Buena música, por fin un lugar sin puro reggaeton. Los precios no están mal y puedo decir que la calidad de servicio en la barra es la mejor que he visto en todo playa-tulum.

Had heard about Alive, but hadn’t checked it out until tonight. The band was amazing, and the bar has really good sound. But I’m not sure why there is t more people there at night. Either way I highly suggest. We had a great time. The Ginebra con agua mineral y limon was delicious. But everyone who likes music and good times should check out Alive Bar.

Great lil place off of 10th Ave and Calle 2 in Playa Del Carmen. We just happened upon it and we went twice during our vacation . One of the few places in Playa that carry Crown! The Bartender Manuel was amazing and so was the food. He even remembered our names when we showed up for the 2nd time! Great atmosphere, super chill. We’ll be back!

Loved this venue! We visited on a weekday afternoon and weren’t disappointed - the interior is sleek and clean, the service is friendly and attentive, and the drinks were delicious. The mezcalita was a highlight, and the guacamole was as good as we’ve had in Cancun. The highlight, however, was the live band who played an excellent two hour set of classic rock and set a really good vibe for the venue. Well worth a visit if you’re in PDC and we will be back!

Small corner live rock bar if you like classical rock music from the 60s, 70s and 80s.: Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Tom Cochrane, Mountain, White Snake, Coldplay, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Journey, Van Halen,... Daily specials on cocktails and beer, prices are in the lower range for Playa. Very friendly place to meet English speaking tourists from around the world as well as locals. Looks like everyone knows each other here Service in Spanish and English. The only thing missing are fans in the lounge area, specially during summer time.

A small bar next to the central plaza. Prices are a bit better than some other local places but still above what I'm used to paying in México but that goes with PDC I guess. The place seems like the kind of place the same 2 dozen people go everyday where everyone knows each other and the bartenders. The music was that same sort of club mix rock, in english, that you hear in beach bars all over. Ok place to visit once I guess.
