Yummy chicken, always crispy and fresh, the workers there were taking all the precautions, wearing masks and gloves, have always loved their original chicken, Kids are fan of their buckets and extra crispy chicken and chicken wings, recently tried crispy colonel sandwich that was wonderful!!! Sides are good portion sizes too, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and biscuites, kids can eat to their hearts content, good service too, love it!!

I just picked up a mobile order at this location. The store was out of the Mike's Hot Honey for the sandwich, but the cashier informed me at the pick up window, which I appreciated. The sandwich is delicious! Would recommend this location

Stopped by on a Friday night and was impressed by the speed of service. We got tenders along with a chicken breast and thigh and it was tasty. The mac and cheese was fresh and piping hot. Really enjoyed the biscuits too. It was faster going in than waiting at the drive thru. I recommend this location and will return.

My favorite location have made a pit stop after soccer match in the the play fields next to this place. Totally fresh fried chicken every single time, especially when you are hungry after playing soccer for hours. Staff is awesome always helpful also let us use the restrooms even when we don't eat here. Try the different flavors of the fried chicken totally different experience.

Food was ready quickly and actually wasnt as greasy as I remember KFC being; grease actually didn't drop off of my chicken leg! I left out the 5th star, because the person who took my order couldn't figure out how to put in two legs instead of one leg and one thigh, so he just left it like that without communicating or asking his co-workers/supervisor for assistance. We went through my simple request 3 times over the speaker, so I double-checked with the woman at the window, and she said they had a thigh in the box. I had to wait for a second drumstick, and the original gentleman didn't pay me any regard to his neglect. Bad customer service from him. I could have understood if he was new. That's all he would had to have said. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The chicken is always great! Most of the time the staff is wearing masks and gloves when we pick up through the drive thru. However, on Thursday, no one was. Was the manager missing maybe? They recently remodeled the dining area with new tables and chairs. Looks good. The service is pretty good, food comes out in about 3 min. Plenty of parking. Restrooms are clean. Usual KFC fare.

Messed up my order and I didn't notice until I got home and started unwrapping everything. The food was good regardless tho and made me want to come back the next day for more.

This KFC serves Halal chicken Zabiha. They are missing Garlic Sauce but rest of the menu tastes good. Also got sweet deals 8pc leg and thigh bucket for $10. Definitely worth the $$.

They were very friendly here and had my app order ready when I arrived, EXCEPT they did not include any of the dipping sauces I chose for the tenders! 😳😔 I had to eat them dry because it was too far to go back & get the sauces. When I called the location to tell them they'd forgotten part of my order, they never answered their phone & the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Poor form KFC! 😕

Went there today, had no problems. They didn't have ice but that's no biggie. Thought the staff was friendly. Food was delicious, better than the last KFC I went to. Definitely did not have the negative experience like others did, my chicken was fresh and tasty. I'll be going there again tomorrow, and if there's any problems I'll update my review. If there's no update, assume it went fine.

Very fresh food and the crew that works during the day time are very nice. The lady that always works out front, She's very professional and very good. I hope she gets recognized for the hard work she does!

We traveled from Colorado for halal KFC chicken. We managed to get some on our first day we were in town. The young guy with curly hair was very helpful explaining on the available halal chicken. Chicken on bone are halal. The 2nd time we went in the morning, it was very slow a little bit, i mean the service. But overall experience is satisfying. I would recommend this KFC especially for those who are looking for halal Kentucky Fried Chicken. 😋

Honestly this is our first time we have tried KFC in US as in India we had some bad experience. But we glad we have tried the KFC today and cleared all my bad experiences. We had tried Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders combo, substituted mashed potato with potato wedges. It is not that hot as we have expected but it tastes really good and chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside. Wedges were also really good. The best part is you’ll get your order within 5 mins. Ambience was nice and it's really good for quick bites and also for your dinner or lunch. We definitely gonna try in future.

Updated review. Used to not be good at all but at least they seem to have cleaned up the interior ever so slightly - still not great but better than it used to be. Food is acceptable but they forget things (fries, drink, etc) so always double-check your bag before you leave.

Chicken was not crispy, very oily. The cashier really seemed to hate being there. The building could use some upkeep from what I saw on the outside. So many good choices for fried chicken nowadays but this was not one of them.

Before you order it would be only right to tell you how long you are going to wait when you order. Telling you after paying at the drive through window is not acceptable. 10 minutes later I could go down the street to Chick-fil-A and been home before you even brought me my food!!!!

My family and I ordered the holiday season bucket meal through their drive thru lane. This was advertised for $25 on their menu board. When I went to pay, they said that the meal was $30 with tax. This should have been $2 in taxes so $27 in total. I asked the cashier what they charged me and they said what I ordered cost $27.XX so with tax, it's $30. I informed them that it was incorrect and to go check their menu board. They said ok and asked me to wait. They came back said ok and still charged me the incorrect price when I checked the receipt. I pulled around and walked to the drive thru to take a picture of their price and walked in to the counter to show the cashier. They looked at it and said they didn't know that there was a special promo going on. They eventually gave me a refund but that process shouldn't have to go that far for a customer to be right when it was informed to them in the beginning! Make sure to look at the menu price and check your receipt before driving off!

Halal chicken But problem is service is very very slow. All the Staff are good and quick but i notice that their warmer are powered off and that is the reason of slow service. taste is awesome. Update: 06-03-2025 Yes today their warmer are operational, Might be in the evening timing they turned off

Okay let's just be honest KFC's been around forever and every KFC is a little different it's not like it used to be where no matter which KFC you went to original recipe tasted the same and extra crispy taste of the same and whatever but now every time you go to whatever KFC you go to it's all just a little bit different and everybody seems to be buying chicken from someplace different and everybody seems to be flavoring the chicken a little bit different or not doing it exactly the way they're supposed to and that just makes the quality really low. So three stars it's okay it's a big greasy not always the best tasting sometimes too greasy sometimes too salty sometimes not enough flavor but always too greasy quality control is a big issue with KFC has been for years it'll never be the place it was when I was a kid in the '70s

Be careful, KFC is all SALTS & SUGARS! I went to KFC after very long time & ordered 16 pc chicken bucket. It’s the same great look and feel like earlier but it’s not appealing to the tongue because of its super saltiness in the chicken, fries including biscuits and overly intense sweetness in coleslaw. Overall, I couldn’t feel that ol KFC feel, over the influence of too much sodium and unnecessary sugars.

Not a fantastic experience. The wait was longer than I was told, they didn't get me the honey I requested till the second request. I get back to work and find out the bucket I requested to contain no wings is almost 50% wings. Their wings are shriveled meatless things, basically a bone with some breading. The breast I had from said bucket was large and good. Their mashed potatoes are passable, the gravy is as well. Their mac and cheese looks and tastes artificial but isn't the worst I've had. The only reason I give 3 instead of 2 stars is because the breast was some decent chicken. Oh and they over charged us so jk 2 stars.

They were on a good streak. But all good things must come to an end. This location off of Coit and Spring Creek was on their game since coronavirus hit. I just bit into my chicken only to find that it was OLD. I mean really old. Like cooked yesterday - put on the fridge - and warmed back up old. It even had that leftover smell. The Nashville hot strips were on point though - but that chicken. Dude, donate that to the local food bank bro. Help someone who needs it.

KFC just isn’t good. Fast food chicken places are about the only fast food I get, and out of all of them KFC is the worst. Their sides are bland, and their batter in the chicken pieces seem a bit soft with no crunch. I know it’s just fast food, but it feels like something you would get in a cafeteria or jail. All the other chicken places have stepped up their game, while KFC remains the same. The only thing here that Is OK is the Hot Chicken.

I expect fresh food during the lunch hour at a minimum. Chicken tenders were dry and chewy. No crunch...not hot. Fries were not crisp and the Mac n Cheese was absolute overcooked mush!

Poor customer service. The girl didn’t even know the menu. Got the wrong order & then she said they couldn’t take it back. Long story short I got my correct order after advocating for my money and time. Poor girl was all confused.

I ordered the spicy famous chicken bowl , chicken was hard. I ordered with a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened. I went back to let the lady know she gave a another drink but it was still unsweetened :/ the lady taking the orders in the drive thru was nice though

I ordered for a large family pack. The person at the counter was very nice and friendly. But 2 pieces out of 20 piece chicken were half done. One of them was gross. Unfortunately this time all the food tast wasn't desirable. One will try again soon and write.

Today evening I have ordered 6 piece crispy chicken and after 10 min he said wait (He didn't mention the waiting time while ordering)another 6 minutes to get fresh pieces. Again after 12 minutes I just asked about my order then another staff came and without asking anything or apologizing he gave me the refund. He was kind of rude and didn't know how to behave.

Made order in advance, there was no one in line or even in the restaurant- had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Chick fil an and Popeyes were both busier but they were getting peoples orders in no time.

I understand when food takes time to come out, especially if it's large orders. But if im waiting this long, i expect my food to at least be fresh and worth the wait. It took way too long for the employees to interact with not only me but also the other customers. Almost felt as if they were ignoring us and did not at least give us a heads up that it is busy or to give them a moment. Our presence wasn't recognized.So, it was a bit awkward and infuriating. Do better.

Dear KFC Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. It appears the chicken recipe was changed at this one location in October, resulting in strips that lacked breading and resembled the size of two or three small nuggets. Additionally, the nuggets were tiny and served cold. The mac and cheese were also cold, the biscuits were missing, and the fries were hard and not fully filled. I had to return to the store to get my order corrected, and although the mac and cheese and fries were fixed, the chicken still had no breading. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I feel that it did not meet the standards I expect from KFC. Please address this issue to ensure that future orders meet the quality standards associated with your brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We waited 20 minutes just to get completely raw chicken. And when I say that I mean like actually completely pink and red on the inside where not even the coating is fried. Only giving 2 stars because the service was good. Grilled chicken was cooked but bland. We tried to order over the phone but their phone has been broken for at least the past three months. The card reader worked, but the screen was broken too. Really won’t come back again.

Food is OK but the customer service is awful. Last time, my order was short of one Chicken Sandwich. Since I already got home, I did not bother to go back to get it. This time, I ordered online for '12 PC. MEAL - DRUMS & THIGHS'. It was supposed to come with 3 big sides, 6 drums, 6 wings and 6 biscuits. I went inside to pick up. There was no customer inside and nobody bothered to speak to me. I had to yell to get their attention. After coming out with my order, due to previous experiences, I open the bag to check. Not surprised that I only got 2 big sides. I had to go back inside again to get the 3rd one. When I got home, I found out they gave me wrong type chickens. They were for '12 PC. MEAL - STANDARD', NOT for the '12 PC. MEAL - DRUMS & THIGHS'. Just awful, looked like they could not get anything right.

Staff is rude and the service is slow

we are vegetarian so go to KFC for potato wedges, biscuits and soda for lunch, when we place our order we always make sure that they will make fresh wedges for us, [which they always make at the other KFC we visit], we had visited this location 2 months back and they had given us wedges, saying they had just been fried but were stale and cold and the oil smelled really bad , so wanted to be certain that we will get freshly fried wedges. The women at the counter agreed to it and took our order, but the manager came hands shaking violently, shouting that it was not possible and we should take the ones they had already there and then when we refuse he was kind!!!! enough to returned our money, shouting go eat somewhere else, we do not need your business and if you want complain to the corporate office i m not afraid of them. We now wonder if we should ever go to another KFC to eat. We went to an Subway which is a stone throw away from it and were treated in a very courteous way. Wonder if corporate office train their Managers to behave in this manner?

Food was not fresh. Chicken: Tenders, original recipe and crispy were all stale to the point where each piece was shriveled and dried up. Fries were soggy and biscuits were also stale. Worst of any KFC. We normally go to the Carrollton location but since we were in that part of town and review was 3.6, how bad could it be right? One star for the consistency on the coleslaw and mashed potatoes.

I have had good results here before but on this occasion the chicken was really greasy like it came from the bottom of the pan, they were out of mountain dew but said they had the varient of it so I tried it and the drink had little to no ice in it and was only about 3/4 full I dumped it out when I returned home. This was the worst KFC I have been to ever.

2 /15 snowmageddon this restaurant had all its lights on and cars in the parking lot but no one was cooking or doing anything no sign saying out of food or anything just baited into wasting an hour sitting in a line thinking I'm getting food for my family. To get to the front and have nothing no message nothing telling us what happened. Just terrible. I dont mean some lights I mean full operational store with cups and stuff on the counters but no one visible inside. It was 7pm 8 by the time we got to the front.

IT IS TERRIBLE, I ordered a 16 piece family meal with 4sides, potato wedges, mashed potatoes, corn, and the salad. This place is awful. Completely dirty and disgusting - every table was dirty and everything just looks gross. Unacceptable for this area of Plano. No soap in the restroom! Order ahead is a fantasy and places you behind literally everyone else. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:45, I’m there at 5:40, they serve half a dozen people in drive thru as I watch and when the lone employee acknowledges my existence says it’s almost ready. A full 10 mins later I’m told it will be another 10 mins because they are out of chicken. Yet they continued serving people at drive thru and counter.

I am a KFC lover and this restaurant is by far the worst. My review is solely based on the food alone. I have eaten here twice and each time the food is BAD. First time I ate here I ordered an original breast, wing, and leg. All had substantial amounts of slimy fat underneath the skin. I eat at KFC restaurants around DFW at least once a week and I have never had such fatty deposits under the skin like this experience. Second time I came here, I decided on a bowl and figured how hard could this be to mess up. Well. the mashed potatoes were soupy and flavorless - chicken pieces were so over done I couldn't eat them. Even the fountain drink that I ordered was as flat as my feet. No fizz whatsoever. This store never appears to be that busy so I have no idea where the quality issues come from. On another note, the service is always nice and friendly.

They serve halal chicken. We gotta family meal and we did not know KFC can be this awful. The breading of the crispy chicken was falling apart and no crispy at all, mashed potato was watery and no taste. Mac n cheese was ok. Fries were the best thing. Fresh, crispy and tasty fries. Biscuits were good too. If I ever come again here it will be only for the fries.

Suspicious store - I honestly don't know how this spot is still open given how bad it is. No service at the counter - just 3 guys staring at my family and hiding behind the fryer. After a long wait and finally waving the guy at the drive through to come over, the guy who barely speak any English tells me that they are out of chicken, and it would be 30 min before they could get more... I highly suspect the other guys behind the fryer also do not speak English, and are unable to help anyone.

My experience at this KFC was a 1 from start to finish. Lobby hours said 10 to 10, it was locked. Went through the drive through and ordered a 3 piece original with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw/large Diet Coke. What I got was three burnt beyond recognition pieces, no Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and a small real coke that tasted like the mix was way off. I wasn't going to sit in the drive through again so I just left. The last several times I have gone to this KFC the service overall has been poor, this was the last time I'll go there.

WARNING-NO LONGER HALAL. I went today at 110pm to their 2nd location on OHIO DR and employee said Corporate doesnt want to buy chicken from halal supplier so no longer halal. She said they have a employee who keeps saying its halal but franchise owner told her they are not.

3rd time have not gotten any sauces after we've asked for them. This time asked the girl at the window to please check to make sure the sauces were in the bag. Total of 6 sauces. Got home and no sauces again. Thankfully we live close so I drove back up. Explained in drive thru line and a Mgr, I think, apologized and told me to drive around and they would have someone run them out to me. Watching the girl who I originally spoke to and the Mgr laughing......and I'm still waiting. Horrible customer service! Update... Finally, after 5 minutes of waiting and 4 other complete food orders going out, I saw her ask a young man to bring me a bag of the sauces. Thank you to the young man.

They never pick up calls

This is the 2nd time we've ordered food online for this location and had to wait an unacceptable amount of time. In addition, we paid for extra sides and got only potatoes and gravy. No mac and cheese, no cole slaw. Last time we ever order here.

None of the employees were wearing gloves, they were touching the food, one employee was eating food then went and touched customers food. Gross!! Filed a complaint with KFC corporate and plano health department.

If you're a dasher, be aware that this location marks orders as "ready" well before they actually are. When I confronted them about it, and wanted to inform them that this affects our on-time rating, all I got in response was "yeah, I know". Which is insanely infuriating. Bad experience at the drive thru 5pm on 4/15. I was behind one car (only other one in line) and waited over 10 minutes to get up to the speaker. Once I got there I was great by one second please and waited 2 minutes and asked if anyone was there only to get a response just a minute. Wait again and no response so left. Just seemed like no one was working

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The food was ABSOLUTELY horrible! The chicken and tenders tasted like it was cooked in old grease! There was barely any batter on the tenders! The biscuits were hard like they’ve been sitting for a long time! The guy that was packing the food had his personal cell phone in hand talking on it! There was no gloves used while being on his personal phone and handling food!! I was completely blown away when I say him reach in with his bare hands to grab a fry and eat it!!! I will be writing corporate! They need to come out and see what their employees are doing! We spend too much money to not have decent food!

After going thru the drive thru, got home and opened my bucket of chicken. Returned the chicken inside, the employee opened the bucket and asked what it was I ordered. I just left.

Went through drive thru on 04/07/25 at 7:55 pm No one answered drive thru I waited over 12 minutes. Finally someone took my order. After taking my order they told me they had no original chicken and I had to wait 20 minutes. Left with nothing food Place is going downhill.

Absolutely Disappointed! Ordered online for pickup yesterday, and my experience was nothing short of terrible. My order was incomplete, and the food was drenched in oil and way too salty to enjoy. Tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue, but no one picked up. To top it off, the location is 20 minutes away from me, so going back wasn’t feasible. The lack of care and service is shocking. KFC, you seriously need to step up your game because this was a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Ive worked in fast food so I understand that sometimes you just want to be done with the day, but I get there 30 minutes before closing and they say that all they have left is a sandwich since they’ve already closed the kitchen. If you’re gonna stop prepping food earlier, put that in your hours or at least specify a last call on food ordering.

Extremely bad service! The app said the order is ready and when I got there they didn’t event start working on the order. They always mix orders and the staff is rude.

Ordered delivery, and the food never arrived. After two drivers wasted their time driving the restaurant, I can only assume to find out that the food wasn't made, the order was cancelled, almost 45 minutes after it was initially placed. When I called (several times in a row) nobody picked up the phone. It was well before the stores closing time. Won't be ordering again, very very poor experience.

Come on guys Cold food is Never good, prices are too high for that. I tried the spicy chicken wrap was not spicy at all. Fries were cold. I like KFC, but orders need to hot always and ask if folks want sauce or condiments

Let me start with me walking in employee's (and manager) sitting at the table as I walk up to the counter for 10 min no one moves and continues with there conversation. I noticed the self order kiosk and order my food (if they didn't want to take my order they could have told me to use it and wouldn't have a problem) ordered my food went to the restroom that looks like it hasn't been cleaned EVER. got my order not only was my order wrong but was half under cooked the other dry from sitting all day. Also asked for UNSWEET tea and gives me sweet tea I take it back and ask for UNSWEETENED TEA (even said it in Spanish) and still got sweet tea. The entire time not one employee from the table got up to help let alone at least clean. What happen KFC you use to be so good

Uncooperative staff i wanted large potato wedges instead of small I told her to charge me extra but she simply refused byvsaying I have customers. That time I was the only customer. Drive through was empty. Then I purchased large potato wedges. Very sad

Everyone needs to know how bad this store is. We ordered doordash here and took over an hour to receive. The chicken was so greasy it made the bottom fall out of the box. The mashed potatoes had no gravy and the food was just thrown away! My wife wouldn't even feed to the dogs.

Experience on August 2, 2022: I got an order of 2 spicy chicken sandwich and one large popcorn. Popcorn is just fried batter, hardly found 4 piece of chicken. Rest all is just salty, soggy, oily fried batter. It was a to go order. They are not even concerned about customer service. Thrown my order on table and shouted ready and left. I Asked for ketchup and sauce, KFC associate thrown the sauces like a ball inside the brown bag. Made up my mind not to step into KFC anymore. This happened in KFC @ Coit Rd and Spring Creek in Plano TX. The Worst ! PS: I Ignored the first bad experience in the same restaurant but cannot tolerate second time !

The worst restaurant i visited. The place is so dirty . We waited for more than 45 minutes for the food . I was gonna write that the service is pathetic but to be honest there is no service . Food is so bad .

This KFC cannot get an order right if its life depended on it. I ordered a pot pie - twice. And twice they gave me one of their bowls of vomit. If you want sauces for your nuggets, you are out of luck.

Terrible Customer Service. Went through Drive Thru at 12:00pm on Sunday. Order a three piece chicken box. Male attendant asked for what drink which I thought was strange because I did not want one. I asked if he had any salads with chicken on it and he said no. I asked what was in salad and he said lettuce and onions. I order two and I also wanted another 3 piece special of crispy white chicken. He said something was broken so I order just dark meat. Gave him credit card and he returned it without my receipt. He told me to park ahead in vacant spot. I only saw one car in parking lot and this was lunch time, Sunday, 12:00pm on Memorial Day Weekend. He brought me a small bag and I drove home. No receipt. No two other boxes of chicken. No two salads. My one chicken box had two servings of Cole Salad. I hope this is not the “salad” he was talking about. I was never asked for what sides I wanted. My credit card was charged $12.44 and I don’t know where the rest of my food is. I guess I knew I was going to get a bad experience when he said I could not get crispy because something was broken. I asked what recipe he had, and he said something like “email”. I also asked what type of protein they had to go on salad and he didn’t understand. What is point of going to KFC if they don’t have crispy?

Service at this place is bad. Came in about 15 minutes before the store opened, the person at the cashier showed an emotionless face and stated, We're open at 10, nothing ready yet. Came back 20 minutes later and made an order. That same emotionless person now showed a mocking place and still said, It's not ready yet. The food can be not ready, but you don't have to show you are not happy and mocking at the customer who order the food you could not make on time. Will not come back to this place, but I don't think she cares.

First one employee tells me they serve halal chicken and then he writes on a paper telling me it is not halal and when I asked him what did you guys serve the family then that was already there and he said he didn’t take their order so whoever is planning on going to this location thinking it is HALAL well it is NOT!

this review is for corporate office from oklahoma city oklahoma. since when can a customer order coleslaw, be charged for coleslaw, then be told we dont have any coleslaw. when you ask to get a refund so you can leave you are told we dont do that a kfc. then sudeenly told they will remove coleslaw from a to go order, and call that customer and tell them they just wont have coleslaw. cashier connie at #j625245 wonderful help you have and great business ethics

My husband stopped by that store 30 minutes ago to get a family meal. When he got home and we tried the salad, it tasted sour and smelled bad. I tried contacting the store twice to tell them to check the expiration date, but no one answers the phone. I had to throw it away immediately. I hope I don't get sick from what I ate. It's worth mentioning that we love KFC, especially the salad and lemonade, but today even the lemonade was terrible. Waste of money.

11/15/2023- Okay if you really read reviews before going to any place, you are obsoletely in a right place. Please read full reviews. I have pictures attached with it to justify my review. I usually give detail reviews on my experience, Please don't be deceitful with a positive reviews and 3.6 star reviews on this place, this is completely fake. First of all, Let me start with this that i completely waste my $10 here ordering the food, just because i heard they serve halal which is no true, No they don't serve halal, they have been abusing the advertisement of selling halal chicken. Those of you who have already eaten here and thought that they have had Halal chicken then I am so sorry that you have been deceived. The manager of this place is very unwelcome and hurry to check out customer since he himself is taking care of both drive thru and dine in which is obviously Yes, KFC has decreased their staffs. The chicken was so nasty, un cooked well, greasy (oily), the chicken smell like they have been using very old date chicken, leftover smell of raw chicken when you chew it, the part of skin of breading and chicken not cooked well, when you eat the breading crumbs, its full of nasty running oil, full of awful experience, The oil they use is so nasty and old. the color of chicken coating was black and oily. The french fries was terrible greasy and salty. The biscuit was hard like rock. Overall, i tear the chicken and looked it there it was RAW and throw all the chicken, fries and biscuits inside the trashbin as soon as i got the food, and walked out. If you see the restroom, its unhygienic, there is no handsoap, no paper towel (as you can see in the picture ) and see the paper towel waste on the floor because they don't maintain their restroom hygiene time to time. So after reading this all, you still want to go this place and eat, Good luck, please don't regret after reading this review and still looking forward to try this place. Look at the attached pictures and zoom in you will find out, only words are not enough so see the pictures. You are grown up, you can analyze things after reading and decide whether you should go or not, it's up to you but it wouldn't be nice to spend your hard work money on this KFC Plano 8609 Ohio Dr, Plano, TX 75024. Ordered a 8 piece meal. Came with 4 biscuits I ordered 4 more biscuits to use for breakfast tomorrow. I only got 4 biscuits and they were raw. See picture. Chicken also smelled funny hope I don't get sick

Went through a drive through. I ordered a 16 piece family meal chicken only (oringinal). They said they did not have thighs. I asked if they can replace the thighs with breasts. They said ok. Communication was really unclear. Picked up my stuff and went home. Found out I was given 15 pcs of drumsticks and 2 thighs. The oil used was really old too making the chicken darker than usual. They used a small bucket which were used for 8 pieces chicken and that wasnt even full. I feel a lil cheated as my family went to sleep that night still hungry. Took a picture of it too if you want to see it. No receipt was given

These restaurants need to get it together. They cannot raise prices and decline the minimum quality that we deserve. Food was terrible and this was after I left one location and came to a different location. Chicken was hard, stale, and cold during lunch hour and there was a line. A kid will not even eat this. Juice with no straw just caused a meltdown and made me have no food available for my hungry toddler.

Terrible. I ordered online @ 11:04 and it said it'll be ready@ 11:10 and it was ready 11:06 why the complaint? Because the chicken sandwich was supposed to be cooked to order and was ready ahead of time. Plus the chicken breast orders ( with fries) were cold and the chicken was burnt, like double fried. I worked fast food for many many years and can tell it was double dipped. Not cool KFC! And fries salty. I won't go back!
