The pizzas are good and the burgers are excellent, but they're expensive, and the guys NEVER respect delivery times. Whether you pick up in-store or they deliver, they're always late. Unfortunately, the receipt is optional. Always check that the prices of the items you order match the menu!

I ordered on Deliveroo. Right away, it said "delivery in 20 minutes." I waited an hour, called the restaurant, and they said, "Yes, the delivery guy left." For details: the distance is 2.3 km. The delivery guy arrived 40 minutes later, which is 1 hour and 40 minutes after my order. I asked the guy about it, and he told me he had left the restaurant 5 minutes earlier and apologized. The food was indeed still very hot, and the delivery guy arrived by car. So I concluded that the restaurant blamed him. Aside from the significant delay, what irritated me most was blaming the delivery guy, who had nothing to do with it. Sorry, never again.

The usual annoyed faces. I got a rolled kebab, full of salad that had lost all its moisture, and barely any meat. "Do you want it with everything?" "Yes, but without the spicy stuff." There was the spicy stuff, there was a cough for seasoning, and the rest was missing. At home, it was literally melted, and the piadina dough was half raw because of the too much salad, and half burned, hardened, with a hint of meat. No onion, tomato, or chips like the others I've seen prepared. I made the video because such a mess had to be filmed. It's not the first time; I sometimes get pizza delivered, but the attention to detail is truly lacking. Not recommended for those who know real kebab and want to eat well.

Dishonest and completely unprofessional. I ordered two kebabs and a portion of falafel for home delivery. They were supposed to be delivered at 8:45 PM, but the delivery guy was 20 minutes late. To make matters worse, they charged a whopping €6 for the delivery fee. It was absurd! I called to ask where the receipt was because it wasn't there, and they told me the delivery guy had probably forgotten it. In hindsight, I would have had them returned instead of giving you €6 for the delivery fee! Speechless.

I requested home delivery... they confirmed it at 8:30 PM, but it arrived at 9:00 PM. I ordered two large kebabs, a large chicken, a rolled kebab, and two cans of Coke for a total of €38!!! No receipt or order details. The large kebabs were large, but only large in the piadina, and the filling was nonexistent, just salad! The large chicken was pictured with two hamburgers, but it only arrived with one, and the rolled kebab was just piadina and salad! It all arrived cold in a shopping bag without a thermal container. What a shame! The more it goes by, the more this place is losing quality!

We ordered two kebab dishes, a rolled kebab for the little girl, and an empty sandwich. We arrived at 7:30 PM and the little girl's sandwich was missing. It's 8:50 PM and the missing sandwich hasn't arrived yet! And that's after numerous phone calls! On top of that, it was €19 plus €4 for delivery, a total of €23. And the guy instead asked me for €25! I called and spoke to the owner, but the only thing he said was that he would speak to the guy! And all of this without a receipt! Disgusting.

We usually always order here. It's always been pretty good. This time I can't defend them: Two sandwiches that definitely have day-old bread, considering they're quite a good sandwich. Plus, the non-existent yogurt sauce makes an old sandwich even more stringy and inedible. I'm usually torn between two places to buy kebabs. Now they've cleared up all my doubts.

I won't order from you again. I order often, and 9 out of 10 times, I'm always late, without ever notifying them. I call (half an hour after the scheduled time) to report the problem, and they tell me they're very busy! If someone doesn't know how to manage orders, or takes them with more time, or if something unexpected happens, they let the customer know, even though, unfortunately, delays almost always happen.
