This was my first time at Torchy’s. Let me just say it started off with a hello and a welcome from Ryan. From there this gentleman shook my hand and asked my name! Love that! I told him I had seen you guys on Tik Tok and had to try some of the things I saw. I looked over the menu for a minute. Then he presented me with the secret menu! I ordered an item from the secret menu. The Missionary Style Pulled Pork!!! It was sooooooo good. Ryan offered an Avocado sauce he said would go amazing with it!! It was perfect! I also got The Democrat and had a few bites and saving it for later! Best first time ever!! After Ryan had to move over to cashier I was introduced to the new bartender Diego! So sweet so informative on mine and another guest questions and made sure the guest down from me was super happy with her food! Will definitely be returning to see these great bartenders! I also got to meet Scott the manager and he was equally as charming and wonderful!!

Great food. Awesome margaritas! My husband had the smoked turkey sandwich. The turkey is smoked on the premises. Super tasty. I had The Democrat, which is a barbacoa taco. It was super yummy! 👌

Running Deep

Torchy's is always consistent when it comes to food. Good quality and fresh ingredients. The main drawback is that it's expensive for the amount of food you get. Two tacos and queso will set you back around $20. Not too much more than you would spend on fast food for two people, but each person is only getting one taco, and they're sharing the queso. That being said, the food is great, and we will keep going back to Torchy's, just not as often as I would like. We shared the Hillbilly Queso and Chips. The queso is excellent, and we are always scrapping the bottom of the bowl to get all of it (because it would probably be inappropriate to lick the bowl!) I got the Trailer Park Taco, which is my favorite. You can "Get It Trashy" where they replace the lettuce with queso, but I never do. I love the pablano sauce that comes with it and always ask for extra. My wife got the Beef Fajita Taco. She gets it with the pablano sauce instead of the roja sauce. Overall, we love going to Torchy's and recommend that you give it a try.

I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place out! I had the Barbacoa taco and the Crispy chicken and ranch taco, and both of them were great, especially the Barbacoa! The facility was very clean and pretty busy for how late it was. Also, our food came to the table super fast which great because we were starving. My brother had the shrimp taco and told me that is actually the best one on the menu….next time shrimp taco, next time. This place will definitely become a regular spot.

Tacos were very tasty. Well constructed and a good value for the dollar. Queso was darn good as well. No govt cheese flavor here! I liked the food. I wish the meal had been served hotter. I didn't like the kiosk ordering and then no cash. However...it looks like the cashier had stepped away and that was also an option after all. Would recommend for sure.

Food came out lukewarm. Tried multiple tacos nothing really stood out besides the queso. All fountain drinks were flat and no other fresh drinks available. Priced pretty high for fast food.

Not the best tacos, I get that they aren't authentic but I still wasn't a fan. The guacamole was also not that flavorful, and the service wasn't all that. It's clean but simple.

Beautiful night for dinner on the patio and we were really looking forward to some Torchys. First order & pay like fast food except they expect you to tip before you are served … seems like we always get screwed when that happens & no exception here. We got our beeper/wireless beacon & sat down and were served our drinks, chips/queso pretty quickly & they were delicious… but then we waited a VERY long time more than 20 minutes for our tacos & they came out cold. Server brought them without utensils & napkins. When asked he said we had to get them ourselves 😳 then he proceeded to spit on the patio right there in front of everyone. While cold, the tacos were still very good. Had to wait 15 minutes in line at the bar to get another round. Poor little bar tender was working hard but there should have been 2 on a busy Friday night. Service at this location was unfortunately subpar.

Feels like the meat portions in the tacos have gone down significantly. This is now definitely in “I paid how much and only got this much food?” Territory. Torchy’s might be for tourists now. EDIT 2/13 they reached out but didn’t offer to make it right.

I ordered Baja Shrimp and Brushfire tacos for take out. I only live 3.2 miles from this store and both tacos were cold. I do not mean they were warm and got cold on the way home; no, these were cold like they came out of a refrigerator cold. BOTH of them. I called the store and complained, was told I would receive a refund, but was never refunded the amount. I will go back in person today to make an in-person complaint. I have been enjoying Torchy's since they were in a food trailer on S. 1st Street. I have never had a complaint before. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I love Torchy Tacos, but I will not be back at this location. Only thing good was 1 cashier, she was very nice. Everything else was not good. Our togo was missing sauces and silverware and one of our trashy trailer parks were cold, which shouldn't be since we came in and ordered. Lastly there was a charity right outside the store and the manager was so rude to them they ended up leaving. This is not the Damn Good service we are use to. Maybe some more training for this location.

Who is managing the store? We are a long time Torchy's fan at this particular location. Came in with a group of eight and placed drink orders and menu orders. An hour went by without food. We asked about it and they admitted that they had lost the order. Instead of resubmitting the order, they canceled everything without telling us. Another half hour passed with no resolution. We left without food. Simply unacceptable.

SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Torchy’s. You either have to stare up at the board to order or use their McDonald’s-style kiosk, which was already annoying. But the real disaster was the bartender. Our food came out before our drinks, and we waited almost 30 minutes even after telling him multiple times that we had already placed our drink order. He had a full-on attitude, moved slower than molasses, and kept taking orders from people who walked in way after us. No apology, nothing. AND HE STILL MESSED UP the simplest drink order—a Dos XX draft dressed—and my frozen margarita, which literally just required pulling a lever. This bartender was absolutely terrible at his job. If this is how he acts when it’s not even busy, I can’t imagine him surviving a rush. Every other Torchy’s we’ve been to has been great, but this guy ruined the whole experience. Avoid the bar here unless you want frustration served with your food.

To be honest this particular location isn’t great for food quality. This is our third time here and all three times we have pretty much the same experience Trailer park tacos are not the same as at other locations (are you guys running out of lettuce?). steak fajita tacoes are too greasy, beef is very chewy not to mention there was a long hair in it. Gross.
