This is BY FAR the best Starbucks location in New Perris. The drive thru is very convenient, and ALL the baristas know my exact drink. A blond roast with a little bit of oat milk. I am there like clock work at 7:15 and the Baristas are phenomenal. Even on weekends they make my family feel appreciated. I would give a 6/5 stars if I could. Keep up the GREAT work!
Brittany is the best manager. However the store is well taken care of clean and very good customer service as well as they make your drink correctly on a timely matter love it
I rarely go to Starbucks anymore but the few times I've been, this Starbucks location has very friendly staff that makes it feel more inviting to be in here. The pumpkin drawings on the cup the staff create themselves is a cute touch as well.
The drive through line was insanely long. Put in a phone order and walked in to pick it up. It didn’t seem that busy inside - 2/4 tables were occupied (about 4people) but the ambience was just too noisy! For 8.15am in the morning, the music choice, volume and then the baristas shouting over the music and each other - a noisy start to a Friday morning. If they lowered the volume of the music - it would be easier for them to hear each other 🤦♂️ If you want to enjoy a good cup of coffee with good coffee house music - I would recommend finding a different spot.
Never walk in unless you want to wait 40 mins for one drink.
Change the hours for pickup or block it completely if you aren't going to let people pick up in store and force to go through crappy drive thru.
If you're going to let people place an order for in store pick up, at least when the person gets there it should be opened, everytime I come to this Starbucks there's an issue with something different everytime. The girl was then saying things to her co workers, after the interaction. Just go to the one across the street much better service !!!
On Thursday November 6th during the Hello Kitty cup launch I'm writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at Starbucks during the Hello Kitty cup launch. My sister was subjected to an incredibly humiliating experience due to what appears to be discrimination or racial profiling. A customer--also waiting for the limited edition cup--falsely claimed she had a weapon, which was, in fact, just her phone. Despite employees stating that it was not their doing, the situation escalated unnecessarily when sheriffs arrived, pulled my sister aside, and searched her in full view of other customers in line. This ordeal not only caused her immense embarrassment but also robbed her of the chance to purchase the cup she intended to get for our niece. It's disheartening that such an incident occurred. While I appreciate the manager I spoke with later, I can't help but feel that the presence of a more experienced manager at the 4 a.m. opening might have led to a more thoughtful handling of the situation. Launch days are indeed busy, but that's no excuse for what transpired. I believe that Starbucks should take steps to ensure situations like this are managed with sensitivity and fairness. Additionally, the individual who made the false report should be held accountable for their actions, as such behavior not only wastes law enforcement resources but also perpetuates harmful biases. This experience has left a lasting negative impact on my sister, and I hope Starbucks will reflect on how such incidents can be prevented in the future.
I would appreciate if your baristas kept they're comments to themselves. This morning my husband and I went through the drive thru and he ordered. The girl on the other end was like dang it's not even Friday and you're ordering that and she laughed. We will no longer be going there. This was one of my favorite spots too.
HEAVY set biracial looking woman working the drive-thru I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch large at the window she gave me a small and had the nerve to give me an attitude took my small cup flipped it over inside of a large cup with a bunch of whipped cream at the bottom and didn't think I didn't notice also never gave me my two shots in my drink . How do you not see that you charged me for a large on the receipt but handing me a small and giving me an attitude? I was able to calm myself and not take it to another level seeing that she's already struggling in size
Really upset I am a care manager and have to meet my patients in a safe environment. Went into the Starbucks and sat down. As soon as I did they tell me you have to a paying customer to sit inside here. Did not give me time to even place an order which I didn’t want to all, I needed to do was sit in there for like 10 mins. I said I’m not even using your guys Wi-Fi. I’m using my hotspot. They said no you have to be a paying customer. They are always rude and employees continue to have private conversations extremely loud. The floor is always stick and I do not recommend. I never write reviews but I’m upset for them to ever make someone feel uncomfortable.
I went to Starbucks to get a pup cup for my 16 year old chihuahua because it’s his birthday and they actually denied me because I had to buy something to get a pup cup•_• like yeah no thanks since when did they stop giving out free pup cups very very disappointing, no satisfaction at all, this was my last straw with Starbucks. Will not be coming back anymore.
i’d give a zero star if i could. the workers here are over all rude and do not have good customer service AT ALL. my drink was make wrong when i had them remake it and drove off the lady at the window rolled her eyes when i drove off (mind you i didn’t give attitude at all i never do i am very well mannered). another occasion when i was ordering i ordered a venti when i got to the window my drink was a grande i told them i ordered a venti the manager came and gave attitude saying “she said she ordered a venti but she didn’t she ordered a grande” everyone in my car heard me order a venti. there had been several other occasions i could write about with this specific location. as a old starbucks barista its not hard to be polite and to do ur job i had rude customers i never once rolled my eyes or was rude to them i reflected on myself and thought ok how can i make sure this doesn’t happen what actions in myself can i take to make sure my customers leave happy with their drinks like said it’s not hard to do ur job or just work somewhere else
Terrible customer service the two ladies that were there were very rude. The one taking the order through drive through seemed annoyed that I was there to pickup a mobile order stating that I had to go back around since my order wasn’t ready. She stated that they had a policy that I had to wait 12 minutes when by the time I was at the window it was when the app said my order was ready. When I went inside to get my order the barrista was also ride telling to just grab my order and walked away when my Oder wasn’t even complete I had to remind her that I was missing an item. They were both rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to help. They need better customer service skills because we’re beyond rude, not sure if I will be coming back to this location because of how rude they were.

Literally just ordered this drink at drive thru. I wanted my drink a certain way not difficult at all and she just said I’m going to give you the brown sugar espresso and it will be cheaper. 1st off stop recommending a drink if I didn’t ask in the first place. They did a good job making this drink taste like sink water, milk, and cinnamon no espresso whatsoever. I called their Store, manager Brittney said to just come back and they’ll make a new one or go to another location and they will make it…. But why? There was literally me and another car in drive thru it was so early not busy at all. This location is good at being inconsistent. I haven’t logged in and made a review in yearsssss as you can see. I Just want an iced coffee made the right way especially when it’s $8-$10. Is it really that hard to listen to your paying customers sbux? What a waste of drink.
