I had a medium Cherry Slush and a medium Strawberry Cheesecake Blast. They were very good as usual and because I used the app, they were 1/2 price. I enjoyed them very much, but the Strawberry Cheesecake had M & M's mixed in, but they were not mixed well, most of them were at the bottom. That is my only gripe with the order.

It's very easy to order if you have never ordered through the drive-in( not talking about the drive-through). Drive-in is when you park the car, place an order and they bring the food to you and then you can sit there and eat in your car like a decent American would! You can take your text with the menu, then press a red button that initiates the order, and then you can pay with cash, card or through the Sonic app. Then they show the status of your oder on the screen. The workers are very nice. Sonic is a Midwestern food chain, and it somewhat reflects on their menu.

Dropped in to have a strawberry limeade and a soft pretzel. I love the fact that the limeade had actual strawberries, and the pretzel was hot, salty, and delicious. I didn’t touch the "signature cheese," so you're on your own there.

Again, the boys at Sonic are impressive; polite, very clean, crisp, friendly. Other fast food managers should take hiring lessons from Sonic. Note: the corn dogs have not been good lately - not crunchy; why? Also I will not be ordering the breakfast sandwich anymore, the ‘toast’ is not toasty, soggy. Maybe don’t wrap it so soon, idk 2/13 Corn Dogs still NOT crunchy! What happened!

Definitely I good location to get food. We always do the mobile app checkout and never have to wait very long before our stuff comes out. I have never had any issues so far with any food being messed up either. Glad they added a couple lanes for mobile pickup only.

I really like cream in sonic. It is so convenient. You just stay in your car then order and have staff bring food for you. Special in cold weather!

This is genuinely one of the nicest Sonics I've ever been to! When I went, they were doing a fundraiser for a school, which I love. Businesses that give back to the community are the best. They were very busy, so they got my order wrong at first but amended it so quickly, I can't complain. I can only commend that these people definitely have customer service at the forefront of their training. I got the breakfast burrito with sausage and the sausage was so perfectly cooked and the burrito wasn't just tossed together, like I get at some places. Wish I lived closer so I could make this my sonic of choice. ✨

We ordered dinner thru the Sonic app, for pickup. We pulled into the stall, and within less than 5 minutes our food was brought out. It was freshly cooked, neatly bagged, and the server was super nice. We love our Pflugerville Sonic and will definitely be going back!

I stopped in there for lunch the other day. Very nice Sonic. The waitress was absolutely outstanding. She enjoyed the stickers that I have on the back of my car and commented on them that she enjoyed them. She was very nice. I definitely gave her a good tip, but I had a chili cheese dog with some fries and a big old cherry flavored drink that was yummy and had little blue balls in it that when you sucked them through the straw, they burst in your mouth. It was fun to enjoy drinking it. Thank you Sonic. You have a wonderfully ran business here. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Pflugerville area of Texas. Sincerely, Joseph E. 5 stars for SPECIFICALLY the line cooks working on 6/11/25 at 3PM ish. I did not know a sonic order could be so perfect. Tots? Crispy and fluffy. Garlic bacon burger? Immaculately crispy bacon and perfectly cooked onions. 👏👏👏

The service here was pretty efficient and quick. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and cheddar peppers. The mozzarella sticks were hot and yummy. The cheddar peppers had plenty of cheese and the jalapenos inside weren’t spicy but were delicious.

It’s a hit or miss at most Sonics. I think this one is like most of the others. They are located so that the covered parking is great. It’s nice to pull in and have your car shade while you wait for your order. Today they were fast and courteous.

Drinks were good, but the fries, tots, & chicken strips didn't taste fresh. Tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile, especially the chicken strips. The pretzel was fantastic though!

Every thing was great food and service wise but management needs to pay attention on how staff is being treated by customers. The car next to me was yelling obscenities including the “N” word to staff and also very loudly announcing that they were “ bout to roll a blunt”. About a minute later that’s exactly what he did - in the parking lot with children clearly outside. Would hate for this new sonic to turn ghetto - management please address!

Took a while to place the order, but then the food came out extremely fast. Used to be the opposite. Like that they widened the stalls so your mirrors don't get ripped off when entering or exiting the kiosk.

Everything you would expect from a Sonic. Two mini blasts for my mini me and little man. Perfect treat for being such good sports and so patient during all the errands and repair stops the last week or two. We tried the drive through for the first time - I DO NOT recommend you go through the drive through if you are using a credit card. First of all, they have to come out and take your card inside to run it. Secondly, when she came back there was no place on the receipt to add a tip. The young lady said they were only allowed to accept cash tips, not on credit cards. I have never come across that before. I never carry cash, so I left there feeling terrible that I wasn't able to tip my carhop. I love Sonic, but I probably won't come back unless someone in the car is carrying cash.

Second time being disappointed at this Sonic. First time went through drive through for them to take the card and go to all of the card readers, trying to get them to read it. Was okay because she came back and let us have the drink for free, no big deal. But this time we went to a stall, placed our order for them to rush read us back the order and price so fast that we couldn't even hear. After us asking many times to repeat the order and getting no response we just waited for the screen to change and tell us to no avail. As the carhop came to give us our order he showed up with one drink when we ordered four and took our card because apparently the stall was broken with no sign or anything telling US that. He did come back with the other three and the card but after waiting 15 minutes for this whole process to finish four stars.

This location is in an urban area and has a lot of foot traffic. It's hard to get out during rush times. The service is good but the workers could be a little friendlier. The food is good and 8 highly recommend the groovy fries 🍟 with a little salt. The chili cheese coneys are good 👍🏾. Catch them on Thursday for the BOGO on Coneys.

We ordered through the app to make sure our order was received correctly as we’ve had issues at other locations of mistaken orders. Took about 15 minutes to receive our food which seemed kinda long as there were not a lot of other cars parked in other stalls.

Recently opened after being rebuilt. The staff is new but you can tell they are trying their best and learning. Prices have increased just like others (which is to be expected), but the food was good and hot. Download the app for better deals though. The service was quicker than any other drive thru in the area. Would have given more stars but the marinara sauce was left out and the burger wasn't as cheesy as it is advertised. People should remember this is a fastfood place, not a 5 star restaurant but for what it is, it is good. Will definitely be back.

I love Sonic. Worked at a Sonic all through HS. So I know the game. However, this is the 2nd time I have been here lately and both times my screen will tell me my order is coming out...... And then I wait and wait, looking around. Nothing. 15 to 20min later I get my order. Now I know they are just pushing the button to make the store look better, like they are fast or something, but this is LYING and not good business practice. This is super annoying. I would understand saying the order was coming out if there was a min or two still left putting it together, but 15min?! Nope. Not cool. LIES.

It was a average experience. Not bad not great. Carhops respectful just don't like the people on the speaker always seem annoyed because im very specific. Also my second time going there a manager told us it would be a 15 minute wait... UMMMM we left

Typical Sonic. Drive-through is faster. Make sure you check your order 100% before you leave, mistakes seem common. (I've ordered here before.) Asked for no onions in my burger, got onions. Asked for ketchup, got no ketchup. Asked for at least 10 napkins, got 2 napkins (for a family-sized order). Would only come here for your favorite item(s) -- tots for me!

I ordered two double quarter pounder cheeseburgers it came out and it was only one single patty on both burgers. I asked for a redo and they were nice about it and re made it only for it to be exactly the same with only one patty 😂 I didn’t even bother to ask again. Took the L and moved on.

Was hoping for a revamp after this location burned down. First time back after the fire and it will probably be the last. Maybe 5 cars and n the parking lot and yet more than. 20 minute wait for an order that is just 2 sonic blasts. Best part is they were half blended. Wanted you guys to be better. Oh well.

We placed an online order for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks. We got there and pushed the red button, and it took about 5 minutes for someone to answer, and they sounded like they didn't have any idea about our order then were like oh yeah it will be out soon. We waited about 25 minutes before we finally got out to ask about our order. Turns out our order was sitting out, and when we checked the bag, we were short a pretzel, so we had to wait for the second one to be made. It just seemed like a long time to wait for pretzels and drinks.

Sonic, I dislike the covering they have on the windows. You can't see what's going on with your food. Make you think they have something to hide. I've tried different things on the menu, but the only thing I like is the chili cheese footlong hotdogs. The fries, tater tots, taste terrible like they've been cooked in old oil, and onion rings would be good if they wouldn't overcook them. I've never noticed any kind of atmosphere.

Ist and last time at this Sonic. Gave my order over intercom, the girl came back barking at me that I yelled at her. Had to repeat my order of a medium coke and groovy fires 3 times. Sat there 25 minutes. No order...left! The screen had no register of my order. This was Monday, 30th at 4:45.

It seemed like they had one lady working she took my order and she delivered it. I don't know if she made it or not LOL because I've never seen a Sonic taking orders as well as delivering them. I had to wait at least 5 minutes to place my order whenever I place mine and I realized why whenever she delivered my food and her name was the same as the person who took my order!

Soooo slow. I waited in drive-thru 8minutes with no car in front of me before I was even greeted....I order 1 item and I'm ok if I have to wait for fresh food, but when I pulled to the window had to wait another 4min before it was opened and My money was collected. I'm disappointed by the service.

We waited for long time. The strawberry cheesecake shake tasted like a vanilla with cheesecake. And the onion rings tasted like they had been cooked in old burnt oil. Super disappointed.

Waited at a regular spot for over 10 minutes after pressing the button with no one responding, so I decided to go to the drive-through and waited some more. All in all, it took over 30 minutes to get one mini shake. Understandably, staff is low everywhere these days, but this felt excessive.

Went to thru drive thru and waited to be helped. There were about 4 or 5 youngsters with possibly 2 being employees just hanging out by the backdoor. Had to call the store to ask if the drive-thru was working. Was told that it most likely wasn't working. Then went to a stall and it took over 10 mins to get my order taken. But the carhop was very polite and apologized for the wait.

Could barely hear the person taking my order through all the yelling and music in the background on his end of the mic. A small, simple order took almost 15 mins to get out to us, the car hop did not have the $4 in change I was due, did not give us straws before going back inside for the change. The fries and the popcorn chicken were not fresh and did not taste good. The hamburger bun was stale and hard on the edges...Go anywhere else for food.

I’ve never had what I would call a “good experience” here, it’s a shame it’s one if the few vintage style drive thrus left because the name literally means “fast” and after all these decades of crushing competition, they take at least 15-20 mins to bring food out. I wish I could manage a place like this myself because I know I could do better. I do hear that the pay is abysmal so you shouldn’t really give a business like that your money anyway. They’re probably understaffed due to pay being non competitive. Apparently the grease fire that took this place out last year was due to negligence and improper training but continued to believe it’s because the employees hate it here. Hopefully new management will take over the sonic that has risen from the ashes, it’s sleek and should be outfitted with the best the company has to offer so I’ll give them one more go when they open and hopefully change my review. God speed sonic.

I stopped by Sonic around 4:30 PM and initially proceeded to the drive-through. My family suggested parking at one of the stalls for faster service, as there were a few cars in line at the drive-through. Following their advice, we decided on our order: a Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a Caramel shake, a Super Sonic with bacon, onion rings, and strawberry Fanta, and a Super Sonic with Groovy fries and Ocean Water medium ice. What we received was less than satisfactory. The Garlic Butter Cheeseburger came without bacon, the strawberry Fanta seemed to be a super sweet strawberry slush with a jelly-like texture, and there were no Groovy fries. To make matters worse, all the drinks were leaking, and we had to send one back because the cup had a hole in it. We waited nearly half an hour, only to receive cold food. I decided to pull up to the drive-through window to request a new order, which took another 10-15 minutes to prepare. During this time, someone who had placed an order and pulled up behind me eventually drove away after waiting too long. I usually don’t eat fast food, and this experience reinforced why. Since Covid, the customer service at this location has been inconsistent. I hope they get their act together; I might try again next year.

It's sad that this is the closest fast food joint to our home with frozen treats that we drive past regularly for better service elsewhere. When I say bad service, I don't just mean service is slow, which is also sometimes true, but forgivable. I mean that they get the order wrong frequently or fail to prepare it to minimum standards (ie. unblended frozen treats or missing listed ingredients). The employees either cannot or pretend not to understand you if you ask for any changes or have questions, then they stop responding at all. I don't know, perhaps their intercom systems are substandard, but language barriers do not seem to be the issue. If your order is wrong, you can forget getting it corrected. I would rather be told they cannot fulfill my order correctly for whatever reason and order something different, or wait a little longer, than pay for something wrong while the employees pretend you're not there. I get that fast food service standards have gotten lower and lower these days, but I am willing to bet this location is either unwilling or unable to invest in adequate staffing or invest in better systems. Just imagine how much more revenue this location could generate from local customers if they did.

Make sure you request REAL SWEET CREAM , they are using half and half and charging us 50c for it . I ordered it in all three of my drinks and 2 came to the car without any , then two tiny cups of regular half and half were delivered to my car . When I asked why it's not sweet cream I was told that's just what they use . I then pressed the call button and asked if they would give me some vanilla syrup so I could actually have sweet cream in my drink and was delivered a cup of actual sweet cream and not vanilla syrup so they had the sweet cream I guess they just didn't want to use it .

Literally just left at 10:20pm. Got home. My burger was cold. Extras I added to my burger didnt have on (paid extra for nothing). Whomever is closing today needs to be spoken to. No receipt given, but I ordered #3, mozzarella sticks, and sonic blast. Like my burger isnt even warm!! Its cold!! Wth!

This sonic sucks and is disgusting. Please don’t order shakes from here they make them so lazy because I guess all the employees hate their job but you choose to work there. my family ordered Oreos shakes and ofc they only put them on the top not mixed in or nothing. I’m only giving it 2 stars because it has never failed before but last night I got 2 shakes. One completely normal and the other one was.. different. Thought maybe it was left out too long and decided to refreeze it. Tried it again today and it was literally frozen, like ice. Kinda looked see through and definitely not ice cream texture. After it was melted down, I was able to see it was oreo and peanut butter with WATER. Very disappointed.

I visited this location January 3rd, 2025 Around 3:30 pm - 4:10 pm. This location is close to my home. So this is what happened. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, Three tenders, and a kids cheeseburger With a Oreo cookie pieces blast. Drinks, cherry limeade and a blue slushy The Oreo blast came with caramel, that I didn't ask for The kids cheeseburger didn't have cheese The chicken sandwich didn't have mayo. Even though it said it would have mayo and a brioche bun. The people are nice, however some of the food felt old. Like the tater tots tasted extra crunchy, no I didn't ask for that. Anyways just double check ✅ your food and quality.

Awful. I don't know why I keep trying to go back. Every few months, I guess, we give them a whirl. Convenient but never worth the trouble. We ordered for 2. A footlong coney was missed upon delivery. The only drink we ordered was overflowing down the sides, no napkins. Then it took almost 20 more minutes to get the footlong, so by the time we got home, the food first received was cold. I won't return to this location.

I went in Friday night about 6. They weren't busy. I got hung up on twice. The 3rd time I was half way through my order and the screen went to the pay screen. Had to finish my order...Almost $30 later my food came out. Bag was tipped upright even though I had chili tater tots... big smushy mess. The food was dry the shake was wrong and I got half oreos. There was only 1 girl that I saw that seemed happy and helpful. Don't think I'll go back.

We pulled up to the drive through, the person on the other side of the box was VERY rude to us, very short, took a long time (approx 15 minutes) to bring our food out, and didnt even check in with us during the wait. Finally got my order, it was wrong. The ultimate burrito was just a bacon burrito (we were given 3 bacon burritos when we ordered 2 bacon burritos, an ultimate burrito and a bacon toaster sandwich). My sandwich and bacon was also burned. I'm not happy. The customer service was horrible.

Tonight our burgers were soggy, cold and looked liked someone sat on them. Service was awful, while the order taker was rude. This was my 3rd attempt to see if they were just having a bad day. The times before the person could not get the order right. When finally got the person to repeat the order, we then waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up on waiting and left. They used to be a good place to go but it has turned into a nightmare. This has been all within the last 8 months. I won't be going back to this Sonic.

Whoever was running the stalls at 5:28pm 8/4/19 is so off putting we will never, ever come back here. We just came for drinks.. we were in stall 25. She acted incredibly RUDE and impatient as hell. We are nice people. Ten minutes later we still didn't get our drinks and left. P!ss poor service.

This place is terrible in every sense. Bad quality. Very slow. Poor service. And broken equipment. Not once have I had a good experience here. They either take too long to bring an order, or mess up. Today, after placing my order, their system went down so they said they had to swipe my card inside. If it wasn't because last time that happened they swiped it twice and never gave me a refund, I would have been okay. So not only did I wait 12 minutes for 2 sandwiches, I ended up not being able to get them. If there was a way for me to petition this business to leave Pflugerville, I would. Save time, money, and stress by eating elsewhere. You'll thank me, and yourself.

This place is literally the worst , we came 30 minutes before closing - i just wanted a hot dog - & they said the kitchen was closed & the shakes & slushies were down . Seems like they just didn't want to talk to customers cause when we asked why the kitchen was down , they ignored us & moved on to the next person. THEN when the guy next to us asked why they haven't attended to him cause he had been waiting for 20 minutes , she did the same thing - ignored him & went to the next person ! Worse experience ever. Who knew half price burgers were through app only now. I download the app which took forever. Then I had to create an account then add my card. I place my order then it takes forever loading my total. I was there waiting for 30 minutes. Annoying app and annoying sonic for doing this. AVOID!

Just attempted to get breakfast from this Sonic location, the experience was horrible. My mother and I ordered JUST 2 burritos (1 with egg and cheese only, 1 with egg cheese bacon only) The FIRST wrong order had both burritos with jalapeños, salsa, onions, egg, sausage, cheese. We went back to have our order corrected. The SECOND wrong order had both burritos with egg, tots, cheese, jalapeños, onions, salsa. We wasted 40 minutes of our Mother's Day on TWO wrong orders for SIMPLE food orders. This was ridiculous! I doubt anyone will respond but this is unacceptable. I don’t care about wait times, just that my order is CORRECT! At the very least, correct the SECOND time.

I've left this place on three separate occasions because of the unresponsive and slow service I understood the first time it was busy but the last two have been dead! It really sucks for me because I absolutely love some of the menu items and I live close by but what's the point when I don't have time. I don't know what's going on inside but something needs to happen I've been to several other locations that were much better I hope this one is fixed

Let me start by saying, it takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review. Food service can be challenging, but this is by far the WORST sonic I've ever been to! Tried it 3 times, last time was a 30 minute wait.. no apology, food was cold and gross. Time before that, took them 10 minutes to even answer my stall and then told me it was a minimum 10-15 minute wait. I ask "Even for one soda and no food", she rudely answered, "Yes, we are short-staffed". Seems like they are always short staffed and horribly managed.

Every time I come to this location in the evenings, the service is pretty slow. Based off of the amount of literal toddlers following what seems to be their parents in and out of the building and out to the cars and such to serve customers, I'm assuming it's because the employees are busy watching their children and/or running a daycare instead of taking care of the customers in a timely matter.

When I checked my order a hamburguer was missing.I went back and asked to speak to the supervisor and realizado that she was the one Who gave me my order. But the one Who received my order first the boy reactor aggressively; when I compleined; I asked for my money back.I need my refund money. I haven't received it yet.

I ordered an Oreo blast and it tasted like straight chemicals. Then a kind employee decided to remake it for me and it tasted the same :( Asked for a refund KINDLY from the manager and she seemed upset. We said “thank you” when she gave us our change back and she said “yup” like ok yup deez nuts

2nd time my order was wrong. I’m really not sure why either. First time I ordered a cherry cream slush it was weird, it tasted like the strawberry real fruit slush. The 2nd time it was a cup of ice cream even though I asked for slush with a little ice cream. I can’t even find the slush. And yay for another time of not giving me my receipt. For a $4 drink it would be nice if it would be correct for once.

I put in a sonic order at 9:20PM on the mobile app. I went to pick up my order and arrived a couple minutes later. Waited and waited for someone to come out. Next thing I know the lights are turned off. A minute later it says someone is coming with my order. No one comes. I click the red button to ask where it is and they inform me that they closed at 9 and they couldn’t do anything for me. I needed to contact customer service to get my money back. It says they close at midnight not 9PM. I’m seriously upset they couldn’t even get me a drink before they closed up early.

Employees are totally lost. Iordered 45 minutes ahead, and arrived 1 minute prior to my pickup time, yet didnt leave til 25 minutes later. I get it that its busy but somehow this was not the cause. A carhop checked my order out without bringing to me, causing the rest of the staff to not even know my order was ready. Then after they realized their own mistake, they proceeded to bring me the wrong order. smh definitely wont be coming back to this joke of a location.

About average for a Sonic. The wait can be a little long though. *Edit* this place is terrible. Just terrible. Been here about a dozen times. Every time, literally every time, they mess up some how. The food is wrong or not prepared correctly, or cold, the wait is excessive, they forgot an item, or they brought it to the wrong car. Staff turnover is insane. Just stay away from this Sonic. Go anywhere else. Drive another 3 minutes down the road and eat anywhere else.

I rarely visit this location because of how slow it is, but I wanted to treat my kids to a lemonade today. Of course, it took probably 10-15 minutes for our order to come out. I also ordered the new Totchos. My baby was screaming in the backseat, so I didn't really have the time or patience to check my order. I just had to trust that they were going to be freaking immaculate due to the amount of precious time they spent getting them out to me. There was absolutely NO cheese on them, and only a couple dabs of the baja sauce. I was thoroughly disappointed. I used to manage a Sonic, and working there is really not that difficult. This location manages to disappoint every time.

This location owes me a double burger and the customer service “doesn’t have the option to refund” or way to offer the burger I paid for? Always double check that your food order is complete. The employees certainly aren’t checking and are probably stealing the food.

Went to get some treats to take home for the grandkids and felt disappointed with their fast service. By the time we got home there were no straws or spoons for the thick milkshakes. AND the banana milkshakes had huge chunks in them. It seemed like all they did was break a banana in half and threw it in there. The place was crowded and service was fast. But they need to slow down and make sure the quality of their food is good.

Absolute worst sonic I’ve been to originally visited the location 05/30 spent over 30 mins waiting in drive thru for two drinks eventually just lefts with out drinks. Visited today 05/31 chose mobile order (1 drink) instead. Was the only person in drive thru no on acknowledged or came on speaker after 10 mins went parked and walked up while another car pulled into drive thru got there items at the same time drink also tasted awful

I debated on writing this review because honestly, it's Sonic, what did I expect? It's frozen, pre-packaged fast food. However, I've been violently ill with food poisoning since 4am Monday morning. This is my first time in years eating food from Sonic, I will occasionally take the kiddo for ice cream to the location on 1825. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, tots, and a strawberry limeade. It took almost 15 minutes for the order to come out, the waiter apologized as soon as I rolled the window down. I ate there, the tots were cold, not even warm. I figured they were cooked before the boneless wings. The wings were pathetic, small and overcooked, halfway smother in buffalo sauce. I was disappointed but didn't complain, I don't have high expectations from any fast food restaurant. But here I am, missed a day of work, doctor said it's food poisoning from either cross contaminate or poor handling. Thanks Sonic, I'll be contacting the city.

After waiting 20 min for 2 sodas, I went in to ask for either drinks or refund. The server went back inside, someone else came out, asked how I paid and went back inside taking another 3 or 4 minutes. She came back with a refund slip...instead of just pouring 2 cokes?? I asked to see manager, she said she was. I said this whole thing was ridiculous and poorly handled. She said they were busy...yea, it's happy hour. Poor management and policies are exhibited every time I've attempted happy hour...Im the dunce that keeps trying.

Don't pay for your order until they bring it out to you. I placed my order and paid with credit card. 20 minutes later, I buzzed to ask where my order was. They had forgotten all about it. Would have been quicker to drive to the other location 20 minutes away.

I'm sorry but I just went through the drive thru this evening and the girl taking my order had such an attitude in her voice that I just decided to go to another sonic instead. I'm not saying you should be elated to take an order but maybe don't sound like the customer is bothering you for just ordering.

I went here a week ago, it was my first time going after they rebuild from the fire. I ordered 1 item, a large vanilla shake. It wasn't too busy, but I started noticing the cars that pulled up after me were coming and leaving. I'm pretty much a patient person, so after 30 minutes of waiting. I was about to push the button again the carhop comes out with this shake that has completely melted 😞, I would've sent it back, but I don't like confrontation and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for one item. Service (zero ⭐'s), quality of food (zero ⭐'s). It wasn't a good first impression.

I had a very bad experience I went around 9:30pm I had ordered a oreo cheesecake blast was informed that they didn't carry it so I said it's online lady was very rude so I ended up ordering a small reeses blast and a medium heath blast order came out very quickly I took the ice cream home didn't notice it wasn't even full I paid 10+ for 2 blast at least u can fill it I will never come back to sonic again

I parked and ordered a large sonic blast on this hot summer day. NEVER park at this location. Drive thru every time!! After 20 min waiting, I pressed red button to ask if they forgot my order. She said someone would be out to help me. 10 min later I got out of my car to speak to the manager. Both employees I came in contact with were very rude and dismissive. Finally spoke to manager and asked for a refund. After another 5 min. She returned with cash. Her excuse was she can’t get her employees to WORK!?! After meeting two of them, I can understand her excuse. I’m NEVER coming back to this location.

I Have give them MANY chances to get my ORDER correct even just a SMALL SINGLE person ORDER they still can't get your ORDER right missing items , Old Hard bread on burgers , Even the hot dog Buns that is why i go to the one on Pecan St but it's a hit or miss as well it's SAD to get good service 😢

Came here and ordered a combo. Got to the window and a red headed lady gave me my bag with sauce missing and fries instead of tots. I tell her that the order is wrong and missing items and she says “I took your order, I know what you got”. I had her exchange my fries, the sauce is still missing. I get home and the burger is smooshed like someone stepped on it. Even if you have the craving. Don’t go here.

missing item from order, noticed it before I left said something to the hopper said oh we don’t have that item I can get you a rain check or the item without the missing Boba. Look at my receipt they still charged me even though they didn’t tell me it was missing.

I went around 10:30 to get drink I order online and went through drive thru waited at least 5 mins no one came on speaker and I understand sometimes that doesn’t work so I pull up to window wait , wait and wait still no one comes to let me know something, I knock on window mind you it’s me and one other car there only so it wasn’t like they were busy I know they have to see me, FINALLY WHAT SEEMED LIKE 10 minutes I believe she was the manager or assistant manager stated that the other speaker doesn’t work till after 11:30 so I said why not let us know with a sign she stated that she has told corporate for the last 2 yrs and she had had no luck so then I stated to her what was her excuse for not coming to window after 10 mins there and of course all she said was drinks are on me but I had already paid for them didn’t seem like she cared what so ever I even said thank u and told her hope she understood my frustration all she said was oh believe me I get it corporate frustrates me too ! Definitely won’t ever stop there again ! She wasn’t very nice or seemed to give a crap

ORDER: Cheeseburger, Large onion rings and a large Dr. Pepper. Burger was a complete mess in the foil bag. I got about half of the onion rings and the lid on the drink appeared to have already had a straw in it once...? Former Sonic employee, I know this could be better.

My daughter walked over from a nearby business with a group of young girls on March 23 around 4:40-4:45. She ordered one drink (ocean water) and paid with a $5 bill. The carhop asked her if she wanted change (my daughter is only 10 so she just said no). The carhop should not expect a 100+% tip on a single drink and I feel like she took advantage of my daughter by even asking her this question. Giving change should not be an option, especially in this situation. Please educate your carhops to do better. I have educated my daughter to always ask for change now, but never expected this to even be an issue. I don’t care about the $5, but if carhops do this with small bills, what’s to stop them from doing it with larger bills? Taking advantage of kids is no way to gain customers.

Couldn't even experience the service. They kept telling me to wait... 10 minutes passed I moved to the drive thru... they tell me to wait again. I see all the cars that arrived before me get their food. I asked and tried getting the attention from the drive thru person and I was ignored. Waited total of 15 minutes and no one got back to me. Never had this experience with the night crew, just afternoon crew.

The food and service is horrible. The owner and manger should be ashamed for the poor quality being served to customers. Avoid this location. We figured we would give it another chance to see if they have improved but that was my mistake!! Make the extra drive to stonehill and go to whataburger or in and out! This location should be closed down permanently!
