You never know what someone is going through, it's free to be kind. Wasn't treated very well my first time at this location. I just wanted a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Left feeling bad because of the lack of care, they got the order wrong and the fries were stale an Luke warm. I felt like I was such an inconvenience for them to ask that it be made correctly. Instead of an apology I received sarcasm and dismissal. I wasn't upset or anything just calmy asked it to be made correctly. Maybe I should have just ate what they gave me and shut up.
They’re usually pretty decent about the food, though the fries are often cold. They forget the sauces for things like nuggets pretty much every time, so always check the bag. What gets me the most though, is the way the drive thru lanes aren’t blocked off to prevent people from blocking the whole parking lot by making a second lane instead of following the lines and splitting into two near the speakers. People cut the line every time it gets busy because the lanes are open to the parking lot. This also means cars trying to park or pass through the parking lot can’t do so, because these line jumpers are blocking the way. The food is about what you should expect from a McDonald’s, but I wish they’d install those yellow blocking tubes so people quit doing that.
This place is slow. If you go here during anytime except extreme off hours, it's gonna take awhile. The service will be iffy at best. The inside is dirty and loud. I mean mcdonalds is a huge franchise. It isnt a fancy restaurant, but clean should be expected
Consistently a less than stellar experience. Orders wrong or saying after I order that they can’t make that specific meal etc. Something has happened in each of the last 3 times we have been. Enough is enough
Manager was rude, making under the breath comments at people. I get the internet was being funky and mobile orders weren't popping up but no excuse on why I had to wait 30 min to get my 2 burgers and fries and drink. Only saving grace was it was fresh food.
Today 9/15/25 I stopped for breakfast at the Princeton location I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a small caramel frappe what I received was a long wait in the drive thru I had to go in because no one brought me my frappe it wasn’t to after I left I realized all I had was a cup of whip cream and unblended ice. The service is terrible they don’t greet you when enter customer service doesn’t exhaust at this location
Nuggets were cold as was the double cheeseburger. Order was wrong, went inside to get missed items had to wait at least 4 minutes before I was acknowledged by any one. Good customer service is such a thing of the past!
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent order, as there were a few issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the large caramel coffee I received did not have the expected amount of caramel or creamer, making it taste more like plain coffee. Additionally, there were no creamer packets available to adjust the flavor to my preference. Furthermore, the double cheeseburger I ordered had cheese that was not evenly placed, with one slice halfway off the burger, which impacted the overall quality of the meal. I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to improve future service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

UPDATE - I drove back to the venue and spoke to them. They gave me a new frappe, apologized. Also upgraded my fries. I think during the rushes, drive thru needs to be way more attentive. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a large mocha frappe. The bottom of the cup was filled with strawberry before the mocha and has a strong strawberry taste to it. Attempted to call but it's a constant busy tone. I'm not really sure why somebody would put strawberry in the bottom of a mocha cup to begin with. That just seems like a direct slap to the customer. Not cool.
THIS WAS ABSOLUTE ABSURD TO WAIT 15-20 MINUTES FOR JUST A HAPPY MEAL. THE GIRL WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE THE FOOD OUT SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL AND LOOK TO WHO AND WHERE SHE IS BRINGING IT OUT TO. AS SHE MADE A FACE AND KNEW WHAT SHE DID. MANAGER JUST SHOUTED AT HER AND TURNED AWAY. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION!
Go through the drive through and get told to pull around. And park again, if I wanted curbside, I would have clicked on curbside, and not drive through this is ridiculous. I waited almost an hour for a 4 piece chicken nugget mobile pickup order. 🙄 The service was very slow. The Latina manager was very rude- arguing with a dark skinned lady for a long time and telling her “I don’t know what you’re complaining about” because she was trying to be snarky. I was asked twice what my order # was and still had to wait much longer. When I arrived there were about 6 frustrated people all waiting to pickup their orders. The last 2 times I have been to this McDonalds location the service was extremely slow. Do not go to this McDonalds location unless you don’t mind slow service, cold food, and incompetent workers. I added a picture of my box of cold chicken nuggets.
This location gets worse and worse, seems like workers and management don't care about the service they give. Went here with my family and the restaurant is filthy, theres barely any seating, and to top it all off, our burgers and fries were undercooked and I don't even know what to say about these nuggets... just nasty. I will be going to the mckinney locations next time. Avoid Princeton's mcdonalds, it will ruin your appetite and be a waste of your money. Mcdonalds prices are getting too high to be giving out undercooked food!!
Ordered a smoothie through the app. When I got there they said the machine was broken. Left my wallet all the way home. When I refused anything else they gave me I told them just to refund my card. Now they are saying that they have to have the actual card to give me my money back. The manager was Rude and non apologetic to the fact I live far from their location. Funny how they didn't need the physical card to charge me...they suck!!😡
Now I should go up there and go off on whoever is on fry duty! Food is getting way too expensive for these KIDS to not fix your food properly!! I am livid!!!! This is the second time I've had issue with this location. I have the app on my phone which, supposedly should make ordering and pick up more seamless. Not so! First time they didn't give me a smoothie that was ordered, and paid for! Last time I had to wait 10+ minutes to be asked what I ordered! Really! Get your stuff together.
The staff doesn’t know how to take mobile order. Staff taking the order on 10/8/2025 at 5:58pm is not well trained! Pls retrain her, this is suppose to be fast food service but took us 30 minutes to get our order because she messed up the system. Our order seemed to be already completed on the app they kept asking for the code but since they already completed the order the code is no longer showing on the app. They called the manager and let us wait for our order for another 30 minutes! They never even apologized. So rude! I hope I can give a negative point to the service
The old maybe manager lady stole from me ans over charged. I ordered the $8 meal and a dr.pepper total 9.60 and i told her where is the basket of fries. She's like the charged you all seprrate and you owe my $1 and change. I gave her my card to pay for the difference when she returned it didn't give a receipt. When I asked for she was upset and gave it to me when I read it she charged me for a sweet tea. I did the math and she over charged .72 cents and yes .72 cent is money out of my pocket. I was going to go back but my husband would not go back for .72 cents. I will go back tomorrow and get my money back. Lady do better and answer phone I called ans no one ever answered.
Yo, the chick with the lashes looking like Batman doing the drive-through at 10:30 on a Sunday Not only did she forget half of my order, but when I came back, they didn’t have the courtesy to come to the door and give me my messed up order. It’s almost like you had to beg for them to correct your order. Super sloppy
Stood around waiting to place an order for over 10 minutes. Had dang near the entire staff make eye contact with me and received no service. Rude too, no manners when speaking to other customers. As someone who comes from the service industry, you can at least acknowledge your guests. This location has constant customer service issues.
Maria, the manager, is the worst person I have to deal with. She was rude and condescending. I had ordered the McDonald's tins through the app, which allows you to do for my son, since I promised him to do it, and she said I couldn't, but what took me off is that she was being rude about it. The place was very dirty, and my food had hair in it. I ordered lemon juice and got water
Update 8 months later: The boxes are gone from the play area. The food however is overcooked. The only reason I'm eating it is because of the outrageous price of them. 4.89 for 3, sad, dried up looking chicken tenders. Looking NOTHING like the picture. Doesn't seem like the oil/grease has been changed in a hot minute. The fries give off a weird bitterness in the back of the throat, associated with old oil. Fries also went cold fast. Typical. This place is way too small to have a play place inside of it. As you can see from the photos of the outside of the building there's a million boxes strewn about behind the Play place. That's hazardous and not good for kids to be playing around. This review is solely based on the atmosphere of the inside of this location. We did not eat anything here.
