First time in the store food was hot and the cornbread was great too. Service was great. Restaurant was very clean and has tables out to sit on a nice days. Will be back for sure also Price is reasonable for the food size and service .

I'm a big fan of Boston Market, but I usually don't get the rotisserie chicken. I think that rotisserie chicken at Sam's Club is better and it's only $5.99. I'm was disappointed to hear that Boston Market stopped selling their turkey meat. It was my second favorite behind their meat loaf. Their sides are delicious.

I've had better food; particularly the sides; they usually look like they been sitting awhile. On the other hand it's better than most restaurants with the same concept in that area. The service was good as well as the time in & out.

Was going to eat in, but was packaged up to go without asking us. Did not feel welcome to stay

I've visited this location many times over the last 5+ years & can honestly say the service overall is decent (B+). Food has tasted good for the most part, staff can be more professional, restrooms more maintenance but usually clean. I recently went 2 days ago, it was packed. The staff did a great job getting to everyone except for one employee. I will continue to spend my money here. I've hardly had issues in my many visits.

So I'm in a weird place with Boston Market. The other day for lunch, my buddies wanted to go here. I am not a fan of BM food in general, but agreed to go. There were a lady and a dude working the lunch shift that day. There were pretty cool. Clearly enjoyed what they were doing and having fun with the customers. This location was super clean and service was fast. They really probably deserve 5 stars, but again just not a fan of the food. If you like Boston Market in general, I would say this one deserves your money.

Went during dinner time and everything was hot, in stock, and fresh. The staff were nice. I only did 4 stars because the tables weren’t being cleaned quickly and you can tell when people are clean because they want to be and when they have to be, and this was the latter. Still clean though, but just enough.

The manager and employees are always sweet and professional whenever I visit. Food always good. So convenient to have a healthy food option so close to home.

Food was hot, the corn bread is the star of the show. It was good,good portions.

Cornbread could have been fresher..The Credit card machine was down but stuff happens..Customer service was good..I was greeted when I approached the counter..You would be surprised to find that a simple greeting goes a long way...

Omg! I drove almost 1 hour after being stuck in traffic 😆 . But it was very well worth it! Turkey with mash potatoes , corn, mac & cheese. Mmmm maelking me hungry right now 😆

The food is good. The service is good. The resturant needs to desperately be renovated. The bathroom is scary to use, the floors and baseboards are dirty and run down in the entire resturant. This resturant is just basically done for as far as the atheistic appeal. BUT the food IS good. I just worry that the kitchen in the back may need as much updating as the dining area!

This place needs a good deep clean of the dining and restroom area. Food was warm, not what I am used to from other Boston Markets,people were great.

Having to wait 10mins for family size tortilla soup at peak hours was disappointing enough, however once home discovered there was very little chicken in the soup, which was truly heart breaking. What's chicken tortilla soup without the chicken?? This really deserve a 1star rating, however, since the employees were so polite, accomodating, and demonstrated great customer service even though it was mad busy, I will give a 3 star rating.

The sweet tea at this location isn't proper sweet tea, it is a glucose overdose with tea extract. I had to dilute about 8 oz of the sweet tea with 22 oz of unsweetened tea for it to be drinkable. The warming platform seemed to be broken so all the sides and pit pies were in the warmer. The corn bread was tasty. The chicken was warm and delicious, but a little dry for dark meat. The pot pie was a major disappointment. The meat was dry and milly and everything in it was mushy. The employees were polite and respectful.

While yes the food is not the quality it used to be, I understand why because they are no longer supplied by US Foods which has the better quality, they only have 1 person to blame and that’s the incompetent owner Jay Pandya so that is not the restaurant’s fault. I was still able to enjoy what I got from here

Inconsistent. Sometimes the vegetables are cooked and soft, sometime they are hard like they've only been cooking for a few minutes before being served. The pot pie gravy is inconsistent sometimes it's a certain consistency and flavor sometimes it isn't. Sometimes the chicken pot pie doesn't have gristle and other bits in it sometimes it does. The brownies are always good though. Sometimes they have things stocked and ready sometimes they don't and you cant get what you want. I don't know if it's because there isn't older Management to watch the younger people who may not put as much attention to detail into things or if the whole staff is just all over the place. I really hope they get to a consistent level on the things they do.

A close friend of mine invited me out with her friend for a thanksgiving treat. The chicken was amazingly juicy. The mash potatoes was great, but the mac and cheese was soggy. The fellowship was nice. We spent several hours there.

Stopped by today and just about everything was a let down. The mac and mashed potatoes weren’t bad but no where near the taste of the og recipe. The cornbread (which is what I was craving the most) was also not bad per se but had a completely different taste. The turkey was actually great but had no gravy for it or the mashed potatoes. The employees were very friendly and attentive but the food was just not it.

Chicken was good but a number of the sides looked dry and old and in need of daily replacement, especially the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I got the corn and only took one bite, it was not fresh and was unsuitable to serve for public consumption. Won't be going back.

Ordered the $250 Thanksgiving family meal for TG. Trying to call the night before to confirm my order will be ready tomorrow, but their number listed all over the internet isn't being picked up and is not able to leave a message. I'm nervous. I called 5 times today. I live 20 mins away. I found the receipt and it's a different number, I called and it's disconnected.

Not the same as I remembered in the 90s. They are going down like Bennigan's did because they are outdated n dull. What cost then stars was the restrooms were not clean not totally bad but they need to be updated n refreshed. The food is still good just could have been hotter. I still enjoyed my food and had a good time and a okay spot to stop in.

Went this location everything in the warmer the young African American girl with braids dont listen I asked her for sweet potatoes casserole and another sweet potato casserole and spinach then she asked me what is your other side I was like sweet potato casserole than give a a side of sweet potato casserole and spinach than my husband asked for a extra sweet potato casserole for a 1.00 then the Hispanic girl said it's only what a meal which is understandable my husband ordered a meatloaf meal so I said could you give my husband a side of sweet potato casserole so we paid the $2.99 for his sweet potato casserole but for me I did not receive mine the young African-American girl with the braids was rushing and didn't even get my order right she left off my extra sweet potato casserole and I was the one who asked before my husband did I kept telling her I wanted two sweet potatoes casserole and spinach but instead she gave me spinach and sweet potato casserole I was going to pay just give me what I ask for I know it only comes with two sides stop trying to tell people what they want and give them what they want I been in Duncanville 13 years.

The food was delicious, however the service was not good. One man served up some of the food that we wanted, stopped before we were done without asking if we wanted anything else and walked away to work on prep. The remaining woman ignored us, helping people who were behind us in line once then a second time as we stood there waiting. At first we were confused and didn't know if the man was coming back but then we had to alert the woman that we were there before the other people behind us before she finished our order. No apology from her for ignoring us, none from the man who left us and continued prep, although he could clearly see us. Very frustrating and felt invisible in this store.

I ordered the new chicken sandwich with bacon combo, the sandwich was ok, he didn't put mayo as I ask, the spinach that usually is delicious was watered down with no taste, and I didn't get the drink that came with it, the manager did offer me to replace my order, instead I ordered the mac and cheese , due to they didn't have bacon for another chicken sandwich, I was offered the half chicken it was good but the mac and cheese was water down also and wasn't good. I was somewhat disappointed both times.

I go here weekly for lunch during work. Usually good, fast and efficient. Today they have 1 girl working the whole store: food area, the chicken area and the cash register. With 5 people deep in line, it took quite a while. Where is the manager to help? This has happened before and it's frustrating when I need to get back to the office asap

I don't know what happened the day I visited but there was no food out on the line.everything was in the hot box or refrigerator. I have not been back since. However, in the past, this restaurant is usually very good.

Got the cod meal with broccoli and potatoes with a side of sweet potato casserole. It was my first time at Boston market ever and for religious reasons I can’t eat meat today but after I paid I notice my fish was cold, and I asked for a new one the employee working there states “yes it’s been sitting out for a while” and he says it’s gonna be 16 minutes to make a new one so if you want to order the fish I’d say expect to wait 16 minutes for a new one since they don’t keep up with it. Casserole was good

Came because i missed the mac n cheese and most locations were closed down. Dont know what to say other than the mac n cheese here is not anything like the usual boston market mac dissapointed

The service I received was ok. My issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the lack of appetizing selections. My food was ok, however, the sides were limited. The spinach tasted semi burned. Other than that, my turkey was good and so were my mixed vegetables. The worst part was the filthy drink area. The coca cola freestyle machine was so filthy. The tea holders were filthy as well. The whole drink area was filthy. They need to do better.

Normaly Boston Market is the go to place for a fast meal. I've been to this location twice. The first time they forgot the cornbread. So, part my fault for not checking. Second time the food just tasted bad. It was like they soaked the meatloaf is vinegar. This was on my was home from work, so about 45 minutes from home. Was not going back to waste 1.5 hours on drive time to complain. Will not be going back at all. These are each big family orders so that we have lunch the next day. So ruined both dinner and lunch for us. Unfortunate.

They still jack up their prices on Thanksgiving. A girl told me that sweet potato was included in the price but upon paying for the meal, a man said it was not. 3X unmasked men had to look inside the container to see what it was. And no gravy or sauce was given even though I'd asked for it on the side. It left a salty taste in my mouth. Any wonder they went bankrupt? Next time I'll go to Luby's

Bbq pulled chicken was okay after mixing it with other foods to make a sandwich or dip. Seemed like the food was very elementary and bland. Not very tasteful like they used to be.🥦 cashier lied to me about costs so I paid more than what he told me and showed me. Too expensive. I don’t know if it was this location but usually when I eat at Boston market I’m very satisfied but not at this place sorry.

This was a online order my husband picked up and he said for no-one being in there the service was a 6. I ordered country fried chicken with white gravy it clearly says but no gravy was given and the corn was super dry I had to add butter to it. Food temperature was a little warm not even hot. So disappointed 😞

They need to close this location to came in today around 4 paid 35 dollars for the driest chicken I ever had cream spinach that was just spinach they call this there premium side haven’t been here in a while since cowboy chicken in Irving which is the closest to me opened big mistake I can see why there are closing a lot of locations they must be hanging by a thread bad management for not throwing out that chicken that had been sitting there for a while you will never again have my business again just costed you more than had you thrown out that inedible chicken out

This location is consistently the worse of all Boston Markets! A rotating door of employees; Sophia, the new manager is terrible having absolutely no professionalism or customer service training or expertise at all! This location is always out of something! Including but not limited to: Advertised Specials! Dark meat chicken; Gallon of Drinks, especially those that are advertised! This is suppose to be a chicken restaurant! All this restaurant is suppose to do is chicken everyday! And they Just "Can't Get Right!" Don't waste your time and money patronizing this chicken restaurant!

Smh taste like hospital food ! Where is the seasoning?

We bought our family’s Christmas dinner here this evening...after patiently waiting a bit for them to get the order together, we get home and my husband takes a bit of creamed spinach and feels something crunchy...it was a bug. Half of a bug, anyway...there was no question...of course, no one wants to eat any more after that... after making another trip up there to speak with the manager, he gave us $12 back out of the $60 we had spent and didn’t even look at the bug we brought back up there...just took the baggie and tossed it straight into the trash. I have no confidence that anything will be done to remedy the problem, so we will not be visiting this establishment again.

The reason I gave so low scores is for the Boston Market on Polk and Pleasant Run in DeSoto Texas. The place looks closed and no care on the outside. You had to look closer to see if anyone is there. Probably won't go back unless a change is made.

Came and bought a family meal and Ms Janie who said she was the manager had horrible attitude/customer service and was really unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job then this job is not for her. I ask her for corporate office number and her name and she refused and walked away thinking it was funny. I had to ask another employee for her name. After that she came back out and handed me a business card while smirking and looking at me like it was funny, and the business card provided information that I didn't ask for. Because of all that I will not come here again. One employee, Mr.Ollie was professional and had amazing customer service and help us with everything. Because of that he should be manager, the amazing services he provided should be rewarded.

We placed a catering order a week ago, when it was time to pick up, I waited in line 2 hours because it was very unorganized, on top of that, the pie I ordered was given away and I had to get a different flavor. The whole turkey I ordered a week ago was out and they gave me turkey breast only. And the cornbread I ordered 2 dozen of were "just out" it was seriously unprofessional and I was extremely upset at this. Due to the fact that this is the first time I have done something like this, it will most likely be the last

I see why there aren’t too many more of these around the Metroplex. The rotisserie chicken was dry and flavorless as were the red potatoes and the creamed spinach was like soup. Completely disappointed!

One hour after opening, food is out! I asked will more come out, server had to check. Brought out more food handle of serving spoon fell in food, server didn't notice. Mac and cheese was dry... somehow the food has gone downhill

I walked in there. No greeting. I didn't see any chicken spinning in that oven. I went to the food in the glass and it looked old. I touched the glass with the food in it, and there was no radiation of heat. I walked straight out of there promptly. No customers were inside, and I wasn't surprised.

I am very upset with the Boston Market #0112 located on (789 W. Wheatland Road, Duncanville, TX 75116 On 11/27/24, I stopped in to place an order for... 1x (((Whole))) "Rotisserie" Chicken, 2x Lg. Gravy's and 4x Lg. Mashed Potatoes. It wasn't till I was home that I noticed I was charged for 4x Lg. Mashed Potatoes with (((4x))) Gravy's along with the 2x Lg. Gravy's I was only wanting. Also, when I told the young lady at the counter I was wanting a (((Whole))) "Rotisserie" Chicken, I clearly heard her repeat my chicken order to a black man with glasses behind her. Without even asking, he started cutting into the chicken. I repeated to her that I want a (((Whole))) "Rotisserie" Chicken for him to not to cut it, she then told him I'm wanting it whole. He then proceeded to roll his eye's and with an bad attitude he muttered something under his breath to a Hispanic man next to him. He then shoved that chicken aside and I noticed he grabbed a chicken from an entirely different area he had grabbed the first Rotisserie Chicken he had started cutting into and said something to that guy standing next to him. He then took the chicken and dropped it in a to go box and passed it over and placed next to the large sides I was also purchasing which was a total of ($57.30). It wasn't till I was home, that I also noticed he had not given me what I had thought I paid for all along which was a (((Rotisserie))) "Chicken", he instead gave me this extremely bland tasteless entirely unseasoned overly-cooked dry cardboard tasting (((Regular type))) "Chicken". I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and the phone number from their online page location and neither number worked. I've tried to the main Boston Market online directory but it got me nowhere. I am here to let everyone know that this particular location is not worth you having to spend your very hard earned money. The guys there a extremely rude, unprofessional and lazy. Because, I sure as heck don't have a great amount of money to be wasting on food from a place that is not worth it like this Boston Market location.

I sit in my car for about 5 minutes because I wasn’t for sure if it was open! There was a handwritten exit & entry sign, new hour sign, no type of advertisement on the windows or inside!! I was so disappointed in the food…even the chicken didn’t taste like Boston Market and the red potatoes was in water no seasoning but the yams was ok!! I literally waisted $30 and I definitely will not go back to this restaurant.

Food has no flavor. The atmosphere is very bad seems that the restaurant has not been updated or even cared for properly.

We just left. It has been years since we ate here at this boston market. But when we did the food was always good. But today I don't know what happen to boston market!! They fell off big time!! As soon as we got there they said we don't have any more meats except for chicken. They only had the baked and rotisserie chicken! I had my heart set on Mac n cheese until they brought the new batch out. It looked like they sprinkled some powdered cheese sauce and mixed it with water!!! This Mac n cheese looked watery! And what happened to the chicken? The rotisserie chicken was very dry!! We had to put salt, pepper, gravy, and some hot sauce on it just to give it some flavor and none of that helped! I asked when did yall ran out of meats, and they said today. They said the truck did not come today. Other people walked In and walked out. We paid $29 for 2 meals. We should've stayed home and ate what we had at home instead of wasting $29. I felt like I was just eating the food to fill my stomach because I paid for it. I always take my left overs home, but for the 1st time, I threw this food out. There was 1 older person and 3 younger people working there. I guess they don't know how to cook or don't care to know but this was bad. Now I am skeptical about the other boston markets. I don't know what happened here and when this place fell off but i remember this boston market used to be packed. Do yourself a favor, save your money and gas and don't come here.

These kids need an adult manager on-site. The entire staff needs to be trained on Customer Service. Get the orders correct. Give the customer what they ask for, not what you THINK they want. Try some professionalism and friendliness. Be attentive to the customers instead of having conversations with each other. Check the temperature of the food and replace the food when the pan is empty or the food has been under the light too long. This store is the worst one of those that I have frequented. This Duncanville, Texas store is consistent on NOT getting orders correct and receiving a ZERO on customer service!!!!!!!!

This wasn’t a great location we ordered a huge thanksgiving platter for our office and it was falsely advertised online. Would not recommend for anyone food was okay but nothing special service was poor and location didn’t look up to standard

Will not be back. Only had three bites of chicken and instantly fell sick! Definitely improper food storage is the only reasonable explanation. Disgusting especially on Christmas Eve!!!! Hope I’m better tomorrow.

So disappointed. This location is so unorganized! Our dinner was disgusting. We ordered takeout. The chicken was not cooked right and was still hard ad pink/red. The chicken soup tasted so grosssss. It had a really nasty old chicken taste. They forgot to give us our drink and other items and I had to ask for them. Since this was a takeout order, we ended up having to throw away our food and our dinner was ruined. Never going there again!

I ordered food through Boston Market website. I pick the order up and they did not have my order complete. They did not put my Mac and Cheese . They did not have bottle of water. They did offer me fountain drinks but even the fountain drinks was out of the usual. They did not have diet coke or diet Dr. Pepper. I ate my soup and did not like it . It had a weird sour taste so I did not eat. The sandwich was okay . Pretty tasteless. I only ate half and threw away the other half . I am lover of Boston Market but this location was really not good. I will probably will not go back.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. No food ready. They told me 15 min for turkey! Other food like creamed spinach was not even lukewarm. Chicken was super dry. Lemon chicken was a joke (teeny tiny cup of lemon sauce poured over reg chicken for a dollar more!) Smaller portions, no customer service, they didn't even seem to speak English or just badly trained. Had to ask for Napkins etc. Awful! I remember being at the first store opening out in Long Island, NY and that was just when they had chicken and it was sooo good. Now, it's for the birds!

This place is the nasty! Roaches under the tables. Which it's look like that they had roaches but never seen them until yesturday. I have visited this location a few times over the last few months and the soda fountain has not worked, so you get charge extra for drink. They have not had meatloaf not 1 time they always say that they are out, chicken was like trying to eat the sand from the a destert it was that dry. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!! Just Nasty! Really should have asked for my money back.

I was very disappointed with this place. I ordered via phone for our company approx 15-18 orders. Upon arrival the manager seemed upset that I had a large order plus the fact I was paying with credit cards for each individual order- (I try to make it easy for any food establishment to use credit cards). First of all, I didn't appreciated being treated like I was asking for charity- I am a paying customer. Secondly, the orders were not by name order as I had requested nor by "numbers" as he had mentioned. One order was also incorrect=( I will never again come to this Boston Market!!! They didn't even offer to help me carry out the large box with the food. My fist time here was awsum!! This second time was VERY VERY unsatisfying!!! If they only knew that I went out of my way to get there and the only thing I received was crappy service!! IN THE FUTURE MY BUSINESS LUNCHES WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE!! BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Went on thanksgiving day to buy a rotisserie chicken and some sides and I was charged $46.27.. I asked the young lady why was it so expensive and she told me that I was purchasing a combo for 4.. I only received a whole chicken and 3 sides .. so I asked her for the rest that was included in the meal and she said they had ran out of everything else .. she still charged $46.27 for a chicken and 3 sides? Won’t be going there again..

The management on duty was horrible! She was so rude, did not wash your hands! When we confronted her about getting some fresh pot pies, she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips and said these are fresh! We called corporate I spoke to her boss, he expressed that they always get complaints on! Then you need to change the problem!!! This location that's not have excellent customer service, and the quality of food is horrible!

I do not recommend this place. When I went the food service display was not replenished completely some of the food was old and stale looking. I ordered my meal paid for it and was told I had to wait 10 minutes on red potatoes. 10 minutes later no red potatoes they were still cooking it was approximately 25 minutes or more before they was ready several customers came and went. My other food was getting cold. I asked for a refund. I asked for the mgr, regional mgr and or area mgr phone # and all the numbers given by the shift mgr was wrong or disconnected. This was a horrible experience and another customer came in and returned his sliced pie. (Bad Pie!) Also, the fountain/beverage area was unkept. There may be a minimal few times good. But the quality of service and food is inconsistent. I have placed my feedback on the Boston Market feedback website. The franchisee, mgr, shift mgr, should rectify or face closure.

I dropped by today after church due to I cannot have any fried food...I said, well, although my family got food poisoning after a Thanksgiving cater a few years back, let me give them a shot. I came in at the beginning of the year, saw the staff and their food handling and immediately left. This time, I stood and watched for 15 minutes..,, 1. The cashier handled money, went and served a dine in,came back to the counter, added cornbread to and perfect AND helped a customer with the soda machine...did not wash her hands once. No gloves! 2. The line server, Customer asked about portion sizes, she took the tongs used for serving the chicken and used them to remove the lid from the "holding pan" lifted a 1/4 piece of dark, showed it to the Customer..put it back in the holding pan then put the kid back on with the tongs. No gloves. 3. The manager was wearing gloves and came from behind the counter to speak with me. I explained my concern and he "matter of fact"ed me and said he would discuss this with the employees. Clearly, he was agitated that I brought this to his attention. Perhaps this is why your location is empty on A Sunday at 1:00pm. Please invest in the City Of Dallas Food Handlers course...on top of what your company may or may not offer! I came in for the squash casserole....discontinued a year he said. I purchased the remaining chicken pot pie thinking it would be safe based on what I observed,.....Dang, I wasted my $8. The crust was perfect; however, the filing was greasy. Goodbye Boston Market! I tried.

Man I hate to do this cause I like this place. I got 2 out of 3 pieces. Soda machine never works. Rice and mash potatoes were very disappointing. The number on the receipt is disconnected. The number online no one answer. Sad day for this franchise.

It says Boston market but its not mashed potatoes had no flavor chicken didn't taste like the old Boston market chicken it was regular old rotisserie chicken save money just go get you a rotisserie chicken from Walmart or Kroger

I placed a thanksgiving order way before never told me it was first come first serve got there to pick up my order and they ran out of turkey, terrible service and terrible mobile app, could have let me know that it was first come first serve I wouldn’t of ordered from here

The location I went to closed 20ish mins early. I arrived at 8:35pm and they had a sign that said they close at 9. The girl looked up shook her head and mouthed that they were closed already. This used to be my location but with many bad experiences here, I will no longer return to again.

Whatever you remember about Boston Market, this ain’t it. The food is completely different, gross, and I guess I was the last one to get the memo. Completely dead inside except for two employees that didn’t wanna be there either.

This was not the Boston Market I remember. The chicken was dry and tasteless like a subpar grocery store chicken. I’d bet they ran out of chicken and bought some out of a grocery store. The service was good and fast though.

I am thankful for the servers working hard to help everyone on Thanksgiving. However most of the food was very subpar! Mashed potatoes were terrible, the broccoli was way too salty, the macaroni cheese was nothing but a mushy wet soup. The roasted chicken was very good, the green beans were good, and the dressing was okay. I will not be back to eat your food again I am very disappointed in the quality of your food. I remember when you first opened up many years ago how wonderful it was! It is nowhere near what it used to be! And that is very sad.

Being a food establishment. Its absolutely filthy in there. I walked in today and walked out instantly. Dirty door very 1st impression, filthy floor , trash everywhere, menu has custom markings of price change. Just overall lost my appetite . Used to buy here a lot year or 2 ago . Would never come back. If front is this dirty I don't wanna know how bad kitchen is.

This was absolutely horrible! I ordered the half chicken, cream spinach, mashed potatoes in macaroni and cheese. Nothing was seasoned! The chicken just tastes like they took it out the box and cooked it. There was nothing creamy about the cream spinach. I'm so pissed!! I will never return!!

I sat and debated whether or not I wanted to go inside due to the food not being the same, but I took a chance and regret it. The food was horrible the meat dry, broccoli had no taste and the corn taste like it came straight out the can, and the cornbread tasted like someone ran out of milk just horrible. I didn't get my receipt so I can provide more information. I will not be going back to this location anymore and it's closest to my home. I'm willing to take that 25 minutes drive to the other location and pray their food is way better. This location needs to get either a better cook or train the one's you have and hopefully it gets better. Money and time wasted I threw my food in the trash.

Ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, I don't think that's what I got. It was served on a hogie, was not fried nor crispy and was not hot. But the bottled water I got was fantastic!

The food is not Boston Market food. You can taste the mashed potatoes are instant. The mac n cheese sauce was disgusting and runny like water the noodles aren't the same twist noodles. The stuffing was mush with lima beans, peas and carrots. All it was missing was raisins smh. The chicken was dry and drenched in some cheap Kraft tasting BBQ sauce that is not the sauce Boston market ever used. Cornbread not the same either. They should not be allowed to operate under Boston Market name because it's the Temu version not the real restaurant. Will never be back.

Why is this place still open?!?!? I went there for lunch and upon entering I should’ve left. They had hand written signs up and the food looked disgusting. The mashed potatoes were runny, the cornbread was cold, the spinach had a nasty after taste, the chicken had no flavor and the sweet tea wasn’t even sweet. I use to love Boston Market…this was some Bull Malarkey!! I will say the guy who waited on me was pleasant but I will NOT be back. I was scared to eat my food. I feel like I just gave a donation. I mean the presentation was as if I got the food from the gas station. The bag was regular, the container was regular and the cup was a regular styrofoam cup. Nothing that indicated I went to Boston Market. It’s a no not ever again for me!!! This location is headed for closure.

The girl at the front told me they had nothing, just about 4 items on menu including sides. Told me they had no turkey left then some other girl comes out from the back that heard and said we do have some meats, after I was already walking out. The food is nothing what it used to be especially there bread. Will not be coming back for months hopefully by then it goes back to the way it used to taste. Good was salty and corn looked really really weird, but the other 2 workers there got and female where really nice and helpfull. Oh not to mention the coke machine didn't work either.

The employees were very friendly but the food was so bland and poor quality. i got the side sampler with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn bread. literally every single item was so bland and tasted so cheap. the cornbread had this weird taste to it and i couldn’t eat any more after one bite. i was shocked because i paid $12+ for the meal with no drink and it was probably the worst food i’ve had in my life, no joke

This is the last Boston market in Texas and it’s so sad. Cornbread was dry, chicken was bland, and my Mac and cheese looked like mash potatoes cause it was so over cooked. Those sweet potatoes were chunky and no flavor or signature marshmallows They only have bottled sodas. No ice tea or fountain machine. They gave us Togo plates whenever we wanted to eat inside. Stop doing the Boston market dirty and let it die. I used to love this place years ago but it’s just disappointing. No paper towels in the bathroom either?

This experience was not what I’ve come to expect from Boston Market. The quality of the food was disappointing and not worth the money spent. The doneness of the chicken was questionable, and the sauce was simply splattered on top, making it very unappealing. The creamed spinach was lumpy and lacked flavor, and the mac & cheese was not the signature creamy spirals but instead dry shells with an unusual taste. Overall, nothing was enjoyable, and we ended up throwing everything out. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again and will likely avoid Boston Market altogether. If this location plans to remain open, significant improvements are needed. The staff was friendly but that does not make up for the food experience.

Ugh! I was running late and made the mistake of stopping by the "last open Boston Market in Texas" and luckily lived to regret it. Why didn't I just walk away when I saw that 1 of their 2 entry doors were blocked by a chair or that their pricing marquee was covered with unprofessional handwritten pieces of taped paper? I don't know, I guess I was so surprised to find an open & operating Boston Market that I made a mistake. For $23, I got a 1/2 overcooked, lukewarm chicken plate ( onsite I had chicken replaced 2x), 2 small vegetable sides (lukewarm, slightly soggy new potatoes, tasteless creamed spinach) & 6 cornbread mini loaves. After getting home with the lackluster meal and trying the chicken and spinach, I can understand why BM went out of business in Texas!! DISGUSTING!

I haven't been here in a while and I would normally come just to get the creamed spinach. Well yesterday I was talked into getting a whole plate lunch that I absolutely DID NOT ENJOY. THE cream spinach wasn't hot and tasted chalky, the mash potatoes was very lumpy with watered down gravy,the cornbread looked like it was cooked Monday and still being served and the meatloaf was ok. I will NOT return here to purchase any food again...

This is a run down place , not clean at all and. Wondering why this location is not shut down . Chicken is tasteless , so are the sides . Employees are indifferent , do not even look at you or smile . I had old memories , so wanted to try once , but was deeply disappointed

I was excited to see a Boston Market still in business; I should have kept driving. The food was stale & flavorless as if it was made days ago & reheated. This location needs to give it up. So many good locations all went out of business. I don’t know how this one is still operating.

let me just say I live next-door to a Boston market and I’ve never had their food ever but I recently got DoorDash and I started picking up a lot of orders from over there and then all of a sudden I started not to get any anymore and I was wondering why and then today I just happened to look over there and the sign is completely gone and then I look on my GPS and it is completely closed everywhere all locations but I understand why,I walked in there The place was not clean and the food never looked good, so I never wanted to order there and I’m glad I never did,looking at the reviews I don’t know what shut it down, but like I said from the reviews, I guess it needed to be shut down.

When I first walk thru door wasn’t greeted while I was deciding what I want to eat I had a manger come over and tell me that it was a up cost in sides never said hello how are you just preceded to tell me . Some how he figured I need his help when I use to work for Boston Market 10 plus years but let me tell you about the food . I decided to take my daughter for lunch chicken no seasoning at all the spinach taste like it came out of a can was not cream of spinach at All!!!!! The squash casserole was not giving cold and tasted old this is not the Boston market I remember and if they are serving food like this Just Shut the whole place up and the manager was very rude and pushy it should always be pleasant when entering the doors of Boston Market

Upon attempting to settle my bill via card payment, a network outage occurred, preventing the transaction. After a ten-minute wait, the employee stated that without cash, he was unable to assist me. When I requested contact information for corporate headquarters, I was informed that none existed. Subsequently, I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that the manager was unavailable. I was advised to contact the store the following day for the manager's contact information. His attitude was a I don't care even though I was ask to wait ten minutes for them to reboot. They don't have customer service atmosphere.

The place reminds me of a cheap hole in the wall eating establishment. The place was clean and the service was good. The food tasted bland. No flavor. For the price and what I got, I would rather go to Luby’s instead. Would not be returning.
