My first time here and it was very pleasant! The food stood out most to me, their batter for fried foods is delicious and crispy. The chicken was so flavorful and the texture was amazing. These are some of the better fried pickles (frickles) I’ve had, I just wish there were more that came with it. The full basket of fries came with a lot, they are like a mix between five guys and in-n-out fries, you can really taste the peanut oil. The outside seating was nice but the inside was kind of dark and dimly lit. They have a lot of drink options, it’s hard for me to find a place that has a lot of ciders or sours but theirs were very good.
This is a dog friendly bar with great outdoor seating and a solid tap menu. My friends and I stopped by with my dog and sat outside near one of their TVs to watch the game. They brought a water bowl for my dog, which was kind. They have a strong selection of local beers on draft, and a bunch of really good burgers. One of our friends opted for the taco salad and loved it. The service was also fast and friendly. I would definitely return.
I enjoyed my burger and they had a solid beer selection. I'd return here for sure. --+--Edit--+-- I have returned here now several times, and the food is always good. So is the beer. It's probably my favorite spot in Pleasanton for a beer and food stop.
Lovely local place for beer lovers. Try friklles, fish and chips very good too and their Nachos are awesome!
We stopped there without reservation on a Friday evening and to our surprise we were able to sit down right away. First, we were suprised because with the list of beer they advertise on tap and bottled, it is impressive, we assumed it would be more crowded. Second, the food quality was higher then we had imagined. The service was courteous and timely too. Definitely a place I will return.

Had lunch there, it was fish and chips. The food was good, delightful service ,great atmosphere . Parking lot was busy and took a few minutes to find parking.
I typically don’t leave reviews but I felt inclined after my last couple visits here. The staff is amazing and clearly dedicated which is a huge part of my consistent return. Great constantly fluctuating beer list, great bites, and a great place to bring family and friends. Long time customer and can’t wait to continue coming here!
I forgot about this place even though I was working nearby for a couple years. Great atmosphere and good food. I had the rib eye salad and it was very tasty. Only issue is that I am still hungry after I dine here but it is a great location to meet with a friend or group for face to face catch up. The have a lot of alcohol options, but I rarely drink and most places don't have porters and stouts or the red wine I like for those occasions.

In town, 1st time with my family eating at this establishment. Highly Recommend! Great Service, Awsome food!! Had the tri-tip sandwich, which isn't common in the Midwest. Friendly Patrons! Go Check it out!
We had a pleasant experience when we can for a late lunch. We arrived when the shift change, our first server was a lot more attentive than our second server. It was an overall pleasant time. Food was good, yet it was more at a common level from an upscale bar than what I expected. I would give them another chance when I am back in the area.
This was stop number one of the Tri-Valley Food Tour on the Livermore Wine Trolley. We had a nice private room. The food was a bit slow to arrive and was okay. I really like the zucchini sticks, but the chicken quesadilla was dry and lacking cheese. The buffalo may be great for someone else, but too spicy for me. The good thing was the variety. My husband enjoyed a beer.
Service - Excellent Portions - Perfect Food - Good. We started with the Cauliflower bites that we had tossed in buffalo sauce - very good! Also ordered the Smoked Chicken Quesadilla. Mark said it was good. For my main dish I had the Mango Chipotle Salmon which came with mashed potatoes (with the skin, which I love) and broccolini. I enjoyed it. And Mark had the Fish and Chips which he said was good. We also ordered the Beef Cheesesteak Sandwich for my son. He said their was a lot of meat, could have had more cheese but the meat was good, flavorful and tender. Restrooms - Clean Temperature - I was a little cold but there was a fan going overhead. Green - On their way. Cardboard to-go containers. Paper bag for the to go container. Straws upon request. Overall a good dinner experience. We would definitely cone back.
Good food, friendly wait staff that was attentive to diners. Great place to hang out, grub, and watch sports.

Food is pretty good, we got the chicken sandwich and fries. I've also got the fried pickles and those were amazing! The staff is friendly by they definitely need help during lunch.

Had to charge our electric vehicle across the street, decided we would check this out and have dinner while we were charging the car. Nice surprise, good pub food, good service! Very noisy that night because they had a brewery doing a promotion.
We often order to go. Generally, the food is always good, but the last two times we have been disappointed. They have not followed the notes left under the menu items ordered. Leaving onions on burgers. Not leaving sauces on the side. I can understand having an off night, but this has become a trend. I would recommend eating in. We may need to find a new take out option.
We had a Chinese Chicken Salad as well as the Southwest Chicken Salad, and found of them both unremarkable. We weren't expecting high dining here, but were expecting something better. Basically, we could have grilled our own chicken and purchased salad kits from the grocery store and would have had a better meal. Their chicken looked blanched and had very little flavor. Both of these salads were edible, but disappointing (that's why the food has a okay rating), and most likely we would never order them again in the future.
I wanted a good burger. The real meat old fashioned kind but as I began to think about world polity and the likely demographic I changed my mind. I read a few reviews, I don’t dink so wasn’t interested in Ale’s. Well I ordered Nachos with Chicken , no refried beans;substitute black beans… and a half basket of Hop fries thinking the would be small. I chose to eat outside as the weather was nice today. The patrons were predominantly white and glared at me. Like really people, get over yourself. Thumbs downs for this Friday crowd, the nerve as small children were out at a Pub. Anyway, this is affirms the restaurant next door, Bill’s which is a family , inviting place with a stellar menu u and chef will be getting my money! 💵 Another caveat was the waiter held the machine for me to pay until he saw I didn’t want the tip on my purchase. I tipped accordingly.
Was driving through. Came in because the menu looked pretty good and we wanted to eat outdoors. All I can say is that the service was some of the most awkward service we have ever had. Waited a long time to order, only to have to wait behind people who just sat down. Server placed our order on the same ticket as the people sitting next to us so it was confusing for the people delivering the food. Most of the food was good. I prefer to get my food in order: drinks, apps, then entrees. They brought out the apps and entrees all at once. Then we had to wait for our drinks. It was just annoying. The ahi salad was recommended to me. It was terrible. Most of the dressing had already spilled on the salad and maybe it was sitting a while before it came out? It was so soggy and SO SO SO salty! The "wasabi vinaigrette" tasted like soy sauce. It was not edible. I ate the ahi so it would not go to waste but it wasn't very good. The frickles and chicken wings were pretty good. I dunno the waiter really seemed really lost. Perhaps he had too many tables. When we left he was asking the people next to us if there was anything else he could do for them? And they were, "we are just waiting for our food." It was very awkward and weird.

Overall a nice place and friendly staff. A family dinner turned out to be a very long, hungry & kids getting restless wait. 45mins for a 2 burgers. Food is alright, burger was good, not so the same with fish & chips. Manager was helpful and understanding after some escalation.

Not worth it. No quality control. I had the unfortunate experience of eating here twice in 24 hours. My daughter was playing in a tournament nearby and this was the best option for a team meal. The service was great and the wait staff was well versed in dealing with big groups, hence the 2 stars. The first time we had dinner. I ordered the carnitas tacos. They were dry, stale and seemed old. After 2 bites I gave up. The second time was the following day for lunch. I ordered a chicken burger. One bun was burnt, the other was jot toasted at all. I had to ask for the sauce that it was already supposed to have. My sweet potato fries were cold. The best thing I can say about this lunch was that my chicken wasn't raw. Maybe if there wasn't an expediter I could understand some things slipping through but I saw a woman expediting! There is obviously no quality standards regardless of shift. In addition, the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Things I saw on the floor by the bathroom the night before were still there the next day. If they can't be bothered to clean the floors what else do they not clean?

One of the worst services I ever had. Got food but no utensils or plates. Ordered two drinks, brought one 20mins later, said would bring another, never did. Went to ask about the drink 10mins later and was told it was tapped out.
We were really looking forward to coming here and honestly hoped it might become our weekly spot. Unfortunately, after this experience, never again. From the start, things were off. The cups were visibly dirty and the water tasted horrible. We ordered an appetizer and weren’t given any napkins or plates, which made it awkward just trying to eat. It also took forever for a waiter to even come check on us. The food itself was worse. The chicken was beyond oversalted to the point that it was literally inedible. The fries were also extremely overseasoned. I ordered a sandwich and couldn’t even eat it because the mayo tasted rancid. On top of that, the beer tasted extremely watered down. What really surprised me was the gall to try to charge full price for the entire meal after all of this. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this honestly felt like we got robbed coming here. Really disappointing experience. We had high hopes, but we definitely won’t be back
