Took 15 minutes to get my food. Got the combo. Literally came with 17 French fries. The meat portion was very minimal. I ordered the “large” …..I’d hate to see what the “small” order is. Food looks nothing like their ads. Shame on you Charley! $22 for basically 3 bites of meat on a loaf of bread and 17 french fries.

I gave it a try seeing a big line waiting for orders ! I though it’s worth the hype and 20 minutes later I had to put ketchup on it so I can feel any taste !

Bought a large combo. Was asked if I wanted fries. I said yes. Paid for mozzarella sticks on top. Only received coke and mozzarella on top of Philly cheesesteak order. Got to the back of the parking lot to eat and now no fries with my meal. Everything supposed to be in the bag... so messed up. I'm not going back inside to complain about no fries, should've been in the bag.

4 tries and they still can't make a sandwich right. I asked for no bun they gave me a bun. Second try no bun they added enough mayo to drown a horse, seriously I couldn't see the meat there was mayo all over the top and underneath it. Third try, no bun this time but they added extra tomatoes and MORE mayo, I didn't ask for tomatoes at all I don't know why he added them. Fourth try he added the bun and tomatoes, no mayo forgot the onions and green peppers and added extra cheese I suggest a drug test. Seriously.

I came in about 10:20pm on a Saturday night and I could tell the staff was anxious to leave for the night. When asked for my order I said 10 bone in wings. The (girl?) taking my order immediately turned away, walked to the freezer, peeked her head in and said “we are out of wings”. I repeated what they said. I would’ve felt better if she said I could get a discount on something else. When I asked she said I can’t do that. I asked if she was the manager she said “yep” Please train your people words like “I’m sorry” and maybe some empathy? (She?) had no emotion whatsoever and quite frankly pissed me off and she knew it. I wasn’t asking for anything for free, but now, yeah send me a link for 10 free wings. I’m tired of being treated like THEY are doing ME a favor. It’s the CUSTOMERS who keep these clowns employed. No?

Could have they put more salt on the sandwich?? The answer is No!!! Might as well be eating a salt brick Way overpriced for such food Would have been edible if they didn't salt it at the end, it's already salty enough

Bought a large ole fashioned,? I think, supposed to be double meat but still had half the bread showing for 16.00, waste of money. Went to the kitchen got a half of chicken for 11.00 much better value.

So I ordered 6 oc boneless chicken for $10.99 then recieved 5. Fries were cold, and the Philly cheese steak barely had any meat and the peppers onions were not cooked at all. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else thier food is expensive which I don't mind if I get hot, goid food not slop.

Trust us please read the reviews as truckers we deserve better serious lack of seasoning along with NO MAYO!!!! come on!!!!!!! More bread than meat and when 1/2 of us have wasted precious minutes that absolutely count and get 100-300 miles away to open a sandwich we slightly over paid for just for it to e dry or just edible is a crying shame

Very long wait, quality of food - also raises questions... probably it is a little better than the neighboring cafe with 1 star, but not by much. The wait for a simple combo is about 20-25 minutes (considering there are only 2 people in front of me), and there are about 6 people in the kitchen. The wings were breaded like butter from last month... the potatoes were a little better than the wings, but the best part was the drink (Coke). Bottom line: The establishment is not recommended.

Ordered boneless wings , lemon pepper rub y came with a decent amount of frying oil . Then they tried to convince me that that’s how they do it, I just gave back and left because of that action, knowing very well that’s not correct and other clerk had confirmed that . Very bad

I love Charley’s cheesesteak and i stay hungry til i made it to Petro when i saw they have this restaurant. Guess what i got the worse sandwich ever this is supposed to be , chicken California. They just put the cheese on top of chuck of chicken and not melted, i can’t say much watch it yourself below. Change the restaurant name please.

There's a meat shortage here ,you order a Large sandwich but get a Small meat ,the sandwich definitely Doesn't Look like their pictures in their restaurant. False Advertisement. Someone should sue these people.

Ordered a large Philly cheese steak whit extra meat cheese and lettuce and tomato Asked if it was dbl meat and cheese he said yes left driving down the road and wile unloading opened my sandwich No dbl meat No dbl cheese No lettuce No tomatoes Been ripped off by this place I would recommend going somewhere else the only thing this place is good for is it’s right next to the restroom .
