I was dubious given the small menu but they weren't kidding. The chicken tastes amazing. Good lemondae and tea. Okay slaw and fries and the sauce was good. Bit the chicken stands out. It tastes great. Much better than chick fil a. The small menu makes for quick orders. Very busy though. Be ready for 20 minutes or more wait.

The chicken was decent it’s a hardy piece of pure white meat. Not heavily breaded fried just perfect the only thing is that they don’t have differs dipping sauce. Great quality chicken. Good quantity. Great price. We enjoy thier combos and specialty drinks.

I love Cane’s—especially their Arnold Palmer—but this visit was unacceptable. After my drive-thru order, Alexis forgot to return my credit card. I was frustrated about having to go back and had to be upfront with the manager just to get any accommodations—ridiculous. The manager refused to give her name, made irrelevant comments about customers taking advantage of left-behind cards, and even said they were “calling out for us” as we drove off—like that was my responsibility! When I returned, I was at the counter and saw her grin at Alexis instead of taking the situation seriously. I had to show ID to retrieve my card, which made the experience even worse. Before leaving, I told the manager not to do that again—I’d hate for anyone else to go through this. I will not be returning to this location.

I would of given 4 stars since the drive through lines are so long literally almost goes out the plaza. But they have curbside pickup which is why i brought it up to 5 stars. Also their chicken tastes amazing Update 5/8/2021: am reducing the review to 2 stars from 5 because the fries portion has gotten much lower now. I can literally count the amount of fries that comes in the box of the caniac combo it's that little. A year ago they used to give a lot of fries in the box and now there's way too small amount of fries in the box. I had to pay another $2.19 for some more fries. You can tell in the pic I took down below. They kept the prices the same or raised them but also lowered the fries portion. 2/3/23 The price of the caniac combo used to be around $12-14 after tax and now they raised it to the point it reaches $20 after tax. Such a big price hike and the chicken pieces became so much thinner than before too. It's very annoying and infuriating. No wonder why raising cane's isn't as packed as it used to be with the drive through line filling the entire plaza.

Was genuinely in a difficult situation. Was being stalked by an ex I had just let go of earlier that week. Tried to tell her to stop showing up, and that we’d talk later. She wouldn’t listen and persisted in following me. Talked to the drive thru and they said just come to the front, only to ignore me. Then talked to someone else, relayed my story to them, and then purposely gave them my number to check up on me merely for buying food I didn’t want. I didn’t want to be the type to want to call the cops, but I later found my ex waiting for me at my place. I wanted them to call to see if any other further steps should be taken by dialing me first. And none of that was ever done to try and help me try and resolve the situation. Though it’s not their business, they genuinely looked at me, “appeased,” me so to speak, and then genuinely brushed me off by telling me they’d check up on only not to do so. Those chicken strips were also bland as all hell. Thanks @raisingcanes

Went through drive through. Ordered 6 chicken fingers. Asked if they had some spicy tenders but they dont. Their cane sauce is pretty good. Seems like a standard restaurant. Natural chicken. Cool doggo pic in drive through though. Edit: They done forgot the extra cane sauce too many times.

The service here lately has been very slow. It takes forever to get your food, and the employees are all over the place. Business doesn’t seem to have much structure here. Coming to canes I typically get serviced very quickly, and I can eat and leave. Now I’m waiting 30-40 minutes for my food? That’s unacceptable.
