't say anything good or bad about this place. The food is better then some taco places but for what it is, it sooo expensive! Nearly $8 for three tacos and a medium soda. My kids eat more then that! For a family with two adults and five kids, we're better off going to IHOP. At least there kids eat free after 4pm.

Both google and the taco bell website say this location is open at 7am this morning but it was not. Otherwise this place has good food and service. I always get the steak breakfast crunchwrap.

I think the staff in this store are new. I bought nacho bell grande and there is no meat on the nacho bell grande. Only cheese. Then today I bought chalupa and the content of beef is so tiny. I remember everytime a get chalupa there is enough meat. Now i can only taste the bread. What happen to their food. It sucks. Train your people.If only this is not my son’s favorite tacos I will not buy food here. The Cashier today Jan /08/2025 is rude .

I like Taco Bell a LOT. In fact I worked at one when I was in high school. That being said, I feel I have the right to critique my visit. I've been to this Taco Bell more than a few times, and while the food is still hot and proportioned correctly, the service is getting slower and SLOWER. So, until the evening shift manager is replaced, I wouldn't be headed here if you're in a hurry. 😞

My daughter loves their Mexican pizza. Today the service wasn’t the best, we were rushed although no one in the drive thru or inside. When we got her pizza before taking a bite she noticed a little furry price and when we picked it off noticed it was mold on the cheese… YUCK! Hopefully next time they take better care. Remember to check your food before diving in

The drive-thru completely forgot a large section of my order but bagged my order like it was all there and told me that it was all there. Make sure you check your orders before leaving this place. I normally love Taco Bell but I will not eat at this one again.

The only reason I go to this Taco Bell is my wife likes their food and this location is close to my house. This store is frequently out of drinks and food. I don't understand how a busy fast food restaurant has trouble keeping stock on hand. I guess it's poor management. Whatever the reason, I've had enough. I'll be driving a little further when we're having Taco Bell.

Ok so no lie I been in the drive thru 35min when ibfinally got to the window I see 1 guy the Mexican with tattoos making the food while I see the 2 girls and other guy just walking around. The line in the drive thru is as long as can be in the last 30 min I saw 8 cars leave the site do to taking so long. U either need to get more people in here to make food or close shop! I don't 8nderstand why the other employees don't jump in and get this lone out!

The food is fine. The lobby needs cleaning. Every single table is dirty, the one I sat at was sticky. The floor cloud have been mopped with soda for all I know. There were at least 4 people working with nobody at the tables, so to say they were busy and couldn't make time to clean would be a stretch.

I ordered the three taco meal. The food was fine. It's the restaurant, it's small and grubby. The staff didn't appear to be too interested in making food or dealing with customers. My order was filled pretty quickly but the bag was just tossed onto the counter and the person turned and walked off. I don't expect too much from a fast food place but they could be a little warmer and polite.

I live nearby and hadn't been here in a while because of previous experiences. So I decided to give them another try and once again I realized this taco bell is the worst I've ever been to. There portions are poor and inconsistent and the service is lacking. The taste is also different than other taco bell restaurants I've been to. Skip this place and go some where else.

The servers seem very annoyed or bothered that you even came there to order food from this place. Staff are not very friendly and throw your food inside the bag onto the counter without taking that extra step to just hand it to you like every customer service job does and should not be that hard to accomplish. We asked for extra hot sauce and was given attitude about even asking for more. Provide better customer service should be a number one priority here and it's at the bottom of the list at this location.

This restaurant has the worst customer service ever and I’ll make sure to spread the word i came into the drive through and order a steak bowl they end up giving me the wrong bowl so i went back inside for a steak the girl inside apologized and offered me the correct bowl seconds later some guy walks up claiming to be the manger walks up slams the bowl down like you didn’t order steak where’s your receipt I’m charging you extra I’m like she never gave me a receipt and he says well I’m charging you extra anyways so i tell him how about you check the orders i just left the drive through he says that all you had too say in the first place so I said just give me my money back I’m done with going back and forth he makes so comments under his breath I’m like what’s your name he gave me about 3 different ones and states he’s the manger so i ask for corporate number and he gives me a cell phone number

On different occasions that I have visited this location, I have experienced bad service specifically in the drive thru. On top of the hostile service, the drive thru wait has been excessive and recently I was stuck for about 45 minutes.

I came to dine in because there is ALWAYS a very long line in the drive through. I was having serious 2nd thoughts about staying because the entire place is filthy. The drink fountain was just running nonstop wasting liquid and the cashier/employee was made aware of the fact and nothing about it. A young boy came along and gave the machine a smack on the side, which remedied the situation. So sad...now I remember why I don't hardly ever eat/order anything from here at this particular location.

The service I received today at this location was horrible the soda tasted like club soda I asked if I can get another drink the girl replying said they are all like that . when get home to eat my meal I find my burrito seems to be missing meat, had hardly any . more tortilla then meat and cheese. Please BEWARE of this location, I don't post reviews often but this needs to be read, I will be issuing a report to the corporate office about this location which I went to at around 11:45 PM at night, Friday June 19, 2020 from the drive thru. My food had finger nails in it, I was able to pull one out and will be reporting it with photo evidence to the corporate office, as I was eating my food I chewed on something hard and not knowing exactly what it was because it was dark, spit it into the bag and as I spit it out got a glimpse of what may have been a nail but I didn't want to believe it, I quickly threw the bag into the trash. As I kept looking in the burrito I immediately figured out what it was when I found another nail which is still coated in an orange color. I was so disgusted that I threw up half of the food. After having been a fan of Taco Bell for many years and having spent thousands, I can say that after this experience I will never eat at any Taco Bell location again and while that may seem extreme for some, if you were to have the experience of chewing on what is essentially someone's bacteria you'd understand the type of traumatic experience I'm talking about. Notwithstanding the fact that, knowing you just discovered nails in your food goes to wondering what other disgusting practices might be taking place behind closed doors. Not to mention that I also saw roaches nearby the vicinity which is usually an indication that sanitation/fumigation is not taking place which keeps disease infested roaches and mice from entering the restaurant. Workers were also playing loud music, having a good time while having off topic conversations and preparing the food. For your own sake beware and avoid this location in particular. If you want to help make Taco Bell a better, cleaner place for yourself and others don't just report your bad experiences on Google and Yelp, call the Taco Bell corporate number and report it, it's quick and easy and will put the location on check.

Poor customer service and food quality unfortunately is all too common at this location . the management and team show no pride in their work place wether it be the dining area ,presentation and quality of the food, accurqcy of order, keeping products in stock, the drive thru always has rediculous wait times, lights outside are always burnt out or not turned on . By far the lowest quality taco bell location. Which is a shame as their is no others in area . I rather drive all the way to the sunnymead location where i know itll be an enjoyable experience than to visit this location

This Taco bell is Garage!!! The drive thur girls SUCK chulupas!!!🌮🌮🌮... They never hear what your saying. Always missing food. The inside needs to be remodeled extremely badly. Wait times are extremely long. As of 07/20/2017

Such bad service. We got there and there was hardly any customers inside all the workers were just behind the counter and saw us yet took a while before coming to take our order. When they finally came we ordered and didn't get our food until 20 minutes later when there was little customers. They messed up our order and we took our tacos back, the manager Aracely got in and basically said it was our fault for not saying what order of the #11 combo we wanted, when it's their duty as workers to ask the customer if they want regular or supreme. But she said she could add the sour creme and guacamole that we wanted for an extra charge, we paid and it was $6.05, yet went back because it was too too much just to add that to tacos. The cashier told us it was $0.35 for both sour creme and guacamole, then came in the manager and said that the guac was $0.89 but that she charged each for $0.35. If she charged sour creme and guacamole equally for $0.35 each it would only be a littlw bit above $3 NOT $6.05. But okay so they fixed our tacos, we asked for 5 to have guacamole and 3 with sour creme. When we got them only 3 had guacamole, I went back to the manager and told her she once again didn't do what we asked for. She took them back in a little mood and gave it to her workers to "fix", the taco shell was broken and the guac was just thrown on the top looking like trash. And this lady Aracely is supposedly a "manager" REALLY? Wow what example is she putting for the rest of the workers, she gives the restaurant a bad image. Not to mention she was talking back to us with a raised voice and an attitude too. How can they hire someone like herself to be a manager? Taco Bell will just loose customers with a manager like that one.

My experience here sucked. The front closed a hour early, making it so I couldn't get food inside, so I tried to go through the drive through, but after 15 minutes of the line not moving I bailed, I hadn't had food since 6:30 that morning and was extremely hungry by the time I was there (8:55 pm). Overall not happy and most definitely not visiting this location again.

I used to like the service here, but now it's gotten really bad! We ordered 6 Chaulpas and 2 Quesadillas and they were prepared veryy poorly. The Chalupas barley had any beef on it. We just ignored those one but we still ate them but once we got to the last 2 Chalupas, they were really bad! My mom got a Chalupa with a lot of lettuce and cheese but a tiny streak of beef (the size of half of your pinky). My mom got pissed and so she went to talk to the manager. After 5 minutes, they gave her a well-prepared chalupa. My mom didn't eat it though because you never know if they spit on it or something because they were pissed when my mom went to complain. It was a really bad experience but since this is the only taco bell close to our house, that's all we have.

I went to this taco bell because it was convenient and I thought it would be better this time, i went thru drive thru, I ordered a burrito, xxl burrito, with extra guacamole, they charged me for the extra guacamole and then left it out all together.. the second burrito, 7 layer burrito, I ordered with no SOUR CREAM, they again, left out the guacamole? the burrito comes with it but they left it out. dorrito tacos I ordered weren't great either.. they asked if I was paying with cash or credit, they asked for i.d. so I gave it to them, signed the receipt and they didn't give me a copy, how am I supposed to call them and let them know what they did wrong. worst service ever.

Not impressed with this location & the food they give out. I got the new 5$ box with the new fries & the fries were not good they weren't hot & tasted like they've been sitting for hours. This is not the first time I've received my food like this. I hope this location can get it together. Serving food like this is not okay.

I didn't mind the very long line @ the drive thru but our order was wrong, our food was smashed, & most of our tacos stuck to the wrapper. Definitely not going there again.

The food was good and warm but the tables chairs are dirty the walls have cobweb the floor is sticky there isn't anything good about the visual part but the food was good. Never coming back

I asked for a lots of hot sauce and she gave me the mild sauce. And when I asked a server for sauce, she said she'd put all the a lot of sauce in the bag, and there were only 2 sauce in the bag. I ordered 3 taco combo. So I had to drive back to get more sauce. Now the other server give me handful of taco sauce, which i don't need. I ordered a Supreme taco and there is no tomatoes, which I paid for. Very disappointed

I had an absolutely rude employee attend me. I had ordered online and was going to pick up my food. When I got there my food was there and they gave me my bag. I checked to make sure everything was in there. I saw that the sauces I had ordered weren't there nor were the drinks and fries. I asked a employee politely if they were able to hand me some sauce and the other food I had ordered. They said "yes one second" as if they were annoyed. I though they might have just been tired so didn't think much of it. I had waited for a couple of minutes and saw the employee helping another costumer. I asked if my food was ready and she rudely ignored me. She gave me my fries and didn't even bother to give me the rest I was extremely tired since I had been on a 5 hour drive so I didn't bother to wait around and left. This is the reason I give this place a 1 star review.

One of the employee seems aggressive. They don’t seems to be happy for unreasonable. They tossed the food that I ordered on the table in an aggressive ways. This was not the only issues. When they gave me the change, it was not the right amount as it is in the receipt. This behavior is not tolerated. As an employee, they should do better. Otherwise shutdown the business for good.

They don’t have any hot sauce today, And they don’t have any money and are only accepting exact change. I’m so sick of fast food companies not doing their jobs and then just expecting the customer to be OK with it.

Was in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes because they were handing out the wrong order to customers. Finally got my order and no sour cream on my tacos supreme. Ordered a crunch wrap as well and that didn't have any meat in it. They should really close this taco bell. Service is a mess

if i could give zero stars i would . this place has easily the worse customer service came today on July 17, 2019 at 6:30PM and at every other fast food place and other taco bell’s they can sub anything out for almost anything besides meat but apparently this taco bell can’t sub rice for beans .. like honestly how hard is that ? i run a business and the customers always come first if customers don’t come first then your business will suffer and this taco bell has lost my family’s business until they can figure out how stupidly easy it is to sub things out without charging . i asked the cashier to sub rice for beans and she did this . she put no rice add beans .. like i don’t mind paying the extra charge it’s the fact that they can’t keep the same standard for every single taco bell ..

Takes you at least 40 minutes in drive thru from start to finish just to get your food! Happened twice thought first time they were really busy but lobby is always empty and it takes just too long to get food! Never going back again. You can see several people working but don’t know what they are doing it’s crazy!

When u ask for EXTRA hot sauce they give you 2 and you just ordered 6 items. The lady looks annoyed when u ask her for more and yet gives you 1 extra . The good is sloppy and they miss half the ingredients

i was just there and they ignored me at the door until a customer opened the door for me. they didn’t know i was inside and i overheard one of the employees say “don’t let her in” like lady you got my order wrong at the drive thru, don’t try to ignore me i just simply wanted the correct order. i wasn’t rude or anything but they’re weird for doing that. you applied to work customer service not be lazy.

Walk in...I ordered my food before other people and they got it first! when I receive my order it's been 15 minutes With fries missing which they told me to wait.. 20 minutes waiting for my order to be completed I asked a refund. The employee Through the food away and then gave me a refund plus the soda had no flavor or gas and the lady gave me an attitude I easily counted 10 cars get their order at the drive-thru ..very bad experience I took my $ to carls jr. Why throw the food away? just say sorry. Give me my money back n the food ..20 mins waiting u think someone will be happy about that?

They have nobody taking your order now you have to use a kiosk that takes forever to find what you want and it’s very confusing. I asked if I could just tell them what I want and was told no. I won’t be coming back here again

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and it was cold, not even cooked. My dad has ordered a grill stuffed burrito and it had a long hair in it. Customer service is terrible, I really would not recommend this place, best Taco Bell is in sun city.

dined in at taco bell and a door dasher came to pick up an order and the girl (white) manager yelled AND judged him for ordering food and told him to do his JOB and MADE him leave and come back later to pick up his order (mind you, he only ordered ONE burrito) very unprofessional and beyond rude. Also very passive aggressive towards her employee. Taco bell do better.

Rude. I got on the line and was having a problem with my app. I placed an order for pickup. The boy at first was nice and I asked for just a second. I explained I was having an issue with the app and needed to refresh it. He told me "next time do it ahead of time" and I explained i did. It's not my fault cell service is not that great here.. I get to the window and didn't say one word to me. Was rude in handing me my food and I asked for some ice and he looked completely bothered. I work in restaurants. I understand. But come on man, I'm never rude to people. This is disgraceful. And to top it off my food was thrown together. So the attitude, looks, Customer Service, and food were all the same. Horrible. Professionalism is about keeping your emotions aside for the good and face of the company. So just because your irritated doesn't mean you can treat people rudely.

It’s horrible. I try to be a regular But they messed up the Order all the time I asked for my food Fresh because I kept getting my food, cold and hard on the Chalupa And I asked for beef and I got chicken Every single time I ordered .One of the night manager Likes to argue with the Customer And I only have like 30 minutes for lunch, and I have to sit And argue to get my food The day I went to go back to get my food replace the manager replaced only my Chalupa when I was supposed to get replace everything And she replaced only the Chalupa and again she gave me chicken, but When she knows I don’t want chicken I want beef.10/19/2024 1:35 I ordered the same thing again she gave me chicken Chalupa.and this is how I got my nacho bag So sad they can’t take order correctly I work graveyard too.
