This is a small place but it's quick and good. Service is very good. I tried the hot philly-cheese and it was good, but I'd prefer more peppers and onions and less cheese. I'll go back to the standard ones.
These team members are always on point, no matter what time of day it is. They are continually killing it. Friendly while in a lunch rush always a great experience.
This location is exceptional. Even when they are swamped, they have a good attitude & seem to get along well.
for lunch, I wanted to go pick something up and I didn’t want to pay a $10 delivery fee, the place I work in has no service so I asked my coworker if I can use their phone right before I left to order just to save some time. From the time I placed the order to when I got there it took about six minutes. When I walked in, there was big line, and I thought here goes my 30 minute lunch. I seen a girl putting orders out and I checked for mine and there it was. Y’all do an amazing job, and yall need some credit for that! 10/10 amazing team. Very fast and clean environment.
All employees should wear masks and hair nets or hats. Food is good. Look at these clowns. Also, just because you cover up your disgusting meat window doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be cleaned. Just gross, seriously. Update; the last couple of times I have been in 4 out of 5 employees were wearing masks and all were wearing hats! Food is still great and the meat window was visible and clean. The slicing machine was also being cleaned during a relatively busy time, which is great also. Credit where it’s due, thank you
My order was not accurate. Placed an online order for pickup. Order ticket number is 01-000724-99-226997 for two #16 Giants using my favorites where I specifically requested "no white American cheese, no Red/Green pepper strips, no onions. Add mushrooms,no oil". The two #16 Giants has white America cheese.
Been to this location 3 times and on 12/19/25 it was rough. Kid at the counter counting 3 individual slices of onions on every sandwich. Never seen that before, but with a crowded lobby and backed up online orders - was twelve+ minutes minimum to get a sandwich made and ring up. Sandwich wise - as expected, though had better from other locations. Staff on at the time makes a huge difference...
Yall really need some help at this location. I should not have to wait my whole lunch break to place my order. Can’t do it online because there is zero signal in the stonehill shopping center. Only have you two stars because your employees are really trying to make it happen with the resources they have and I feel bad for them
Me and my fiancée came to this location for the first time we normally go to one in round rock. Jersey mikes sandwiches are really good but I was very disappointed with our service today. We ordered out sandwiches and they went ahead and charged us for our food before adding any toppings to them. I was getting my sandwich made by one person then somone else tried to start making my sandwich too. Which is fine but then they took our request for what we want and we both wanted bacon and avocado and we had already payed and then they decided to charge us again! 12 bucks for a smear of avocado and some bacon really. It would have just made sense from a costumer service perspective to just not charge us twice. Very disappointing.
Awful. Just awful. Go to Jimmy John’s. My husband ordered a veggie sandwich with added cheese, plus two chips and two drinks. We get home and the “sandwich” is literally just cheese and bread. That’s it. I call the store and the manager, Isabella, answers the phone with just “hello.” I genuinely thought I had dialed someone’s personal cell phone. I explain what happened and she was unprofessional, snarky, completely unapologetic, and talked over me the entire time. I asked that the full order be comped. She flat out said only the sandwich could be refunded. I explained that now we have to drive back, wait again, and drive home, and that refusing to comp a couple of drinks and chips on top of a completely botched sandwich is ludicrous. She kept repeating that refunding the sandwich “rectifies the situation.” It doesn’t. She wouldn’t budge. I was so irritated after dealing with her that the cheese and bread went straight into the trash. I’m a corporate manager, and I can promise you this, guess where we won’t be ordering our lunches from anymore?
One of the staff was really rude with weird looks and made us wait for 20 minutes for our order when people that came after me got served, also no mention heads up given for promos before payment.
The young lady working the counter this afternoon almost accidentally skipped me in line, she causally apologized, but then made it her personal business to see that the guy received his order and was completely checked out before me lol. Being that I was the only human being in the establishment with a beautiful caramel skin tone at the time, I had my reservations as to why this was happening, however the situation didn’t deserve my attention at the time nor did I actually really care as long as I made it back to work to meet my client in time I was fine. But it did earn this Jersey Mikes location a new 1 star review. Thanks!
I wasn’t going to write this because they are usually spot on but something has to give. I made a small catering order yesterday for pick up midday today. I paid yesterday and added a 20% tip. I go to pick up my order and it wasn’t even made. I waited 20 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I leave (because a catering order is made for a specific time for a reason) and then I come back to get it. I pick it up and bring it to the team party and the club sandwiches are missing bacon. On top of that, one employee was loudly talking about how they ran out of lettuce and had to go to the store to get more. The lobby was full of people and that’s not appropriate. Again… I love this store and not sure what the disconnect was. Christian and the team lead did all the could short of physically checking the food which they shouldn’t have to do.
Dirty. Meat and cheese cutter had uncleared residue on counter underneath and in machine. Vegetables were mixed tomatoes had pieces of lettuce in serving tray. Large bowl of bacon sitting on counter which server said was old. My question why is it still sitting there. Overall seating areas were also dirty. There were only two customers at the time I was there around 6:30 pm on Wednesday October 15. Gross compared to other locations I have visited.
Ordered two hot sandwiches. Took over 20 min minutes and both were missing ingredients.
The service here is horrific. Waiting over 30 minutes for a sandwich that I placed online is absolutely ridiculous. I spent my entire lunch break just waiting for my lunch. What is the purpose of ordering ahead?
I’ve been a customer of Jersey Mike’s for past few years. First time I never wa t to go back to the girl cutting my sandwich. She cut our tuna finish then without cleaning knife cut ham sandwich. Did not apologize and said If I have an allergies should tell them. What about tuna fish taste i. another sandwich. I’m not an idiot but clearly she is. I will not go to that location if that rude, incompetent employee is working there. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I left fuming.
Holy moley, I really never thought this would happen to me. As im eating my sub #13 mikes way with extra juice and pepper relish, I felt something crunchy. At first, maybe i thought i chipped a tooth, and after i felt around with my Tounge, it was sharp. I pull it out, and it turns out to be a piece of glass. Omg how does glass end up in a sub. It's totally not cool, and I'm glad I chew my food thoroughly and didn't just swallow. Definitely won't be going back here. Witch is sad, i really liked JerseyMike's.
I love Jersey Mike's and I come pretty frequently and I usually order online for pick up. Not sure I will being doing that again. I arrived early this time and was able to observe everything. I knew the hot sandwich was the hold up so I looked over at the grill and noticed an employee eating out of a Styrofoam food container while in gloves. I was waiting for those gloves to be removed and and hands cleaned prior to returning to the food on the grill but unfortunately that did not happen. I then watched him touch multiple items on the line before I got another employees attention to point it out. No one said anything they Quietly walked over to the employee that was cross contaminating the food who then changed his gloves without washing his hands and went right back to it and No one said anything. I then asked for a refund because I had just witnessed everything and it's gross and guess who the person in charge was. You guessed it the cross contaminater. This location definatly needs some re-education in proper food safety and hand hygiene. The employees were very nice about it but the issue was already witnessed. People are watching even when you think they are not. Hopefully this gets addressed quickly.
Ever since I found this place, I often come here to buy Mike's Famous Philly bread. Even though I know the prices here are not cheap. In the beginning, the food here was very delicious. Not too salty, not too sour, and not too sweet either. But in recent months, especially yesterday on October 25, 2023, I bought a sandwich with the same name for lunch at my workplace. But oh my! I couldn't swallow it after taking two bites. It was saltier than the deep sea water. I had to eat and drink a lot of lemonade to wash down the two pieces of bread I accidentally bit into. I don't understand who makes these dishes? Do they taste them before serving them to customers? I feel like I'm either ruining my stomach or having to go to the hospital because of high blood pressure. If this situation continues, I might have to leave this place to find somewhere else for my meals.
