New wraps called spinach and tomato basil. This is a new era for subway new sandwich names, new era, new attitude and a new guide. And I tried the new sandwich called the boss.
The tuna fish is exquisite. I must know the recipe but nobody will tell me. I will keep on buying the tuna sub even if I find out the recipe.
It’s your standard Subway. Sandwiches made fast in front of you with plenty of topping options. The shop was busy, but clean and the staff were cordial and did a sufficient job. The atmosphere of every Subway is a 3, imo. They could use an updated look.
Oh boy, what do I have to say about this location? I really can't give it a one or two star like everyone else on this website because I would just feel so bad about doing it. This location has a very special place in my heart, and it would kill me to give it something less than three stars. The three stars are only because of how much this place means to me personally. I always remember coming into this Subway with my friends during senior year of high school. We would just hang out and have a good time here. Sometimes, I would come alone after school and watch YouTube videos while eating my 6-inch sub. Those memories are precious, and they make this place special to me. However, I have to be honest about the food and service. The bread is usually stale, and the people who work behind the counter barely understand what I'm saying. The ingredients aren't always so fresh either. Despite these issues, the fact that this place is very cheap keeps me coming back whenever I feel like getting Subway. So, this is one of the better Subway locations you're going to get in terms of nostalgia and price. I'm not saying you shouldn't come here, but beware that bad experiences may vary.
Idk, the food was good, but im pretty sure there was a hair in my food, the guy said it was part of the cheese or bread but I don’t believe him. He still made me another free one so it was a fine.
Just got a sub. Got home to eat and opened it up. I was given the wrong bread. Ordered Italian herb and cheese. Got plain white. Sadly disappointing. The bread is dry also.
Bread is stale and owner doesn't seem to care. Second time in a row. Buyer beware. Not good food.
The staff was on their phones. The tea valve was leaking all over the place and the French dip meat was real cold.
We ate at this subway today. My son ordered for me. The lady behind the counter charged him for guacamole on the Southwest steak and cheese wrap which comes with guacamole as you can see from the Subway website. She refused to remove the charge after I showed her. Then while eating I found mold on the tortilla. Poor food quality and worse customer service.
Was In line for about 20 mins waiting on poor old lady making 3 of my sandwiches. It's not her fault, I'm just mad that the other lady just watching didn't choose to help her out if she sees she is struggling( Mariana Martinez) is the on just watching her struggle. She could at least clean up because there was a mess.
There was a roach problem. It needs to be handled, they were everywhere
10/9/25 Closes at 10. Came in at 9:30. Told me he already closed up for the night. Like....what.
I have a similar review. The woman (younger, maby indian) was touching her phone while using food safe gloves. She was using the food gloves to play with her phone, touch other dirty items, then would take the same glove and touch all the food. extremely unsanitary
Just got a foot long and the bread was extremely stale. It was Rock hard. Won’t go back to this location again. Bought this for my lunch at work. the inside of the sandwich 🥪 is all that eatable.
First time at this location, so idk if this is normal or not, but. I saw the employee sitting in a chair phone in hand and an airpod in when I walked in. She stood up, put the phone down, adjusted her hair, and touched her airpod to pause whatever it was she was watching/listening to. Then, put gloves on and greeted me. No hand washing?!? Gloves do not replace the hand washing step in food safety. I wanted to walk out right then, but after working 14 hours in my own restaurant, I was hungry and forgot to take a meal with me.
Wrong order serve twice in two times. I ordered online and picked up food from here twice and got wrong order both the times... I got steak when I ordered chicken, I asked for no cheese on one sub, they didn't put on both and multiple other requests ignored. Unfortunately I noticed only after reaching home both the times and there's no way to contact them or raise complaint. Terrible service and careless attitude!
I placed an online order and my order was cancelled but I was still charged. When I arrived to show them the confirmation they said I would have to recorder and pay again. Definitely wouldn’t order again. Subway is not really good for this amount of trouble.
1 hour before closing the "manager" claims that the Internet broke and he didn't receive my mobile order I placed at 8:45pm approximately 1hr 15mins before the supposed closing time and therefore refused to fulfill my order even though I had my receipt readily available and he had 55 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Subway is losing business because of situations like these.
BUGS!!!!!!! saw a minimum of 5 baby roaches ON THE FOOD COUNTER where you start making the sandwiches!! their white counters were SPECKLED in roach poop the service from the cashier guy was nice, it ain’t his fault there’s bugs there
Ordered to-go through the app. Went inside and waited by the pick-up rack. A lady walked in and they immediately asked her if she was picking up order. I went up to the counter and asked about my order. It was ready but they didn't put it on the pick-up rack. I get to the office and there is zero lettuce. Just a little bit of spinach. It wasn't chopped either, like i requested. I called the store and couldn't understand them because they could not speak English legibly.
