First: they were not working with gloves on their hands. Men have hair on their hands and arms. That's nasty! Second: they did not have a positive attitude when enter acting with customers. It sucked! Third: I like pizza 🍕. I do not like hair in my food, it's a real turn off. I pay cash money with taxes, I did not get nothing for free. The least they can do is give service with a smile. They mad because they're working!?!

I got the lunch special which I've bought consistently for many years. It was doughy inside though the crust was perfect. I tried to charge my purchase and the system screwed up. Took 10 minutes to reboot. So much for fast food. Then the order was submitted. I could deal with all of that but I felt like they thought I was inconveniencing them. I will not be going back to that location.

If I could rate negative stars I would. My boyfriend went to grab a pizza after we both worked all day. I don’t like pepperoni so he ordered a meatball stuffed crust. They made him wait while they served other people so they could make our “special” order. They charged extra for the meatball and when he got home it was a pepperoni...just like the 20 other pepperoni pizzas they have sitting in the heater there. Tried to call the store for 30 minutes, and it just rang and rang and rang every time with no answer. We then called corporate where we sat on hold for another 20 minutes and the woman that answered that line was undesirable and rude also. Took our name and number down and said somebody will contact us. I doubt anybody will. Every single customer in the store was complaining and that should have been the red flag but it was ignored. The wrong pizza that we got was also not cut at all, and floppy with stringy dough. Couldn’t even hold the piece after we cut our own slices. They also provided no receipt with purchase. When you order an extra mostest sausage pizza and it shows up with 3-4 pieces of sausage on each slice. I would hate to see what a regular sausage pizza looks like.

Delivery service was good but every in person experience has been horrible. The store manager who takes the orders is rude, and pushy.. he looks and sounds miserable.. just very unprofessional.

The person who answers the phone is super rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me it was him. Based on his accent, I assume he's from India, but the service is really bad.

This particular location does not accept gift cards for whatever reason and the workers there barely seem to understand anything. Rough experience tonight.

I called myself trying the new pizza bits it would have me good is the pizza was fresh I also god some garlic Parmesan wings. The wings was so nasty and salty I was only able to eat one. I know it’s cheap on the go food but damn the food was not even eatable. The cashier guy always got an attitude…..LITTLE CAESARS YOU NEED SOME BETTER WORKERS. THEY BEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS NOW.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight. I ordered a cheese pizza for my child for the delivery driver to call my phone only to not respond when I’m saying hello, leave the pizza outside on the ground instead of putting it in my hand, pizza was cold, and the restaurant didn’t even answer their phone when I called to inquire about this. I will NOT be ordering from them again and definitely requested a refund of my money through the Grubhub app. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service.

On 14 May: I stopped into the Little Caesars in Poughkeepsie New York to pick up a pizza. As soon as I put my card in, the manager behind the counter canceled the transaction. He told me the card is no good. I attempted to explain to him that I used it five minutes ago up the road, and 10 minutes prior to that as well, I asked him to run it again. He didn't want to hear anything about it, he said "it's no good, go away". I then made two more stops, and used the same credit card without any problems whatsoever. I really hope this is not how you as a company want your franchise to be managed. Perhaps it's time for somebody to stop in and take a real good look at this store, to see how it's being managed, or mismanaged. This was totally unacceptable. Even though I have been to the store many times in the past, I seriously doubt I will be going back.
