There are 2 things I love about Panera, their Mexican Street Corn Chowder and their Chicken Bacon Rancher but the sandwich today was inedible, incredibly salty, Panera is not a place I can go to eat every day, it’s a luxury to eat there for our family right now, but we ordered Panera because I’m sick and pregnant and I wanted delicious and warm food, it was sad that I couldn’t even eat my sandwich.

The food is good the service was horrible. I had a to go order, first the app told me the order was ready 15 minutes before it was ready. Than they forgot two of the items the brownie and the drink

I always wonder why the Chick-fil-A is so busy when Panera is so delicious. My guess is because the drive-thru is closed more often than it's open during business hours. Curbside delivery is definitely not a thing even though they say it is, so be prepared to go inside to hunt down your meal. Sometimes it's on the shelf, sometimes it's behind the counter, you never know. They must be understaffed and it's too bad because it's my favorite to go food in Stone Hill Center.

Dude. Second time in a row I have ordered from here for delivery. And both times they always forget the chips. So annoying, as my son really looks forward to those. And it's not just one chips, there's like three per order and they forget all of them.

Severely disappointed with my first ever visit to a Panera Bread. The store smelled funny when we walked in, not appetizing at all. No employees were visible, but they had self-order kiosks, which I actually like bc I can take my time reading descriptions and ingredients, and customizing orders, bc I'm kind of picky. They were "out of stock" on both of the soups we wanted. 🙄 Order 1: cheesesteak, salad, chips Order 2: French dip, bacon Mac and cheese, chips 3 macaroons We sat on the bench next to the order status screen and pick up window. As soon as it said "ready" next to my name, I stood up, but there was only a dine-in order in the window. I figured they were finishing packing the bag, so I took the the few steps next to the window to wait. 3 more orders were placed in the window and picked up. I looked at the screen again, and my name was gone. I asked someone in the kitchen what happened to my order. They called my name to someone else, and I heard someone say something about "the no tipper." I've been in the service industry for 20 years. I do not tip when I enter my own order and only kitchen staff touches it bc kitchen staff legally cannot receive tips, so I'm not going to tip non-existant FOH staff. I do not tip fast food counter service, even if a cashier takes my order, bc they are not paid the $2.13/hr that servers are paid, tips are wholly unnecessary. BUT ... even if it was an appropriate situation for a tip and I chose to not tip, that absolutely does not ever give staff permission to provide service based on the amount of my tip. So unprofessional. Now, let's get to the actual food. 🤬 Order 1 was correct, the salad was delicious, but the sandwich was pathetic. Order 2 (pics included, but BOTH sandwiches had this little meat) had onions and peppers on it, the cheese was burned onto the bread, and there was no aioli. Bacon mac & cheese was yummy. Macaroons were delicious. I don't know if the kitchen messed up our order on purpose bc I didn't tip, or if they've been directed by management to skimp on ingredients to increase profits, or if they are just poor employees, but I will never return to this location again.

First, my husband tried to order an ice coffee light & sweet. They handed him a black coffee with ice in it so he handed it back & repeated, light & sweet. Then he got it back STILL BLACK but a bit sweeter so we said screw it we'll add creamer at home. Then I open my son's grill cheese which looked like someone stepped on it. And then I open my sandwich & my first bite had NOTHING in it! It looked like this inside! A mess! This is supposed to be nice food, and we pay more for that reason! But clearly no one there listens or gives a crap about what they serve anymore.

Second Time Recently Ordering. Not Like It Used To Be. Ordered The Smokehouse Chicken Sandwich. Ask For It To Be On Hoagie or Sub Roll. It Came On A Soggie Toast With Hardly Any Ingredients!! Did Not Have Fried Onions At All. Looks Nothing Like The Pic Posted On Menu (included The Panera Website Pic As Last Pic) The Butternut Squash Soup Tasted Great But I Guess That Comes Premade Directly From Panera. Sad Sad Sad Sandwhich Definitely Not Worth $8!! I'm Your Customer That Ordered On Nov 3 2021 around 4pm. Was delivered to Sandy Lyle Cove Round Rock TX. If Panera Would Like To Reach Out To Me I Will Keep My Receipt. I Nancy P. Had Ordered 2 Smokehouse Chicken Sandwiches (both looked like in pics below), 1 Bowl Butternut Squash Soup, And 1 Tomato and Cucumber Side Salad. Very Dissappointed! I Will Not Call In My Complaint Because According To The Past Reviews, That I've Now Read, That Would Not Be Worth My Time Or Mental Energy. LAST PIC IS WHAT MY SANDWHICHES SHOULD HAVE RESEMBLED!!

Worse Panera I have ever been. The customer service was trash. They forgot my sandwiches.. how do you forget sandwiches when you are literally known to make sandwiches. So I drive back and told the two ladies in the back that my order was incomplete. They both laughed and made it again. Never did they apologize for their mistake. When I got home the sandwiches were missing their vegetables all but one piece of onion. It was only meat and bread. Not just that but it was only hard pieces of deli meat. None of it was edible unless I wanted to just eat the bread. By far the worse experience. If it could have 0 stars it would.

We went through the drive thru and I ordered chicken noodle soup. Later I find out it’s broccoli cheddar. I was very disappointed

Consistent bad experiences at this location! Recently I placed an order. When I drove up to the window, one employee was working and chatting with another employee scrolling on her phone. She only made half my order. I explained I was in a hurry due to a family emergency and she just kept nonchalantly ringing up my order and slowly taking payment. I will not return to this location.

My chicken caesar salad was gross. The lettuce was soggy, full of hearts, and tasted sour. THEN when we left there was a HUGE RAT that walked across the patio 🤢 Panera is too expensive for this.

Drive through. Placed order, got home missing a large tomato soup. Called the facility. Was told manager would call back and refund me. Never got a refund, never got a call back. If you don’t go i to the restaurant you don’t get your order correctly.

I agree with some reviews about missing items on order and/or getting orders completely wrong.. I work at Stonehill Town Center area, and this location used to be good.. it has gone downhill a lot.. sometimes I still order lunch from here.. well.. because I like to rotate between all the other places to eat around here.. service is super bad, and workers do not care at all.. it's too bad most times I order to go and don't realize order is wrong and/or missing items until I get home.. nothing is more aggravating than paying for (extra) things and not getting it.. ie.. extra charge for avocado.. so now, I order for pick up but will check my bag before leaving.. In this order, I asked for basil in my sandwich and did not get it.. I wasn't charged for it, so I guess that's ok.. but when u crave something, not getting it is very disappointing as well... overall, the food was still good.. this time...

DONT ORDER ONLINE! My pregnant wife with gestational diabetes tried to order from here to get a half decent meal that she could eat and ordered a salad and paid extra to add chicken and asked for no tomatoes. They didn’t give her the chicken, left the tomatoes on, and were extremely rude to her when she picked up her order. If you have to eat here go inside to order so the jerks behind the counter can’t get away with screwing you over.
