Oil change: excellent and efficient service. Special KUDOs to Damian who helped me through the process and provided excellent t customer service. I was traveling and failed to bring the cord required to charge my phone. I was confident Walmart would have what I needed. They did indeed. Even better, an employee sold me a cord at a discounted price, one that had been returned and was not in its original packaging. I'm almost happy I left my original at home!

This store is pretty clean. The workers a little hard to find but, when you do, they are very helpful. Employees are older and every one I saw had masks on and were wearing them correct. They have plenty of power wheel chairs. No waiting or coming in on off hours.

Fabulous employees here, Norm at the register, the young man stocking with his hat backward, understood what I was asking for when the other employee was telling me that "the pharmacy department is closed", thumbs up to him pointing me in the right direction. And the woman at the door, pleasant to talk with and helpful. It would be great if all Wal-Marts had these employees. The store is clean!! A+

Folsom Walmart refused to return a book I had purchased because I didn’t have a receipt ( purchased on debit card.) I drove all the way to Placerville from Folsom. I was in a bad mood when I arrived until I met Shawna. Her willingness to help me and kindful attitude turned my day around. I was able to make the return and walk out all within a few minutes. Why is this service so hard to find these days? Anyways, THANK YOU SHAWNA

I purchased a $45 straight talk phone card. My daughter scratched off the pin number immediately and it tore part of the number to where it was unusable. I went back into the store and team members Shawna and Kristi assisted me with getting a refund to get another card, so I wouldn't have wasted money originally to get my card activated. I can't thank both of these wonderful ladies enough!

Is my neighborhood Walmart. It's necessary to not overspend on common items. I've only been living here a year and a half and they don't have a produce department. There are signs that they are slowly creeping that way. Otherwise I do have to go to Safeway to get more items. Plenty of parking and the staff is around for questions if needed.

I spent it felt like an hour shopping and had so much in my cart and there were lines on almost everyone opened and I happen to go to number 5 and there was a young gal named trippy working the register , she was absolutely an amazing lady she got me and my husband out of the store quickly as me and my husband kept adding things to the belt she would scan and bag and then we’re putting the last of our items up on the belt and boom she had bagged all our groceries with care she definitely payed attention to small detail like putting all our cold or frozen items in bags together and our food things like boxed food or canned food together and then our clothes with our bathroom products or clothes with clothes and bread on top of the eggs and honestly it was a good experience we normally shop at the Folsom Walmart so this was a good experience for our first time at this store . Never experienced such great customer services before and trippy did an amazing job we had great conversations and she kept up the fast past as well as being polite and respectful and helpful and friendly 🙌 definitely a great employee and a great experience !

My fond of Walmart grow more and more. First was how awesome their online delivery is. We are new to town so needed to order a ton off stuffs. While Amazon uses USPS which is a hit or miss if your get your package or not or when you are getting it. But with Walmart we get everything delivered as promised or even earlier. Walmart is our life saver when it comes to getting things ready for our house. Anyway, back to the store, so nice that they haven’t so many things for the house and they’re are really cute too! This also isn’t one of the most clean Walmart I have been to!

Just met the new store manager AJ today. I can’t say I have ever had a manager come and introduce themselves and personally assist me with my shopping. She was knowledgeable, offered to show me special products that were just marked on sale for the weekend only, like the grills which we purchased at a fantastic price! We ordered online and got stuck in the traffic. Upon request to heat up one of the drink one very kind and sweet girl, Maddy, made a new drink for us and treated us very nicely. Good place to stop by. Restrooms are very clean also. Love to stop by here again!!!!

Stopped in on a rainy Friday to see the remodeled shop. It was clean and bright, and has been opened up nicely with the removal of a short wall running length of the seating area. The staff is not as friendly as many other locations; cordial but not engaging. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but if you’re looking for service beyond the ordinary, this isn’t the place; its feel is more of a big-city Starbucks than a small-town coffee shop. On the positive side, I’ve never waited long for a drink here.

only downside to this location is they usually dont have the ingredients for the limited time only drinks.. the drive through line is usually long & into the parking lot since the location is popular.. park & dine inside.. it has “little free library” at this location.. the workers are dope..

Always fabulous customer service. I rarely get coffee out, but when I do here it's a great experience. This time I recieved my drink and it was surprisingly low in the cup, I ran in and showed them-obviously someone new was getting trained, very understandable-and they made me an additional drink. Thank you, Starbucks, for empowering your employees to make excellent customer service decisions. I'm grateful for the extra pick-me-up on a long long drive!

I felt i was transported to Florida. This Walmart was HUGE! Like the kind of big you see from Texas to the east coast and down south. And their departments are bigger than the average departments in other Walmarts. Liked this store alot, wish I had more time to explore!

Very strange walmart. Everything is locked up. Like normal cheap everyday items. Underwear, t shirts and socks, also vitamins, wire connectors, and many cheap automotive things. Its how I'd envision shopping in some kind of post apocoliptic world. Getting staff to retrieve things from said locked cabinets is anything but prompt. Then they take it up to the front until youre finished shopping, treating paying customers as if theyre convicted thieves. As if that is what stops the thieves from stealing. Im sure theyll figure out some way tha always seem to. The had the items I needed but I will only go back if 100% necessary. Honestly it was depressing and demoralizing. Get better security & catch these thieves not treat paying all customers like theyre thieves. Or is placerville just a town of thieves? Who knows maybe Im missing something. But at any rate the scene is pretty ugly if you gpt your eyes open and come from somewhere normall. Id expect this in many parts of africa or south america but not in the USA. Yikes!

I am from a small town in AR so not used to things being locked up. I got what I needed but then they let me take it all around the store until I checked out. Didn't seem to make sense. Things aren't priced very conveniently for the shopper.My checker was nice. I'm only visiting here so it is all good.

Great location, friendly inefficient staff, clean bathrooms. They have a drive through option that is very convenient if you are on your way up to Tahoe or in a hurry. They get the 4 stars because the cashier got the order wrong. And when I asked for a new latte without the 3 pumps of vanilla syrup I DIDN’T order my request was met with little to no sympathy. Not a single word was spoken to me. And I could swear I heard that “I ordered my latte that way”. Never. I will never add syrup to my coffee or lattes. it’s just not for me. So no way she heard vanilla during the order process…..little unnecessary hip-cup during our visit. Still highly recommended.

Couldn't find q tips.... asked staff and they said they were locked up. A $1 item locked up. I guess it's not their fault just a sign of the times.... the store in my opinion is less well stocked than 5 years ago...impossible to get house paint here as I once tried 5 times only to be told that no one who knew how to operate the paint machines and matching equipment was working today....it's been years I think since the paint department was in use...compare that to other Walmarts that sell a ton of paint....it's less clean than it once was...is it only this location going down hill or all of them??

For a great experience, have Mel (Cashier) check u out. She is more than pleasant with customer service! Flip side of the coin is completely opposite. Now, I don't mind things recently being locked up. With remorse, I completely understand. What is BEYOND annoying and frustrating? (NICELY PUT) When you decide to purchase a product and ring the buzzer to have an employee unlock the cabinet for you and no one shows, EVER! NO ONE WILL EVER COME,.. I don't care how many times you push that buzzer or complain. I will shop elsewhere or on-line for items locked up at Wal-Mart.

I try not to shop @ Wal Mart, but with their low prices I have to. I purchase mostly, cleaning supplies, cold and flu medicine and oral care.(toothpaste, etc.) Store is clean and organized. Typical Wal Mart customer service. I don't mind showing my receipt because I have nothing to hide. (The employees at the self checkout are always helpful and friendly)

Once AGAIN, no bags at checkout! A cart full of items, and sorry (not sorry) “we don’t have any bags”! We “ran out”, same lame excuse as last time. What kind of management runs out of bags, all the time? Seriously inconvenient, I’m done shopping there, too many other options in Placerville.

Terrible customer service today!!!Went to cash a check I do every week. Usually I get a young lady or gentlemen but today not the case. The older women was very irritated at every step of the process. She told me I don't know who's cashing these but they shouldn't have. Which is untrue. She complained that the check had a fold in it. Then says it's rejecting it. That I can't cash it there because I am only allowed two checks a week even though today made it a week on the day of me cashing last one. No where in the store space behind the counter does it advise a customer of that policy!!! I took the bus from pollock pines down to get it done . Resentful attitude poor language as well as giving me false information on cashing it at Safeway. Which was a extra walk for nothing. I don't mind most of the attitude I can shrug off but to just speak with such a snotty Resentful tone was so unacceptable!!!!

The Placerville Walmart leaves much to be desired and I mainly go there because they have the only sewing material in our area. You have to wait awhile for someone to come and cut material or service that department. The produce is minimal and usually the store is crowded and shoppers clog the aisles with their carts and mobility devices. I go there for the fairly low prices and one stop for what I need. The amount of dogs brought into the store is annoying. Very few are service animals and they're often placed IN the cart where groceries go. I think I will never forgive them for building that Walmart on the green rolling property with the beautiful old oak tree that they cut down.

I get so frustrated every time I come here but unfortunately it's the only place in the area where I can grab everything I need at once. I absolutely loathe that I have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and unlock the underwear when I need to pick up more for my kids or husband or if I want to get any Burts bees products. The actual customer service is horrible.

I went into the store to buy my kids new bikes. The two that I had found online and wanted were only on sale if you purchased online which I didn’t realize until I got there. I looked around and found two right next to each other that were perfect and on clearance. One was for my son and the other for my daughter. The signs both said $64. An employee assisted us in getting them down and I even clearly asked if they were on clearance, he said yes. We got to the front and we’re told one was ringing up cheaper at $50 and the other was somewhere around $150. I told them everything, directed them to the signs and that I spoke to the employee etc. The employee at the front went and looked. He came back and said that they weren’t giving them to me for that price and that the sign, “wasn’t even lit up.” Basically as if I was lying. I asked for a manager and went back to take photos so I could show the manager. Matt came to the front and was really kind. He had already offered to help us when we were wheeling our bikes up to the front and passed him. He said he could only go as low as $100. I wasn’t going to buy it but my mom offered to pay the difference. While I really appreciated Matt’s customer service it’s a very frustrating experience when the signs clearly said $64, I had proof and had asked the original employee that helped me get them down. I spend hundreds here every week doing grocery pick ups for my family and am really disappointed in my experience. I understand that management probably has thresholds but when the customer is showing proof and another employee looked and already confirmed I don’t feel like right was done by the customer. Due to my experience I plan on moving my grocery pick ups to Target. I hope no one else has the same experience and hope that next time the price that is listed is what’s honored.

Generally nice people but my family went in the other day to post some flyers up for their church and we’re told that the manager threw the flyers in the trash and they couldn’t post them up because it wasn’t for a nonprofit. As a partner i know that my store wouldn’t just throw flyers away even if they religious, we’d respectfully hand them back and tell them why. Though I myself am not religious I wouldn’t be disrespectful to regular customers who are just trying to be nice.

Your customer service is awful. Every time I would like to return something or I need to go to the customer service desk they find some type of excuse not to do their job. I have gotten their 45 minutes before they close and they decided to close early that day and that's not just one time cuz I understand that things happen in grocery stores that is been multiple times that they find an excuse to close early and not 5 minutes early like 35 Plus minutes early. I have also called numerous times on different days and walked into the store and looked at your customer service desk and watch people openly ignore the phone that's ringing and I've asked them before are you going to answer it and they have no reason to not answer it. And the lady that likes to sit on the stool she's super rude. She must hate her job. There are employees there that are nice and that do help you because they care about people that they're helping and not just getting a paycheck.

Do yourself a favor and do an oil change elsewhere. I had an appointment for 12:00pm and they only had 1 car at about 11:00am. I went inside to see if I could get in early. While I was walking towards the entrance a lady parked next in line for service and went in before me that had NO appointment. Once it was my turn and I asked if I could get in early, the lady was extremely rude and said probably not were really busy with an annoyed tone. I parked my car towards the maintenance anyways because I wasn't going to take a chance someone else gets in front. Checked in about 30 minutes later and went back to my car. I get a message that my car was being worked on a little past 12:00 pm. About 45 minutes later, the guy says I can't do your oil change because the last place you took it tightened your filter too much so now it's stripped. He said take it back there or go to an actual mechanic because he doesn't have the time to do it. Waste of time and had to deal with their bad attitudes. Don't come here.

Nah. 15+ minutes to unlock something. Ask two employees, they don't have radios "Sorry can't help." so they walk away. 10 minutes. Finally get a decent employee (shout out!) and they say that person has to walk another item up to the register. 10 minutes. Now I'm irritated, but alright..."Are you still shopping?" Gotta have it wait up at the register, self check out preferably. Let my irritation be known. "I don't make the rules" -Employee Cool. Still there because I hate myself, I guess. Get my shopping done. Wait 13 minutes in line for self checkout, and get to the front of the line. Literally get yelled at "IT'S 15 ITEMS OR LESS...they have four of these open and only one (person manning the self checkouts)" For real? Where's the sign? I just waited a long time for an unlock for an item under $10, have a cart full of groceries, want to give your company money and now I have to waste my time in another line? "I don't make the rules." Very cool. A little customer service would have been nice after such a frustrating experience. Here's your money for the goods, Walmart. Never again, no matter the location. If your corporation puts policies and procedures to reduce theft in downtown Sacramento that does not translate well to rural locations. I don't make the rules. Common sense does.

This store actually used to be pretty good. It has gone downhill in the last 6 ish months. The restroom used to always be clean, now it is filthy and often has only 1 toilet working. I've noticed many of the employees who stock the shelves are socializing loudly or listening to music on their phones while working. Self checkout employees can be very short and rude, if it is open at all( it was closed for several weeks recently). The employees that have been here for years, who were friendly and did a decent job, now look miserable and exhausted. I have actually gone in to the store about 5 times in the last several months and walked out 4 of those times. Not quite sure if this is a corporate issue and/or managemet, but it's a huge bummer.

They will let the phone ring forever. when asking employees where things are they look at you like you're asking them to do quantum physics. If you are trying to get someone in sporting goods, good luck finding the 1 person with the keys to unlock anything. Place needs some serious management and personnel guidance.

I came in to get a plant for a gift and they all were poorly maintained and half dead and dry as a bone. Very disappointing. I know we've had a hot summer but I think that would make you more aware of the care plants need. What a waste.

Having a really frustrating time with the new anti theft measures. Tonight I came in to buy a hammer and nails. Hammers are now in a case. Hit button total of 4 times. Each time waiting a bit and only hitting it again when the blinking light turned off. Was probably in there a good 15-20 min waiting for someone to open the case. This has been happening quite a bit lately as many products are now anti-purchase proof as well as anti-theft. I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and am sure they are doing there best. But if corporate wants to continue with this way of doing things, they really need to staff enough people to assist customers in a reasonable time frame. I'm sure it is a staffing issue since as I was leaving self checkout was being closed for the employee working there to go to lunch. Now I either have to try again tomorrow or find somewhere else to buy a hammer.

Sam Walton would be unhappy with their customer service. Associates your rude, walking awayas i was asking a question. Waited in razor aisle for 10min, pressed button twice for service, and their was a supervisor who seen me and never asked if I needed help. Customer service was Mr. Waltons number one responsibility and today I wasn't even given that. Never shopping there again.

Second time I have done a return at this Walmart. Does not matter how many are in the return line, there is one person doing returns with multiple others standing around chatting. Ugh Third time visiting waited 30 min for manager to come with key to stock room. Why do I keep coming to this one?

This Walmart is the worst Walmart store ever. They shelves are almost always bare. Getting fresh fruit or dairy is sketchy at best. What fruit they do have is old or bruised. Everything is locked up and finding an associate to help is a major chore. I have to shop at Ralphs or Safeway to acquire more than half of my grocery shopping, due to the shortage of items at this Walmart. To be fair to Walmart, it is just this store. Every other Walmart in the Sacramento area is well stocked and well staffed.

Needed help in hardware section glass doors and asked an employee at the further aisle and announced com that I needed help but nobody came. Waited for about 30 minutes and left. Very pissed and disappointing

Coach AJ went above and beyond her everyday job duties to help me locate a important receipt, most would have refused because of the cash payment her time and friendliness was very appreciated! She did not need to do what she did for me. More places need employees like this! I definitely cannot say enough about Ellie in electronics she is a wonderful employee! she took over an hour and a half with me to help me figure out my phone plan and figure out how to get my phone upgraded for the cheapest price she was more patient than I would have been! Different phone calls ,being transferred, very frustrating stuff and she's stuck in there with me! The first time she helped me she's stayed after her scheduled shift. she has put in a lot of time and effort to help me and I can't express how much I appreciate her! She's a sweetheart with bright purple hair! There is definitely no other employees that would have gone over and beyond and completely out of her way! I work in customer service and to be honest I don't think I would have done what she did for me! Note to her boss she needs a promotion or raise definitely. We just met and I already feel comfortable .she has a great vibe! Enjoy your lunch Ellie and Thank u so much!

dale and Gilbert are the slowest human beings I have ever seen it took them over 18 mins for them to grab one customer a single tv and another customer a roll of film I waited 20 mins before I gave up I needed a ps5 controller and at the rate they were going with one customer still ahead of me I would’ve been here all day . 0 out of 5 for customer service

I just moved here on 7/11/2025. So I had to go get groceries for the new apartment. Never mind this Walmart has the worst selection of groceries and smallest, when we got to the lines, it was 6pm and there was only 1 cashier. At first there was 3 of us in line, then 11. No one came to help. No one. Meanwhile, you could see from the line, at least 7 minimum employees, standing around the self checkouts and checkout lines, doing absolutely nothing. The ladies in front of me were sorry this was my first experience in my new town. 6pm on a saturday should not be a time where only 1 cashier is present. Not to mention, it took way too long to scan the items and get checked out. I thought for sure my frozen stuff would have thawed out. Just sad. If there is more than 2 people in line, open more.

Have half the parking lot chained up, including all the handicapped parking spots. So good luck. They are putting everything in locked cabinets and are now back to looking at your receipt. Even the frickin dog leashes are locked up. I guess they think their customers are gonna Rob them. Cannot wait for target to open in Placerville.

I've been going to this Walmart since it opened. It is 5 miles from my house so it's very convenient. I like a lot of the old-timers that I've been working there and some of the new young ones. But the quality of service has gone downhill significantly the shelves are empty. And as of today I am not gonna shop there

So absolutely appalled. I go into to pay and have an old hundred. The machine would not take it. I asked for help. I was accused on self check out of having fake money and that they were going to take it. I asked if they had a money marker as I knew it was real. I was told by Cathy that no they don't do that. Cathy suggested I go to bank to trade it out and she will hold onto my groceries. I was gone 5 minutes when I returned Cathy went on break and had all of my stuff returned. Needless to say I will never return. The bank said this happens all the time they don't know how to tell the difference with old money. Do better walmart really. If she would have confiscated that bill that means she would have stole it. When I tried to explain what was going on to someone else the lady had to literally run up and intervene into our conversation to try to defend herself. Terrible terrible service

This Walmart is a prime example of what happens when leadership completely fails. From the moment you walk in, it’s obvious that this store is running on autopilot—with no pride, no standards, and no respect for customers. Let’s start with the locked-up merchandise. Nearly anything worth buying is behind glass, and good luck finding an associate to unlock it. When you do, they act like you're inconveniencing them. Then there’s the shelf stock—or lack of it. Entire aisles are barren, and what's left is either close to expiring or already expired. I pointed this out to an employee, and he just stood there. No apology, no radioing a manager, no removal of the expired product—nothing. Just stood there with his mouth open. That kind of indifference starts at the top. When staff are that disengaged, it shows leadership doesn't care either. Speaking of care—or lack of it—the bathrooms are disgusting. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve been filthy: overflowing trash cans, wet floors, empty soap dispensers, and a smell that makes you want to hold your breath. It’s obvious they aren’t checked or cleaned regularly, which is unacceptable for a store of this size and foot traffic. This store operates like no one’s watching and no one in charge cares. Walmart is a big name, but this location is dragging it through the mud. Leadership needs a wake-up call—or a complete overhaul. Until then, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This Walmart is one of the worst I’ve visited. Guest services were unhelpful and disorganized. Nearly everything of value is locked up, making shopping inconvenient and frustrating. Many shelves were barren, and what little was stocked included items close to or past their expiration date. When I pointed out expired products to an employee, he did absolutely nothing—no acknowledgment, no effort to remove them, no attempt to notify anyone, and he certainly didn’t offer to help find what I needed. He just stood there, completely unresponsive. This isn’t just about one worker—it reflects a serious lack of leadership and poor store management. It’s clear that customer experience and safety are not priorities here. I wont be returning.

The ogp people seem to have a hard time finding the items that they need. When people get hired for cap 1 and cap 2 they should be stocking the shelves correctly and not just shoving item behind or wherever to get the job done faster...that doesn't help anyone. Your just making it harder on the customers and the ogp workers and they get pushed for it??? That's stupid CAP team managers please do your job and have your workers correctly put stuff in the appropriate item slots and when it comes to top stocking items if the shelves when that item is homed is full, dont throw it on a top shelf 4 rows down. Just bring it back to the back room as the extra over stock that could go out there......geeeeez

Customer Service was great! However, I'm giving it a one star because this Walmart is Not a Super Walmart and you won't be able to find everything you need/looking for in one place like you normally would do at a SuperWalmart. My recommendation is to go to another one even if it's further because, more than likely, you will be disappointed when you go to Thomas Walmart only to find out they don't carry/or have what your looking for and have to drive to another store anyways.

Gilbert at door cking reciepts Amazing as ❤️‍🩹 well. The gray haired lady in Electronics (slender/with 🕶️ amazing. On many occasions I have had to ask them not to put so much in each bag because bcuz I am battling 4 CANCERS, a few get irritated. I end up bagging my own to show then what I can lift once at home.

If I could give a 0 I would. This auto center is Unsafe, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced on Friday 9/19 around 6pm. I started feeling a violent vibration from the front left tire on Monday evening. On Tuesday I drove maybe 30 miles at most and the conditions got worse. I had my daughter in the car! Once I reached my destination Tuesday morning I looked and felt the front left tire lug nuts. 2 were hand loose! Not lying! 2 more on each tire I could tighten with a ratchet. I had to take my car to another shop because I didn’t trust this store anymore. They found 2 stripped lug nuts and 3 more studs damaged. I have to replace all 5 studs due to this lazy and unprofessional and unsafe service. I have spoke to the store manager Damien and will be following up with corporate. Damien did offer me the chance to come back to his store to remount and torque the tires. I declined that service because I didn’t trust this store anymore! This is a matter that should be dealt with immediately and most of all unsafe! I was a mechanic for almost 5 years in tires shops, trained and certified in brakes, suspensions, alignments, and multiple other services. I understand how this automotive business goes from both the front and back shops. Please, do not take your car here! The week prior to this service I walked in at 8 am to try to get tires installed. The woman not only shut down my car”walk in” but also told me I needed to go online and look to see if the tires were in stock. She told me that I could leave the car but had no timeline of work to be done. She was rude, shut down my business and lazy. I will never go to this Walmart again for auto repair. If I can’t stop atleast 1 person from this next nightmare it’s a win. Stay safe and stay away.

Worst shopping experience of my life. The car center put on new tires and managed to damage my fiancé's new car. Then refused to take responsibility and held our car Ransom until we paid them. They even refused to put the old tires back on forcing the situation and making us pay not only for the tires and horrible service but with another issue that has run up quite a bill. Absolutely hate this store and dont go there unless it is my absolute only option

I went in to return car chains today. I am flying out tomorrow out of San Francisco and needed to do it today. Walmart policy states that I can return unopened chains. When I went to customer service the associate pointed to a store sign and not one from home office. I advised her I bought it online in Anderson . She said to take it back there if they stated I can return it. I contacted walmart.com and they also told me I can take it to any walmart. This has been a HUGE inconvenience because either I take on the plane with me to Florida or try a walmart on the way to San Fran tomorrow morning.

It's okay to tell guests that you're out of a certain item. I would have happily ordered a different drink if the barista had simply let me know they were out of strawberries. If they weren't out, then they missed the mark on this recipe. Yes, I know that I can ask then to remake the drink, but unfortunately there isn't always time for that. Drive-thru order to start a busy day. As a former SBUX barista that worked in Seattle, it's frustrating how inconsistent this location is.

As a former Starbucks employee and also having been a regular customer for the past ten years, this location has very poor quality product. The product is not consistent. Also, most espresso beverages do not even have an espresso/coffee taste. It tastes watered down and artificial. I used to get a venti iced espresso beverage and about 75% of space is taken up by ice. The rest is watered down espresso. It is certainly not worth the $7. I would rather get the jug of Starbucks coffee at the grocery store. Tastes better. I'd also like to add that when I was going here frequently, there were so many occasions in which they were randomly closed for the day. The location and set up of the drive thru is not efficient and has turned into a safety hazard with the increased population. There is no room for the cars in the line to reasonably go if there are more than two cars waiting to have their order taken at the electronic set up. In one direction, you are blocking off cars on the main road from turning into the parking lot. If you line up in the other direction, you are blocking parked cars from leaving. I assume they must be aware of this because they give high priority to the drive thru. I've ordered inside the establishment multiple times thinking it would be quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. It is not crowded inside, yet it takes a very unreasonably long amount of time to get your drink. When I used to work at Starbucks many many years ago, if we took that long to get an order out, we were supposed to give the customer a free drink card with it and apologize for the wait. I have overall wanted to distance myself from Starbucks and this Starbucks location has certainly sealed the deal. Tired of still seeing their gay rainbow gear and DEI agenda. Just give me a good cup of coffee and be done with it. I guess becoming social justice warriors tanks the quality of a business, their product, and customer service.

We went through the drive thru this evening. We ordered two different drinks. One was a coffee and not made to order. The other was a strawberry acia that was undrinkable. Every sip had so many seeds it was awful. I ended up tossing it out. That has been a go to drink and it has never been so awful. I have ordered from here before and other Starbucks locations. This location is close to my house but I will not be returning. Do better

This happens more than it should and I can tell it’s more milk than anything because it’s straight white. It’s supposed to be a quad shot more brown color. And tastes straight like milk and I run in and run out at 6 am and when I get to work I’m upset cause these aren’t cheap and they aren’t made right.

Staff is rude always have horrible attitude problems ( larger woman with dyed red hair) if dare ask for light ice they fill it almost to top and smile about it like it's a joke. Ask for oatmilk do to allergy and of course it wasn't 3rd time in a row. Will not be going back.
