Going on a Tuesday night was the right choice. They had Kids Night where kids got a goodie bag including a free kids meal and ice cream with self-serve toppings. Additionally, there was no wait, no rush, and our food was perfectly cooked and as ordered. The service was great and appreciated the cool AC on a hot day.

The service with Lisa was out of this world. I've been visiting TRH for almost a decade, and I have to pause to honor this wonderful server. Her attention to detail makes you feel at home. We were very grateful for her service, and the food was excellent as always.

1-28-25 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! 🤠🔥 My wife and I split the 12 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye 🥩, cooked perfectly medium—juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of char. The loaded sweet potato 🥔🧈🥓 was a sweet and savory masterpiece, while the broccoli 🥦 added a nice balance. We also had a bowl of chili 🥣🌶️ topped with cheese and onions, plus crackers on the side—hearty, rich, and full of bold flavor. Washed it all down with two Cokes and two waters 🥤💦. Great food, great service, and that signature Texas Roadhouse energy! 🤠👏 Will definitely be back!

Coming from a different country, I was highly impressed by this place. They serve free unlimited sweet bread with whipped flavoured butter, it is so tempting that if you’re not careful, you will have no room for your mains. Our steaks, ribs and sides were delicious but the fish dishes are not their forte. The shrimp was salty and the salmon dry and both not very flavourful. They had a lot of variety which I loved and service was delight.

I've been here a couple of times and it was great every time. I loved their bread and chilis. The ribeye steak was also well grilled and very tasty. I also enjoy their draft beers very much, especially the blue moon. I also love that their prices are very affordable, as you get a nice steak with great sides for $20+. The service was always great when we visited and the restaurant was clean and nice and cool. This is a great place to bring the whole family without breaking the bank and I highly recommend it.

I had to knock it by one star. While our food was good our appetizer was not delivered until after our meal and only after we brought it to their attention. One of also did not get our mushrooms as ordered amd we had to ask for them as well. They made it right so I don't feel a lesser rating is warranted but they didn't hit the 5 star mark this time.

The server was outstanding! ( Mauri ?)Very responsive and got our order just right. Checked in with us and made our dinner a great time with our granddaughter. It's a little loud but you know that's how it is when you go. Out food came out perfect and was delicious. I’ve been here a few times, I usually get a steak here no problem. Yet the past 2 or 3 times I’ve been here. They haven’t been able to cook a steak bigger than 6 oz correctly. I asked for medium well and I received medium with a pink center. The waitress took my order back but they decided to reheat the same steak and fries. So then I told them I wasn’t going to eat that. They did make up for it be taken it off the bill. Yet I didn’t get to eat with my family.

⭐ 3 out of 5 stars We’re longtime fans of Texas Roadhouse — the food is always consistent, flavorful, and served hot. Unfortunately, our most recent visit wasn’t up to the usual standard. We had family visiting from out of town and made an online reservation for seven, but the hostess was unable to properly accommodate our group. After some confusion, we ended up having to adjust our own seating, which left one adult and a child sitting uncomfortably at the end of the table. We still enjoyed the meal, but the service and coordination could definitely improve, especially when accommodating larger parties with confirmed reservations. Hoping our next visit reflects the great hospitality Texas Roadhouse is known for.

OK, maybe it was all me and I’d be fine if that’s what you think but here’s the deal: they have a sirloin steak in the menu, and they have “chicken fried sirloin” on the menu. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to assume that they take a sirloin steak, batter it, and deep fry it. Should I have confirmed my expectations? Sure. Did I? No. The images represent what to me is your standard chicken fried steak. I complained and they brought me beef tips—also pictured. To say I was disappointed with my visit is an understatement. I actually went to my phone and used some points to order a gift card so that I wouldn’t feel like I actually paid for the meal. The service gets 4 stars because he understood my issue and immediately offered something different. The chicken fried sirloin was a run of the mill chicken fried steak (some kind of beef pounded to submission and deep fried). The beef tips were about half overcooked mushrooms and half decent beef covered in a salty brown gravy. The rice was ok. The side salad was acceptable. The atmosphere was loud and crowded. If that’s your vibe then enjoy, but it’s not mine. Of all the southern themed, steak restaurants this ranks below all of them I’ve been to.

This location has become our go to Texas Roadhouse. Usually excellent food. Tonight, however, was not the case. We ordered the pulled pork plate at it was inedible. We also ordered the 16 oz prime rib. We got this a few weeks ago and it was excellent. Our meal tonight was not so. The salad was very sparse, the prime rib was mostly fat and the baked potato was burned. We got there before the dinner rush so this wasn't a factor. I hope this was just a bad night on their part.

I used to be a regular at this establishment because the bar staff were truly fantastic—attentive, friendly, and efficient. However, my recent visits the past several month’s have been increasingly disappointing. They are just throwing a couple of bodies behind the bar without instructions or experience. What was once a highlight of my experience, has now become a hassle. The bar staff seem completely disengaged, and I find myself having to initiate for everything: my drink orders, bread, meal placements, and even basic utensils. It feels like I'm more of an inconvenience than a customer. My orders are simple—just a beer, a shot, bread, and a steak—yet I still have to flag down the bartenders repeatedly for each item. When I finally manage to place my order, it takes ages to receive my drinks and utensils. On the bright side, the kitchen does manage to get my food out in a timely manner once my order is in, but the bar service experience is frustrating. I have stopped eating at the bar. What was once a welcoming atmosphere has turned into a tedious ordeal. I hope they can return to their former standard of service, as this used to be a great spot to unwind. They need bartenders who are welcoming and quick, not the slow, inattentive staff I've encountered lately.

We had a bad experience with the service and management team at this Restaurant, I usually visit the Lewisville location 2 or 3 times a week but due to a doctor appointment near this location We decided eat here, I believe we were racially profiled Since we get there, the server had a bad attitude she made some mistakes delivering the order and when we try to ask questions she just said “I’ll call the manager “but we just want to clarify something without making a big deal, after 3 seconds a manager named Chis came in a bad mood asking what the problem was without greeting or being polite when we ask the question about the mistake the server did he just said “no, no no, this is how we do things here “and left without any other words. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no reason to be that rude or out of his mind . I consider myself a very good tipper regardless the service and this time was not the exception .

What a waste of my money! Ordered dinner for me and my wife to go last night. She had the grilled chicken salad and I got the country fried sirloin. She said the salad was great! My mashed potatoes and corn sides were great. That's a good thing, because I couldn't eat the steak It was HORRIBLE! It was like chewing on an old leather combat boot! I tried to saw off just a small bite of edible meat...couldn't! I had to throw in the trash! I've always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse, but this experience changed that! I would've taken it back, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of driving back! Please serve a decent product!

This review is for the owners, me and my family went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday, the hostess was pleasant and sat us down right away, while sitting for a long time, no waitress came to see us, finally someone came to talk to us, she let us know she wasnt our waitress but asked if she could get us some drinks while we waited, we ordered drinks, meanwhile no waitress ever appeared, we were looking foward to ordering some food, especially for the kids, but we never had that opportunity, we were looking around, and spotted a woman wearing a cap with long hair slowly walking out of the kitchen into another door snd vice versa, every now and then she would glance towards where thebcustomers were, but that woman was not interested in working, she just ignored all the customers that kept looking her way, you could tell multiple customers were unsatisfied, we waited for over 30 mins, our toddler wass hungry and nothing, we finally decided to let the bartender know we were leaving. That waitress shouldnt have a job after this, so many customers were unattended, she not only cost you profits, but cost you also what you paid the other employees to be there. Everyone was doing their part, the hosts were greeting, the cooks were cooking, the bartender was trying...but the server was just "unavailable" to serve customers. Ensuring multiple families leave with a bad experience, on a day where not many other restaaurants were open and it could have been a very profitable day for you guys. We found better service at another restaurant.

Ordered steak (Dallas Filet) to go. The meat looked and tasted like it had been sitting out or reheated - very tough and off in texture. A few hours after eating it, I became sick, consistent with food poisoning. Sharing this so others can be cautious. Hopefully the restaurant looks into their food handling and freshness.

Took my nephew and family dinner. We all got steak, of course. I ordered med rare, half way through everyone eating the waitress came back. I advised her my steak was not medium rare, it was medium rare. She said she was sorry and would advise the kitchen to pay better attention!!!! After everyone had finished their meals I was offered another steak by the waitress and then by a manager, everyone else was finished with their meals!!!! I am a senior citizen and on a limited income so was really looking forward to a good steak. This was my first visit to this location and will be my last! Very poor customer service 👎
