The place is brand new and buzzing (lol). I am obsessed with their lavender latte tea $6 for a medium; it’s delicious. They also have a large selection of food options as well. The Dream Big Bowl is full of quinoa, feta cheese, tomatoes, and arugula with yummy lemon dressing $9. They have plenty of room to sit inside and eat, but they also have a drive-through which is very convenient and a patio area.

I recently visited Better Buzz Coffee, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The menu was full of delicious options, and I went with a classic latte. It was honestly one of the best lattes I've had, smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Cindia, my barista, was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different coffee options, which made the whole experience feel personal. She also recommended a pastry to go with my drink, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and I left feeling satisfied and energized. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, if you're lucky enough to have Cindia as your barista, you're in for a real treat!

Today I stopped by Better Buzz, Ray and Aeroalyn gave me excellent service for my Birthday. They were super friendly and made sure my order was perfect, all with a big smile. It really made the whole coffee run feel special. Definitely one of my favorite spots because of how welcoming they are. If you’re in the area, you’ve gotta check it out!

I have to say I must give a shoutout to John and Scott! Every employee who knows me as a regular are all so incredibly sweet and I even mess with them by starting a competition to see who can get the best avocado toast with extra seasoning! The first few times the seasoning wasn’t there but once I got an incredibly well seasoned toast by Scott I knew I had to start a competition. Now every time I show up to study they not only know me by name but remember the fun game! The food is incredible either way! Probably my favorite location to study at! Very pleasant staff! Thank you all! 5/16: I have to give a shout out to Sedré (sorry don’t know to spell. Tall guy blond hair. Apple Watch around apron) He’s joined the competition with John and Scott. Everyone’s awesome!

Coffee shop is very clean and new. Staff were friendly. It was my first time at Better Buzz and I got a best coffee ever (name sold me). It said it was black coffee and vanilla (but it also has cream and sugar). It is really sweet and delicious (but way more calories than I expected). Also yelp says they serve bagels and they do not (but their croissant was delicious). I spent $12 on coffee and croissant (more than I typically do at Starbucks), but it was very good.

My wife and I enjoyed visiting Better Buzz when traveling down from Los Angeles to San Diego. Now that I live in Poway, I am glad there is a Better Buzz nearby. My pancreas especially likes that I can order drinks at 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 sweet. Not inexpensive but I rather pay $9 at Better Buzz than $7 at "the other place." 😉

First thing's first - I greatly appreciate everyone working here! My orders are ALWAYS correct & the coffee, pastries, & other food items outshine starbucks without a doubt. I've gotten coffee and tea here almost every morning for myself and my coworkers! Even when i'm on a time crunch, they always ensure that i'm opening my shop on time with a warm beverage in hand. Whether I have my dog Blue or my son with me, they almost always acknowledge them and offer a pup cup or stickers. Thank you to all the bubbly workers that help start my mornings right!☕️🐝☀️🫶🏼

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters may be a chain, but it truly feels so homey every time I walk in. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — never cold or corporate. My favorite drink is the Banana Pudding Latte, and it’s consistently so good — perfectly sweet and smooth without being overpowering. I look forward to it every time. Cindia and Kadian are especially amazing. They’re always so kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s the little things like that which make you want to keep coming back. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots!

Parking can be tricky right by the shop, but the large parking lot makes up for it, so you'll always find a spot. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too. The restroom is clean, the tables are wiped down, and the napkins and utensils are always replenished. It's the little things that make a place great!

We recently moved to poway and this is our go to better buzz now. We absolutely love this location and we also absolutely love Ms. Kadian in the drive through. she is always so personable and sweet. It’s always so hot outside in poway so we need to get her some shade!!

Awesome coffee and great atmosphere. Wanted to get out and read and this was a great place to do it. Also love that they are open later! Tony was awesome and very friendly. Been to a few locations and this location has been the best one! I will definitely be back!!

Was driving past and wanted something peppermint before the season ends. The candy cane drink was absolutely amazing with the candy topping! Trinity was a delight at the window, I will be back to try the breakfast sandwiches soon.

This is one of the better locations. Staff was far friendlier than at some of the other locations. Their drinks are more consistent here as well. The BB on Mission Gorge is always an adventure because the same drink always tastes different.

We were excited to come to this place and the environment is nice and the food was nice and the people were really great, but the music is so freaking loud. I felt like we were in a nightclub and we had to try to yell over it just to have a conversation which is definitely not what I expected to have in a coffee shop. When I spoke to the person at the counter, she said they couldn’t turn it down because the volume was located somewhere up in the ceiling. So I don’t know…maybe they just don’t want people to stay very long? I will definitely not be coming back to hang out although I might drive by and grab something because I did enjoy their coffee.

Went to Better Buzz Coffee Poway and asked for 75% sugar in my Hazelnut Divinity. No difference at all — it still tasted like straight syrup. Way too sweet. Couldn’t even finish it. Staff was unfriendly, and for almost $10 coffee, at least follow simple instructions. Also, what’s with asking for a tip in the drive-thru? Disappointing.

Super irritating when you go through the drive through and order one drink and no one is even behind you and are forced to waiting in one of the numbered stalls. Then you’re still there waiting while other cars have come and gone all over one drink what’s the point of a line if everybody else gets their order after you! Happens everything I go. Ridiculous. I stopped tipping because you do this.

Worst experience ever. Went to order and automatically employee was rude. Asked her how a drink was made and she responded as if it was an inconvenience. Every drink I asked about was "popular" no information was given at all. Her taking our order was an inconvenience. Once our drinks were received I went to the front and the same girl helped us. I told her I didn't like the drink if I could have it remade? She cut me off in the middle of me talking and started taking an order at the drive thru. Another girl leaned over and I explain again how I didn't like the drink. I asked her what drink is good? Her response was "I don't know what you like" with a disgusted look on her face. Very rude and unprofessional of not one but two employees.
