This was the breakfast sandwich I received, I order here almost everyday so it was just a shock to me. As you see I already ate some of it and this makes me worry about how many other sandwiches are like this. I don’t think their eggs are bad because the type of mold that is growing on/in the egg looks like yeast mold, meaning the bread is already molded and transfers to the egg, and for mold to transfer to a surface that can’t grow that specific mold naturally means that it’s been there for a while. This is not good. Please make sure your store is practicing food safety and throwing out food once it’s expired rather then saving it to sell!!

I just ordered a double cheeseburger and curly fries. All of it was cold. I live literally 3 minutes away. No way it should’ve been as cold as it was. Also my cold curly fries were half empty and the burger could’ve been put together better by my 4 year old. If you’re slammed…. Maybe it’s not the prettiest…. But I’m the only person in the drive thru… just disappointing I had to spend my hard earned money on this crap. There’s 20 places to eat within a block of this place. Pick… literally anything else.

The chicken burger buns were 100% burnt, and despite that, they were still served to customers. No accountability or care. Pathetic.

Very disappointing experience. This is supposed to be a fast food place, but my order took about 40 minutes, which is unacceptable. The employee who took my order barely spoke English and didn’t understand what I was asking for. Instead of helping, she just sent me to the second window. I ended up waiting a very long time for something that should have been quick. If you’re calling yourself fast food, the service should actually be fast and the staff should be able to communicate with customers.

I had a disappointing experience at Jack in the Box yesterday. I ordered a Cluck Sandwich; however, the chicken fillet was substituted with a lower-cost chicken patty from a different sandwich without any prior notification or approval. As a customer, I expect to receive the exact item ordered, or at the very least, to be informed if a substitution is necessary. Unfortunately, there was no communication, apology, or attempt to address the issue. This lack of transparency and service is concerning. I hope management takes steps to improve order accuracy and customer communication to prevent similar situations in the future.

Customer service is not so great. I have worked several years in the customer service area and was never rude. I Had an order delivered while at the hospital and did not receive half the food. Called several times to see how issue could be fixed. When I finally got an answer it was a female and she did not even bother to let me know who I was calling so I thought I dialed the wrong number. When I asked if I called the correct number she didn't say anything. I again asked and finally she informed me I called the correct place. I informed her of the issue and she asked what did I want her to do? I let her know I would like the food that was ordered and she told me to go get it. Now I understand she might not have had the best English and she might not have ment it in a rude way but I informed her I was at the hospital and couldn't leave. (Order was a delivery through their website.) I asked her if she knew who completes their order deliverys and she said she didn't know. She stated she had no idea but that they didn't do that. So then she was asked if a manager was there she said no he left. She was basically no help or had no concern of helping the issue. I had to send for order to be replaced due to amount missing. And it wasn't a difficult order......

We have always loved the tacos. This is the second time we have been there and the tacos are terrible. The tacos are pre made and served cold. We watched them make tacos and put in a rack. I wish I got there when the tacos were just cooked. Last time for us

They eat in the kitchen over the food and wear earbuds while cooking. When I brought the issue to the cashier's attention and told him how unsanitary it was, all he said was "sorry" and rolled his eyes. One employee was in the kitchen on his phone. Disgusting. In the picture, you will see an employee's cup where he was eating. Thank you for you reading. It is a health risk to go there!

Lady in drive thru on 11/1 1230am was very rude dumped the fries and tacos and nuggets on no wrappers. Basically handed the food asked for ketchup and she slammed the door in our face after coming from working a 12 hour day. Very disrespectful. Needs to learn the me you got two nuggets when it was supposed to be 5 burger was thrown together and she put the food that was supposed to be in wrappers back to be reused. Will never be back to this location. Go to the one on 423 or keep going down the street to the one in crossroads avoid this location at 423 & 380 late at night.

Why at a certain time they always say the shake machine is not working. Main reason I go to Whataburger because their shake machine always work. I can visit any Jack in the Box in Dallas area and they never give this type of service. I know they clean it early and just dont want to make shakes for customers after a certain time.

I had to place order in 2 different orders because they left half of it off the first time after repeating it back to me. They left fries off of one of the orders. I was told they would bring food out to the car and they did not do it. The food was not good. I will never go back to this location again.

They think they're slick charging every customer who orders a meal for the up size large fry and drink without ever asking. Adding an additional $2-$3 to every ticket that comes through thinking because it's insignificant to one person it's not worth saying anything but when they do this 200 times a day they slip an extra $18,000 a month in their margins.... Pay attention jack in the box Walmart just got hit with a massive class action suit for overcharging customers. Cost them tens of millions of dollars. You're going to hit the wrong attorney that comes through this line and get what's coming.

The crew just needs to be more helpful and not so rude. We ordered and when we were done ordering from the self order the lady looks at our order and says we don’t have any spicy chicken sandwich so we ask if we could get the grilled chicken and she went to go ask the cook and said no cause it’s “more expensive” only issue it was ONLY a 30 cent difference. It wasn’t even that much. Also we got a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy one cause that was the only one closer to the price range and the chicken was old like it was just sitting there as well as the cluck sandwich.We didn’t even finishing all the food all the way . I was just made i should’ve went next door to canes. They just have to do better and treat customers better

My son went to get tacos and this is now the second time this has happened to him which is why I am now giving a review that they are not putting meat in the tacos. I didnt realize that it was so hard for people to their job. But come on some of us are in a hurry and need to eat and now i have to take more time to go get him something else. Its not like they where busy for that to be an excuse
