There were six of us, and we ordered two appetizers, and two first and second courses. We managed to get to the end by helping each other... the wine was excellent, and the desserts were amazing. Since we don't eat meat or fish, the menu selection was limited, but we were able to modify some dishes as they were freshly prepared. The photos show eggplant flan, tajarin with asparagus, and mozzarella ravioli (with shrimp).

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The place is very quiet, with a reserved, almost formal atmosphere. The decor is impeccably clean, and the furnishings are rustic wood. Everything is beautifully coordinated, with a harmonious color palette and lighting. The service is excellent, though very formal, but the owners are friendly and welcoming. I believe it's a family-run business. The chef's name is Fabiana; we know her name because it's on the menu, alongside a beautiful quote she wrote that speaks volumes about her passion for fine dining. I would rate this restaurant medium-high for the quality of the food, the attention to detail in the plating, and the attentive service. We ate very well. I personally really enjoyed the Fassone rolls (very fresh and tender raw beef) with fondue and Langhe hazelnuts. Excellent restaurant. It's difficult to look after children, especially for those with children like me, but overall, it's highly recommended for friends, couples, and families.
