I dont often write reviews but I feel as though this pub deserves some recognition. The staff there are friendly and always up for a bit of a laugh. The bar is nice inside and out with the added bonus of being able to sit next to a little lake. If I'm ever on hoilday in this area again then The Joker is where I will be heading first :)

Ein sehr feines, irisches Pub, mit tollem Ambiente, eine Großteil von offenen Bier, wie zum Beispiel Heineken und sehr nettes Personal. Das Preisniveau ist gut. Direkt gelegene am kleinen Fluss. In Alcudia ist es schön hier zu sitzen.

Great wee spot, which turned out to only be about a 10-minute walk from our apartments at seaclub. Nice bar with outside seating. TV's to watch the sport if there's any on. Good music and live music now and again. Can get a decent Guinness here, too, which was my 1st reason for coming in. Staff are fantastic, good craic with the adults and kids, which was why we came back a few nights on the trot. Can have a game of pool few pints and a bit of craic. It's hard to beat. Haven't rated the food as we never had any here. The wife was happy with the cocktails. Definitely worth calling in if you're in the area 👌

Lovely Irish pub close to our hotel. Got a few pints and a few cocktails. Try the joker special cocktail, really good. Staff were sound. Only thing to complain a out was Dublin winning all Ireland semi final while I was there, put a downer on things. But that's not the pubs fault! Hon the lillies!! Lovely seating outside at the canal and in a pedestrian zone. Went to Hong Kong Chinese around the corner after a few drinks. Great night !!

We waren een week in Alcudia en zijn een aantal avonden hier geweest voor een drankje in deze pub. Een gezellige bar met een paar keer per week live muziek, goede ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. Leuke locatie met een terras langs een kanaaltje en binnen en ook overdekt veel plaats om aan een tafeltje gezellig wat te drinken. De 2 pooltafels doen het goed bij de bezoekers. Fijn ook dat deze bar langer open is dan overige tentjes in de buurt (tot 2:00 uur).

Sehr gute und professionell zubereitete Cocktails. Das Personal ist sympatisch und nett. Die Preise sind vernünftig im Vergleich zu vielen anderen. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Ich und meine Kumpels haben dort ein paar Bier getrunken. Der Service ist schnell und sehr freundlich. Was uns etwas verwundet hat ist das wir jede Runde Bier sofort bezahlen müssten und der Tisch neben uns immer erst wenn sie etwas neues bestellt haben. Nichts desto trotz kann man diese Kneipe empfehlen bei angemessenen Preisen.

Unser persönlicher Zufallstreffer! Etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse, idyllisch an einem kleinen Fluss. Sehr nette zuvorkommende (und schnelle!) Bedienung, Cocktails waren grandios. Einrichtung sehr authentisch. Im Pub kann Billiard gespielt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spent a fantastic evening here on Wednesday, flippin' fabulous live music from Matt Crossett. The staff were so friendly, lovely bit of banter and a few laughs...they all genuinely seem to love what they're doing. So attentive and very helpful in getting us a cab back to our hotel. The best night of our holiday by far 😍

Has a nice wooden asthetic with friendly staff. The drinks in the pub are fairly priced and the staff who work there are very nice. It's situated near a river and has lots of other bars and restaurants around it. The area is lively and has everything to keep you entertained during your time there. Mosquitos are common near there and were the only minor let down however it's to be expected when near water.

Nice small little pub, there are a few seats which are all in good view of a TV, so if you're wanting to watch the sport it's a good place to visit. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, the drinks prices were reasonable and with a large selection.

I looked at the reviews about price.... i had a kilkenny and she had a malibu and coke (no optic measure....large) plus the kids had a coke and a lemonade. 10 euro which is 7 cheaper than our hotel 100yds away. This is a typical British abroad kind of a pub, nice drink selection and a great location overlooking a small lake. When I travel I prefer to emerse in the local culture so I don't normally tend to go for these types of places but this pub was pleasant overall. Friendly service, prices affordable.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach guten Cocktails und sind nach ein paar Fehlversuchen beim Joker gelandet. Diese sehen nicht nur gut aus, sie schmecken auch und sind auch mit Alkohol versehen! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und man wird zügig bedient und beliefert. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, aber für Cocktails eine klare Empfehlung von mir. Mit 8€ pro Cocktail auch absolut fair. Die Live-Musiker die Abends oft spielen, runden das ganze noch schön ab. NACHTRAG: Ursprünglich hatte ich 5 Sterne gegeben, weil ich wirklich zufrieden war. Wir waren 2x früh am Abend da, da war alles korrekt. Geht man aber etwas später hin, und der Laden ist ein wenig voller (und damit meine ich auch nur ein bisschen, nicht pralle voll) versucht man einen hier zu betrügen. Schaut euch auf jedenfall die Preise in den Karten an und vergleicht sie mit denen auf der Rechnung, die es sowieso jedes mal dabei gibt. Bei den Cocktails alles gut. Ein Wasser mit Kohlensäure kostet 2,50€ Am Vortag (frühen Abend stand dies auch auf der Rechnung) Zuletzt am späteren Abend waren es 3,00€ Auf Nachfrage bei dem bislang netten Personal, wollte man mir weiss machen, dass das MIT KOHLENSÄURE ist und das dann 3€ kostet. Auf den Verweis zu den Preisen in der Karte meinte er dann, dass wenn es mal hektisch wird und viel Zu tun ist, die drinnen mal nicht genau den Preis kennen und auch mal anders machen. Bei der nächsten Runde war es dann ein Desperados Bier, was statt 4,00€ in der Karte auf einmal 5,00€ kostete. Auf meine Beschwerde, dass das nicht in Ordnung ist, wollte man mir dann weiss machen, dass in der Karte die alten Preise sind, er die neuen Preise kennt und das stimmen würde... Ahja über Nacht die Preise geändert und keine Zeit gehabt die Karte zu korrigieren? Leicht angenervt hat mir die Bedienung dann zugesichert, dass ich dann am Ende den Betrag weniger bezahlen kann. Sagt man nichts, wird man da eiskalt abgezogen. Der Unterschied zwischem stillen Wasser von 1,50€ zu Wasser mit Kohlensäure 2,50€ ist schon unverschämt, aber dann noch die Rechnung manipulieren. Ich lasse 3 Sterne weil die Cocktails wirklich gut sind, und wenn man wachsam bleibt, kann man dort auch hingehen, aber lasst euch nicht über den Tisch ziehen!

Reasonable price's and relaxing but it is about as Irish as Buckingham Palace... don't know why bars market themselves as Irish when have neither Irish staff nor Irish music of any variety. Having a Guinness sign and selling poor Guinness doesn't really count .

We went there for drinks after dinner one night. It looks great from the outside, but the experience was a bit underwhelming. The server didn't know exactly what drinks they had and had to pop in to ask someone. I ended up ordering a double baileys (haven't had baileys in forever and I skipped dessert). Waiter came out with a regular baileys saying "oh sorry but we don't do double baileys". I'm really not a "the customer is always right" kind of person, but I mean... what? You take twice the booze, put it in a glass, and charge twice the price. If that is too difficult, just pour 2 drinks. I know this seems extremely nitpicky but I think it's exactly the opposite. The main purpose of a pub/bar is to take drinks and put them in a glass. If they fail at this basic level I really don't want to go there again to see what else they're a bit rubbish at.

As an Englishman who enjoys visiting Irish pubs for their hospitality and welcome. This pub had neither and would do well getting a few Irish in to train the Spanish staff on the Irish wlecome. I was mocked by the staff taking my order for him only to get an order of 4 drinks wrong. Would never happen in Ireland.

Standard Irish Pub but charges more for the drinks than they say on the menu. When I kindly asked to correct the mistake, the waitress reacted unpleasant and bad-tempered. She made me feel very uncomfortable as she behaved like as I was asking for something special. Bad service.

Went to watch the Donegal v Armagh match. Asked the barman to put it on and he kindly did. Bought 5 drinks, 2 packets of peanuts and a bag of crisps. Was there with my 2 sons aged 9 and 11. We watched the first half and the kids played air hockey at half time. The bar has at least 4 screens. He put a football match on at half time and wouldn't put the gaa back on. He could have shared the screens. Asked us to leave then. There was 9 people in the bar including the 3 of us. Please don't advertise showing gaa and take someone's money if you intend turning it over at half time. Very disappointing.

I stopped by this pub and ordered a pint, planning to pay by card as usual. There were no clear signs anywhere stating that card payments were not accepted. When I tried to pay, the owner suddenly became rude and started shouting in Spanish, which I couldn’t understand. To make matters worse, he actually had a card terminal behind the bar, yet continued to behave aggressively — even throwing the pint toward me while shouting. The whole situation was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. Very unwelcoming and impolite atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — plenty of other pubs nearby where you’ll be treated with basic respect.

Ripped off..... HOW MUCH???? We went for a walk and stumbled across this bar, I fancied a Whisky so went in. Football was showing 2 different games on 2 different screens and the atmosphere was good. I went to the Bar and saw that they had a good range of Whisky and I saw a bottle of Glenmorangie (I think it was Quinta Ruban) and asked for a glass, and the wife had something else. The Barman asked if I knew that whisky was expensive, I said it's ok, as I know a good Dram can cost money.. In some 4 star Hotel Bars 15-20 Euros for a glass like this... He poured the glass and I paid with card... afterwards seeing that it cost 37!!!!!! Euros for a Whisky and another drink (I think the missus had a glass of Hierbas) 30 Euros for a Whisky in a Pub is extortionate and a rip off if you ask me. Buyers beware! Here is the bill on my statement.
